Why International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8

childbirth

On March 8, hundreds of thousands of women celebrate every year in Ukraine. However, it is not so easy to explain why we celebrate Women's Day on March 8 and in general the history of this holiday. How "prostitutes" in history were replaced by "workers" and about the protests of women - read in the material.

And if those women to whom we owe the holiday of March 8 - suffragists, were told that in a hundred years women would begin to prepare for this day in beauty salons, and then accept flowers, perfumes and compliments from men as a gift, these ladies would definitely come out from yourself. And the reaction of the revolutionary Clara Zetkin, who granted Women's Day the status of an annual and international one, is generally hard to imagine.

History March 8- version one, official: Day of Solidarity of Working Women

Although this version of the creation of the holiday on March 8 from the times of the USSR was recognized as official (and no other versions were considered), it has several "errors".

So, according to the official version, the holiday is associated with the "march of empty pans", which took place on March 8, 1857 in New York.At that time, women who worked in textile dyes protested against poor working conditions and low wages.During the march, they beat these very pots, demanding that they be granted a 10-hour working day instead of a 16-hour one, equal wages with men and suffrage.

The same version also speaks of the famous German communist Clara Zetkin. It is she who is often called the woman who founded the holiday on March 8. In 1910, at a women's forum in Copenhagen, Zetkin called on the world to establish International Women's Day on March 8th. She meant that on this day women would organize rallies and demonstrations, and thereby draw public attention to their problems.

Here it is also worth recalling the controversial appeal of Zetkin. She was an avid communist, which means she was ready for anything for the sake of her own convictions. In 1920, during the war between Poland and Soviet Russia, Zetkin said the following from the rostrum of the Reichstag.

Not a single wagon with weapons for the Polish troops, with machine tools for military factories built in Poland by the capitalists of the Entente, should cross the German border.

To do this, Zetkin called for the mobilization of all "conscious proletarian women" who should offer their love to any "conscious" worker who refuses to participate in the execution of military orders.

History March 8: Clara Zetkin

This holiday came to the then Russian Empire through Zetkin's girlfriend, the fiery revolutionary Alexandra Kollontai. The one that conquered Soviet Union"big phrase"

Surrendering to the first man you meet should be as easy as drinking a glass of water.

On March 8, 1917, a women's demonstration took place in Petrograd. While two million soldiers died during the war, women came out demanding "bread and peace." This historic Sunday falls on February 23 according to the Julian calendar, or March 8 according to the Gregorian - the beginning of the Russian revolution.

Four days later, the tsar abdicated and the provisional government granted women the right to vote. March 8 became official holiday in the USSR in 1921.

History March 8- version two: protests of prostitutes, not factory workers

This version of the origin of the holiday is perhaps the most scandalous and bad for everyone representatives of beauty gender , who await International Women 's Day with trepidation .

Detention of suffragettes in Britain

In 1857, in New York, women really protested (as we wrote above), but they were not textile workers, but prostitutes. They demanded to pay salaries to sailors, because they used their services and did not have money to pay.

Even later - March 8, 1894 - Another demonstration of prostitutes took place in Paris. This time they demanded recognition of their rights on an equal footing with those service workers who sew clothes or bake bread, and establish special unions .

Detention of suffragettes

Similar actions took place in 1895 in Chicago, and in 1896 in New York. These protests became the prerequisite for the memorable congress of suffragettes (from English word suffrage - "suffrage") in 1910, where it was decided to declare March 8 as Women's Day and international, as suggested by Zetkin.

By the way, Clara Zetkin herself also took part in such actions. In 1910, together with her friend Rosa Luxembourg, she brought prostitutes to the streets of German cities demanding an end to police excesses. But in the Soviet version, "prostitutes" were replaced by "working women."

History of March 8 - version three: honoring the Jewish queen

There is a version that Zetkin was born in the family of a Jewish shoemaker, and therefore she connected March 8 with the Jewish holiday of Purim.

According to legend, the beloved of the Persian king Xerxes, Esther, saved the Jewish people from extermination, using her charms.Xerxes wanted to exterminate all the Jews, but Esther convinced him not only not to kill the Jews, but, on the contrary, to destroy all Jewish enemies, including the Persians themselves. It happened on the 13th day of Arda according to the Jewish calendar (this month falls at the end of February- early March). Honoring Esther, the Jews began to celebrate Purim. The date of the celebration was "floating", but in 1910 it fell on March 8th.

This version looks unlikely, but against the backdrop of fictitious protests of factory workers– not so absurd.

Detention of suffragettes in Germany

Other versions

Some are convinced that March 8 is Mrs. Zetkin's birthday.Others, either jokingly or seriously, claim that on this day Clara Zetkin (Eisner) became a woman, and then decided to enter this intimate date in world history, veiling it under the day of "international solidarity of the female proletariat."

