Hijama: atlas of points. Bloodletting, or hijama for prostatitis: points, preparation and technique of the procedure Chinese atlas of points for hijama

Ureaplasmosis

The hijama bloodletting scheme is known to us from the Sunnah. This scheme has been and will always be used. Many points pass through energy meridians and reflex zones. It is known that vital energy in the human body flows along these meridians. If there is congestion or stagnation along this meridian, health problems begin. Some disease points begin to make themselves felt even with gentle pressure. The Chinese perform acupressure, trying to somehow establish a channel. They count on their fingers (tsun). This is a very long time and, as a rule, they don’t always get there. In our case, everything is much more efficient and there is no need to calculate these points with an accuracy of mm. The jars are quite small in diameter and difficult to miss.

Diseases should be divided into groups:

  • First group

  1. Rheumatism(joint disease) (points numbered 1, 55, together with the painful area (wet hijama)).
  2. Stiffness‘ knee (points 1, 55, 11, 12, 13 and around the knee, you can also add 53, 54 (wet hijama)).
  3. Edema (Oedema)(accumulation of excess fluid in tissues - dropsy) (points 1, 55, 130, right and left side of the foot, you can also add 9,10 (wet hijama)).
  4. Sciatic pain(nerve pain from buttock down leg)

    (for the right leg) (points 1, 55, 11, 12, 26, 51 and places of pain on the leg, especially at the beginning and end of the muscle (wet hijama));

    (for the left leg) (points 1, 55, 11, 13, 27, 52 and places of pain on the leg, especially at the beginning and end of the muscle (wet hijama)).

  5. Backache(points 1, 55 and cupping (wet hijama) on both sides of the back and in places that cause pain)
  6. Neck/shoulder pain(points 1.55, 40, 20, 21 and places of pain).
  7. Gout(swelling of the joints as a result of excess uric acid) (points 1, 55, 28, 29, 30, 31, 121 and places that cause pain (wet hijama)).
  8. Rheumatoid arthritis(points 1, 55, 120, 49, 36 and all large and small joints).

  10. Paralysis of all four limbs(Quadriplegia) (points 1, 55, 11, 12, 13, 34, 35, 36 and all joints, daily massage (wet and sliding hijama)
  11. Immunodeficiency(points 1, 55, 120, 49 (wet hijama)).
  12. Muscle spasm- several dry cupping applications around the damaged muscle (dry hijama).
  13. Poor circulation(points 1, 55, 11 and 10 cans on both sides of the back from beginning to end, take one spoon of apple cider vinegar and honey every other day).

Despite the fact that pharmaceuticals are developing at a rapid pace, alternative medicine has recently begun to gain increasing popularity. Her recipes are used for various diseases.

Folk recipes, aromatherapy, leeches and other techniques have begun to be used again to strengthen the immune system and get rid of many health problems. These methods of therapy include bloodletting (hijama).

Before deciding to use this method, you need to understand what it is and how it affects the human body.

Description

Phlebotomy, whose scientific name is phlebotomy, is a procedure whose main purpose is to extract blood from the body in a certain amount.

The session is performed using a shallow vein incision or puncture.

There are two types of hijama:

  • general;
  • local.

This technique helps remove unusable and stagnant blood fluid from the body. Against this background, the body begins to produce new, efficient and complete blood, rich in important enzymes.

Advantages and disadvantages of the method

If we talk about the benefits and harms of bloodletting, we can highlight many positive and negative aspects. When performing Islamic or Chinese hijama, as a result of capillary rupture, drip bleeding is observed, which helps to activate hemostasis. After no more than three seconds, the process of clogging the blood vessels begins.

Due to the fact that the nerve endings are irritated, the spinal cord receives signals that contribute to the activation of its segment. After this, the organs receive nerve impulses tied to this segment.

Chinese and Islamic phlebotomy frees the body from stagnant fluid, which contains a large number of toxins. Happening.

The essence of the Tibetan technique is practically no different from those described above, since a minor incision of the vein also helps to activate the hemostatic system.

European bloodletting has less useful properties compared to previous types, since in this case there is no activation of local self-regulation systems. Only a significant amount of blood fluid is removed.

This method is more useful only in situations where saving a human life is involved.

Most experts agree that European hijama is more harmful than beneficial to human health. This is explained by the fact that when blood is collected in sufficient quantities:

  • the hematopoietic system is activated;
  • bone marrow activity is stimulated;
  • the immune system is temporarily weakened;
  • the amount of required oxygen is reduced.

Significant harm when using Chinese, Islamic or Tibetan bloodletting is observed when the procedure is performed by an inexperienced specialist or according to indications that do not correspond to reality.

To get the most benefit from phlebotomy, it is necessary to have adequate knowledge regarding the pattern of points. If the wrong choice is made, the wrong systems and organs may be activated, which leads to a significant deterioration of the condition. The technique should be carried out only when necessary.

Contraindications

The development of side effects is possible if the procedure is performed incorrectly or despite existing contraindications.

  • decreased hemoglobin;
  • a decrease in the concentration of red blood cells and platelets in the blood composition (to determine it, a clinical blood test is used, which is taken from a finger);
  • low pressure;
  • heart disease in severe form (the exception is those cases when the disease is complicated by cardiovascular insufficiency);
  • asthenia;
  • the period of bearing a child (if eclampsia is diagnosed, then hijama, on the contrary, is useful);
  • severe atherosclerosis;
  • age more than 70 years and less than 20;
  • severe mental disorders;
  • low hematocrit.

