An interactive quest in support of family values ​​and responsible parenthood “The Happy Family TV channel” started in the Komsomolsky Park of Feodosia on May 27, 2017 at exactly noon.

At the start of the quests, the family teams were greeted from the stage by the head of the communications department of the Foundation for Supporting Children in Difficult Life Situations, Oksana Ivannikova, and the head of the education department of the administration of the city of Feodosia, Nadezhda Alekseenko. And in Tula, on May 28, 2017, the quest took place in the city’s Central Park and hundreds of citizens took part in it. The audience was greeted by the head of the department for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency, deputy chairman of the commission on affairs of minors and the protection of their rights of the municipal formation of Tula, Elena Goncharova. “This is the first time such a quest is taking place in the city, this is important for us, since more than 7,000 families live in Tula who are in difficult life situations. Therefore, such an unusual game will help families unite; they will show each other how great it is to spend time in nature with their children, and how to enjoy life.” The winner of the all-Russian competition “Family of the Year 2016” (nomination “Young Family”), Evgenia Arkush, also shared her successful parenting experience, who together with her family took part in the quest and even ended up on the winning team.


In both cities, parents with children, including even mothers with strollers, were divided into teams of 10 people. Participants had to complete difficult tasks that forced them to rethink the usual parental patterns and look at many familiar situations through the eyes of children.

Nine interactive game stations reminded participants of the names of famous television programs. At the “How to Become a Millionaire” station, participants answered questions about family values, giving examples from history, cinema, painting and literature; at the “Hit Parade” station, parents had to recognize the song and guess the performers popular with their children. On the Talk Show site, parents learned to listen carefully to their children. At the Revizorro station, parents were asked to explore the children's room and find items that pose a danger to a small child - cigarettes, cutting objects, medicines. At the “Voice” site, the team came up with specially missing lines in songs about family and composed a family anthem. The most difficult platform was “Through the Mouth of a Baby,” where they showed videos in which children tried to explain negative emotions in their own words - anger, resentment - and adults had to guess the words and, of course, replace physical methods of punishment with dialogue with the child. The competing teams were able to fully feel like participants in television shows, in which victory in the game depended on their attentiveness and ingenuity, ability to be responsible parents, knowledge of family traditions and values, and parenting skills.


During the entire quest, the teams were accompanied by famous and beloved cartoon characters - Peppa Pig, Carlson, Mary Poppins, Matroskin the Cat, with whom the children, their mothers and fathers willingly took pictures.

For each stage of the competition, participants received not only points in the route sheet, but also star-shaped markers with an inscription characterizing one of the family values: justice, respect, forgiveness, attention, responsibility.


Rewarding the winners of the quest in Feodosia, the chairman of the Feodosia city council, head of the municipality of the Feodosia urban district of the Republic of Crimea, Svetlana Gevchuk, noted: “It is very important and valuable for Feodosia and for the whole of Crimea that this unusual exciting game is taking place here today. The quest provides a unique opportunity to compare how one should treat the most sacred thing - the family, how to raise children, how one should see them, hear them, and help them. And I want these values ​​to be passed on from generation to generation,” noted the head of the city.

In the final of the quests, the teams that completed all the tasks correctly and scored the maximum points the fastest were the winners. As a reward, all quest participants received movie tickets, and the winning team received valuable prizes. And the markers received at the stages of the quest - the stars of the team - were attached to a large banner, against which they were photographed in the “mannequin challenge” format. In two weeks, the teams will be able to see themselves in edited videos and photographs on the “I am a Parent” portal website, where in any difficult situation related to children, fathers and mothers can get advice or help from specialists. At the start, the family teams were greeted from the stage by the deputy head of the Administration of the urban district of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Syntimir Bayazitov.
