Soap rose. Soap petals, soap flowers Soap in the form of flowers

Thrush

The appearance of this product is beyond praise. There are 12 pretty rosebuds in a heart shaped box. The flowers look very realistic. You will not immediately understand that this is soap.

Oddly enough, the smell also does not suggest that lovely roses can be used in the bath. The aroma is almost non-existent, which is a pity. Admiring the beauty and bright colors, I want to plunge into the aroma of fresh flowers.

At first I tried to use the rose as a regular hand soap. The manufacturer promises that soap petals quickly and completely dissolve in water. But it's not. When moisture gets in, the rosette softens, turning into an unpleasant-looking mass, similar to chewed paper. The foam, even with strong rubbing, turned out to be meager and unconvincing.

In a bath filled with water, soap petals behaved even worse. Purple patches were everywhere. Sticky and unpleasant to the touch, they ate into all surfaces. I did not dare to take such a bath. And for a long time afterwards she scraped off the remains of roses from the walls of the bath.

Conclusion: the set of soap petals looks very nice. It can be put on a shelf in the bathroom or used as a decorative element. But they are impossible to use.

Rose petals are widely used in cosmetology. The fact is that these delicate and fragrant flowers have a number of useful properties, providing anti-inflammatory, regenerating and cleansing effects. Rose petals contain essential oils, vitamins and trace elements that help maintain the beauty and health of the skin. Not to mention the fact that cosmetic products based on them have a charming floral aroma.
For cosmetic purposes, only roses grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides can be used. That is why the petals of purchased flowers are not suitable for this, since they cannot boast of a natural origin. But roses grown at home will be an excellent basis for your beauty treatments.

If you are a happy owner of a backyard plot or a summer cottage where fragrant rose buds grow, be sure to take the opportunity to please your skin with natural remedies based on delicate petals.

Rose petal scrub.
A wonderful scrub that helps to gently cleanse the skin, making it smooth and tender. For cooking you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
  • 1 tablespoon dry chamomile
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal,
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ¼ cup of any oil (for example, almond and olive oil perfectly cleanse and nourish the skin, but if they are not available, then refined sunflower oil can also be used).

Grind rose petals, chamomile and oats in a coffee grinder to large crumbs. Add oil and honey. Apply to the skin, massage a little and rinse with warm water. This composition can be stored in an airtight container and used as needed. In this case, the scrub should be taken out of the container with a clean spoon, and not with your hands, making sure that water does not get into it.
Thanks to rose petals and chamomile, this cosmetic product soothes irritated skin, softens it and makes it fresh and silky. Oats, in turn, help to gently exfoliate the dead epidermis without causing discomfort. Use the scrub on previously cleansed and slightly steamed skin.

Homemade soap based on rose petals.
Gentle fragrant soap can be easily and quickly made by yourself. The idea of \u200b\u200bsuch a tool will surely appeal to fans.
Ingredients:

  • 300 g of soap base with shea butter or any other white color (can be easily found in any specialized online store),
  • ¼ cup dried rose petals
  • suitable moulds.

Melt the soap base in the microwave until it becomes liquid. Use glass or plastic containers for this. Then mix in the rose petals, after crushing them with your hands. If desired, you can add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the soap. This will give the product an even richer flavor. Pour the composition into molds and leave to harden. Then remove the finished soap and use as directed.

Rose oil for the body.
Rose oil is a great winter skincare option for dry skin. It nourishes the skin well and saturates it with moisture. To make butter you will need:

  • 1 cup fresh rose petals
  • 1 cup almond oil (sold in pharmacies).

Place the rose petals in a glass container, crush them a little with a wooden spoon and pour over the oil. Let the composition brew in a dark place for a week, and then strain and use for body care.

Bath with rose petals.
A luxurious treatment that you can afford if you have fresh flowers at home. Add petals to the water and enjoy the fragrant and relaxing atmosphere of a home spa.

On the basis of the petals, you can also prepare a special bath salt, reinforced with additional components. For this you will need:

  • 1 ½ cups good quality milk powder
  • ½ cup Epsom salts (sold in pharmacies, sometimes hidden under other names: magnesia, bitter salt, magnesium sulfate),
  • ¼ cup (or more) dried rose petals
  • red food coloring (optional)
  • rose essential oil (optional)

Mix milk powder and Epsom salt. Add 2-3 drops of red food coloring if you want a nice pink tint. Mix all the ingredients so that the dye is evenly distributed. Then add rose petals and 5-7 drops of essential oil. If you don't have rose essential oil, you can skip this recipe step or use any other soothing essential oils you have on hand (lavender and chamomile oils work well, for example). Then add salt to the water and take a bath.

If you want to give your homemade soothing, relaxing, and skin-softening salt as a gift, wrap it in a pretty bottle or small bag.

Steam treatment with rose petals.
Dried rose petals are the perfect base for a steam bath. They help unclog pores and remove toxins. Add a handful of fragrant rose petals and a little dry chamomile to boiling water and hold your face over the composition for 5-10 minutes, covered with a towel.

In addition to the above methods of using rose petals for cosmetic purposes, there are other equally effective methods. For example, you can add them to homemade masks. To do this, simply dry and grind the petals, then use them as an additional ingredient in your favorite formulations. Petals can be used as a face mask and fresh. Apply a few petals to your wet face so that they adhere to the skin, carefully cover them with cling film with holes cut out for the eyes, nose and mouth, and place a terry towel over your face. Hold this compress for half an hour to achieve a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect. This procedure is indicated for irritated skin.
Rose petals are an affordable and easy way to care for your skin, which will help you maintain youth and beauty for many years.