Temporary contraindications include:

  • serious injuries or surgical interventions on internal organs, especially in cases where situations are associated with blood loss (at least 21 days must pass);
  • just had a flu, cold or sore throat (at least 14 days must pass from the moment of complete recovery to the session);
  • the period during menstruation, as well as the week after their cessation.

To decide on a procedure, you need to make sure that there are no restrictions on it.

Which parts of the body are suitable for bloodletting and a diagram of the points

The essence of this method of treatment, such as bloodletting, is to influence certain areas that are located on the human body and are responsible for a specific organ or system. The atlas of points was included in the Sunnah.

Since the movement of energy throughout the body is carried out along special meridians, the position of the points is observed at the intersection of energy flows. When exposed to a certain area, the required disease is cured.

Some points are designed to enhance immunity, others to renew and accumulate blood fluid, and others have a strengthening effect on the human brain. The locations of such zones are:

  • power lines;
  • nerves;
  • lymph glands;
  • blood vessels.

The full atlas of points is shown in the figures.

Location on the head:

Hijama for various diseases

Indications for the use of the Chinese technique are the following pathological conditions:

  • acne;
  • sciatica;
  • disturbances in the gastrointestinal tract;
  • acute pain, especially headaches;
  • pharyngitis of various forms;
  • frequent cramps and radiculitis;
  • hearing loss;
  • epileptic seizures;
  • formation of boils;
  • conjunctivitis;
  • paresthesia;
  • shingles;
  • hypertension;
  • asthenia.

Islamic technology is used for diseases such as:

  • allergic reactions;
  • varicose veins;
  • insomnia and depression;
  • neuritis;
  • rheumatoid arthritis;
  • prostatitis and impotence;
  • pathologies of most internal organs;
  • rheumatism and gout;
  • limited joint mobility;
  • fistulas and hemorrhoids.

The Tibetan type of hijama is somewhat similar in indications to the Chinese system, but has some additions. The method is appropriate in the following cases:

  • gout;
  • swelling and all kinds of compactions in the area of soft tissue;
  • recovery periods after injury or injury, during which there is an increase in temperature;
  • infectious diseases of an epidemic nature;
  • lymphangioma and lymphangitis.

Modern medicine practically does not use phlebotomy. However, in some cases this technique is acceptable.

So, in case of a stroke, if intolerance to certain medications is noted, European bloodletting is performed. It helps prevent further development of pathology and eliminates the risk of death.

With high blood pressure, Tibetan and Chinese hijama using vacuum cans has become widespread. For successful therapy, three sessions with a seven-day break between them will be enough.

Bleeding for cosmetic purposes

The technique is widely used for cosmetic purposes. Even a slight withdrawal of blood provides:

  • alignment of skin turgor on the face and body;
  • renewal of blood fluid;
  • restoration of the dermal matrix;
  • activation of the production of substances such as hyaluron, elastin and collagen;
  • destruction of melanin.

Bloodletting can also get rid of acne.

Among the main indications are:

  • formation of pigment spots;
  • disruption of the sebaceous glands;
  • appearance of minor wrinkles;
  • uneven shade of the epidermis and its sagging.

Already after the first session, a visible effect is noticeable. To consolidate the result, a course of procedures is required, which in each case is prescribed individually by a specialist.

Tools for the procedure

Phlebotomy requires simple equipment. To make an incision, you need knives or needles of large thickness. Their shape may vary depending on what technique is used.

For example, according to Chinese or Islamic tradition, hijama is made using thick needles, which most often have a triangular cutting edge. In the Tibetan technique, a small hatchet (hanuur) is used. In appearance it looks like a straight razor.

Cupping is considered quite common. These are small plastic cylinders with different diameters - from 2 to 7 centimeters. Included with them is a pump designed to pump out air.

All devices can be purchased at the pharmacy.

Carrying out the procedure in the salon

Hijama is carried out following the following sequence of actions:

  1. The patient must be placed on the couch.
  2. Those places that will be affected are treated with caraway oil.
  3. Banks are installed at the required points. Using a small pump, the air is pumped out of them. After no more than 5 minutes, when the skin turns dark red, the jars are removed.
  4. Small cuts are made with the blade.
  5. Afterwards the jar is placed back.

At the end of the session, the resulting wounds are treated with special cumin oil. Already after the first procedure, there is a noticeable improvement in the general condition.

Bloodletting on the head is done according to the same principle as on other parts of the body. The only difference is that it may be necessary to remove hair from the treatment area. Shaving the hair is explained by the fact that this ensures better suction of the cans. In addition, blood can remain on the hairs, as a result of which it acts as a spreader of infection.

What effect to expect

After the session you can notice the following results:

  • decreased blood pressure;
  • blood thinning;
  • improvement of hematopoietic processes;
  • removal of stagnant fluid along with toxic substances and other breakdown products.

The person begins to feel much better.

In addition, phlebotomy allows you to get rid of most different diseases.

In each individual situation, the duration of the effect will be different - several hours or months.

Are there differences in procedures for women and men?

There is an opinion that women do not need to undergo bloodletting, since they have their periods every month. This statement is erroneous, since menstruation has nothing in common with hijama in its meaning.

The procedure is equally useful for both men and women. Since ancient times, bloodletting has been widely used for infertility.

