Human consciousness and subconscious in simple words. Subconscious and consciousness How the subconscious influences consciousness

Colpitis

Modern quantum physics is based on the knowledge that humanity is part of a gigantic system, in which even planet Earth occupies a negligible part.

Einstein's student David Bohm, a graduate of the University of London, and neurophysiologist Karl Prybragd jointly concluded that the human brain is a kind of hologram on which the holographic Universe is displayed. And thousands of experiments conducted at Princeton University confirmed the influence of the human brain on material reality.

The inner world of a person, that is, his feelings, views and thoughts, completely reflects the external world around him (people, things, events, places). Any of our thoughts carries a flow of energy, and this energy can be compared to both a spark from a fire and a tongue of flame. The simplest everyday thought does not exist for long, and soon burns out. But if one thought is constantly supported and nourished, for example, by remembering it several times a day, writing it down in a diary and reviewing it regularly, then the power of the energy of this thought will increase several times and can burn for a long time to achieve the goal set by a person.

Human consciousness and subconscious

In order to visualize how the conscious and subconscious minds of a person interact with each other, let us give the following example. Your brain is a garden, your subconscious is fertile soil. Consciously choosing the direction of your thoughts, you sow the entire garden with seeds, expecting to receive a noble harvest. You can plant seeds of “success and purpose,” or you can sow the soil with thoughts of failure and fear. In any case, you will get a harvest, only in the first case it will be cultivated plants, and in the second case it will be a field of weeds. And it is these results that determine the life you are living now.

The story of Viktor Frankl

Viktor Frankl was a psychiatrist by profession and a Jew by nationality. During the Second World War, he was imprisoned in a fascist concentration camp, where he had the opportunity to experience such cruel things beyond understanding and explanation that can now be seen, perhaps only in films and which, of course, it is better for no one to know: his parents, wife and brother burned in gas ovens; the Nazis exterminated the entire family, with the exception of Victor’s sister (why they left her alive and what they did with the girls in the concentration camps - I won’t explain). Frankl himself was repeatedly subjected to severe torture and terrible humiliation.

At that moment in his life there was not a moment in his life when he could have known what to expect in the next moment. Everything changed rapidly: either you find yourself burned in a gas furnace, or you become one of the “lucky ones” who, after burning people, remove the corpses and shovel out the ashes.

One day Frankl came up with an idea that he called “the last freedom” - a freedom that no fascist could take away from a person. The fascists can only control the living conditions of prisoners, they can do whatever they want with their bodily shell. However, a person can remain a conscious person who can “break away” from his body and observe everything that happens from the outside.

So the core of Viktor Frankl’s personality remained intact. He himself determined how deeply what was happening could affect him. Given the stimulus and understanding the reactions, Frankl retained the ability to choose the reaction of his thoughts.

In between oppressions, in his nook, Frankl tried on many different situations. He imagined how soon he would be freed from the concentration camp and go to lecture to students. He saw a classroom filled with students to whom he so wanted to tell about the period of terrible torment he had experienced.

Note

Frankl created his own system of emotional, moral and intellectual exercises, thanks to which he was able to turn on his imagination and memory to full capacity. He diligently trained his tiny freedom, untouched by anyone, carefully guarded it - and ultimately Frankl became freer than anyone in this concentration camp. Other jailers, even some guards, saw him as an inspiring example of a strong-willed man.

Thus, being in a disgusting environment that is impossible for you and me to even imagine, Frankl came to the conclusion that our consciousness is the greatest gift, thanks to which we possess the core principle of human nature: a person freely chooses his reaction to any stimulus.

It is precisely this possibility of choice that has turned man into a unique being.

In the end, Frankl created with his inner world the outer world around him, in which he remained alive and got out to freedom. That is, his subconscious became a powerful creative force that helped free him from the concentration camp.

The difference between human consciousness and subconscious

The human subconscious always reacts to any, even the shortest thought, thereby forming your energy and vitality, which will be realized in space and time. Let us note some differences in the methods and functions of the subconscious and consciousness.

Imagine that you are a ship, the captain of which is your consciousness. The subconscious in this case will play the role of the entire ship's crew, which unquestioningly obeys all the orders of the captain. The captain chooses the direction and plots the course, he gives orders to the sailors and bears full responsibility for them and for the ship. In exactly the same way, when you dream of a new beautiful car, you do not believe in the possibility of purchasing it, so the subconscious clearly follows the order of the captain-consciousness - for the rest of your life you will drive your old car.

