Master class on making pasta appliques. Crafts from pasta, a photo with a description will prompt the process of execution Pasta applique autumn leaf

Survey

Every mom in the kitchen has such a product as pasta. They can be an excellent material for making children's crafts. Engaging in this type of creativity will be interesting not only for the baby, but also for his parents. From the most common spaghetti, shells, noodles and other types of pasta, you can make original applications. Such activities will develop the child's imagination, aesthetic taste, thinking, imagination, fine motor skills of hands, skills in working with glue and paints.

It should be noted that making this type of applique is a rather painstaking work, requiring perseverance and diligence. Therefore, for a start, offer the crumbs to make a small craft. An example of making such is shown in the next master class.

Application of pasta "Flower"

Materials for creativity:

  • cardboard - 2 sheets;
  • pasta of various shapes (raw);
  • PVA glue;
  • watercolors or gouache paints;
  • brush;
  • paper napkins;
  • a glass of water.

Application guide

Lay out the entire composition on one sheet of cardboard, choosing pasta that is suitable for it.

We will glue the applique onto another sheet of cardboard, transferring the applique elements and gluing them in the same way as they were placed on the composition. Why are we doing this craft in this way? A 3-year-old child has a poorly developed imagination, he cannot keep in his head a picture of what needs to be done for a long time. And so the whole composition is in front of his eyes. The child simply transfers element by element to another sheet, while smearing them with glue.

When all the parts are glued, leave the product to dry.

Now comes the stage of no less jewelry work - decorating the composition. Apply the paint to the pasta with gentle strokes with a thin brush. Start from top to bottom so as not to smear the paint with your hand. Leave the finished composition to dry completely.

Here's a pretty flower turned out.

By the same principle, you can perform compositions of a larger volume, for example, a whole meadow with flowers. Fortunately, the variety of pasta allows you to fantasize in this direction. The photo shows an example of such a craft. It may not be done by a crumb at one time, but it doesn’t matter. The result of 2-3 sessions can be such a bright composition.

Recommendations for parents when making pasta applique

  • Be prepared for the fact that during creativity your child will be stained in both glue and paint. Therefore, first put on an apron or old clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
  • The pasta sags very quickly, make sure that the child does not hold the pasta smeared with glue in his hands for a long time.
  • The paint for coloring should be as thick as possible. Explain to the baby that you first need to squeeze the water out of the brush against the wall of the glass or napkin, and only then draw the paint. The smallest artists, after all, should be given gouache, its consistency itself is thick.
  • Help your child when decorating spaghetti pieces. He alone is unable to arrange such delicate elements neatly.
  • Such applications look great in frames. They can be a decoration for a child's room. Shine and durability of such pictures can be given with the help of clear acrylic varnish (varnish for decorative work). Use a thin brush to brush over all the pasta and let it dry. Frame the picture and hang it on the wall.

Pasta is not only a delicious side dish, but also an excellent material for creating all kinds of DIY crafts. After all, they are so easy to process, available in large quantities and in a wide variety of forms. For children of preschool and school age, "pasta needlework" will help develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, but for adults it will become an exciting hobby. In this article, you will find 15 DIY pasta craft ideas, 100 inspiring photo examples, a few simple instructions, and a step-by-step master class on pasta coloring with food colors.

Idea 1. Pasta angels

Crafts made from pasta in the shape of angels can be turned into a garland or a set of Christmas decorations. They are done very simply, so you can easily make a whole lot of adorable angels with your child.

Materials:

  • 20mm wooden ball (for making a head).
  • Large straws or Italian rigatoni (for the mantle).
  • Wheels or flowers (for the collar).
  • Horns (for hands).
  • Small stars (for decorating a dress, also suitable for imitating hair).
  • Ditalini (small tubular pasta for making hair).
  • Bows or butterflies (for the wings).
  • Glue gun.

Instructions:

First, glue the wheel to the tube with thermal glue, then the ball head to the center of the wheel, and under the collar, glue the bow wings to the body.

Now glue the ditalini hair on the ball in several rows. By the way, there are two ways to arrange small hair tubes - across the head and along. And finally, decorate the angel's robe with stars: glue one on the collar and a few more on the hem.

Make as many angels as you want and then go paint them. You can come up with your own design of angels or paint them white as in this master class. To do this, place the figurines on a few pencils or wooden skewers, stick them in the foam or in the ground, and then paint the angels with three coats of paint.

When all the figures are dry, using a very thin marker pen, draw closed eyes and mouth on their faces.

Want to make the angels even more festive? Make a halo for them from wire and gold beads, and paint the stars on the mantle with gold paint as shown in the photo.

The following selection of photos shows examples of angels made from pasta of other shapes.

Idea 2. Hair accessories

Pasta can be so beautiful that you can even decorate your hair with it. So, for example, an ordinary headband for hair will become more elegant if spikelets painted with golden spray paint are glued to it.

Also, from the rim and glued together wheels and flowers, you can make a tiara for a little princess.