In addition, the method allows women to get rid of such problems as:

  • eye diseases;
  • intestinal colic;
  • stomach pathologies;
  • gynecological diseases;
  • decreased immune system.

Thanks to bloodletting, infertility can also be cured in men, which is caused by increased sperm viscosity. You can also cure prostatitis, impotence, and decreased libido. In addition, treatment in this way is indicated when working in hazardous industries.

How often can you do it

Phlebotomy is recommended to be performed at least twice a year, preferably in spring and autumn. In each case, the number of sessions is selected individually. Sometimes 3-5 procedures with an interval of five days between them are enough.

Bloodletting is an ancient, but quite effective technique that activates the body’s own reserves, resulting in its restoration.

Hijama- one of the foundations of prophetic medicine, and it refers to the true, reliable medicine followed by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When I ascended to heaven (Isra), at all its levels they told me: “O Muhammad, ORDER your ummah to do bloodletting...”. (Ibn Majah).

According to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him):
« The best treatment you can use is bloodletting” (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) once said to him:
“Yes, Al-Abd, bloodletting removes stagnant blood, gives flexibility to the spine (al-sulb) and clears vision.” (At-Tirmidhi).

❦ 43.44. Point al-Ahda-Ayn/الأخدعين has an amazing effect as it is the place that supplies the brain with blood. Please pay attention to this blood flow to the brain, and what effect it has on the brain and other organs (eyes, mouth, nose and ears are some important glands).
Ibn Qayyam al-Jawzi said:
“Hijama performed on the jugular vein perfectly cures headaches and pain in its constituent parts: face, teeth, ears and eyes (nose and throat, if necessary), which are caused by excess blood or contamination, or both.”
Zaat al-Maad 4/55, 56

❦ 1. Point al kahal/الكاهل
is the beginning of the descent of the spinal cord and nerves that connect the brain to the body's members and senses.
Ibn Qayyam al-Jowzi: “Hijama on the back helps relieve pain in the shoulders and throat.” Zaat al-Maad 4/55, 56
Al-Tirmidhi (2051) reported this, in a collection of hadiths: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) often used hijama, on the veins in the neck area al ahdaen/الأخدعين and the surface of the back, al kahal/الكاهل
(Some hijama experts consider the entire upper half of the back to be kahel, others say that it is the entire area between the shoulder blades, but this opinion is weak.)

❦ 129. Upper part of the foot Zuhur Al-Aqdam/ظهر القدمين
has an amazing effect on the area from the navel to the lower part of the legs and all members benefit from it and in particular the common diseases of women, menstrual irregularities, and cysts and cancer of the uterus and contraception.
And male prostate problems and infertility, etc.
The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, put the hijama on the top of his foot while on Hajj, when he was over 60 years old.

❦ 11.Lower back, Asfal al Dahar/سفل الظهر

All bewitched women and men complain about the lower back, but women more; the pain spreads from the spine to the right and left sides of the lower back, and some even experience redness and swelling.

❦ 32,36,2,3 Points on the head
Ibn al-Qayyim said that since the prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) often had headaches, he placed the hijama on different points on the head, depending on the occasion, and not only on the back of the head.
The Messenger of Allah said, “do hijama on the back of your head (Al-Kamkhdua), truly it will cure 72 diseases.”
In an authentic hadith it came that the prophet made hijama in the middle of his head and called this point Umm Mughis (32. Vosat Ras, crown)

This is a point on the occipital protuberance and just 3 fingers up.

❦ 130. Al Iltiva
A point on the foot, under the ankle joint, above the heel, on both sides of the foot. Sheikh Muhammad Musa Al Nasr spoke about this point in his video lectures, saying that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did hijama on these points.

❦ 21. Nagyis.
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did hijama for the poison that a Jewish woman put in his food, and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did hijama on his thigh for a bruise (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did hijama in the nagisa, this place on the delicate fabric on the shoulder that rises during times of fear. Here the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made hijama when he was poisoned after eating poisoned mutton. This place is also good for the heart.
❦ In the collection of Bukhari, the hadith of ‘Abdrakhman bin Kaab bin Malik, it is reported that during the siege of Khaybar, a Jewish woman presented the Prophet with a roast lamb. He asked: “What is this?” - she said: “A gift,” without saying that it was alms (sadaqa), so that he would not refuse. Then he partook of it, and the Companions also ate. But then he said: 'Stop (don't eat)!' which was in his hands. “Yes,” said the Jewish woman. ‘Why?’ he asked. ‘Yes, to find out, if you are a liar, then people should laugh at you, but if you are a prophet, then it will not harm you.’ Then the Prophet made the hijama on his shoulder three times and ordered the companions to do the same, which they did, but some of them died.
Everyone knows that the effects of poisoning are removed through elimination from the body, since the poison, spreading in the blood, can reach the heart, which inevitably leads to death. Therefore, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) applied hijama to his shoulders - the closest area (for hijama) to the heart, removing the poisonous substance with the blood.
From the book “Medicine of the Prophet.”

Hijama (bloodletting) is a healing technique of Muslim origin. Practiced in the treatment of many pathologies. In particular, hijama for infertility in women has positive reviews and is used quite often. It is also done for men. Bloodletting is carried out from special points using a scalpel and vacuum cans.

Experts practice two types of treatment:

  • dry – vacuum massage;
  • wet (bleeding).

The dry method involves placing cups over biologically active points without violating the integrity of the skin - no incisions or punctures are made.