I confidently declare that the life that each of us has now is exactly what we want and what we think about.

We think through the conscious mind, and our thinking habits are automatically remembered by the subconscious mind. Therefore, writing down all your goals on a piece of paper and reviewing them daily will allow you to achieve success by leaps and bounds. The mind functions only along one trajectory: good thoughts lead to a good life, bad thoughts give a bad, problematic life. Imagine events as accomplished facts, and then the subconscious mind will unquestioningly fulfill your request.

The subconscious is felt by us through trance and intuition; our memory, our experiences and sensations are located here. The subconscious is capable of giving a person the gift of telepathy, clairvoyance and other superpowers. Consciousness is what allows our mind to orient itself in time and space. A conscious person has certain knowledge about space and about himself. A person may have:

    • defiled consciousness;
    • pure consciousness;
    • to be under the power of obsessions;
    • or is completely unconscious.

A person's consciousness that is full of attachments is called a contaminated consciousness. When a person is attached to a certain set of judgments, this forms his automatic constant reaction to events.

For example, you are used to sitting in the same place during lectures. If someone takes your place, you may feel irritated.

Most often, people are attached to property. Such attachment can disturb a person, as well as cause him to act unreasonably and badly. When the consciousness becomes defiled, a person loses his thinking abilities, which distinguish him from animals. He becomes more “animal-like” by absorbing nature and satisfying his needs, without producing or creating anything new.

Obsessions - I call acute sensory-emotional experiences of a person. But the true meaning of the word is much broader than just experiences. It is not difficult to grasp it if you imagine an obsession that is created by emotions and torments a person’s mind. For example, attacks of jealousy, aggression, panic and love - as mental responses to various events.

For such emotion-driven people, the prism of consciousness through which information is received is distorted towards obsession. A person stops perceiving information “soberly” and sees only what he “wants” to see – what is dictated by his obsessions. Often the person's ego is the obsession.

In turn, pure consciousness is absolutely free from any attachments and obsessions. With such consciousness, a person can use all the capabilities of his mind to rationally assess the situation and determine the most effective actions. At the same time, a person has completely different values and motives than his ego.

Pure consciousness is hard work that goes through 3 stages of progress:

    1. expansion (a person begins to understand the true essence of things, the motives of certain events and actions);
    1. concentration (consciousness gains strength and a person becomes able to influence the consciousness of other people; direct and partially manipulate people’s actions);
    1. purity (a person becomes able to purify the consciousness of other people).

Our consciousness is actively developing. Thus, visible progress can be observed when a person has a goal. Better yet, have many goals. When life comes down to resting, eating, having fun and sleeping, consciousness slows down, joy in life fades away, and, sooner or later, a person becomes dull and uninteresting.

Do you need it?

Conclusions:

1. Pay attention to your thoughts at the moment of urge. We are accustomed to automatically performing all the functions necessary for normal functioning, but sometimes it is worth stopping for a moment and paying attention to our thoughts and how we “think” them. Feel “here and now”

2. Your brain desires something, fears something. At the same time, your subconscious doesn’t care how to work for results or failure. It just works. So why not give him the right direction?

3. Strengthen your thoughts through suggestion, think about what you want and write down dozens of new desires and goals every day. Influence your life consciously! Control her!

Useful

Our consciousness is the subtlest energy in an absolutely dynamic form. We have all experienced the materialization of images created by the brain, when our mental images, fantasies, fears and desires influenced real events. This discovery turned into a real driving force for further personal growth and human improvement. Whatever we do and wherever we go, we must firmly know that our thoughts are capable of creating the surrounding reality.

Useful feature

For those who want to start acting right now, I suggest doing an exercise to calibrate your own consciousness and subconscious. It's simple and effective.

Write down 50 of your goals and desires for the next six months on a piece of paper. And now read the list every day, adding +5 goals (desires) to it every week. Attach it in a visible place so that it is always in front of your eyes

Sincerely, Vadim Berlin.

A true story from the life of a man who worked with his subconscious. Ivan lived a calm and measured life. It seemed to him that he would not be able to achieve the desired heights, due to his shyness and indecision. His plans rarely ended in success, as anxiety and fear of the unknown spoiled his entire mood.

