You have 10 ml of alcohol, they correspond to 100% of the volume. Next, we draw up a proportion in which "x" corresponds to 20%. We calculate our "x" using the formula (10x20): 100% \u003d 2 ml (or 40 drops). The resulting value "x" is the amount of essential components we need. According to the formula, 10% eau de toilette will contain 1 ml, or 20 drops of the aromatic part in 10 ml of alcohol.

However, keep in mind that such calculations are more suitable for certified industrial products, and home production may not be as strict. The main thing is to compose a perfume composition that suits you, but you get perfume or eau de toilette, by and large, it doesn’t matter.

The time of "ripening" of alcohol-containing products is up to a month. You can shake the container every 3 days without opening it.

Perfume on a solid basis

Add 40-45 drops of the prepared mixture of esters to 2 tsp. base oil from those mentioned above. Next, melt in a water bath 2 tsp. beeswax. As soon as the wax softens, combine and mix it with the perfumed base. Mix quickly so that the essential oils do not evaporate.
