Next, we turn the whole composition and knit 2 knitting needles of the “front part” of the female mittens, after - 2 knitting needles of the “back” of the male mitten. In total, we get one wide mitten, which has two cuffs.

Having knitted like this, in a circle, about 3-4 centimeters, you can knit to the end with such a straight “pipe”, or you can make a few reductions to make the product more comfortable. Decreases can be done in different ways. In the version we proposed, we decreased exactly in the middle, knitting 3 loops together every 2 rows (these decreases are visible in the photo). This made it possible to make the mitten a little narrower. You need to make 3-5 such reductions, depending on the width of the product.

Next, we knit like a regular (but very wide) mitten without fingers. In length, it turns out to be slightly shorter than a regular mitten, since we do not need extra length here. The decrease to complete the mitten is exactly the same as on a regular mitten.

Hide the extra threads, wash the finished product in warm water so that all the loops line up, dry it straightened out - and you can give it!