By the age of 30, he had failed to fulfill a single serious plan. Giving up at the last moment is a way out that Ivan used for many years, until he decided to change himself and his perception of the surrounding reality.

He began the process of implementing his plan by studying literature on the topic of self-development. The works of John Kehoe were a real discovery for the young man. He re-read book after book, and over time began to practice the presented techniques for working with the subconscious.

After a month, Ivan was able to build a scheme of action that perfectly suited his personality. They selected the optimal methods for studying their inner world. And after a couple of weeks, communication with the subconscious began to bring results.

Ivan changed his place of work, but remained devoted to his specialty (banking). The authorities immediately noticed his fighting spirit and activity. A promotion was just around the corner, as he was entrusted with the management of a serious project.

But the changes did not end with career growth. The young man was able to meet a woman with whom he began a romantic relationship. He began to think about starting a family. Ivan does not want to stop there, as he strives to know all the facets of his subconscious.

The power of the subconscious and human capabilities

The subconscious has limitless power and influence. If a person does not know how to handle his inner self, he can bring endless problems upon himself. Most of the actions taken, ideas conceived and emotional experiences are directly associated with the subconscious.

Often one gets the impression that some unknown force forces one to think in a certain direction, controlling all subsequent actions. Such actions are explained by the fact that specific attitudes and programs are formed in the subconscious. They are laid down by the person himself, based on different views, fears, experiences and strong emotions.

An important role in the development of the subconscious world is given to the process of education. Parents have a close bond with their children. Adults convey to them their own understandings and moral views, which are internalized in the person’s subconscious for life.

Society plays an equally important role. The media can program people's subconscious without any extra effort. Such influence does not always have a positive effect on a person’s life.

To create special settings, various NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques are used. This psychotherapeutic direction is based on the technique of modeling all types of human behavior (verbal, non-verbal).

It is important to note that many creative individuals are people who have learned to direct their internal energy in the right direction, while creating positive attitudes that have a beneficial effect on the life of a member of society.

“To be a creative person means to be able to see or imagine various favorable opportunities for solving life's problems. Creativity gives you the right to choose.” (Ernie Zielinski)

The initial steps of working with the subconscious are based on a detailed analysis of your own inner world. The deeper you can dig, the more opportunities you can find.

Methods of working with the subconscious

Working with the subconscious requires an individual approach to the matter, since the characteristics of the character and perception of reality of each person individually are taken into account. To facilitate the process of self-knowledge, specialists have developed special techniques.

  • Reprogramming

It is based on changing subjective experience and replacing habitual patterns. The main task is to form new behavior patterns that contribute to the discovery of new opportunities. The reprogramming process helps to get rid of negativity, so all attitudes are positive or neutral. A prime example would be meditation or affirmation.

  • Deprogramming

This method abandons the standard avoidance of stereotypical views. Its goals are aimed at effectively solving existing problems. A person must face his fears and learn to overcome them. Initially, you need to find the reason for the deviation, then analyze it and find a rational way out of the situation. Among such techniques one can note Dianetic auditing or the BSFF technique.

  • Programming

Programming is characterized by working with a person in a trance state. The technique strives to ensure that consciousness can fully penetrate the sphere of the subconscious, as well as rationally control it and ensure high-quality results. Hypnosis or self-hypnosis is the best choice.

12 rules for working with the subconscious

The human subconscious makes it possible to discover secrets that were previously unknown to people. Having learned to work with it, a person will find new talents in himself, become smarter and more receptive to the world around him. To do this, you must adhere to a number of rules.

