Colpitis

Andrey Mikhailovich Skoromny was born on June 30, 1989 in Ukraine, in the Cherkasy region. But Andrei’s childhood and school years were spent in the north of Russia, in the village of Purpe in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

At school, Andrei was distinguished by his great love of sports. For example, in the mornings, before classes, he regularly jogged, played various sports, and competed for the school at a variety of sporting events and competitions. So, even before the start of his passion for bodybuilding, Andrei’s track record included several adult categories in sports such as athletics, gymnastics, and basketball.

In 2005, Andrei Skoromny graduated from school and moved to Moscow to study. At the age of 17, Andrei began visiting a nearby weightlifting gym and became seriously interested in bodybuilding. The body weight with which Andrey started weight training was about 65 kg.

Andrey’s first bodybuilding competition was the Moscow Championship, held in the spring of 2010. There, debutant Andrei Skoromny, performing in the junior category, confidently took first place in the overall standings. After which he, as the winner of the “juniors”, was invited to compete in the “men up to 90 kg” category, in which he eventually became a bronze medalist. According to Andrey himself, he was incredibly happy about his first achievements in the competitive field.

At the Russian Cup, held the same spring, Andrei won the “juniors over 75 kg” category and consolidated his result in the overall junior standings, winning first place. In the "men's" 90 kg category, Andrei is second only to Sergei Kopantsev and Vadim Solonchak, who took first and second places, respectively.

In the fall of 2010, at the Moscow Region Championship, Andrei Skoromny again took first place in the overall standings among “juniors” and again in his track record third place among “men,” but now in the category up to 100 kg. At the Moscow Championship there was a similar result: first place in the overall standings among “juniors”. Moreover, this time, more “drier” muscles allowed Andrei to take second place in the “men up to 90 kg” category, behind the winner Ivan Vodyanov and beating the bronze medalist Ivan Kochetkov.

The autumn season of 2010 ended for Andrey with the Russian Championship, where he, having won his “juniors over 75 kg” category, and then the overall classification, became the champion of Russia. Andrei was unable to take part in the World Junior Championships. A common cold led to a serious complication in the ear, due to which Andrei was hospitalized two and a half weeks before the announced date, and he was forced to stop pre-competition preparation.

Having missed the spring competitive season, in October 2011 at the Open Championship and the Moscow Championship, Andrei Skoromny, having already left the junior division, took first place in the “men up to 100 kg” category and in the overall standings is second only to heavyweight Vitaly Fateev, having overtaken the winners of other weight categories: Sergei Doronichev (up to 85 kg), Pavel Ivanov (up to 90 kg) and Pavel Goncharov (up to 80 kg).

Andrey Skoromny is a master of sports in bodybuilding. Has higher education. Graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Highway Institute (MADI GTU), Faculty of Automotive Transport. While studying at the institute, he worked as a personal instructor in a fitness center.

In his training, Andrey Skoromny is guided by the principle of intuition. He eats 400-500 grams of protein every day; for sports nutrition, he prefers amino acids, BCAAs, glutamine and protein mixtures. As a rule, Andrey begins to “dry” 6-8 weeks before the competition. Both in the off-season and pre-competition period, he conducts high-volume training sessions, working each muscle group once in seven days, training in a four- or three-day split. In the off-season, the abdominal and calf muscles are not trained. After strength training, he does 20 minutes of cardio. During the “drying” process, he adheres to a carbohydrate-free diet, compensating for the lack of calories with a large amount of protein. Andrey trains in Lyubertsy.

At the beginning of his rather successful competitive career, Andrey trained on his own. But later, as Andrei himself admitted, having a lack of knowledge on competitive preparation, he turned to Alexey Viktorovich Kireev (“Dr. Luber”) for help. The first results of their fruitful cooperation, which were not long in coming, were the achievements of the autumn season of 2010. Andrei Skoromny speaks with respect of his mentor.

Biography

Famous athlete from the Circassian region. He was born in an ordinary inconspicuous town on a June day in 1989. However, Andrey Skoromny's childhood passed in an autonomous district called Yamalo-Nenets, where his whole family soon moved. Even when he was very young, Andrei fell in love with sports. Every morning he traditionally began with a run. At school he always took part in sports competitions. Therefore, the young man quickly received ranks in some sports. He achieved some success in basketball, gymnastics, and athletics. At the age of 17, Andrei decided to receive higher education in Moscow. After moving to the capital, he continued to devote all his free time to sports. The gym was attended by an ordinary young man, like most of his peers, then he weighed 65 kg. The developed guy did not strive for a serious passion for bodybuilding. He was more interested in a beautiful physique, which he tried to achieve by shaking his shoulders and chest. However, the hobby quickly grew into an acute desire to professionally engage in power loads.

