Before doing the work you need prepare materials suitable for creating a case. List of required funds:

  • pieces of cotton of different colors;
  • any thin insulation;
  • zip fastening;
  • scissors;
  • thread and needle;
  • key ring or special carabiner.

Description of work:

As seen, making a headphone case with your own hands is very simple.

Denim holder

A cover in the shape of a cat can be made from any material that is in the apartment. In this version, denim material was used, although it can be easily replaced with leather, felt or other dense material. You won't need much of it.

Then you need to find a small piece of scarlet or pink fabric. To sew an unusual headphone case yourself without a zipper, you will need to take cardboard or an old plastic card, a few beads, a regular button and a pencil.

On paper, you will need to create a pattern in the shape of a cat (it could be a cat); in addition, you will need a small pattern of a tongue. The height of the case should be about 9 cm.

Description of work:

  1. It is necessary to cut out 2 parts of the body from the fabric, as well as two elements of the tongue (one denim, the other made of red material). Use a pencil to mark the line and the area where you can insert the tongue. There you need to create an incision with scissors or a knife.
  2. The two parts of the tongue will have to be sewn together and turned to the outside. The mouth area needs to be covered with black thread and the finished tongue sewn there. After this, you will need to embroider the animal’s face and sew small beads or buttons onto the eyes.
  3. You need to sew a button to the body and the inside of the tongue: the wiring from the headphones should fit under the tongue. Then the part in the shape of the cat’s body will need to be made from cardboard or plastic card. It should be smaller than the fabric base and not reach the seam by only 1.5 cm. The product is almost ready, all that remains is to fold all the elements and sew them along the marked line.

That's it, the job is finished.

In the same way, you can make a headphone case from felt with your own hands.

You can sew a cat headphone case by hand, even without a sewing machine. On the one hand, it seems like such a trifle, but how unpleasant it is to waste time untangling wires. A familiar picture: the headphones are tangled in your bag or pocket again. We need to come up with something. We offer several master classes on how to sew funny and cute cat-shaped headphone cases in 1 hour.

Fur headphone case (master class)

You can sew such an interesting fur case for headphones with your own hands from a piece of faux fur. You can sew such a case for yourself, or you can give it as a gift, as a token of attention.

If you can't find a piece of faux fur, don't worry - any thick fabric will do. It can be fleece, terry cloth, plush, wool, and so on.

It’s good if you can buy or make eyes and a nose from polymer clay, but you can simply replace all this with small buttons. The main thing is to do it in a good mood, and everything will work out.

To work you will need:

  1. Main fabric (fur, fleece, or terry).
  2. Lining fabric.
  3. Zipper approx 13.5 cm.
  4. Threads for embroidering a muzzle.
  5. Eyes and nose.
  6. Threads to match the color of the product.
  7. Glue Moment.
  8. Pins.

First we need to make a cardboard pattern for our case:

We make a pattern from cardboard or thick paper according to these dimensions. Take fabric for headphones:

We place our template cut out of paper onto the fabric and trace it with a pencil or pen. The pattern is given with seam allowances, so we don’t add anything.

We should get: 2 pcs. main fabric D 90 mm, 2 pcs. lining fabric D 90mm, 2 pcs. ear from the main one, and 2 pcs. ear from the lining. Place the ear pieces with right sides facing inward and stitch, leaving the bottom untouched.

Then, we will sew the ears to the main part. We find the middle of the main part (fur circle) and fix it with a pin. Next we will focus on this top point in order to sew neatly and with an equal distance. Place the inside of the ears on the front side of the base. The distance from the ears to the top point of the base is approximately 1 cm. We fix the ears with pins.

We sew on the ears, do it by hand or by machine. This seam is needed to prevent the tabs from moving when sewing on the zipper.

Let's take the lightning. The zipper should be no larger than 1.5 D, that is, 90 mm + 45 mm. = 135 mm, or 13.5 cm. If your zipper is more than 14 cm, then it is better to cut it with scissors to 14 cm. Find the middle of the zipper and fix it with a pin. We attach the zipper to the middle of the main part between the ears. We pin and sew the lock so that the edge of the lock goes into the edge of the base. Here, as you can see, there are 2 lines: one is the one with which we sewed the ears, and the second is the zipper itself.

