▫ )) Example: Mr. G. Drinking alcohol in his house for several hours (and came home already drunk). All this time his mother was in the house. He swaggered: forced her to switch channels on the TV; sat on a chair and forbade movement for several hours; DEMONSTRATED kitchen knife, bringing it to the face and body of the mother; at the same time, he informed that he would now cut her to pieces if she did not obey his requirements or took it into her head to object. That's not all. At the end, he announced that he would now hang her, ordered her to `prepare` for this and went for the rope. Seeing that he was indeed returning WITH A ROPE, the woman ran away from home. G. rushed after him, grabbing a knife. He yelled all over the street that he would catch up with her and `fill up`. The woman ran into one of the neighboring houses, slamming the door behind her. G. began pounding on the door and pounding on it with a knife. After a while he got tired, after which he went home and went to bed. ================= Bottom line: in addition to Art. 119 received and art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Hooliganism). N., during a joint drinking with M. After a verbal skirmish that arose, initiated by N., he grabbed a fork from the table. With the prongs of the fork, he pressed M.'s neck, without releasing the fork, and repeatedly expressed his intention to finish off M. right at the table. After M. was forced to "hush up" the unpleasant conversation, N. removed the plug. But even this short period of time, N., who is known as a quick-tempered person, especially when intoxicated, “flew” into Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. N's cohabitant, who was nearby at that time, could not have been able to help in any way: not only was she afraid of the drunk N. and much weaker than him physically - N. also "taught her life" that evening, pulling her by the hair and kicking several times in the presence M. ================ This is how you put the whole `puzzle` together. I have already given an extract from a pile of documents that were compiled on these two episodes ...
▫ Dad always likes to say that everyone should and should learn, even if you disagree, in any case, you will gain experience on how not to act.
▫ Off topic, so .., for reflection. According to Machiavelli, `it is not necessary for the Sovereign to have all the virtues (mercy, devotion, philanthropy, honesty and religiosity), but what is really necessary is to create the appearance of these qualities. I dare say that having them and always thinking about them is a futile exercise, but to show that you have them is extremely applicable` Nicolo Machiavelli, `The Sovereign`, 1532
▫ Thank you!
▫ Alexander Leonidovich, I understand you. For people present on the portal, the hypothesis-disposition-sanction scheme will require a rather long explanation. Moreover, the methods of collecting evidence. We need an educational program, but, IMHO, it should be like in the primer, on vivid (and ambiguous) examples.

Wide Maslenitsa

Shrovetide - favorite folk holiday. Every year he visits different days. They fall from the second half of February to the first days of March. This is because the beginning of Shrove Tuesday depends on Easter. And the timing of Easter also changes from year to year.

Maslenitsa is a week of cheese, meat and meat. This is because they don't eat meat. But plenty - cheese, sour cream, butter and, of course, pancakes.

Hello, annual carnival,

Our dear guest!

On painted sledges;

To keep the servants young

We were given expensive gifts.

And pancakes, and kalachi,

To us in the window their swords!

Maslenitsa was called "wide", "merry" and it lasted for a whole week.

The Shrovetide meeting was arranged by the children.

They climbed a snowy mountain and called Shrove Tuesday:

Are you a soul, my carnival, quail bones, your paper body, your sugary lips, your sweet speech! Come to visit me in the wide yard on the mountains to ride, roll in pancakes, amuse your heart. You, my carnival, red beauty, fair-haired braid, thirty brothers sister, you are my quail! Come to visit me in the plank house to amuse your soul, have fun with your mind, enjoy your speech!

Carnival has arrived! Carnival has arrived!

The children loved Shrovetide. In the morning they made a straw doll Shrovetide. They dressed her in a sundress or caftan, shod her feet in bast shoes, put her on a sled, brought her up the mountain and lamented quickly:

It was believed that in this way they were cleansed of the winter darkness. In the evening family and friends met. Asked for forgiveness for intentional and accidental offenses in current year. How is Maslenitsa celebrated?