  1. Down with negative emotions! Anger, resentment, irritation, dissatisfaction and other negative feelings contradict logical decisions, which are essential when working with the subconscious.
  2. Force your thinking to work in the right direction. Every day you should get rid of the negative thoughts that have accumulated during the day. Ideally, you need to learn to control your thoughts and periodically correct them.
  3. Get rid of stereotypes. Don't take all the advice from other people. One person's life experience will not always suit another. Self-development requires spiritual transformation, and not submission to established concepts.
  4. There's no need to rush. Managing the subconscious is not the easiest task. It takes time and careful work on yourself. Instant reaction is a rare occurrence in the initial stages.
  5. Get enough sleep. Sleep is a source of vitality and energy that is necessary to accomplish great things. The fatigue that accumulates over the course of a day slows down the body's functionality.
  6. Take breaks to rest. You can’t get hung up on work for too long. It is recommended to periodically arrange moments of relaxation for yourself (the optimal number of times is 3-4 per day). 10-20 minutes will be enough to put your thoughts in order. The ideal companions for this process are pleasant music (sounds of nature, classical compositions, songs of your favorite bands) and a cozy atmosphere.
  7. Do things that make your soul happy. The subconscious will be grateful for pleasant emotions. The more the body receives pleasure from what it has done, the easier it will be to connect the external world with the internal.
  8. Treat your subconscious mind like a business partner who provides its services in exchange for certain actions. Don't forget to pay yourself. The payment may be a banal word of praise or a small gift. Please yourself = satisfy your subconscious.
  9. Treat yourself in advance, not at the last minute. A good mood is a great motivator. You don’t need to reward yourself only after completing work; it’s better to do it before your planned task.
  10. Say “no” to other people's desires! The priority should be on the things you crave, not anyone else. To make it easier to navigate your thoughts, you can select a small notebook to write down all your desires and thoughts for the future. When you want to complete a task, make sure that it does not contradict the list.
  11. Practice trance (a process during which the state of consciousness changes). Complete relaxation is recommended not only during periods of physical or mental stress, but also on vacation. The brain is always working! You need to remember this. Regular trances will help you better focus on the sensations and emotions that a person experiences at one time or another.
  12. Evaluate your life. You can use a 10-point or 100-point scale. If you are completely satisfied with your life activity, do not hesitate to put the maximum. If the scores do not suit you, they seem too low, think about which area of your life is working in the wrong direction and try to correct the situation.

conclusions

Learning to work with the subconscious without leaving your comfort zone is almost impossible. To achieve the desired result, you will have to spend a lot of time and effort. Today, there are various techniques that take into account the individual characteristics of each person. Anyone can control their inner self. It’s worth trying to choose the best way to realize your plans.

Psychological science also identifies superconsciousness, which has no analogue in the structure of the iceberg. Superconsciousness is the inexplicable creative capabilities of the human psyche, which are responsible for creativity and creativity, inspiration, intuition and premonition. Parapsychologists refer to superconsciousness as a person’s extraordinary abilities for extrasensory perception, telepathy and clairvoyance.

Structure of the human psyche

Consciousness is the mental life of a person, which is expressed in the personal experience of all events that occur in the external world and the life of the person himself, as well as the individual’s adequate reaction to everything that happens to him and around him.

Simply put, consciousness is a person’s reflection on his own and others’ feelings, as well as on the images he sees. A person is capable of not only receiving and remembering information, but also processing it and giving it a subjective assessment.

Human consciousness has the following properties:

  1. Reflection of the surrounding reality through feelings and accessible cognitive processes (memory, sensations, imagination, perception and thinking).
  2. Self-knowledge and self-control. The human mind is capable of observing itself and evaluating its thoughts and actions. It is important that a person is able to control himself, and therefore his desires, impulses, emotions and actions.
  3. Objective and subjective assessment. A person digests all the information received and evaluates it. It is from this property of consciousness that beliefs, values and moral qualities are formed, which are basically divided into “bad” and “good”.
  4. Setting a goal. Based on available data, a person is able to make decisions, set goals, predict and plan his future.

As already mentioned, human consciousness is that structure of the psyche that can be controlled by a person, but occurs without his knowledge. That is, cognitive processes occur in our consciousness independently, automatically, without our push, but are completely amenable to us when we go beyond the limits of our consciousness.

The brain processes information regardless of our desire, but we are able to control our feelings, actions and emotions, which are a product of the information received.

It is assumed that somewhere, outside of you, there is a “real” world where “real” events take place. But where can this peace come from? We know about things only what is contained in our consciousness. Everything that happens happens in consciousness. What happens in everyone's minds happens in reality.

George Orwell

Subconscious

The subconscious is special processes of the human psyche that cannot be controlled by consciousness. This can include causeless outbursts of any emotional states of a person (for example, fear, uncertainty in one’s actions or words).

The human subconscious is a protective mechanism not only for the brain, but for the entire body. The subconscious mind is responsible for the functioning and safety of the human body and warns us if it senses danger (hence the inexplicable excitement or attacks of uncontrollable fear).

There is also an opinion that all human skills, actions, and habits, brought to the point of automatism, are also determined by our subconscious. It is responsible for all our actions, the preservation of previously acquired skills for life.

