  3. Egg. This product is allergenic, so introducing your baby to eggs should be done very carefully. There should be no protein in the diet of a child under one year old. After 10 minutes, dip the chopped zucchini and cauliflower into the soup. Continue cooking over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Cool the soup a little and grind it in a blender.   3. Meatballs with pumpkin
    Prepare 500 g of minced meat by scrolling beef and a medium onion through a meat grinder. Boil small pieces of pumpkin (200 g) in water for 10 minutes, cool and grind into puree. Boil half a cup of round rice until tender, cool. Mix minced meat, pumpkin, rice. Form small meatballs and steam them (in a double boiler or in a water bath). Pumpkin soup

You will need:

  • pumpkin – 250 gr.
  • baby milk - 1 liter.

The first portion of kefir is small - about 20 ml, then this volume increases to the recommended 100-200 ml. Each mother decides for herself what time to give kefir, but it would be appropriate to supplement it with evening feeding.

Feeding schedule at 9 months

5 meals a day

Let us repeat that of this number of feedings, two will be milk feedings, and three will be complementary foods. Porridge

Corn porridge with apple

  • corn grits - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • water - 1 glass;
  • butter - 0.5 tsp;

Sort the grains and remove the garbage. Rinse in water two to three times. Let the cereal sit in water for about an hour, then boil until soft. According to the recipe, you should grate the apple. First you need to wash it and remove the peel. Grind the finished porridge using a sieve, put the grated apple in it. Season with butter.

Semolina porridge with apple juice

  • semolina – 2 tbsp;
  • children's apple juice – ¼ cup;
  • water – ¼ cup.

Mashed buckwheat porridge with butter

  • water - 200 ml;

Cut the zucchini into cubes, and disassemble the cauliflower into separate slices, dip the prepared vegetables in boiling water and cook until soft. When ready, grind the vegetables through a sieve, return to the broth and bring the soup to a boil. Add oil.



Rice and carrot soup puree

  • water (or vegetable decoction) – 300 ml;
  • rice – 1 tbsp;
  • medium carrot – 1 pc.;
  • butter – 2 tsp.

Washed and peeled carrots cut into medium-sized cubes, pour hot water and cook until soft over medium heat. At this time, cook rice according to the classic recipe. Grind both carrots and cereals through a sieve along with their decoctions, add 100 g. water and bring the soup to a boil. When ready, add oil.

Potato soup

  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • water - 0.5 cups;
  • butter - 1 tsp;
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and remove the skins. Boil until done. Grind the finished potatoes through a sieve. Add potato broth. Place on the stove again and wait until it boils. Grind the egg yolk with butter and add to the puree soup.

  • rabbit meat – 100 g;

  • carrots – 30 g;
  • potatoes – 50 g;
  • water – 0.5 liters.
