How to make strawberries

A visual process shows the following master class.

DIY felt products

1. In the top photo you see bread, dumplings and green peas. Dumplings are easily created from scraps of white fabric. To cut them, use scissors with zigzag edges. You can fill these blanks with filler, and if it is not there, then with ordinary cotton wool.
2. You will make a loaf of fabric if you take a light brown and white canvas. On a darker one, you need to make three semicircular cutouts, and sew the base of bread from white. Sew a light brown cut-out fabric on top.
3. Each pea pod is created from two identical semicircular parts, between which there is a layer of filler.
4. The cheese head is formed from 4 elements. The top and bottom are identical. They are connected with a strip of fabric. If you want to show that a piece of cheese is cut off, then you need to sew a darker strip inside this head.
5. You will also create round and rectangular cookies from felt, for such products you don’t even need a filler. Cut out two paired parts, sew their edges on the hands, make a few stitches in the center.
6. The cheese in the bottom photo can be made from foam rubber. To get a fermented milk product with noble mold, sew with blue and green threads.

Even food made of felt, which is not voluminous, also looks great. Beets are made without the use of filler. For fish, you will need quite a bit. To make a fabric scrambled egg, you need to cut out a blank from white felt and a circle from yellow. Under the yolk, you need to put a little filler, sew this yellow circle into the center of the white blank.

Dumplings are created from yellow or white fabric, which must be cut with a crescent. The blanks are sewn together in pairs, stuffed with cotton wool. The ends of each need to be connected and sewn.

Fabric tea bags will turn out to be especially beautiful if you glue or sew an appliqué in the form of berries and leaves on a bag made of white linen.
You can also make whole dishes from felt.

1. The centerpiece of the next one is the salmon steak. To create it, you need to cut out two identical parts from pink felt. This will be the top and bottom of the red fish piece. To create a fabric cake, take:

• felt of the desired colors for the base and for fruits;
• filler;
• scissors;
• wavy braid;
• needle and thread.

For the cake, you will need 3 parts: the first is made in the form of a rectangle measuring 16 by 5 cm. The other two are the top and bottom of the product. These are two circles with a diameter of 5 cm.

For fruits, three semicircles with a diameter of 2.5 cm are needed; 5 cm; 7 cm. You will need another figure in the form of a small green star. Attach the rectangular piece to the round piece. Sew up the side. Stuff the resulting barrel with padding polyester, sew the bottom on your hands.

You can decorate the cake however you like. A zigzag braid in a contrasting color will look good. We sew it with a seam forward needle.

The base is ready, it remains to decorate it with berries and fruits. Let's start with strawberries. To highlight the small seeds that are on it, embroider a red semicircle with yellow or other thread. Connect the sides, stitch this seam.

Pull the bottom of the strawberry onto a thread, put the filler here, sew on the detail in the form of a green star.

Put a small light green on the green semicircle, sew them together. Without removing this thread, make it a kind of rays. Embroider kiwi seeds with black thread. Fold this slice in half, with a green thread, connect the edges together.

And here is how to make a cream for a cake. From white felt, cut a circle with a diameter of 5 cm, cut the petals along the edge. Then collect them on the light as it is done in the photo. Tighten the thread, cut.

It remains to collect the cake. To do this, sew a slice of kiwi with a green thread, connect the strawberries in the same way. Sew a cream with a white thread, the middle of which needs to be decorated with an artificial pearl. The edges of the cake are decorated with the same elements.

Fabric food will be even more varied if you make cookies. Create with the children, they will certainly enjoy the creation of such things.

For these beautiful confections, use brown felt and fleece scraps. Cut out hearts, stars, circles from matter. Fold in two pairs.
