Crochet pattern in a circle potholder apple. Funny crochet potholders that do not require patterns, with a description. Detailed master class describing the progress of work

Climax

Very simple but beautiful potholder apple. To crochet it, you need a small amount of yarn. You can use leftover threads from other products. The potholder is rather decorative - for beauty, and not for practical use. If you plan to use it for its intended purpose, it is better to tie two layers for reliability. The product is ideal for beginners who master the principles of knitting in a circle and do not know how.

VP- air loop , SSN- double crochet, CC2H- a column with two crochets, RLS- a table without a crochet, PS- half-column (with a crochet).

Finish crochet the “Apple” pot holder by embroidering the seeds in the middle with a brown thread.

Crocheting cute potholders is easy and fast. At first glance, many samples of such products look complicated, but this is a delusion! Knit potholders for the kitchen with your own hands from simple loops and columns even a novice needlewoman can. And now we will learn in detail how to knit these cute little things and bring even more warmth and comfort to your home.

Tack "Flower"

So, for our pot holder we take yarn of three colors, for example, orange, purple, pink. You can also choose your color combination The brighter, the more interesting. And then we act according to the instructions:

We collect 9 air loops and close them in a ringlet.

Now we knit 18 tables without a crochet.

Let's start knitting petals. In order for them to turn out beautiful and even, we collect 23 air loops, and then in the same place where the chain began, we close the knitting. This will make the first petal.

We knit one double crochet before knitting a new petal. And again you need to dial the chain in 23 loops. In total, we should get 9 petals.

Fifth row - for each petal 12 double crochet stitches, from the central loop of the petal we make 3 double crochet stitches and 12 double crochet stitches.

It's time to change the thread and continue knitting with a different color.

The next time the thread changes in rows 8 and 9, i.e., we begin to knit in the third color.

We will get wrapping flower petals, it looks especially beautiful. To connect the petals, we tie all the work in a circle.

We turn the resulting flower over and knit already in reverse side. On each petal - 15 double crochets. Let the beginning of the tying fall on the upper central part of the petal, thanks to this, by completing the tying, you will already have a place ready for knitting the loop.

We finish tying with a small loop.

Crocheting this potholder will take you quite a bit of time, you can make a pair for it and hang it symmetrically in the kitchen - you get a very cute duet!

Tack "Spiral"

This incredibly pretty potholder is very easy to make. The whole principle of its creation is in the order of knitting in a single circular row with four colors at once. The only difficulty: too much time is spent putting markers on and taking them off. That is, while you are knitting in one color, work loops of other colors are open. To prevent them from blooming, you need to thread a blocking marker every time and, accordingly, remove it later. But there is simply no other way to knit helical tacks.

However, the thing itself is small, so you can “suffer” a little. And if your friends know how to appreciate such handmade beauty, they will obviously applaud your skill, because not everyone can knit such a pattern. At least until he learns all the secrets that you will now get to know.

Rings (for crocheting) can serve as a marker, they are the easiest to work with. But you can get by with the usual pins or paper clips.

Similar do-it-yourself potholders are knitted with cotton yarn, because it keeps its shape remarkably, does not slip in your hands, and retains color for a very long time (and this is very important for a thing that will often be washed).

Materials and tools:

  • 100% cotton yarn (5 adjacent colors, 200 m / 100 g)
  • 4 markers (rings, pins, paperclips)
  • Crochet hook No. 4

The approximate size of the tack is 21 cm in diameter.

Let's designate the colors: A - red, B - brick / copper, C - bright orange, D - yellow, E - white / beige.

We use the following abbreviations:

VP - air loop

Sc - single crochet

Sn - double crochet

PSn - half-column with a crochet

SS - connecting column

Description of knitting

We knit both the front and the wrong side of the tack in the same way.

