And today I decided to present to you Master Class"Water lily from spoons". To do this, we need the simplest materials that everyone has, and this craft will not take much time, for that it will turn out very beautiful, even suitable for a gift.

All we need: plastic spoons (large and small, yellow crepe paper, green cardboard, scissors, glue gun (or titanium glue).

First, cut out the base for our water lilies made of cardboard, in leaf form. After that, we need to prepare the petals themselves water lilies. To do this, I cut off the handle from spoons.

Glue the next row of petals to the bottom of the middle outside, placing new petals in a checkerboard pattern. In the course of work on the formation of a flower, we glue the petals and open them. The lower part of the petals must be glued very carefully.

It turns out quite a large water lily.

Decoration of details

Further, in order for the lily to look like a real one, you need to pay attention to important details: the middle of the flower and the leaves. You can more clearly see the creation of an artificial water lily by watching a video of such a master class.

So, we proceed to the formation of the middle of the flower. To do this, cut a strip about five centimeters wide from a plastic folder-folder. Scissors should cut the finished strip from one edge into thin strips, without cutting to the end so that the strip is a fringe. Roll the resulting strip into a roll.

Apply enough glue to the other edge and fix it in the center of the flower cup. We got a water lily with a yellow center.

The lily should be attached to the leaf, so let's start making it. We cut out a leaf in the form of a rounded heart from an empty plastic bottle. Then we paint it with waterproof green paints.

After the paint is completely dry, you need to glue the flower to the leaf. Lily from spoons is completely ready.

Other ways to make lilies from plastic spoons

Not only with the help of glue you can collect a cup of a lily flower. We offer you two more options for attaching the petals.

The first option is that the prepared plastic spoons need to be melted over the fire from the side that we are going to attach and quickly attach to the base.

The second option is more suitable if you want to make a very large lily. This technique consists in the fact that before the formation of the flower cup, a special base is prepared, on which the petals from plastic disposable spoons will be fixed.

For the manufacture of the base, you can take cardboard, even better if it is an egg carton. Soak the cardboard in water, when it swells, wring out and rub thoroughly until smooth. Add PVA glue to the resulting mass, as well as white gouache paints. You can take other paints, but always water-soluble. From the resulting mixture on a plastic board, form a hemisphere. Plastic spoons are stuck into this hemisphere, forming a cup of a flower. When the mass hardens, the petals are securely fixed.

There are also many materials from which you can make the middle of a flower. These can be thick yellow threads, cut fringe from yellow plastic bottles, or dyed yellow paints, or soft yellow wire.

As you have already seen, creating water lilies from plastic dishes is a fairly simple but exciting activity.