Unlike consciousness, the human subconscious works around the clock, never leaving us for a minute. It constantly controls the work of our brain, and is associated with a person’s conscious perception only in a dream, but the person practically does not remember this.

Unconscious

The unconscious is the memory of a person’s entire life. This is everything that a person has ever seen, felt and experienced. It is the unconscious with its store of memory that explains our fears, strange desires and complexes that contradict morality and human mores.

Our unconscious desires and complexes are mainly of an aggressive or sexual nature and represent something that is brought up in a person from childhood as wrong and shameful. But all this can manifest itself in some actions committed in a state of passion, in a person’s dreams, random slips of the tongue and jokes.

The unconscious can manifest itself in painful mental states of a person - in delirium, hallucinations, neuroses and hysteria. This happens when the unconscious is completely suppressed by consciousness and has no outlet in another form. In this case, the unconscious can disrupt the processes occurring in a person’s consciousness, and the person’s consciousness will cease to be completely controlled.

Superconsciousness

Superconsciousness, or the Higher Unconscious, is the unidentified capabilities of the human body, brain and psyche, which can be achieved in the process of self-development or which manifest themselves after a person experiences severe mental and emotional stress. Human superpowers include manifestations of parapsychological abilities, flashes of intuition and premonitions, human creativity and inspiration.

It is to human superconsciousness that belongs:

  • new ideas for the development and life of society that break the historical structure;
  • the latest inventions that radically change the life of both one person and all of humanity as a whole;
  • a new vision of culture and spirituality.

The superconscious is engaged in solving the most complex problems in the life and creative embodiment of a person, which a person’s conscious thinking is not able to solve.

The connection between the conscious and subconscious mind of a person

We have already found out that consciousness is the activity of the human brain and psyche, which he can control. But how then do the unconscious sides of our psyche manifest themselves?

Firstly, on the basis of the subconscious, our uncontrollable feelings and unconscious skills, a person’s character, his habits and views, principles, reactions to reality are formed. Each person will react differently to the same situation, based on personal experience, fears, complexes and feelings.

Secondly, the unconscious is a repository of memory. The subconscious stores our fears in its depths, which can come to the surface with age or in certain situations.

These fears explain some of the uncontrollable states and actions of a person. If fears or forbidden desires are kept within oneself, the unconscious can cause a painful state of human consciousness (delusions, hallucinations, neuroses), from which a person may no longer get out.

Thirdly, the human unconscious (in this case, the superconscious) is capable of seeing the world in a new way, not stopping at generally accepted norms and morals, abandoning conservative beliefs. This helps society move on, people improve, and progress does not stand still.

The human subconscious is the engine of development of technological progress and human cultural life, and therefore controls all of humanity.

Bottom line

As we see, the unconscious is that aspect of our psyche that cannot be controlled by the human mind. We perform certain actions, actions, completely confident that we are doing it consciously.

But in fact, the human subconscious independently controls our lives, even if this goes against our conscious choice.

In order to live in harmony with yourself, it is enough to understand the structure and work of our psyche, learn to listen to ourselves and live in harmony with our own subconscious, helping it protect us from external dangers.

Many people do not deny the fact of the existence of a subconscious system and its use in the process of life. Some even attribute the roughness of their character to the game of the subconscious. But the actual state of affairs suggests that if a person finds willpower in himself and learns to manage his inner world, then inevitable success in life awaits him. Every person needs to learn to control subconscious processes, because it is then that the mind, and not emotions and feelings, will control life. All decisions will be made harmoniously. So, in order to understand how to control the subconscious, you need to understand the basic facts.

What is the subconscious?

The subconscious is not a fictitious concept. This is a very real component of the human body, which is considered even in medicine. It is what helps a person navigate certain life situations. Some people confuse the subconscious with intuition. Throughout his life, a person accumulates a lot of information in his subconscious, which is acquired through the experience of life. Certain thoughts create habits or encourage a person to take some actions, sometimes actions that are unusual for him.

Habits acquired in this way are called psychological skills. They are instilled in a person by parents, acquaintances, and personal experience. Thanks to this, a personality is subsequently formed with his own unique view of the world around him. It is this fact that explains the diversity of opinions and characters of people.