Flowers. But not all men like to give them. Our advocates are often guided by considerations that it is better to give something practical. In this case, soap flowers are the best option. Yes, soapy. Soap flowers. Unusual, original, festive. I offer a small master class on how to make a rose with your own hands. We will make a rosebud. Then, using this template, you can make a whole composition. We will need a soap base, dye, fragrance, glycerin to give plasticity, and various sticks to make it convenient to stir.

1. In this case, I use a transparent soap base made in England. It is also produced by Russia, Germany and China. We cut it into small pieces and send it to melt in the microwave. The main thing is not to let the base boil.

2. Add titanium dioxide for haze. We need to achieve translucency, so we add a little. Titanium dioxide is used in cooking, in creams and mastic, and in cosmetics, shadows and lipsticks. In my case, this is a powder that I previously diluted in glycerin.

3. Next, we add a cosmetic dye, which is also widely used in the production of our decorative cosmetics. For 100 g of the base you need 5-6 drops of dye. I used the fragrance under the name "Bulgarian Rose". It must be added based on the intensity. Usually it is 5-10 drops.

4. The base has been prepared, now it's the turn of the flower itself. Pour our liquid base onto a flat surface and let it spread in a thin layer. We take a small glass and make circles like dumplings.

5. Next, take a skewer and wrap the first petal on it, squeezing a little to the bottom, and twisting the edges to the outside. The second petal is applied opposite in the same way. At this stage, the skewer will only get in the way, you can remove it. To help yourself, you can glue the bottom with a melted transparent base. And trim a little. Thus, we lay each petal.

6. When we see that we have reached the middle, in the same way, having melted the remains, we can make petals with a slightly larger diameter. We apply them according to the same principle, fastening them with a transparent molten base and pressing the bud to the body. When the flower formation is finished, it can be polished with wet hands. Then it will be smooth and beautiful.
7. Insert our rosette on the stand. Egg carton would be ideal. If not, you can make foil baskets. I'll have to remember the modeling lessons in kindergarten.
So, the first rose is ready. I'll give you a little hint. To make a leg, you can use a cocktail stick. From below, plug it with cotton wool, and pour the prepared base with a syringe or pipette. When dry, cut with a craft knife, being careful not to damage the leg. Following the example of petals, leaves can be made from the base and attached to the leg using the same molten base.

How you want to bring summer! Alluring aroma of flowers around, warm, gentle wind, a riot of colors. This is the mood that prompted me to make a soap flower today. But not just a flower, but a fantasy one.

So what do we need.

1. Soap base. I use 100 g of English transparent, and 50 g of matte white. You can buy German, Chinese or Russian.

2. We also need titanium dioxide. I have this powder, which I previously diluted in glycerin. This component is not to be feared. It is added to toothpaste, cosmetics (shadows and lipsticks), titanium dioxide is also widely used in cooking. These are confectionery creams and emulsions. It will give our transparent base a matte finish. You don’t need to put a lot of it, we just need to cloud the base, make it translucent. We also need glycerin to give plasticity (1 teaspoon of glycerin per 100 g of the base), dye (5 or 6 drops), and flavor (from 5 to 10 drops). In my case, it is a delicate pink color and a “silk rose” scent.

3. So, take 100 g of a transparent soap base, cut it into small cubes and put it in the microwave for a minute. We need it to become liquid like milk, but not boil. Add some titanium dioxide, look at the result.

5. We take a container with a colored base in one hand, with a white base in the other, and at the same time pour it onto a smooth surface from different sides. We make puddles. I needed 6 such combined puddles. Then we add a little more titanium dioxide to the container with the remaining color base (let's make it matte), pour onto the surface in monochromatic puddles of a slightly larger diameter. Such puddles need 4 pieces. Sprinkle alcohol on top to remove air bubbles.

6. When the layer hardens, and this is fast, it is thin, with a glass we make circles like dumplings, using two glasses, or two jars with different circumferences. The circles can be kneaded in your hands before use, pressing the edges a little.

7. Now we take a skewer and wrap the first smaller petal into it, pressing down a little from below. We wrap the edges of the petal on the outside.

8. We apply the second petal opposite, and wrap it in the same way. We glue the edges with the first. While the petals are fresh, they are plastic. To help yourself, you can wet your fingers and mold them like remnants. Each subsequent petal is applied a little higher than the previous one. On the second petal, you can already do without a skewer.

9. Also, on the contrary, we apply the third petal, and glue it with the rest.

10. Thus, in a circle, we add petal by petal, all 6 circles. The middle of our rose is ready. Now we take larger circles, we have them matte, knead it a little stronger, making the edges more wavy. And we do with them the same as the smaller ones. The bud is ready. We got ... a rose. But we wanted a fantasy flower. Therefore, we take small manicure scissors, and cut each petal into thin strips. We distribute the edges so that the flower looks as harmonious as possible. The result was either a chamomile or a peony, but of some special variety. It's nice to feel like a Michurinist.

11. You can begin to design the composition. Here you are only limited by your imagination. You can make a stand from the base, put flowers on it, attach it with a transparent liquid base and place it in a basket, as I did.
