Model 2016, maybe the previous ones were better?
Unpacked, guessed how to assemble, assembled, found instructions inside. Neighing. Really neighing: the handle is reversible, fastened with a plastic piece on the wheel. The plastic piece itself is attached with one (!) small rivet to the stroller. And all this is terribly loose. By pressing the handle imitating the entrance to the curb, even on an empty stroller, the plastic warped.
Collected everything back, packed. I ordered a model 1.5 times more expensive in the same company - thanks for changing it.

Flaws:

There is no reliability.

We skated our favorite enduro 2 in 1 for ten months and wanted to new stroller. I took out a Chikovskaya cane donated by friends, we rode it three times and realized that it was not for us. The wheels are small, the child in the stroller is shaking, you can’t close the sun ...
In short, I began to choose a stroller according to the main parameters - inflatable wheels, a large cap and flip handle.
    Bought a chapel 803.
Yes, the material of the stroller leaves much to be desired...
And this is perhaps the main disadvantage.
The toggle handle is fantastic! The child walks "facing people", and if he wants to sleep, then "facing his mother" we sleep peacefully, covering ourselves with a large hood from prying eyes.
The wheels are fabulous! Bumps, holes are not terrible. No "rattle" can compare with the chapel.
It is quite possible to manage "face to mother", you just need to learn. It's like a car with front and rear wheel drive.
The backlash of the handle is noticeable for the first 10 minutes of use, then you forget about it ...

    Advantages:

    flip handle
    Big hood
    Inflatable wheels

    Flaws:

In my model, the cap does not come unfastened at the back (but you can simply lift it up with your hands, but it is not fixed) and there is no mosquito net. In models 2015-2016. and there is a mesh and the cap is conveniently unfastened.

    Advantages:

Maneuverable, large hood, closes to the very bumper, spacious stroller, folds with one hand)))) a large basket for groceries and the stroller in general is one big plus)))

    Flaws:

There is no bag for mom, but this is made up for by a basket located at the bottom of the stroller, there is no partition between the legs that would be attached to the bumper, but this is also not critical, you can prestige a child with seat belts. But the mattress is made of synthetics and in the summer the child sweats a lot ((((this is probably ...

    Comparison in Peg Perego.
In my life I used Jane strollers (the wheel broke on the 3rd child) and Peg Perego (the wheel broke on the third child). The last one was Peg Perego, I can compare meticulously with it.
    + Peg Perego
    * rubber wheels. In practice, inflatables still pierce. And in Capelle they are inflatable.
    * lighter by 2 kg. I weighed both strollers with a shopping basket and wraps. Peg Perego 10.4 Capella 12.2. Noticeable when turning with locked wheels or when you need to drive onto a curb.
    * convenient fastening of the cape for the legs - put it on the pins and keeps it, plus it does not fall out when folded
    * the basket folds even if there is something in it (I never pulled out a raincoat and foam)
    * bed folds out 180 degrees, at Capella...

    Advantages:

    Really big hood
    Comfortable brake

    Flaws:

The cape for legs fastens with buttons (for a long time and not always the first time) and does not hold at all without a fastener.
    No lock when folded
High when folded -100 cm, occupies the entire trunk

We have been using the stroller for 3 months. Basically, I'm satisfied. The car is quite light, large, roomy seat. I don't even notice the backlash of the toggle handle. A bit confused by the front...

    Advantages:

    1) flip handle.
    2) roomy seat.
    3) weight.

    Flaws:

    Short raincoat.

      Capella S 803 WF Siberia (2013) 14/03/14

I bought a stroller the other day for a boy. Outwardly, I really, really like it, the lime / gray color is very rich, cheerful colors, I recommend it. I bought it on the recommendation of my friends, they are very satisfied.
Yesterday was the first day we went out for a walk.
Let me tell you about the cons:
      - since my baby is small (6 months), it is convenient when the baby is facing you, but in this case you can’t put on a cape on the legs, there is nowhere to fasten it;
      - further, I definitely agree about looseness, the handle is very rattling;
      - My mother does not like spinning wheels, and when you fix them, the stroller pulls strongly to the right. Probably some kind of defect, the husband will try to adjust, has not yet looked;
      - the stroller is harsh, there is no depreciation, after a stroller with a cradle it is very unusual.
I advise you to look at strollers first in the store, try to ride around the hall, and then buy via the Internet.
But for any vehicle you need to get used to. Good luck to all!

      pump 28/04/13

      Good afternoon!
25.04. I bought a stroller from your store. The kit did not include a pump. Upset. My husband didn't have time to check the contents of the box. And only on the day of delivery, the desired color of the stroller was not available. I had to take what was available. Dissatisfied with your store. And I love the stroller.

The stroller is really cool, BUT .... There is one minus. The back of the seat does not accept the position - the angle is 90 degrees and the child sits as if leaning back and because of this, he strives to jump out of the stroller. I correct it all the time. My son came up with such a thing - he puts his leg on the seat and rests his knee on the crossbar, thereby insuring himself so as not to fall out.

Guys, strollers Capella and Jetem are produced at the same factory. Here is the information: Until 2008, goods under the brand name "Capella", which are manufactured at the South Korean plant of Soyea Corporation in China, were supplied to Russia by two companies, "LLC Record" and "Graco M". However, since October 31, 2007, the LLC Record company has become the sole legal owner of the Capella / Capella trademark in Russia (it bought the right to the Capella brand in Russia).

As a result, the products of the Soyea Corporation factory, beloved by many, began to be supplied to the Russian market under the trademarks "Capella" and "Jetem", i.e. the company "Graco M", having changed the colors, began to supply under its trademark "jetem". The design and names of the models are the same, the difference is only in the colors.
Bought stroller Jetem new 2012 colors. Regarding covers and insulated parts: there are winter strollers; these models have an insulated cover on the legs and sometimes a warm envelope (they write additionally in the package), a warm hood and this model is marked with the letters WF Siberia and there are summer walks where there is no insulation . We did not experience any difficulties with the lack of strollers of the desired colors. Our stroller is the second after the classics, and now I knew what I wanted from it. big child seat, huge hood, inflatable wheels, winter version with insulation. Everything you need for the winter! In general, the stroller is cool, but problems can arise if used incorrectly.