The subconscious doesn't regenerate new ideas or anything like that. The whole point is that a person creates his own subconscious information. Thoughts, feelings, subconscious - in this order the transfer of information occurs. Thus, everything that is reproduced in a person’s thoughts becomes part of the inner world. People program themselves. This quality can be used for yourself with incredible benefit, but otherwise you can get the opposite negative effect. The accumulation of this information is also influenced by the external environment, so a person must carefully select his social circle so as not to subsequently become part of a not entirely favorable company of people. Subconscious attitudes are not so easy to change. Although there are certain techniques that help completely eliminate negative programs.

The initial task of the subconscious is to systematize and filter out unnecessary information. The choice, so to speak, of a rational grain. This happens in the process of transforming thoughts into visual images. The subconscious mind helps a person achieve his programmed goals, which will help him achieve success and accomplish certain desired tasks. The power of the subconscious is quite a powerful thing, which can make a person more resistant to difficulties, thereby making life’s journey easier.

But, despite a number of such positive and important properties for a person, not everyone can use such skills rationally. This suggests that with his thoughts a person can program his subconscious for negative phenomena, which can subsequently lead to disastrous results. That is why it is important to monitor not only your actions, but also your thoughts. Psychologists recommend thinking positively.

If a person constantly thinks that, for example, he cannot start a family. After some time, thoughts move to the programming stage and the person’s desire to have his own family completely disappears. And already in the course of even a serious relationship, he avoids the family, psychologically pushing away his partner.
This is how, with simple actions, a person can harm himself and completely destroy his life.

Functions of the subconscious

For many, it will be a discovery that the work of the human body is determined by the functions of the subconscious. For a more visual representation, the human body can be compared to some large production facility that employs a huge number of people. Thus, the subconscious is the large working class that carries out the necessary processes for the normal functioning of the enterprise. Consciousness and subconsciousness are in close cooperation. The role of consciousness is to set global goals, that is, it is the director of the enterprise.

In addition, you can find other ways of comparison. For example, the human body in its properties can be similar to a kind of computer. The human consciousness acts as a kind of programmer who is able to install certain programs and other components for the normal operation of the machine. But the subconscious mind ensures the operation of these programs, their reliability and the precise execution of the necessary tasks. Only when consciousness and subconscious form a harmonious tandem can a person be happy.

The functions of the subconscious mind are quite simple to understand. They are, first of all, aimed at systematizing and storing the necessary information in the human brain. If you develop his capabilities, you can come to the conclusion that it is simply unrealistic to limit them; a person can remember everything he needs. It is a known fact that by the 21st year of life an individual is able to accumulate an incredible amount of information in his head, which is several hundred times greater than the volume of the large Encyclopedia Britannica. But the problem is that many do not know how to use this gift of nature and how to apply this or that knowledge at the right time. Working with the subconscious can take a person to a different level of life.

Scientists have conducted studies in which they have found that a person in a state of hypnosis can depict any events in his life in great detail. But older people can even tell what happened 50 years ago, and the details will not be omitted. Such an experiment once again proves that the human brain is limitless and has amazing capabilities. All the secrets of the subconscious have not been fully revealed, but some points have already been studied.

The presence of such a thing is quite simply explainable. The brain contains a huge amount of information thanks to processes occurring at the subconscious level. In addition, a large number of variable actions are constantly taking place in the brain, for example, rewriting information, building logical chains. Unfortunately, man has not yet reached the point of managing such phenomena. This is quite simple to explain, because the process of assimilation of information and its systematization has not yet been fully studied. All the secrets of the subconscious have not yet been revealed.

The process of subconscious transformations is very complex. One of the most important functions is the homeostatic process. For example, this includes human body temperature. It is the subconscious that maintains it at a level of 36.6. The subconscious mind controls the process of breathing and heartbeat. Thanks to this, a person is maintained in a normal and stable state. The nervous system operates autonomously, supporting chemical metabolism and many other processes. Thanks to such well-functioning work, the body feels comfortable and continues its vital functions.

The balance of the body is maintained by other functions; this also happens in the sphere of thinking. Your subconscious mind has the ability to remember the most comfortable conditions you have ever experienced. Based on these conditions, our body strives to return to that comfort zone again. If a person tries to go beyond it, the body begins to react not quite correctly, discomfort is felt both on the physical and emotional levels. This only means that the person’s subconscious has turned on its old functions and is trying to return to a state of complete comfort.