Skoromny never misses bodybuilding tournaments. He wants to get on stage himself at any cost. His dream came true at the age of 21. Then Andrey competed for the first time for the right to be the best. Each of his performances was accompanied by encouragement in the form of a medal for excellent training work. The autumn and spring seasons of 2010 became very fruitful for the athlete. Among juniors, Andrei was the absolute winner, and in the men's category he always fought for second and third place. Sports victories continued until 2013. Now Andrey Skoromny does not devote as much time to competitions as before. But, nevertheless, he plans to still be on stage. He has already completed his studies at the Faculty of Automotive Transport. I tried myself as a coach and was quite successful. At the present time, Andrei Skoromny is engaged in coaching only remotely. Does not refuse to conduct trainings or seminars. Organized the sale of sportswear.

Once Andrei himself noticed that there was no one to train him when he was just starting to develop in sports. He had to independently select a training program and act as his mentor. This situation remained until 2010. In the fall of the same year, the athlete contacted Dr. Luber, a peculiar personality who was popular in some circles. This person compiled an effective course of sports pharmacology for Andrei Skoromny, monitored changes in his body and physical indicators.

Andrey Skoromny is not single. He has a wonderful wife Arina and a little daughter who was born on an April day in 2014. The Skoromnykh couple is working together on the popular video project “Body Time”. In their videos, Andrey and Arina introduce the viewer to the unique training process of famous bodybuilders.

The secret of the training process

A properly designed training program is the lion's share of success. However, the athlete does not hide the fact that he often listens to his intuition. He has a special system of preparation in the pre-competition period. Andrey's main emphasis is on the intensity of training to build muscle volume. Uses a special split construction. This helps each muscle group to be actively worked throughout the week. Skoromny is limited to a maximum of 4 workouts per week. In the off-season, the athlete does not work on his lower legs and abs. He prefers to complete his strength training with cardio exercises.

Andrey includes 12-15 repetitions in one set. He uses different programs for each workout. The athlete is convinced that each muscle group has its own approach. Small weights are suitable for small muscle groups. Take your hands, for example. The modest one prefers a medium-heavy load, but, naturally, concentrated. Accordingly, large weights are ideal for large muscle groups. A beautiful body, adorned with sculpted muscles, becomes so after simultaneously working the muscles of the chest, back, and arms. This method is also often used by Andrey Skoromny.

Nutritional Features

Andrey Skoromny prefers chicken meat the least. It is part of the regular diet and quickly gets boring. The athlete has revised his diet and now focuses more on red fish and turkey breast. At the “drying” stage, it restores strength and energy, avoiding loss of muscle forms, with the help of protein products. During this period, he follows a low-calorie diet. The athlete advises feeding the body as often as possible. But the stomach should be accustomed to large volumes of food gradually. He consumes fiber and is a follower of a healthy homemade diet. Withstands drinking regime. A glass of water exclusively before meals, not after. Helps the stomach digest huge amounts of food using special medications.

Friends, hello everyone. Today we have a very unusual issue called: “biography of Andrei Skoromny”, unusual due to the fact that we will not discuss some foreign athletes (in previous issues, for example, we had others), but his Russian brother - Andrei Skoromny.

Andrey Skoromny / Russian Hulk

Russian Hulk, - I wonder where this came from?)))

Biography

Andrey Skoromny was born on June 30, 1989 (25 years old) in Ukraine, in the Cherkasy region, but his entire childhood was spent in the north of Russia, in the village of Purpe, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (p.s. now as of writing this article, i.e. 2014 - lives in Moscow).

In 2005, he graduated from school and moved to Moscow to study. At the age of 17, upon arrival in Moscow, I quote: “my soul, brought up on sports, demanded training, but it so happened that I did not go to the athletics or basketball section, which I had done before, but to the neighboring weightlifting hall... and then, as they say, “I got sucked in,” well, in general, I started going to the gym and became seriously interested in bodybuilding.. (that is, at the age of 17 he started training, by the way, at that time his weight with which he started training was about 65 kg (according to some data 60 kg)).