The holiday begins with the obligatory invocation of Spring. From this day, from Monday, pancakes and pancakes (from the word Lada) are baked, neighbors are invited to them, they are also offered cheese and butter. They eat plentifully. The pancake is rolled up and dipped in warm cow butter, and then quickly into the mouth so that the fat does not drip. The first pancake is placed on the dormer window for the souls of the parents.

In some places in Belarus, Maslenitsa Thursday was called Volos. On this day they ate pork and beef. On this day, the souls of the ancestors also come.

In the last century, during the rampant Shrove Tuesday, they drank, ate and indulged in passions. They arranged games - fistfights, riding in troikas, on a sleigh from the mountains. The guys got acquainted with the girls and went from the mountains in pairs. They made a snow town on the ice with gates, towers and a hole in the middle. The "servants of Morena" sat in the town, frightened the horses with shouts and branches, did not allow the riders - "servants of Spring and the Sun" to destroy it. They tried to push the first one who broke into the town into the hole. After the game, everyone drank wine. In the evening they burned an effigy of Winter (Maslenitsa). They burned snow with fires, warmed the Earth, which brought warm time closer. Around the fires they sang carol songs - grapes.

According to one branch of tradition, Shrove Tuesday should have a face, according to another, it doesn’t.

When Shrove Tuesday is on fire, it can be creepy, especially if it is not for much more human and done convincingly, with facial features. In order to remove the tension arising from this and return the action to the general mainstream of the holiday, the words of the wires have a playful, ironic character. This irony is a cover, it performs the task of correctly orienting the consciousness to perceive the sacred action, which should be perceived not as the horror of the death of Maslenitsa in the fire, but as a natural phenomenon of the cycle of events of Nature, as its departure to heaven. In this sense, the burning of Maslenitsa is a rite of overcoming the power of Death - a cleansing rite. The more alive the burning Maslenitsa seems, the more convincing the rite. The cleansing that occurs in the psyche at the end of the rite is immediately felt. This cleansing is required for the new coming life, for the acceptance of spring.

It used to happen that on Shrovetide people died from drunkenness, gluttony, or a fight. Little attention was paid to this - apparently he did not know how to live, so he died.

They saw off Shrovetide in its symbolic form - they drove a sleigh on twelve horses, on which a wooden pole was installed. On the pole is a wheel with patches of colored fabric and bells, on the wheel is a man - a joker with a damask and rolls. Around the sleigh buffoons. It was said about this procession that on the last day of seeing off, the carnival becomes visible.

After that, they washed in the bathhouse, went to visit, asked each other for forgiveness for insults, kissed, put up. They went to the cemetery to say goodbye to the dead, who celebrated Shrovetide together with the living. The remains of the Maslenitsa feast were distributed to the poor.

The ceremony of forgiveness in some villages went like this: The owner sat in the red corner. All the inhabitants of the house approached him in seniority and asked for forgiveness with the words: "Forgive my dear father, if I have sinned against you, deed or tongue." After that, the old man got up and walked to the middle of the hut, low to the ground, bowed to the family and asked for forgiveness for an unkind word or deed.

Celebration traditions

Maslenitsa according to popular beliefs is the most cheerful, very noisy and popular holiday. Each day of this week has its own name, which indicates what needs to be done on that day. Of course, today it is very difficult to observe all the customs and rituals of the holiday, because Shrove Tuesday is not a weekend, but a regular working week. But it will be interesting to learn about traditions and rituals. Maslenitsa, as a rule, is not only pancakes at home, at a party and in a tavern, and right on the street. On Maslenitsa, the first duty of every person was to help drive away the winter and wake nature from its sleep. This is what all the traditions of Shrovetide are aimed at.

In some places in Russia, for example, a meeting appropriate for people and the necessary holding of Maslenitsa was taken care of in advance from the Saturday of the previous week, on which they began to celebrate the “small Maslenka”. This happened as follows: the guys in small groups ran around the village and collected bast shoes, then they met those returning with purchases from the city or from the market with the question: “Are you bringing Maslenitsa?” Those who answered: “No” were beaten with these bast shoes.

On Sunday before Maslenitsa, according to the tradition of those times, they paid visits to relatives, friends, neighbors, and also invited them to visit. Since it was impossible to eat meat on Shrovetide week, the last Sunday before Maslenitsa, therefore, they called it “meat Sunday”, on which the father-in-law went to call his son-in-law “to eat up the meat”.