Wet hijama is done all over the body, focusing on the atlas of biologically active points. Each of them is used to treat any disease and corresponds to a specific problem or disease. Before bloodletting, the master performs a vacuum massage of the cupping areas to enhance local blood flow.

Various instruments are used to cut the skin, in particular triangular needles. They are only relevant for blood clotting disorders.

The simplest, but most painful way to do bloodletting is to make small incisions using a blade that has been pre-treated with a disinfectant solution.

How to do hijama

The procedure involves capillary bloodletting performed through small incisions on the surface of the skin. Experts perform hijama only on specific dates of the Muslim calendar - 17, 19 or 21 days. Lucky days are the first, second and fourth days of the week.

The procedure is as follows.

  1. The affected area is treated with caraway oil. The blade and jars are disinfected.
  2. Before performing bloodletting, the master places jars over specific points and pumps out the air from them. After the skin turns very purple - this takes no more than 5 minutes - they are removed.
  3. Using a sharp blade, the specialist makes miniature incisions on the patient’s skin in the area of the spot. The cans are put back in place and the air is removed from them again.
  4. Blood begins to accumulate under the dome due to the resulting vacuum. The procedure can be repeated no more than 7 times in a row.
  5. Finally, the wounds are re-treated with cumin oil to speed up healing.

Then you need to lie down for a while so that the body can rest from the resulting stress. Then it is permissible to do household chores, but without zeal.

During the procedure, the patient experiences slight pain when making incisions; hijama itself - the process of releasing capillary blood - is not painful.

Capillary bloodletting for preventive purposes is recommended to be performed twice a year. But Muslims practice it much more often. If you are experiencing infertility, sessions should be discussed with your doctor.

It is best to visit a specialist in the warm season. But if the disease develops in winter, then the room will need to be well warmed before bloodletting.

Study of bloodletting by official medicine

Treatment by letting capillary blood flow was officially studied by scientists at the Damascus Medical University. The commission included 15 people.

According to studies, the procedure helps to improve the health of the body as a whole. The health indicators of patients who took part in testing the technique improved. Noted:

  • lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels;
  • increased red blood cell count.

After the publication of the research, interest in hijama from scientists in the world community increased significantly. A native of France, Professor Luc Contel conducted research on the composition of the blood of patients who underwent capillary bloodletting. The results showed an increase in the activity of leukocytes in terms of the production of substances responsible for the functioning and maintenance of human immune defense.

The opinion that the therapeutic effect of manipulation is unusually strong was supported by a scientist from the United States of America R. Schatz. The procedure helps to increase the body's resistance to all kinds of infections.

Hijama solves problems of infertility (male and female), stimulates the activity of all internal organs and systems, in particular, eliminates gallbladder diseases, improves local blood flow and promotes tissue rejuvenation.

Who can do hijama

Capillary bleeding is allowed to be carried out:

  • in men, women and children of all ages;
  • women carrying a child - during the first two trimesters - but only on the upper body;
  • a person observing fasting (but his general well-being must be taken into account);
  • Bloodletting for infertility is practiced in both sexes.

Diagram of bloodletting points for hijama

The hijama method (bloodletting) is used for pathological conditions of the genitourinary system and problems with conceiving a child. In such cases, the master uses the following points on the patient’s body.

  1. Vaginal bleeding and hemorrhage - 1.55. Additionally, you can use the dry method - 3 cans for each mammary gland.
  2. Erectile dysfunction, inflammation of the prostate – 11, 12, 6, 1, 55, 1131, 126, 126. Dry hijama is placed over points 140, 143.
  3. Disorders in the menstrual cycle – 137-143, 125, 126, 1, 55.
  4. Infertility - 1, 55, 6, 11, 12, 13, 120, 49, 125, 126, 143, 41, 42.
  5. Atypical vaginal leucorrhoea - dry hijama is placed in 3 jars under each mammary gland until complete recovery. Additionally, regular bleeding from points 11 – 13, 1, 49, 55, 143 is recommended.
  6. Women's pain – 6, 11, 13, 48, 49, 120. Dry hijama is placed on points 125, 126.
  7. Aminorrhea (absence of menstruation) – 1, 131, 55, 135, 136, 129.
  8. Stimulation of ovarian function – 1, 11, 55, 125, 126.

Hijama for infertility

Scientists have proven that capillary bloodletting is useful for male and female infertility.

Infertility refers to the inability of a married couple to conceive a child provided they have regular sexual intercourse and lack of protection for 1 year of marriage.

  • hormonal imbalance caused by a malfunction of the pituitary gland.
  • polycystic ovary syndrome.
  • the absence of an outer membrane in a mature egg.
  • pathological increase in prolactin.
  • infections of the cervical canal, in particular endocervicitis.
  • lack of ovulation (anovulation).
  • psychological disorders.

The procedure for infertility in women must be carried out in several stages.

  1. Preparation. Bloodletting before menstruation begins. Normalizes the hormonal background. The body prepares for pregnancy, blood circulation in the uterus improves.
  2. Active. The maturation of the egg is stimulated. It is practiced after the end of menstruation two days later.
  3. On the days of ovulation. It is performed one day after the release of the egg and is carried out every 3 days until the development of gestation.

For men

For the treatment of infertility, the practice of capillary bleeding is also used in men. It helps solve problems:

  • low sperm motility or low motility;
  • poor quality of male semen;
  • increased viscosity of the ejaculate.