P.s. 17 years old, 60-65 kg.. (below there will be photographs demonstrating this), what am I leading to? Firstly, to the fact that, if you think about it, everyone starts from scratch at some point.. (you should never forget about this, if you are a fatty or a skinny, in fact, it doesn’t matter, set a goal for yourself - and achieve it, gradually step by step, day by day, month by month, and then success will not keep you waiting... this is some kind of motivation, but I’m absolutely serious, don’t think, Andrey Skoromny is an excellent example demonstrating his progress), and secondly , I propose to look at his FORM (muscle volume), so to speak, BEFORE (what happened) and AFTER (what happened and everything is yet to come, because the guy is still young), so, then the WEIGHT WAS 60-65 kilograms, and now he weighs per hundred (according to the data that I found, his weight is 118 kg in the off-season, i.e. at weight, and 90-100 kilograms for competition). P.s. if you do the calculations, then over the entire period 53 kg of muscle mass was gained, and maybe even more), here’s the before and after..., see photos below demonstrating this phenomenal result:

And here's what happens now (i.e. AFTER):

Do you recognize?)) This is the same person... here you have 53 kilograms of muscle mass gained.

This can’t help but serve as an excellent motivation for beginning guys, especially DRYSHCHY, never forget what I told you today (or reminded you), everyone starts from scratch, however, not everyone reaches the end (achieving such results), many drop out halfway... for various reasons... LAZINESS, excuses, home, work, family, health, moving, etc. All this doesn’t matter if you have set a goal for yourself - achieve it at any cost (this applies not only to one area of activity, in our case bodybuilding (bodybuilding), don’t get hung up on one thing, try to develop in all directions, and it’s possible to start doing this (to achieve your goal, achieve your goals, improve yourself, discipline yourself) - bodybuilding comes in handy).

Competitions

Andrey’s first bodybuilding competition was the Moscow Championship, held in the spring of 2010. There, Andrey, performing in the junior category, confidently took first place in the overall standings. After which he, as the winner of the “juniors”, was invited to compete in the “men up to 90 kg” category, in which he eventually became a bronze medalist (third place).

At the Russian Cup, which also took place in the same spring (2010), Andrei wins the “juniors over 75 kg” category and secures the result in the absolute junior standings, winning first place. Then he takes part in competitions in the “men’s” 90 kg category, where Andrey again takes third place, losing only to Sergei Kopantsev and Vadim Solonchak, who took first and second places.

In the fall of 2010, at the Moscow Region Championship, Andrei Skoromny again took first place in the overall standings among “juniors” and again in his track record third place among “men,” but now in the category up to 100 kg. At the Moscow Championship, he had a very similar result: again he took first place in the overall standings among the “juniors”, but this time he showed more “drier” muscles, in fact, thanks to this, Andrey ALREADY takes second place in the category “men up to 90 kg” (previous took third place several times), behind only the winner Ivan Vodyanov.

The autumn season of 2010 ended for Andrei Skoromny with the Russian Championship, where he won his “juniors over 75 kg” category, and after that the overall classification (juniors absolute), becoming the champion of Russia. Unfortunately, Andrei was unable to take part in the World Junior Championships due to a common cold, which led to a serious complication in the ear, and therefore, 17 days before the announced date, Andrei was hospitalized and was forced to stop his pre-competition preparation.

Having missed the spring competitive season, in October 2011 at the Open Championship and the Moscow Championship, Andrei Skoromny, having already left the junior division, took first place in the “men up to 100 kg” category and in the absolute standings (category) is second only to heavyweight Vitaly Fateev (i.e. . takes second place), but ahead of the winners of other weight categories: Sergei Doronichev (up to 85 kg), Pavel Ivanov (up to 90 kg) and Pavel Goncharov (up to 80 kg).

In 2012, Andrey begins his competitive career with the Russian Championship, where he becomes second in the “men up to 100 kg” category. Skoromny also takes part in two commercial tournaments - the “Champions Cup”, taking 5th place in the absolute category among men, and the “Grand Prix Fitness House”, taking 4th place in the absolute category.

In 2013, Skoromny competed at the European Arnold Classic (Arnold Amateur (IFBB)) in the “up to 100kg” category, but, unfortunately, did not enter the top six (and the remaining places were not indicated in the IFBB protocol). At the Russian Championship among men in the same category (i.e. men up to 100 kg) he took second place.