Next, sew on the second part of the base. We apply the 2nd part of the base, pin it and sew it on. Please note - when we sew the remaining part along with the lock, we move the lock down. This is necessary so that it is not visible on the front side.

Sew the two main parts together in a circle. We stitched and turned the cover inside out.

We decorate the face. We mark the place for the mouth with pins. We decorate our cat’s mouth with black threads. If you are making eyes and a nose from buttons, now is the time to sew them on. If you have eyes like in the photo, then we will glue them at the end of the work.

Then we turn the cover inside out again. Sew on the lining, first the first one, followed by the second one. We put the second lining on the side of the lock and sew it on.

We sew the linings together, leaving a small unstitched area, which we will finally sew with a hidden seam.

Turn it right side out and sew the last unstitched area with a blind stitch. All that remains is to glue the eyes with Moment glue. The cat headphone case is ready, you can use it.

The video gives a detailed description of this case:

Holder made of denim material (master class)

You can sew a case for Cat headphones with your own hands from any material, in this case from a piece of jeans. Denim can be replaced with felt, leather, or suede. For this you need a small piece of material. We will also need pink or red material.

To work you will need:

  1. Pieces of fabric, felt, or leather.
  2. A piece of fabric or felt, red or pink.
  3. Cardboard or old plastic card.
  4. 2 beads.
  5. The button is simple.
  6. Pencil.

We make a pattern of the body and tongue from paper. Choose the size yourself; it is better to make the cover 9 centimeters in height.

We cut out two body blanks from fabric, one tongue blank, and a second tongue blank from red fabric. Use a pencil to draw the line along the ruler. In this case, a yellow pencil.

We mark with a pencil the place where we will insert the tongue. We make a cut with scissors.

We cover the place of the mouth with black thread and sew in the tongue, previously stitched and turned inside out.

We embroider the Cat's face and sew on beads instead of eyes. The eyes can be replaced with small buttons. We embroider the ears with red thread.

Sew the button to the back of the tongue and to the Cat’s body. Try closing it, in case you sewed it in the wrong place. The rolled up headphone wire should fit under the Cat's tongue.

Every modern person can no longer imagine his life without gadgets and his favorite music on his phone, which accompanies us everywhere. At the same time, you want everything in your bag to be neat and to be able to find your headphones without much difficulty.

DIY accessories - an original and stylish gift

So that they are always in their place and do not cling to anything, you can buy a small handbag. Of course, it is often included with the purchase, but you really want to have a unique item. It’s easy to sew headphone cases with your own hands; in this case, you can choose your own original shape and favorite color scheme. In addition, such a craft can be a wonderful surprise for a loved one who will appreciate a handmade gift.

Holder made of denim material

A cover in the shape of a cat is sewn from any material that is in the house. In this case, denim was used, although it can easily be replaced with leather, felt or other dense material; not much of it will be needed. Additionally, you need to find a small piece of red or pink fabric.

To sew a unique headphone case with your own hands without a zipper, you additionally need to prepare cardboard or an old plastic card, a couple of beads, a simple button and a pencil.

A pattern is made on paper in the shape of a cat (it can be another animal); in addition, a small pattern of the tongue is needed. The height of the cover should be about 9 cm.

Even a novice craftsman can sew headphone cases with his own hands. You need to cut out two parts of the body from the fabric, as well as two parts of the tongue (one denim and the other made of red fabric). Use a pencil to mark the future line and the place where the tongue will be inserted. There you need to make a cut with scissors or a paper knife.

The two parts of the tongue are stitched together and turned right side out. The mouth area is covered with black thread and the finished tongue is sewn there. Next, you need to embroider the cat’s face and sew small beads or buttons onto the eyes.

A button is sewn to the body and the inside of the tongue: a rolled up headphone wire should fit under the tongue. Now another part in the form of a cat’s body needs to be cut out of a plastic card. It should be smaller than the fabric base and not reach the seam by about half a centimeter. The product is almost ready, all that remains is to fold all the parts and sew them along the intended line.

Using a similar principle, you can make funny animal holders from felt. In this case, the finished parts are sewn with a buttonhole stitch using bright threads. The eyes and tongue can also be cut from felt or leatherette.

Stylish DIY leather headphone cases

To work you will need a piece of leather, glue, strong threads, a strong needle and a pencil with a piece of paper for the pattern.