Hijama contraindications

Bloodletting is indicated for many diseases, but the procedure also has its contraindications. These include:

  • disorders of hematopoietic processes;
  • anemic conditions;
  • tendency to form blood clots;
  • cerebral atherosclerosis;
  • asthenic syndrome;
  • pathological decrease in blood pressure;
  • anemia;
  • states of shock;
  • collapse.

FAQ

Where can I do Hijama?

Bloodletting should be done by a professional, since the therapeutic result depends on the choice of points, the depth of the incision and the placement of cups.

Hijama during menstruation

Masters are of the opinion that bloodletting should be avoided during menstruation. Menstruation is a rather difficult period for the female body to subject it to additional stress.

Is it possible to do hijama yourself?

Self-bloodletting is only allowed to be performed by a master. A non-professional will not be able to determine the necessary points and comply with all the necessary requirements for the procedure.

Feeling unwell after hijama

After bleeding, it is possible that the person will feel unwell. Although a minimal amount is released, severe weakness may develop. The cause is slagging in the body. The condition lasts differently for all patients: from several hours to 2-4 days.

Significant increase in body temperature - up to 40 degrees. The body reacts to the removal of toxins and activates internal reserves. The “dirt” accumulated in the organs begins to be actively removed.

Loss of consciousness is possible both during bloodletting and after completion of the procedure. A similar reaction is caused by the beginning of a restructuring of the patient’s immune defense.

Sometimes hijama is not accompanied by any changes in a person’s well-being. This means that the impact points were chosen incorrectly. A repeat session is required.

Exacerbation of the symptoms of the pathology for which the patient underwent the procedure. This response from the body indicates the beginning of the healing process. This may frighten the person, but it is not recommended to refuse further bloodletting.

Hijama is an ancient method of effectively treating various diseases using bloodletting. Cupping treatment (cupping) has been used by our ancestors since ancient times. The list of diseases for which hijama is used is extremely extensive. Hijama became widespread among Muslims, and then throughout the world. It is used by athletes, famous world champions, wrestlers, boxers, swimmers, celebrities and actors.

First of all, hijama is the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and treatment according to the sunnah is of great benefit according to the will of the Merciful Creator.

Hijama training: inexpensive online course for women and men on the Sunnah. Doctors with medical education Leila Rasulevna and Abu Imran

The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of the Almighty be upon him) repeatedly mentioned hijama. Famous hadith transmitter of the 8th century BC. Ibn Majah wrote that when the Prophet performed Isra (ascension to heaven) and everywhere the angels asked him to encourage his ummah to perform bloodletting for various diseases.

Al-Bukhari and Muslim report the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in which he instructs people, saying that the best treatment is bloodletting.

The Prophet’s cousin Ibn Abbas said that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told him that bloodletting relieves a person of stagnant blood, makes the spine more flexible, and improves the condition of the eyes. The words of Ibn Abbas are quoted by At-Tirmidhi.

Unfortunately, in recent times, cupping has only been used by a small number of people around the world. However, this treatment method is gaining popularity again, with many celebrities and Olympic champions using it. The treatment procedure allows you to get rid of many different diseases in an absolutely ingenious and simple way. cleanses our body by simply removing stagnant blood from it.

Oh, Muslims, return to the Koran and take only those hadiths that do not contradict the Koran, truly this is a great benefit for the Muslim ummah and all people.

Hijama: treatment according to the sunnah

Blood is the most important component of the human body. Blood takes part in most vital processes; blood transports oxygen particles to cells, moves hormones, vitamins and microelements throughout the body, and removes waste products from cells. Blood is the most important element of thermal and water-salt regulation in the body. And this is only part of the functions of blood.

Few people know that human blood tends to “stagnate.” The venous-arterial system does not pump all the blood. Most of the blood remains in special “bags” and is included in the process only when emergency situations arise. Among them are a wound with heavy bleeding, the body working at the limit of its capabilities, oxygen starvation.

Forced idle blood leads to its “aging”, loss of useful qualities, contamination with harmful particles entering the body due to poor nutrition, stressful situations, polluted water and air.

Hijama is aimed at ridding a person of unused blood saturated with harmful components. There is no doubt that properly performed bloodletting is beneficial for the body.

The principle of action of hijama: the benefits of the procedure

By ridding the body of some of the blood fluid, we activate a reserve mechanism designed to restore blood levels. This mechanism produces new blood, improving a person’s well-being, helping him get rid of various diseases.

Hijama is used both for treatment and as a preventive procedure. The list of diseases for which bloodletting is used is very extensive. These are prostatitis, impotence, decreased libido, low immunity, problems with veins, hemorrhoidal conditions, muscle colic, stomach diseases, eye diseases, numbness of the limbs, gynecological diseases, sinusitis, female infertility, diabetes, heart problems, deafness, etc.

In other words, correctly performed hijama is the best method of training the body, cleansing and renewing it using the resources of the body itself. In ancient times, bloodletting was the main method of treatment. In the modern world, few people have any idea about this effective technique.

Bloodletting is carried out in various ways, for example, using medicinal leeches. These creatures suck out stagnant blood through the skin, and in addition, leeches produce unique enzymes that have a positive effect on the human condition.

In other words, health does not always depend on the pharmacy. Properly performed bloodletting will improve it as much as, if not better than, a pack of pills.