Any new sensations for a person, both physically and emotionally, can cause inconvenience, a feeling of awkwardness and fear. Such feelings can manifest themselves, for example, when looking for a new job, passing the first exams, meeting new strangers, or trying to establish a connection with the opposite sex. This is exactly what the whole palette says that a person needs to get out of his comfort zone, but the subconscious, unfortunately, does not allow this to be done, because of this nervousness and a feeling of discomfort arise. To avoid such phenomena, people should learn how to control the subconscious.

Human development depends on the activity of the subconscious

The comfort zone can become a kind of trap. This is especially true for creative and imaginative people. After all, a flight of thought is required here. Sometimes it is useful to endure physical stress. The calm and measured fluidity of life is truly the hell of a creative person. Those people who decide to become leaders need to leave their comfort zone. A person gains new experience, new skills that will later help him. But over time, all this again enters the comfort zone.

Let’s say if they decide to promote you up the career ladder or force you to make an expensive purchase, you will feel discomfort and inconvenience for some time. In general, this process leads to the fact that a person builds a new comfort zone for himself based on the rules that are necessary to achieve a certain goal. If a person cannot overcome these feelings, then it will be almost impossible to build a new comfort zone, but if he copes with this test, then, in the end, he will gain new knowledge, experience, as well as a new comfort zone that expands his capabilities .

If someone has set a goal too high for themselves, then they need to be prepared for a long road. He will need to learn to let go of stereotypes and remove labels. And this process takes time. This is working with the subconscious.

The main rule is that a person must formulate a goal for himself. Moreover, this goal should be similar to a law that he will constantly scroll through in his thoughts. It is thanks to this that this goal will be written down, so to speak, on the subcortex. A person will gradually begin to believe in this, and soon events will begin to come true. The power of the subconscious will itself push you to take the right actions that are necessary to achieve a certain goal. A person will become sensitive to the information that needs to be obtained in the process of achieving a goal, and then he will actually embody a greater goal in his ordinary life.

How does the subconscious mind work?

As previously stated, the subconscious mind is truly an amazing tool. It is this that can influence all areas of life. But how does this happen? If you understand this issue, you can understand how to change the subconscious.
A person constantly builds some of his own internal beliefs and principles. Thus, its development or degradation occurs. Consciousness independently attracts to itself the factors of interest in a person’s life, forces him to get acquainted with those people who correspond to his principles and beliefs, and much more. The surprising fact is that whether a person believes in it or not, the subconscious will still exist. This does not depend on the desires of people or on their social status. This law is in effect constantly. All troubles in life will happen only thanks to beliefs, because the subconscious can do anything - make a person happy or lead to problems. For example, if he is convinced that he is doomed to poverty, then this is exactly what will happen. We need to start with the world and help change the outer shell. Starting with the latter makes no sense. There will be no changes. Situations will be repeated until the internal deep causes are eliminated. Therefore, it is very important to know how to control the subconscious. It must initially be programmed correctly. In order for life to be harmonious in all areas, it is necessary to study the world around you. That is, thoughts must be literate and combined with real events. In this situation, a person will be able to achieve well-being by changing not only the world around him, but also by changing something in himself. will give you the opportunity to get what you want, improve yourself in some way and help other people.

Concentration of the subconscious

Not every person knows how to control the subconscious, although many have heard about it more than once. Not everyone understands its nature and methods of use. Its power is limitless, and scientists have long proven this. If a person has learned to control his own subconscious, it means that he has received additional vital energy that will help him later. Having learned to control his own subconscious, he can direct his life in the direction that he needs.

There is a wonderful book “Techniques for controlling the subconscious mind” (Murphy Joseph). The author reveals in it the secrets of such a thing as “mental treatment”. This term has several interpretations. Firstly, by changing his subconscious, a person can change his essence. The author says that all people’s problems lie in unfulfilled desires. A person is deeply worried about the fact that he did not achieve results, his plans did not come true. In this case, you should not count on life in harmony. Secondly, mental treatment also means improving a person’s physical health.

Subconscious Control Methods

The subconscious can do anything, a person just needs to set it up correctly. Many people want to receive some specific recommendations on how to do this. There aren't many of them. Below are some of the subconscious mind control techniques:

  1. Before going to bed, you need to give your subconscious a task - to solve the problem that is bothering you. The thought form accepted by truth travels from the brain to the solar plexus and ultimately materializes.
  2. You should not limit your subconscious to traditional methods. You need to think big.
  3. You should not react deeply to painful sensations in the body. You need to trust fate.
  4. Before going to bed, visualize the fulfillment of your desire several times. Thoughts, feelings, subconscious - all these are links in one chain.