We make a magic ring with a red thread. We knit a ring with color A (1 VP, 1 PRS, 1 PSN, 2 Sn). We remove the loop from the hook and put a marker on it. We attach a new thread, repeat knitting according to the same principle (and so with each new color).

First row. We remove the marker. With color A, we perform in columns of color B: 2 dc from one loop, 1 dc into the next loop. Repeat with each color in a circle. It will come out 6 SN in all colors.

Second row. Color A: 2 Sn from one loop, 1 Sn. And so we knit 3 times, repeat with each color. Will come out 9 SN each color.

Third row. Color A: 2 Dn from one loop, 2 Dn. 3 times, each color in a circle. It will come out - 12 SN in each color.

Fourth row. A: 2 Sn, 3 Sn -//-, you get 15 Sn.

Fifth row. A: 2 Sn, 4 Sn. -//-, get 18 Sn.

Sixth row. A: 2 Sn, 5 Sn. -//-, will be released - 21 Sn.

Seventh row. A: 2 Sn, 6 Sn. -//-, will be released - 24 Sn.

Eighth row. We continue with color D for rounding: 3 PSn, 2 SbN. Tighten, cut the thread.

Color C: 2 SN from one loop, 6 SN. We knit like this 2 times, 3 PSn, 2 Sc, tighten, cut the thread.

Color B: 2 Sn from one loop, 6 Sn. We knit like this 4 times, 3 PSn, 2 Sc, tighten, cut the thread.

Color A: 2 Sn from one loop, 6 Sn. We knit like this 6 times. 3 psn, 2 sbn, tighten, cut the thread.

We knit the wrong side in the same way.

We continue crocheting potholders, the work is nearing completion. The initial ring must be tightened so that the circle does not deform. We hide the ends. We fold the two parts of the tack inside out. Both parts must be tied together with color E: Сс in any column, connecting 2 circles. PSN in the same column, PSN in a circle - the hook is inserted into the loops of two parts. As soon as the last column is knitted, we do not break the thread, but make a loop.

Here's how the loop is made: 8 VP, Cs - in the first column of the strapping, 2 VP, make a turn. 16 PSn in an arch of 8 VPs, sl-st in the last column of the strapping. Tighten well, cut the thread, hide the ends.

Work on our do-it-yourself kitchen potholders is completed.

Tack "Hexagon"

And one more very cute knitted potholder, which is somewhat reminiscent of homemade cookies)

It is knitted with the same double crochets and air loops. Here is the knitting pattern itself:

Good afternoon, dear needlewomen, all readers and friends of the blog!

I haven’t had new ideas for knitted pot holders for a long time, but we often need them for the kitchen, as the old ones quickly become unusable if used for their intended purpose.

Today I have for you interesting selection: crochet potholders. They are made of circles, quite simple, but so cute, funny and cheerful: these are pot holders in the form of fruits, berries and citrus fruits, as well as in the form of animals.

I found the photo in various Internet sources, and I knitted the potholder in the form of a frog myself.

Knitting them is so easy that you don’t even need patterns. And I will describe some moments.

Crochet potholders for the kitchen: a description of the general principles of knitting

You can knit potholders from any yarn: thin or medium thickness, we usually use the leftovers that we have accumulated, since the consumption is not at all large.

We choose the color of the yarn according to the natural color of a particular fruit.

Hook naturally corresponding to the thickness of the threads.

As you can see in the photo, the basis of all such crochet crocheted potholders is a circle.

You can knit with single crochet or single crochet at your discretion. It is better to tie the last row with single crochets, at the same time making a loop: a chain of VP and connecting along it.

And although I’m talking about tacks, such products are also suitable for.

How to tie the round part of the potholder

Everyone knows the rules for knitting a circle, I guess. But not everyone, especially beginners, knows one small nuance of a perfectly even circle.

Most often, the principle is used according to which, when knitting a circle, increments are made evenly first in each column, then after one column, in the next row - after two columns, after 3, 4, 5 and so on.