Types of hijama

The classification of hijama depends on the specific bloodletting method and can be dry or wet:

  1. Dry hijama is usually called a skin massage with the installation of special cups on certain points of the body. Dry massage causes slight irritation of the skin. The jar is placed on the skin, and air is pumped out from under it.
  2. In wet hijama, small incisions are made on the skin and the blood is extracted using vacuum cups. Wet hijama belongs to the category of capillary bloodletting.

Terms

Hajam is a person who practices bloodletting.
Hijama is a medical art involving bleeding. There are two options for hijama - closed or open. In the first case, no incision is made; in the second, surgical case, small wounds are applied to the skin. Making an incision on the skin is called bazgh. The instrument with which the hajam bleeds the patient is called mihjam.

Hijama in Hadith

Hijama has been used since ancient times as a therapeutic and prophylactic remedy, which is reflected in hadiths. Before bloodletting, you should read a prayer, praising the Gracious and Merciful Allah. Diseases and healing - everything is in the will of the Lord.

Mufassir Ismail al-Bukhari spoke in his books about the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) who performed bloodletting to save himself from a severe headache. The illness passed quickly. The Prophet (peace be upon him) was on his way to Mecca when he was struck by a migraine. Hijama was placed on one of the points on the head of the righteous man. On another occasion, the Prophet (peace be upon him) used bloodletting to relieve the pain of a bruised thigh.

Cousin marriage of the Prophet (peace and blessings of the Almighty be upon him) Ibn Abbas told how Muhammad (peace be upon him) did hijama on al-Ahdaein and kahel. The words of Ibn Abbas are quoted in the works of Al-Bukhari.

The biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of the Lord of the Worlds) is the most valuable source of information about hijama. It was from it that we learned about the existence of two types of hijama:

  1. Bloodletting for treatment. Prophet Muhammad used hijama for healing while in ihram twice in 2 weeks. First, he cured migraines with hijama, then pain after falling from a horse. He didn't wait 20 days between two bloodlettings. That is, if necessary, hijama can be done at any time, without a significant break.
  2. Preventive bloodletting. The hadith of Anas ibn Malik states that the Prophet regularly resorted to hijama to improve his health. At the al-akhdaen point, Muhammad performed bloodletting on the 17th and 21st of every month. But this is a weak hadith. Hijama can be done any day.

Bloodletting points

Hijama involves influencing specific points on the human body. One of the main points is al-kahal. The point is located in the center of nerve endings connecting the brain with all parts of the human body.

Historian Ibn Al-Jawzi notes that hijama on the back reduces pain in the shoulder area and relieves pain in the throat. Tirmidhi writes in a collection of hadiths that Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, regularly resorted to hajimba on his back.

Hijama point atlas: front position

The second most important point is al-Akhdaayn. Bloodletting at this point has an incredible effect, since it is located in a place that supplies the brain with blood. The procedure must be performed by a high-level professional.
According to Ibn al-Jawzi, hijama on a vein located in the neck relieves migraines, toothache, pain in the ears or under the eyeballs. These pains can be caused by an excess of contaminated blood in the body.

If you want to have hijama done, write: the specialist’s phone number is indicated in the photo.

Diagram of the location of points on the human body for hijama

This scheme has been used since ancient times. Hijama points are located in places of great energy power, where energy flows converge. Energy moves through the human body through special channels - meridians. If the channel is “clogged”, health begins to deteriorate. During illness, pressing on the points causes pain.

In China, they use massage of these points to improve the functioning of energy meridians. Points are calculated using the “tsun” method. The procedure is long and complicated, and Chinese masters often fail to hit the right spots. The treatment regimen according to the Sunnah is much more effective: using it there is no need to probe the body, looking for points. The jars used for hijama are large - securing them in the right place is not difficult.

Classification of diseases

To effectively combat diseases, you need to know their nature. The following classification of diseases is accepted in hijama:

  • Group No. 1

Rheumatoid. A number of diseases associated with joint diseases. Hijama should be done on points numbered 1 and 55. Cupping is also placed on the painful area. For rheumatism, wet hijama is used.

Stiffness of the knee. We act on points 11-13, 55 and 1. Also, wet hijama will not hurt on points 53 and 54.

Swelling or dropsy. A disease caused by the accumulation of fluids in the body. We install the jars at points 130, 1 and 55.

Feeling unwell during and after hijama: reasons

  1. During hijama, the patient’s poor health cannot be ruled out. Weakness may occur, and a minimal amount of blood will come out. Most likely, this is due to the person’s fear before the procedure and a large accumulation of toxins in the body. After hijama, the patient will certainly feel better. The weakness will certainly pass - in a few hours or in 2-4 days.
  2. The condition of al humma is an elevated temperature, sometimes up to 40 degrees. Such a reaction means that the body has turned on its defenses and has thrown all its resources into its defense. The phlegm and dirt that has formed around the organs will come out of the person.
  3. During hijama or some time after bloodletting, a person may lose consciousness. The reason for this reaction is the restructuring of the body's immune systems.
  4. Your health may not change at all. This reaction is also not positive: it indicates that the points are chosen incorrectly and the body does not respond to the procedure. It is necessary to conduct a repeat hijama session.
  5. The symptoms of the disease the patient suffers from may worsen. This is also one of the phenomena on the path to getting rid of the disease.

It often happens that a patient who has started bloodletting refuses the procedures due to worsening symptoms. You need to get rid of fear and continue treatment.

