Most often in our life we ​​need to cook something very quickly, without bothering with all sorts of “fildepers” and haute cuisine. Most of us are working women, but no one has canceled cooking dinner for the family. And there are still such examples when we don’t want warmed up, but only fresh, only from under the knife.

And after all, you want something tasty, and not semi-finished products from the culinary department.
An affordable and quick dinner option would be stew or sauté.
To do this, you must have good meat (chicken fillet, or turkey fillet, or beef tenderloin, or pork tenderloin, or pork fillet), fresh or fresh-frozen vegetables, soy sauce, olive oil, mixtures of various herbs.

Ingredients:

• - 500 g

• - 300 g
• - 2 pieces of medium size

Cooking order:

Cut the beef and eggplant into 1 cm thick cubes. Salt the eggplant and set aside.
Cut the shiitake in half (if large).
Peppers: Remove the core with seeds, cut in half lengthwise and cut into cubes.

Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Fry the beef on all sides until tender (6-8 minutes), put in a deep dish, cover with foil and put in a warm place.

Squeeze the eggplants and fry them until tender (7-8 minutes). Transfer the cooked eggplant to the beef.

Fry pepper and mushrooms together for 5 minutes (until cooked).
“Return” the beef and eggplant to the pan, be sure to drain the juice formed in the bowl there (into the pan). Stir, add soy sauce, salt and pepper mixture to taste, thyme, reduce heat to medium and simmer for five minutes.

When serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped green onions.