Abilities of the subconscious system

The subconscious is often compared to a computer into which certain types of programs can be inserted. This is how inner conviction and regeneration of thought occurs. As for the formation of human habits, their regeneration occurs due to the repeated repetition of certain formulations.
Having formed certain psychological habits, a person begins to gradually move towards the goal. In this process, he acquires certain beliefs, new views, exactly what he needs to perceive the environment in a new role. The subconscious system regenerates certain tasks through visual and mental images. It is these aspects that are necessary for a person to receive such a mindset for success.

Tasks of the subconscious

The unconscious part of the human mind has a rather difficult function - this is the systematization and interpretation of certain data that is laid down in the process of thinking and visualization. The subconscious is obliged to help a person receive exactly those desired thoughts and images that he imagined. But, in addition to this, it also helps a person control the functioning of all internal organs and vital systems; this process is also incredibly important.

Possible difficulties

The problems that a person may encounter is a lack of knowledge to correctly form their own thoughts. People can fix in their subconscious something completely different from what they want. This happens because the unconscious reaction cannot determine whether the thoughts are good or bad. Therefore, he perceives everything as truth. In this situation, you need to be very careful not to insert destructive thoughts into your own unconscious reflexes.

How to deal with problems?

To overcome the destructive effect of thought, you must first understand why a person programs himself for failure. If he can cross this border, he will receive truly invaluable knowledge that will open a lot of doors for him. First of all, you need to accustom yourself to think positively in any situation, to find positive aspects even in the most hopeless situations, so as not to send negative energy flows into your own unconscious system.

Georgy Sidorov offers effective ways to change the paradigm. “Managing the Subconscious and Exiting the Matrix” is one of the best seminars that provides techniques for working with your inner world. Many other authors in their works also reveal implemented practices for controlling the subconscious. Valery Sinelnikov’s book “Secrets of the Subconscious” will help you believe in yourself, confront difficulties, get rid of guilt, learn to forgive, eliminate depression and become a truly happy person.

Consciousness is that part of your mind that is under your complete control. At its core, it is this or that thought that occupies your mind at a given moment in time. The characteristic features of consciousness are its functions:
- identification of incoming information that it will receive through one of the five senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste;
- comparison with the “database” that the brain had accumulated by this time thanks to the life experience of the person himself and the experience of other people, the necessary knowledge that was obtained from reading, talking or watching the same television programs;
- information analysis;
- decision-making.

At the moment when the decision is made, the functions of consciousness are completely fulfilled, the subconscious mind comes into play, whose task is to implement the decision made in the fastest and most rational way possible. It was found that the speed of information processing by the subconscious is almost 30 thousand times faster than by the conscious mind. This is a real high-speed computer, exactly executing the program that the consciousness put into it at the moment of making a decision. All human actions are the result of the interaction of consciousness and subconscious, which is often used in psychology.

A negative worldview becomes the cause of life failures, total failures and misfortunes. A constructive attitude and goodwill guarantee good health and well-being. The subconscious mind itself does not make any decisions; even when directing life support processes, it simply carries out a program for maintaining all vital functions, and a person no longer needs to think about when and how to breathe or walk - he does it on his own. subconscious level. If a person's own consciousness is turned off, for example through hypnosis, the hypnotist can take over the functions of the conscious mind and influence the hypnotized person, forcing him to carry out the commands that are told to him without hesitation.

Differences between conscious and subconscious

The influence and impact of consciousness on the subconscious has been proven. The reaction of the subconscious is secondary; it is a consequence of the thought processes that occur in your consciousness. This means that positive and creative thoughts and aspirations will give rise to positive events, since the subconscious defines them as corresponding to the degree of your comfort. And it responds in exactly the same way to both positive and negative, so your negative thinking is the cause of failure, because in this case the subconscious mind provides you with the environment in which you are more comfortable.

The subconscious is only a reflection of what you really believe in, and it cannot be deceived.

Perceiving the message of the conscious, the subconscious begins to work on its implementation, without checking whether it is true or false, it reacts in full accordance with what the consciousness tells it. A change in consciousness often entails a change in life circumstances.