What to do before bloodletting

  1. A person must be convinced that he will recover, that hijama will help him if the Creator wishes. Hijama is a medicine based on hadith, it was used by the Prophet Muhammad himself, peace and blessings be upon him. Hijama is an authentic and real medicine.
  2. You should always turn to Allah with a request for a complete cure and be absolutely convinced of the Lord’s help. We must remember the words of the Prophet that healing lies in hijama. In Hadith 2128, the Prophet, peace be upon him, stated that the basis of treatment is hijama and the use of honey. And the Prophet forbade cauterization to the Ummah.
  3. The procedure must be carried out by an experienced, knowledgeable hajjam. A woman does hijama to a woman, and a man does hijama to a man. The hajjam must have appropriate education and long experience in bloodletting.
  4. Hijama should be performed on one of three days of the month - the seventeenth, nineteenth and 21st. Hijama days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. These hadiths are weak. The procedure can be completed on any day.
  5. The hadiths say that hijama should be done on an empty stomach. The procedure will bring healing, ease mental anguish, and brighten the mind.
  6. At least 3 hours before hijama you should refrain from eating. Bloodletting on a stomach that is not burdened with food is especially beneficial for the body. This contains barakat - purification of the mind.
  7. Before or after hijama, you can drink water and fruit juices. Even when bleeding, it is quite possible to drink a light liquid.
  8. The hajjam must know about all the diseases that the patient suffers from. It is especially important to report the presence of infections, hepatitis, syphilis or HIV. The doctor must take measures to avoid becoming infected from the patient.
  1. Hijama takes a lot of energy, so a person should refrain from labor-intensive activities for approximately 24 hours after the procedure. This way he can save his energy. Diving and air travel should also be avoided, as they lead to unwanted pressure changes in the body.
  2. Doctors believe that after bloodletting a person should take food that is not heavy on the stomach, with a quick absorption rate. These are fruits, vegetables, boiled cereals, sweets. Meat and milk should be excluded, since digesting these products takes a lot of energy. Of course, all these restrictions are temporary and only take a day.
  3. After bloodletting, the patient needs to rest, not get angry, avoid overwork and stressful situations that can increase blood pressure. Exertion after hijama will disrupt the harmony in the body and can provoke an exacerbation of the disease.
  4. People who smoke should give up cigarettes for 24 hours. Also, you should not drink lemonades chilled with ice.
  5. After hijama, the patient needs to insulate the bloodletting site well, without exposing the marks from the cups to the wind. Hijama areas should be treated like wounds and monitored to avoid inflammation and infection.
  6. You should also exclude saltiness and spices from exercise for 3 hours.
  7. It happens that a patient’s temperature rises approximately 2 days after hijama. This is due to the activation of the body’s immune forces and its fight against negative tendencies.
  8. Some people experience diarrhea and vomiting after bloodletting. This is quite a common phenomenon - a consequence of the hard work of the immune system to activate a person’s protective capabilities.
  9. When a person has recovered, he should thank Allah for his healing.

Hijama against insomnia

Sleep is extremely important for the human body. During sleep, the brain is busy processing information, emotions, memory and the subconscious exchange information at this time, and a person’s behavioral program is being developed.

Lack of sleep threatens a person’s death within 190 hours. Insomnia leads to a split personality, loss of memory, speed of thinking, and creativity. A person’s immune capabilities decrease and strength disappears.

Insomnia in medicine is a condition in which a person cannot fall asleep or lack of sleep, constantly waking up. Clinically, insomnia is a disease with pronounced individual characteristics. Assessment of the disease is very subjective - a person can be dissatisfied with the quality and duration of sleep and at the same time, from a medical point of view, not suffer from insomnia.

Poor sleep is associated with many factors. This includes eating and drinking a lot at night, overload at work, computer games, stress, abuse of coffee, cigarettes and tea. Insomnia can also be caused by the use of many medications - blockers, antidepressants, antibiotics.

Anyone who suffers from insomnia will benefit from hijama. With capillary bloodletting, a person gets rid of stress, nervous and emotional tension, his nervous system returns to normal. After just a couple of procedures, a person will fall asleep much faster.

Hijama cost: price of the procedure

The issue of payment for bloodletting is addressed in hadiths. Here are some of them:

  • Narrated by al-Bukhari (2102) and Muslim (1577) from Anas ibn Malik, who said: “Abu Tayba made the Prophet hijama, and he ordered to give him one sa’a of dates.”
  • Narrated by al-Bukhari (2103) and Muslim from Ibn Abbas, who said: “The Prophet was given hijama and he gave something to the one who performed it for him. If it were haram, he would not have given him anything.” This is in the transmission of al-Bukhari. He also narrated another version (2278), which says: “He paid the hajjam; if he had known that it was makruh, he would not have given anything.” And Muslim reports (1202): “If it were haram, the Prophet would not have given anything.”

Ibn Abbas confirms that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) considered bloodletting the most important treatment and always paid the doctor for his work.

In the Sahih of Imam Muslim, one of the chapters talks about charging for hijama. There are also hadiths that say that making money from bloodletting is prohibited.

In Muslim, 1568, the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him) are quoted in which he calls money received from hijama dirty. The worst profit the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi was salam) calls money from the sale of a dog, payment for a walking woman and hajam (Muslim, 1568).

Abu Hurayrah claimed that the Prophet (alayhi-salatu-was-salaam) forbade paying for hajama. According to Malik and Al-Shafi'i, it is permissible to invite a bloodletter for money.

