Eurocube manufacturing material. Varieties and selection of new eurocubes. Water for daily needs

Pathology of the uterus

The range of application of cubic containers in industry, agriculture and everyday life is quite wide. Plastic cubes with a filling hole are used for storage and accumulation of liquids, transportation of various substances that do not react with the container walls, including hazardous substances of the first and second groups. In agriculture, a Eurocube for water of 1,000 liters is indispensable: it accumulates water for irrigating plantings.

5 reasons to choose HDPE eurocube

The cubic shape guarantees the stability of the container;
The strength and lightness of the plastic makes it easy to transport;
Thanks to the geometric shape, they can withstand a serious load;
The plastic Eurocube is safe for health and the environment and is suitable for storing food products;
It is a reliable storage for liquid and bulk substances.

Production of eurocubes on modern equipment

The production company Plastform LLC produces reliable and easy-to-use plastic eurocubes of various capacities and purposes:
Cube containers on a wooden pallet;
On a metal pallet;
On a plastic pallet.
Polyethylene packaging manufactured by Plastform LLC is manufactured using modern German equipment and undergoes a number of tests for impact resistance and tightness. Each container is placed on a pallet made of wood, metal or plastic and is surrounded by a steel grate. As a rule, the capacity of such containers is 1000 liters, but on order you can buy a eurocube with a capacity of 800 liters.
Do you want to order high-quality and reliable cubic plastic containers? Plastform LLC specialists will offer you new or used European cubes that have passed pre-sale preparation and testing.

eurocube or IBC container(Intermediate Bulk Container) is produced on German equipment in the workshop of the State Enterprise Soyuz from steel crates and low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE). Eurocube is used for transportation and storage of liquid and bulk goods (some consumers: food, oil, agricultural, paint and varnish, pharmaceutical, chemical industries).

Description:

eurocube consists of structural equipment in the form of a rigid outer package (steel crate, pallet made of wood or metal), which contains a plastic (polyethylene) inner container with service equipment installed on it. Eurocubes are made in such a way that the assembled inner container and outer packaging form a single unit and are used as a single complex unit that is filled, stored, transported or emptied as such. The inner container is not intended to fulfill the function of containing substances without its outer packaging.
Eurocube is intended for transportation and storage of liquid substances, incl. aggressive with a maximum density of 1.5 g/cm3 for containers without a UN certificate and 1.9 g/cm3 for containers with a UN certificate.
Eurocube has passed type tests for lifting from the lower part, stacking strength, tightness of seams under the influence of internal pneumatic pressure, strength of containers under the influence of internal hydraulic pressure, and tested in accordance with GOST 18425-73 Transport filled containers. Free fall impact test method. IBC containers designed to be filled only with liquids whose saturation vapor pressure is such that the gauge pressure in the container at 50 degrees Celsius will be less than 4/7 of the sum of the specified test pressure if the filling temperature was 15 degrees Celsius.

Design:

The shell of the eurocube of the inner container is made of high-density low-pressure polyethylene (PE 100). Shell wall thickness - 1.5 - 2.0 mm (depending on specification).
Sheath color:
– white (natural color of polyethylene)
- or any other on special order.
The container has a cubic shape. On the upper part there is a filler neck with a hole diameter of 150 mm, on which a polyethylene cap is installed, which can be supplied wife vent valve. A drain valve with a plunger or ball type valve and a rubber seal is installed at the bottom of the tank (the type of seal is indicated in the passport).

The outer package is a crate of galvanized steel hollow tubes, with a double type of tube fastening (welded plus screw) attached to a wooden or steel pallet with screws.
The upper part of the crate is attached to the main body with a screw connection and can be detached to replace the plastic bottle.

The drain cock is attached to the bottom of the bottle and does not go beyond the dimensions of the cube.

Cube containers made of polyethylene are currently in fairly high demand. This is due to the reasonable ratio of price and quality of products made of polyethylene compared to cubic containers made of other materials (for example, the price of cubic containers made of polyethylene is 2-5 times lower than similar products made of stainless steel).

Such products are used in various activities and management for the transportation and storage of various types of liquids - from food to chemicals (including those with hazard categories).
By production of cubic capacities the method of rotational molding is used. All production processes are fully automated, so the "human factor" and the risk of error are minimized in this case.

Rotational molding is one of the simplest plastics processing methods, but it is also one of the most efficient. This method is the only one that allows you to produce a product that is one hundred percent identical in shape to the customer's sketch.
The rotational molding method can be conditionally divided into three stages: laying of raw materials and heating, cooling, extraction.

Let's take a closer look at each stage.
At the first stage, the stage of laying and heating the raw material, the raw material is put into the mold placed on the rotational molding machine. The amount of raw materials is preliminarily accurately calculated. Further, the form constantly rotating in two planes is sent to the furnace, the temperature of which is constantly monitored. The polyethylene melts and evenly coats the inner surface of the mold.

In the second step, the cooling step, the rotating mold moves to a low temperature zone. Due to the constant rotation, the versatility of the product is achieved. the speed of rotation, as well as the temperature, is constantly monitored.

At the third stage, the cubic capacity is removed from the mold. And the process is repeated again.
Finished products undergo several types of strength tests.

Unlike other production methods, as a result of rotational molding, the product turns out to be of higher quality, strength and wear resistance. The cubic capacity is obtained as a whole - without seams, the wall thickness is the same at any point, and in the corners, where the product requires the greatest strength, there is more material.

The rotational molding method makes it possible to produce cubic containers of any geometric shape (square, cubic, angular, vertical, horizontal, etc.). It also allows you to produce containers with a different number of holes, as well as with any number of embedded elements (including metal ones). In addition, it is possible to manufacture products with double walls.

Polyethylene bottom containers do not crack when stored in the sun, are heat and frost resistant (from -40 °C to +50 °C), are not affected by aggressive environments and corrosion.
In the West, rotational molding is the most common plastics processing method. It is used by Greif, Mauzer, Schutz. In Russia, this industry has only recently begun its development, and is represented on the market by Greif CIS.