Butterflies can be used to make hair ornaments. To do this, they need to be decorated and then glued to invisible clips, clips or hairpins.

Idea 3. "Jewelry" jewelry

Here's another idea for ladies - pasta earrings, bracelets, beads and necklaces. In the next selection of photos, you can see examples of bead designs for young girls. Children can make such accessories with their own hands, even without the help of adults, because glue is not even needed here, but only paints and threads.

But such necklaces, earrings and bracelets can be worn not only by young ladies, but also by their mothers.

By adding feathers to the pasta beads, you can create decorations for an Indian party or children's play.

Idea 4. Panels and pictures from pasta

From pasta of different sizes, shapes and colors, you can create wall panels or "write" real paintings - portraits, landscapes, still lifes and abstract subjects. There are at least two techniques for making pictures from pasta.

Method 1: Find a suitable embroidery pattern on the Internet and match the same small size pasta. For example, these can be very small tubes or stars. Color the pasta in the colors you want (see the end of the article), and then glue it to the canvas on a stretcher according to the chosen pattern for embroidery. You can glue the parts with PVA glue or thermal glue (in this case, it is better to apply the glue to pasta, and not to canvas).

Method 2: By hand or using a ready-made / homemade stencil, sketch out a sketch on the canvas. Think about which pasta is right for your drawing. So, for example, spirals are suitable for depicting hair, tubes can represent bricks at home, shells can be themselves, and all small horns, stars, etc. can be used to "fill" or "draw" contours. You also need to plan what colors will be used for the painting. Keep in mind that you can compose a composition not only from pasta, but also from cereals and beans. Having decided on the palette, paint the pasta (see the end of the article), and then glue them in the right order.

The next selection of photos shows examples of pasta panels and pictures that children can make, for example, to decorate their room, for school assignments, or to give to a loved one.

And here are the ideas for crafts from cereals and pasta for creative adults.

Idea 5. Garland of butterflies

Depending on the color of the butterfly macaroni, you can create garlands for New Years, Easter, children's birthday, Halloween and any themed holiday.

And you can also decorate a children's room with such a pasta craft.

Making a pasta garland is very simple. To do this, you only need a pretty thread, one or two packs of butterflies, and paint or glitter glue.

However, not only bows can be used to make a garland, any curly pasta and tubes are suitable as in the photo below.

Idea 6. Organizer for stationery

Any glass and even a tin can can be turned into a pretty organizer for office supplies. All you need is pasta, glue and acrylic paints.

Idea 7. Christmas toys

You can make wonderful Christmas tree decorations from curly pasta with your own hands. So, for example, wheels, flowers and shells easily fold into snowflakes. Moreover, the combinations of details can be so different that each decoration on the tree will be unlike any other.

The principle of creating a pasta snowflake is simple - first, a core is made from one or several parts, and then 5-6 rays are built up around it from different or identical pasta glued together. Before gluing the snowflakes, the entire combination must be folded on paper and make sure that all the parts fit together. After the glue is dry, you can start painting. If you want to cover the craft with sparkles, then you need to do this immediately after staining so that the sparkles have time to grab onto the paint. To set the glitter better, spray the snowflake with hairspray. In the next photo slider, the stages of work are presented visually.

And here are other options for Christmas tree decorations that are easy to make with your own hands from pasta.

Idea 8. Pasta box

A box made of wheels or flowers may seem like the result of the finest work of a master, but, in fact, everyone can make such a craft with their own hands. To do this, you need to pick up a small box, arrange the bottom of the box according to its dimensions, then assemble the walls of the box with glue around the walls of the box, and finally, make a lid of the appropriate size. If desired, handles assembled from several parts can be glued to the sides of the box, and the legs can be glued to the bottom. Next, the lid and the box should be connected together using pieces of flexible plastic or leather. When the product is ready, all that remains is to cover it with spray paint.

There is also an easier way to make a box of pasta with your own hands, when a ready-made box or box is taken as a basis, and pasta is used only for decoration.

The main thing here is to create beautiful and neat patterns and carefully paint over both the box itself and the pasta decorations. It is best to use aerosol cans to paint such pasta crafts.

Idea 9. Bookmark for a book

Curly pasta, for example, bows, is the best way to decorate bookmarks for books and textbooks.

To make the bookmark itself, you need to cut a rectangle out of cardboard, glue it with scrapbooking paper (or any other beautiful paper), and then laminate the bookmark with transparent tape.

The pasta can simply be dyed in bright colors and / or covered with glitter as in this workshop. To make the pasta shiny, you only need to process it with PVA glue, sprinkle generously with sparkles and brush off the excess.

After 2-3 hours, when the glue becomes transparent and dry, the pasta can be glued to the bookmarks with a glue gun.

Idea 10. Postcards with pasta decor

The same bows or, say, pasta hearts can be used to make postcards with your own hands. The principle of operation remains the same as for making bookmarks (see Idea No. 9). And here is a selection of photo examples of "pasta" postcards.