Monday - this is a "meeting" of the holiday. On this day, ice slides were arranged and rolled out. According to beliefs, they believed that the farther the sledge or sleigh rolled, the louder the noise and laughter over the ice slide, the much better the harvest would be and the longer the flax would be born. And in order for plants to grow better, according to popular beliefs, you need to swing on a swing, and the higher, the better for many.

Tuesday - this is a "game" in which they begin funny Games, and for fun and fun, according to tradition, they are treated to pancakes.

Wednesday - this is a well-known "gourmet". The name of this day speaks for itself. On Wednesday, the housewives act directly according to the saying: “What is in the oven - all on the table are swords!” In the first place in a series of multiple treats, of course, are pancakes.

Thursday - This is a day of "walk around". On this day, in order to help the sun drive away the winter, people traditionally arrange horseback riding "in the sun" - that is, clockwise around the village. The main man's business on Thursday is the defense or the capture of a snowy town.

Friday - these are “mother-in-law evenings”, when the son-in-law goes “to the mother-in-law for pancakes”, and the mother-in-law, of course, welcomes the son-in-law and treats her with pancakes.

Saturday - the well-known "sister-in-law gatherings." On this day, they visit all relatives and treat themselves to pancakes.

Sunday - this is the final "forgiveness day", when they ask for forgiveness from relatives and friends for insults and after that, as a rule, they sing and dance merrily, thereby seeing off the wide Maslenitsa.

Thus, the oil week passed. The people at all times, as soon as they could, tried to celebrate it more cheerfully, more satisfyingly, richer. It was believed that if you celebrate Shrove Tuesday in this way, then the whole coming year will be just as prosperous and well-fed. And they danced on Maslenitsa, according to legend, jumping high so that flax and hemp grew just as tall. All baptized Russia at that time, with sincere simplicity, indulged in all kinds of fun, which were repeated from year to year, practically unchanged. There was also a belief that not to make fun during the broad Maslenitsa means "to live in bitter misfortune and end life badly."

Moderator: It seems that quite recently we met New Year, rejoiced at the Christmas holidays and the Russian winter with its white snows, sledges, games, severe bitter frosts. But then the sun appeared bright, cheerful, the day became longer, and we understand that spring will come soon.

Winter is losing its strength, do you feel it?

Warm days are coming

It's time to say goodbye to the winter

Spring - meet the red.

Even the ancient Slavs had a multi-day holiday, which marked the farewell to winter. From distant pagan times Maslenitsa came to us, honest Maslenitsa, wide Maslenitsa. Maslenitsa was loved in Russia - a mischievous, cheerful, desperate holiday.

Our Shrovetide is annual,

She is an expensive hotel

She does not walk to us,

Everything rides on horseback,

So that the horses were black,

To keep the servants young!

They said about Shrovetide:

Soul you are our Maslenitsa!

Your lips are sugary

Sweet is your speech!

Come to us in pancakes to roll,

Cheer up your heart!

Maslenitsa brought light and the joy of the imminent spring. It was expected everywhere with great impatience. The people said: "" At least lay down your money, but spend Shrovetide." It was believed that if you celebrate it poorly, you will have to live in bitter need. Shrovetide is called wide. What do you think why? Shrovetide was the most fun and wild holiday. The holiday lasted fairs, street games, buffoons, dances, songs.

Maslenitsa got its name from the plentiful and oily food, which was supposed to be treated to all week. According to popular beliefs, it was necessary to help the sun defeat the evil frosty winter, and the favorite food at Maslenitsa was pancakes, round, ruddy, with heat, with heat, similar to the face of the sun. Gluttony is the most remarkable feature of the holiday. This should symbolize a well-fed life during the year.

Shrovetide we magnify

And what we just do not promise her:

Rivers of sour cream

mountains of pancakes,

If only she would come soon

Honest, cheerful, wide noblewoman

Many families start baking pancakes on Monday. Each housewife had her own pancake recipe and kept it a secret from her neighbors. Usually pancakes were baked large in the whole pan, thin, light. They were served with various seasonings: sour cream, eggs, caviar, etc. Butter pancake is a symbol of the sun, sunny days, good harvest, healthy people. As the proverb says: "There is no Shrovetide without pancakes." "Damn is beautiful and hot, like the warming sun is hot."