At the same time, if you adhere to generally accepted patterns and always make increments in the same place, then the circle will not turn out to be round at all, but wedges, since knitting in a straight line will increase between the places of increments.

Therefore, I would advise making increments row by row in different places: either at the beginning of the row, or in the middle part between the increments.

In other words: we start one row immediately with an increase, and in the next we do not increase immediately, but through several knitted single columns.

Say, if the 3rd row began like this: 2VP, 2СБН in one column of the previous row (increase), 1 СБН and so on, then in the 4th row you should knit like this:

2VP, 1 RLS without increments, 2 RLS (increase), 2 RLS.

5th row: 2 VP, 2Sc (increase), 3 sc.

6th row: 2 VP, 2 RLS without increments, 2 RLS (increase), 4 RLS.

7th row: 2 VP, 2Sc (increase), 5 sc.

8th row: 2 VP, 3 RLS without increments, 2 RLS (increase), 6 RLS.

7th row: 2 VP, 2Sc (increase), 7 sc.

9th row: 2 VP, 4 RLS without increments, 2 RLS (increase), 8 RLS.

With this knitting, the circle will turn out to be even, it is round.

Leaves

To all tacks, you can tie simple leaves according to the same pattern:

Here we collect a chain, we knit columns without a crochet and with crochets according to the scheme on one side, then turn the knitting and knit the columns on the other side.

Knitted pot holders citrus and fruit and berry

Potholders in the form of a cut of citrus fruits or fruits and berries are knitted with threads of different colors.

For example, for a watermelon, the center is red, then rows of crimson, white, and green.

In the presented photo, when knitting a tack, rows of single crochet stitches and rows of single crochet stitches alternate.

For kiwi, you can use pistachio color, white and green.

After the circle is knitted, seeds are embroidered on it with black or brown threads.

By the same principle, you can tie an orange, lemon, grapefruit and other tacks by embroidering “vein” lines on them.

How to attach a thread of a different color

If a thread of a new color is attached at the beginning of knitting of the corresponding row, then an ugly “protrusion” of the color of the previous row will remain at the junction (circled in red in the photo).

To prevent this from happening, we proceed as follows.

At the end of the knitting of the row, before connecting the last column with the first in the circle, attach a thread of a different color, insert the hook under air loop the beginning of the row, grab a new thread and pull it through the loops on the hook.

Potholders slices of orange, lemon

Such cute slices. I imagined how beautiful they would look in the kitchen, such decor from different citrus fruits.

For a tack in the form of an orange, threads of light orange, white and bright orange are used; for a lemon - yellow in two shades and white.

After the circle is knitted, it is folded in half diagonally and connected by tying it with single crochets.

For "veins" they knit and sew on chains of air loops.

Fun potholders with eyes

Crocheted potholders can be decorated not only with leaves and embroidered seeds, but also create a fabulous look by sewing or gluing eyes, nose and even blush on the cheeks.

Potholders apples

To give the shape of an apple close to natural, while tying the last row of the circle in the lower part, you need to make a smooth transition from single crochet to double crochet, then tie a couple of RLS and again C1H.

Knitted potholders - animals

Crocheted circles are easy to turn into different little animals by making them eyes, ears and noses, like a pig.

Potholder mouse

By the new year 2020, you can knit a tack in the form of a rat or mouse. There are different options elongated shape there are different. But I liked the round mouse (photo from the Fair of Masters).

Its basis is the same circle with an air loop when tying the last row.

Ears can be knitted like this: cast on a small chain and knit several rows straight, and then decrease in each row on both sides to make a semicircle. Tie the finished pink eye with gray threads.

Eyes and nose - small knitted circles, mustache and mouth are embroidered.

Potholder - frog

In the meantime, I have knitted a pot holder - a frog, so that it would attract good luck and wealth to the house. I just really liked this idea, seen in the networks, and I collect frogs. As long ago I talked about this and my