Idea 11. Elegant photo frames

Curly pasta can be used to decorate frames for photos, paintings or posters. To do this, you only need thermal glue, a frame, paints and the pasta themselves. In the next selection of photos, you can glean ideas for decorating frames for children and adults.

Idea 14. Mini-tree

If you liked the idea of making macaroni angels, garlands or Christmas tree decorations, then we suggest replenishing the collection of New Year's decor with a Christmas tree made of pasta. This craft will look great on a festive table, console table or mantelpiece.

Instructions:

Prepare heavy paper or cardboard, a glass bottle or large glass, thermal glue, spray paint (such as gold), a pack of butterfly pasta, and any additional decor such as beads. Cut a semicircle out of cardboard, roll it into a cone and fix it with glue. Keep in mind that the taller the cardboard is, the taller the tree will be. With the cone on the bottle, start gluing the butterflies to its bottom edge in one row. Then proceed to the second row, but now place the pasta so that they overlap the gaps in the first row.

Continue gluing the butterflies in the same way to the very top, so that the cone is completely hidden under the Christmas tree "branches". When the glue is dry, spray paint on the tree and then glue the beads to decorate.

In the next selection of photos, you can glean other ideas for creating Christmas trees from pasta.

Idea 15. Christmas wreath

Another DIY pasta craft idea for celebrating the New Year, Christmas or Easter is a pasta wreath. To make it, you will need a foam blank hoop, glue, curly pasta, ribbons, paints and the rest of the decor.

Appliques of this type can be a decoration for a child's room or a great gift.

DIY pasta crafts can be done even by the youngest lovers of creativity. Often, it is pasta that becomes one of the first materials that children learn in kindergarten and at home: first, they learn to sort through them, sorting them by size and shape, and then begin to create different pictures and volumetric figures from them.

The creation of such crafts does not imply the constant and direct participation of an adult - the teacher can simply explain the course of work and observe the process that children usually cope with on their own.

The simplest pasta crafts for children are an applique using a key element made from a template. For example, if you glue the face of a lion to a sheet of paper in advance, all that remains is to lay out its mane with long pasta.

For pasta gluing, it is better to use transparent office glue or a glue gun.

You can prepare the core of the flower and its stem with a chenille wire leaf, and turn the pasta into petals.

If the pasta is pre-painted, the scope for creativity will become even wider.

So, a few dyed pasta and an ice cream stick painted with bright flowers easily turn into an elegant dragonfly.

Very interesting appliqués are made from colored pasta.

You can lay out a beautiful Christmas tree with green pasta.

The Christmas tree can be painted - it will turn out very touching and elegant.

Interesting paintings can be created using bow-shaped pasta.

Pasta "bows"

It is very easy to turn them into fragile bright butterflies and grass.

The image of butterflies will be completed with antennae painted on with a felt-tip pen and bright trajectories of their flight.

From the "horns" pasta, very beautiful scales for fish are obtained.

Application from Rybka pasta

From pasta "small shells" surprisingly touching leaves are obtained.

Applique macaroni "Autumn tree"

If you boil pasta, then you can create a real edible applique from them and other products!

Craft from products "Parovoz"

From an ordinary cardboard box and pasta, you can create a stand for pens and pencils.

Pasta mosaic "Flowers"

Sliced and dyed pasta can make an amazing mosaic. As a basis, we can take any mass for modeling, which tends to harden in air. By pressing in the pasta, create any pattern or image you want.

Even the smallest pupil can create the "Flowers" macaroni mosaic.

You can create a larger flower. Laying out colored pasta, you can create more complex images.

Mosaic "flower"

Such simple ideas will help children to take a fresh look at the familiar pasta and will certainly become the basis for creating unique, inimitable, children's masterpieces.

Break the spaghetti into two pieces and put them into piles of 3-4 pasta. We need to glue the spaghetti together. A "rounded bow" is glued to the end of the glued spaghetti.

Cut out the base for the snowflake from paper.

We fix the glued pasta on a paper base. Decorate the paper base with bow pasta.

We glue the "bows"

We decorate the rays of the snowflake with macaroni "rounded bow" and put them on the bows inside the snowfields. Coloring the snowflake in frosty colors. Our beautiful snowflake is ready!

Snowflake from pasta (option 2)

You can make a slightly different pasta snowflake. To do this, we glue together five shell pasta. We will get the middle of the snowflake.

Combining five shell pasta

Glue the spirals to the edges of the middle. Glue the shells between the spirals.

We paint our snowflake white and sprinkle with sparkles.

It remains to tie a white lace ribbon to the snowflake. Our New Year's pasta craft is ready!

DIY pasta herringbone

Another great option for making pasta is to make a beautiful New Year tree out of them. To do this, we twist a cone out of cardboard. We begin to glue the "feathers" pasta to the cone.

We decorate the entire cone in this way.

We paint the Christmas tree with green paint.

Decorate the ends of the pasta with glue or glitter gel. We glue decorative bells and bows. Herringbone pasta is ready!