Hanbalit Abu Yalya does not agree with this interpretation; he argues that money for hijama will not benefit the one who takes it. This money should be spent on helping others, not on yourself. Hajjam money was considered makrooh by Abu Huraira, Uthman and Al-Hasan.

The Prophet, salAllahu alayhi wassalaam, called for feeding slaves for money from bloodletting, that is, profit from hijama is not prohibited. The Prophet (peace be upon him) believed that bloodletting is an activity not suitable for a free person, therefore using earned money for oneself is makruh.

In general, we can conclude that paying for hijama is acceptable and even necessary, but the hijama must remember that this money needs to be spent on others.

There are also cases when a person simply has nothing to give to Hajjam. In this case, he needs to pray earnestly for the bloodletter, asking Allah for the health and well-being of this person.

Hijama: fun facts

The blood obtained after the bloodletting was examined in the laboratory. It turned out that the characteristics of this blood in terms of red blood cells did not correspond to the norms. The scientist Sheikh Amin directly stated that hijama has an extremely beneficial effect on the body.

Bloodletting improved liver function: the human body got rid of dead cells that clog the blood passages. Cells begin to be better supplied with oxygen and become healthier. The liver is better supplied with blood, harmful components are eliminated more actively. One of the clinic patients was diagnosed with primary cirrhosis of the liver. Several hijama sessions helped him get rid of this disease.

Hijama cleanses, removes blood clots, clotted red blood cells, blood flows better through the veins, effectively coping with the task prescribed by Allah. Patient I. was found to have elevated blood sugar, high cholesterol levels and excess triglycerides. Hijama corrected the situation by reducing all these characteristics.

Kadir Yahya in his book claimed that hijama can cure almost any disease.

Laboratory studies have been carried out in Europe. Scientists gave the rats a strong poison. The animals were immediately bloodletted - and they all remained alive.

The famous scientist Zikhni Kerali, in his book on hijama, spoke about a similar experiment carried out in the 18th century. The rats were injected with strychnine, then dry cups were applied directly to the injection sites. Along with the blood, the poison entered the jar. The rat lived, but only in the presence of a jar; as soon as the cup was removed, the animal died.

Another rat was given a wet hijama and this animal remained alive even after the can was removed. Wet hijama (according to the sunnah) has proven its effectiveness.

(REFERENCE: Strychnine is an extremely poisonous component obtained from chilibuha seeds. Strychnine is prohibited for distribution in Russia).

The Messenger of Allah (alayhi salam) was aware of the possibility of salvation from poisoning with the help of hijama, without conducting any research. Muslim said that one day a Jewish woman decided to poison the Prophet (peace and blessings of the Lord of the Worlds upon him). She poured poison into the meat. When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) tasted the food, he immediately realized that it was poisoned. The Jewish woman said that she wanted to kill the Prophet (saw). The Prophet (alaihi salam) stated that Allah would not have allowed her to do this. The Prophet's companions wanted to kill the woman, but the Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds forbade them to do this. Hijama was performed on the Prophet and he was cured.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) preferred to treat any diseases with bloodletting. Once, while in ihram, he caught a bad cold and bloodletting cups brought him a cure.

Is it possible for a person who is fasting to do hijama?

The hadiths say that hijama is permissible during fasting.

  1. In the hadith of 1940 (Al Bukhari), it is reported that Thabit once asked Ibn Malik whether it was possible to do bloodletting during the fasting period. He replied that this was unacceptable, since the person would lose his strength.
  2. Ibn Abbas said that the Prophet once bloodletted himself during fasting. (Al-Bukhari, 1939).
  3. Ibn Abbas also noted that fasting is abstinence from everything that enters the body, but that which leaves a person - for example, blood - is not prohibited.
  4. Al-Albani is also confident that the Prophet allows bloodletting. Hijama does not have a negative impact on fasting.

Hijama does not spoil ablution

It is important to remember that bloodletting does not spoil the ablution. Ibn Umar stated that after bloodletting it is enough to simply wash the place where hijama was performed. The doctor is not required to perform ablution after the procedure.

According to Jabir ibn Abdullah, during the war the soldier received a severe wound, but continued to pray even while bleeding. Ash-Shaukani also touched on the topic of hijama and ablutions. The Prophet (pbuh), according to him, never condemned the prayer performed by a person bleeding. If the bleeding spoiled the ablution, he would definitely tell the people who were with him on the campaign about it.

Truly, hijama heals physical and mental illnesses.

Research on hijama by official medicine

Scientists at the Damascus Medical University studied hijama treatment. The results of the experiment were accepted by a commission consisting of 15 people. The results stunned the commission members. The performance of the patients who took part in the experiment improved significantly after bloodletting. Blood glucose levels decreased, red blood cell levels increased, and cholesterol levels decreased.

After a scientific publication by the University of Damascus, scientists from around the world paid attention to this technique, and together with their Syrian colleagues they began to carefully study this unique method.

Professor Luc Contel from France examined the blood of patients - those who had undergone hijama and those who had not undergone this procedure. It turned out that in patients who underwent bloodletting, leukocytes produce substances responsible for the body’s immune defense much more actively.

US scientist R. Schatz stated that the effect of hijama treatment is extremely strong. The body immediately increases its ability to resist various negative influences.

Hijama activates the functioning of organs, nourishes the body with energy, improves blood flow, and rejuvenates tissues.