Wednesday - "Lakomka", prepared the most delicious dishes and, of course, pancakes. The most important event that day was the visit of the sons-in-law to the mother-in-law, for whom she baked pancakes and arranged a real feast, if the son-in-law was to her liking, of course

Competition "Define the groats".

And now I invite representatives from each team of two (maybe 4) girls. It's your turn to show yourself.

On the table in front of each participant are bags with cereals: millet, peas, buckwheat, semolina, pearl barley, etc. It is necessary, blindfolded, without untying the bag, to determine which cereal is in each bag. The winners receive prizes

And on THURSDAY - the roaming "Razdolyay" comes.

Ice fortresses, snow fights...

Troikas with bells enter the fields.

Guys are looking for girls - their betrothed.

"Razgulyay", "Fracture" - that's what they call Thursday.

To help the sun, they rode horses "in the sun" (clockwise), performing various ritual songs. Guys and girls rode down the hills in a sleigh (demonstration of the picture). On this occasion, the sleigh was decorated with colored patches, hung with bells. On horses, painted arcs were put on. The guys showed their prowess, famously, jumping into the rushing sleigh. The main man's business on this day is the defense and capture of the snowy town. How did it go?

On the river, adults and children built a fortress with towers, walls and gates out of snow and ice. The "guard" was placed inside the fortress. Then the horsemen and footmen attacked the fortress: the footmen climbed the ice walls, and the horsemen tried to break through the gates. The guards of the fortress defended themselves with brooms. After the end of the battle, the winners and the vanquished went to feast together.

And in the picture of which artist is this ancient Russian rite depicted? Showing a picture. (Answer: V.I. Surikov "The capture of a snowy town." (The one who answered correctly - a prize).

Leading: So I now challenge good fellows to fight, so that they measure their strength.

The game is played: "Cockfight".

One representative is selected from each team. A circle is drawn in which two participants become. With your left hand you need to hold your left leg, and with your right shoulder push the enemy out of the circle.

FRIDAY has come - "EVENINGS at the mother-in-law" ...

Mother-in-law invites son-in-law for pancakes!

Eat with caviar and salmon, it can be a little simpler,

We ate with sour cream, honey, butter.

Mother-in-law evenings came on Friday. The sons-in-law invited the mother-in-law to pancakes. The son-in-law's disrespect for this custom was considered a dishonor and insult, and was the reason for eternal enmity between him and his mother-in-law.

Well, now I ask you to come to me one pair from each team. The girl, respectively, is "mother-in-law", the young man is "son-in-law". Let's see how our "mother-in-law" and "son-in-law" live together.

The game "Three legs" is being played.

Legs are tied together for each pair - the right leg of one with the left leg of the other. A pair on three legs must run the marked distance. Whoever is first is the winner. Explain to children the concepts of son-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law.

Tradition requires that they, dressed up, go out "to people" in painted sledges, pay visits to everyone who walked at their wedding, solemnly roll down the mountain to the songs. And for the children, carnival fun continued: riding down the hills, playing snowballs, riding horses.

Game "Snowballs"

Children are divided into 2 teams. Each team receives a bucket of balloons (or fabric snowballs). Empty buckets are placed at a short distance from the teams. The task is given to get a snowball into an empty bucket. The team with the most snowballs is the winner. (For each snowball, the team receives a token.)

Straw scarecrow - Zimushka - is burned,

Having dressed in a sheepskin coat, felt boots, a belt ...

Maslenitsa ended on Sunday - "Forgiveness Day". Relatives and friends went to each other with "obedience", asked for forgiveness for grief and resentment. The most important thing on this day was the restoration of good, good relations. On Sunday, they tried to finish everything they cooked up for the week. On this day, they treated the poor, went to the cemetery, left pancakes on the graves and worshiped the ashes of relatives.

In the morning the children were collecting firewood for the fire to burn Maslenitsa.

