Which coating lasts longer on nails and for how long?

Many of my clients, following me, decided to arrange a "test drive" for each coating. And here are the conclusions we all came to.

The manufacturer stated that Shellac lasts for a long time - at least 2-3 weeks under any conditions.

What is in practice?

• Under conditions of tough use (cleaning, washing dishes, washing a child, cleaning an apartment, etc.), Shellac lasted 2 weeks without chipping in most cases, it could not stand 3 weeks in this mode for anyone.

As for the usual varnish, which continues to be very popular, many people returned to it after experimenting with VINYLUX, shellac and biogel. For some, plain polish lasted longer than shellac or VINYLUX.

However, for this you must meet some conditions:

1. The varnish must be of good quality.
2. Under it, you must definitely apply the base.
3. Top is top coat.
4. Dry completely (it will take, of course, not 10 minutes, like VINYLUX, but more).

If you do everything right, a manicure with regular varnish can last for a whole week with moderate use.

What is better for nails - compare and choose

Comparing all three coatings - VINYLUX, Shellac and Biogel - is very difficult. Each has its own purpose and its own special properties.

But for girls who still have doubts, I can advise this :

1. If you need to correct the shape of the nail and at the same time make it more durable, it is better to stop at biogel.
2. Before going out When some important event is planned, it is worth applying VINYLUX. This super-varnish has a wide selection of shades, so you can even pick up, if anything, to match the dress or handbag.

But we are dealing with vinyllux, and on the brand’s website it says in black and white: “You can’t apply colored varnish with a top on top of an already completed manicure.” The problem is that it will be difficult to remove later.

On the fifth day, the shine was no longer so obvious, and the overall picture was supplemented by bald tips.