When thinking about how to make a headphone case with your own hands quickly and beautifully, first of all you should take care of the pattern. The case can be of absolutely any shape, the main thing is that the headphones fit inside without any problems; an excellent choice is a round-shaped accessory.

A paper pattern in the form of a circle is placed on a piece of leather and traced with a pen. You need to make two identical parts, after which one of them is cut in half. This must be done extremely carefully, since all the cuts will be on the front side.

The finished elements are glued with the wrong side to the felt using Moment glue. You need to wait until the parts dry and cut them out. Now all the parts are sewn together, but before that the free edges are processed with a buttonhole stitch. The knots are hidden between the leather and the felt, the threads must be pulled tight, but not overtightened, all stitches must be the same size and placed parallel to each other.

When the free edge of the parts is stitched, two semicircles are placed on the round part so that they match perfectly. Leather elements cannot be basted, as puncture marks remain, so everything must be stitched clean right away. When sewing elements together, you can additionally use beads for decoration (put a bead on each stitch). Several seams can be made near the connection of the upper parts. In this way, the cover is stitched around the entire perimeter and the thread is secured on the felt side.

Making your own headphone cases is easy and quick, and at the same time they help you keep your bag organized: your headphones will always be in their place and will never get tangled.

To prevent the headphones from getting tangled or lost in your bag, it is convenient to put them in a special case. You can put it in your purse or hang it on a carabiner to your bag or a loop on your trouser belt.

Why not make this cute round headphone case with your own hands?

Materials:

  • fabric (small pieces of cotton)
  • lightning
  • lining fabric
  • thin padding polyester
  • metal ring for hanging
  • sewing supplies

Print the template and cut out the patterns.

Cut out all the details from the fabric:

Made from main fabric
1 lap
2 half circles
1 loop for hanging

Made from lining fabric
1 lap
2 half circles

From padding polyester

1 lap
2 half circles

Place the semicircle of lining fabric right side up and place the zipper on top, aligning the top edges:

Now place a semicircle of the main fabric on top with the wrong side up and cover the “sandwich” with a semicircle of padding polyester:

Sew with an allowance of 0.6 cm:

Repeat the same procedure with the other halves of the circle on the other side of the zipper. Trim off excess padding along the seams.

Unfold the resulting workpiece and smooth out the seams:

Place the seams along the zipper on the front side with a 0.3 cm seam allowance.

Now let's make the loop. Take the loop blank, fold the edges inward towards the center and then fold in half. Sew the resulting strip along the edges (allowance 0.3 cm).

Take the upper part blank and secure the zipper with a few stitches at the top at the edge of the circle, open the zipper halfway:

Then fold the strip for the loop in half and stitch it to the edge of the workpiece with a zipper (align the edges of the loop with the edge of the circle, the loop is directed towards the center of the workpiece):

Let's assemble the lower part of the case - place a circle of lining fabric with the wrong side up, a circle of padding polyester on top and cover with the main fabric, right side out:

We place the circle on the blank with a zipper - the main fabric to the zipper, the lining fabric to the outside:

Now we sew the entire structure along the entire length of the circumference with an allowance of 0.9-1 cm. In the process of sewing in a circle, the fabric will begin to wrinkle a little, so sew slowly, raise the presser foot every few stitches (the needle at this time should be in the lower position, in fabric) and straighten the wrinkles by carefully turning the product.

As you pass the zipper, stop, raise the presser foot (with the needle recessed in the fabric) and turn the project 180 degrees, sew the zipper again, raise the foot again and turn the product again, returning to the starting point, then sew further around the circle ( do this on both sides of the zipper). This procedure will additionally secure the zipper, because we will trim off its excess part.

To prevent the seams from being too thick, you need to trim off the excess padding polyester - bend the edges of the main and lining fabric and carefully cut the padding polyester with small scissors as close to the seam as possible.

Now we cut off the allowances, ideally with curly scissors. Let's leave allowances of approximately 0.4-0.5 cm.

Turn the product right side out and straighten it well.

And we sew along the perimeter of the circle with an allowance of 0.6 cm. Start sewing from one edge of the zipper to the other. There is no need to sew along the zipper itself, this way the cover will look neater. Pull the tails of the threads inside the case, tie neat knots and cut the threads.