Happy Monday!

Is it firewood - Aspen firewood,

Birch firewood! Serve them here

To Maslenitsa, to the burner!

On Sunday, young people in a sleigh with a stuffed Shrovetide drove through the streets until dark with songs, with noise, and late in the evening drove up to the prepared fire. A lot of people always gathered around the Maslenitsa bonfire. They said goodbye to Maslenitsa both in jest and in earnest. Throwing straw into the fire, the children zealously repeated: "Shrovetide, goodbye! Come again that year!" We rode down the mountain from dawn to dusk, And today is Sunday. Our fun is over!

Leading: But we will not burn our Maslenitsa, they turned out very beautiful.

I propose to write notes listing the bad deeds that we would like to get rid of and burn them so that our bad deeds go away, fly away with smoke, and good ones come in their place (children write notes, put them in an envelope).

You can burn notes at any time: after the event, immediately after sealing the envelope.

Farewell, farewell, Maslenitsa, you farewell, farewell, wide!

You came with kindness, with intoxicated beer, wine, with pancakes, pies, and pancakes.

And we rolled the whole Maslenitsa, We lost our dear one.

They thought she would be seven years old, And she stayed only seven days!

Leading: How people gather at our gates. People gather and lead their round dance. (Children gather in a round dance).

Host: It's a pity to part with Maslenitsa, but there is nothing to do. The time has come to follow her. Are we doing?

Children: Let's go!!

Host: Well, repeat after me. (Children repeat the words after the leader).

Maslenitsa

In church books, the last week before the start of Lent was called cheese. At this time, it was possible to eat fish, butter, milk, eggs, cheese. This week was called Shrovetide. The holiday was cheerful, daring - one of the most beloved among the people, as the sayings say:

Not life, but Maslenitsa.

Like a Maslenitsa cat.

Honest, broad people called Shrovetide. It was celebrated in villages and cities, and the celebration was considered obligatory, it was not for nothing that they used to say: “At least lay yourself down, but spend Maslenitsa.” All the people participated in it - both adults and children.

In the old days, she opened the children's holiday:

“Are you my soul, Maslenitsa,

quail bones, your paper body,

your sugary lips, your sweet speech.

Come visit me in the wide yard

ride on the slides, roll in pancakes, make fun of your heart!”

After that, the guys shouted: “Maslenitsa has arrived! Arrived! And the fun began.

Seeing Shrovetide, Forgiveness Sunday

Conspiracy for Great Lent; visiting cemeteries; burning stuffed animals, bonfires; family forgiveness.

In Shrovetide rites and customs, the newlyweds were given the main place. One of the Shrovetide rites was the visits of young spouses to their parents. The young certainly visited the wife's parents, hence the expression - "to go to the mother-in-law for pancakes." Both skiing from the mountains and riding in troikas were mandatory for newlyweds.

Maslenitsa was met with pancakes, which were once called "suns". They were laid out on elevated places, urging Maslenitsa to wallow in pancakes. They also sang songs:

Maslenitsa annual,

Our dear guest!

She does not walk to us,

Everyone comes on horseback.

All sorts of entertainment, dressing up, skating began in a flirt. On Wednesday, the mother-in-law invited her son-in-law to pancakes and gathered other guests. She tried her best to please her son-in-law with pancakes, cottage cheese, pancakes.

Shrovetide revelry began on Broad Thursday.

On Maslenitsa Friday, the sons-in-law treated their mother-in-laws, who were invited the day before with great honor.

On Maslenitsa Saturday, a young wife invited her relatives “to the sister-in-law gatherings”.

On the last day of Maslenitsa - Forgiveness Sunday - they went to give presents to their godfather and godfather, brought them gingerbread and pieces of soap, went to everyone for forgiveness. On this day, at home “they don’t make a fire, they don’t light candles, young people, having collected various combustible materials - firewood, straw, barrels, baskets, etc. - all this burns and jumps through the fire, as if to cleanse from Maslenitsa.

Goodbye Shrovetide

Mockingbird.

Tyr, Tyr monastery!

You lie down, lie down, old woman,

On aspen wood

Three logs in the heads.