The version about Zetkin's birthday can be easily refuted, because, according to historical documents, she was born on July 5th. But the other - about the loss of virginity - remains only a strange assumption. The very same holiday on March 8, over the years, more and more acquires similar and unlikely legends.

Caricature of suffragettes in the press

What do we celebrate on March 8?

Speaking dryly, March 8- the usual political "PR campaign" of the Social Democrats. At the beginning of the 20th century, women protested all over Europe. And in order to attract attention, they didn’t even need to show their breasts, as modern activists do.It was enough just to walk through the streets with posters on which socialist slogans were written.

March 8 for a long time was an ordinary working day, only on May 8, 1965, on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, International Women's Day on March 8 was declared a holiday in the USSR.

Detention of suffragettes

If you say that March 8is a communist relic, you can't go wrong. However, one cannot ignore the fact that, on the other hand,it is a manifestation of the women's movement. It doesn't really matter which professions took to the streets to protest. After decades, we are only interested in the fact itself.

Yes, and if it also concerned communism, then March 8 would not be public holiday in Azerbaijan, Angola, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Vietnam, Georgia, North Korea, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Kyrgyzstan, China, Republic of the Congo, Laos, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Uganda.

Detention of suffragettes

Whatever was true the history of this day, March 8 has long been a symbol of beauty, tenderness, femininity and spring. However, we dare to recall that women deserve attention, care and romance daily, not just once a year.

25.02.2015

Spring, mimosa, tulips, first warm rays the sun ... Such associations most often arise when remembering March 8th. But this holiday initially had nothing to do with spring and chanting female beauty. What is this holiday and why is International Women's Day celebrated on March 8?

In the second half of the 19th century, many women had already left home and went to work. But their wages were traditionally several times less than that of husbands and sons, although they sometimes worked just as long and hard. In addition, practically all over the world they were deprived of the opportunity to vote, receive higher education, or hold any serious positions. And in general they worked only when necessary. Their lot was hard, unskilled work - domestic servants, maids or factory workers.

Once in America, women decided to draw public attention to their problems by holding a manifestation, which they called the "march of empty pots." It happened on March 8, 1857. Of course, the demonstration was dispersed (using hoses with cold dirty water), but the representatives of the weak half of humanity managed to get the authorities to pay attention to themselves. They did not demand anything special, on the contrary, their requests were very modest: a reduction in the 16-hour working day, payment wages in the same amount in which it was received by men, improvement of working conditions.

Now there is an opinion that there was no such demonstration, but on March 8, 1908, a rally took place in New York, at which women publicly announced their problems and demands. However, before the time when the date of March 8 will turn into a holiday, it was still far away. And she became such thanks to the initiative not of an American activist, but of the daughter of a German parochial school teacher, Clara Zetkin. This purposeful woman with irrepressible energy managed to achieve a revision of the role of women in society. Who knows, maybe, if it weren’t for her, beautiful ladies would still cook cabbage soup and consider a successful marriage as the highest happiness.

Clara received a good pedagogical education, from her youth she was interested in politics, attended various circles and courses, where she met her future husband, Osip Zetkin. Together with her husband, they left for Paris, where both were engaged in illegal political activities. In 1910, the International Conference of Women took place, and it was then that Clara Zetkin proposed that March 8 be considered the date when women from all over the world would unite in the struggle for equality. There is another version regarding the appearance of this holiday, but it is implausible: allegedly Clara Zetkin chose this date because it was on this day that the representative of the Jewish people Esther saved her nation from death.

In Russia, the holiday has been celebrated since 1913, when one and a half thousand women, with the official permission of the authorities, gathered in the building of the grain exchange in St. Petersburg to discuss ways to solve pressing problems: low wages, the possibility of receiving state assistance for mothers and children, the opportunity to get an education and work on a par with men. It must be admitted that over the past 100 years, beautiful ladies have achieved a lot. Today they are free to choose whether to work or be supported by their spouse, do science or go into big-time sports, or maybe go into politics...

And a holiday with a sharp social connotation turned into just a pleasant day off, when men carry women in their arms and give them wonderful gifts. By the way, this holiday is really international - it is celebrated not only in Russia, but also in China, Guinea-Bissau, Angola, Croatia, Montenegro, Cuba.

On the eve of the main day of all women on the planet, I want to talk about the history of this holiday and its origin. In fact, there are quite a few versions, but most of them have nothing to do with International Women's Day.

Version 1. Official (false)

According to this version, the establishment of March 8 as a women's holiday is associated with the "march of empty pans", which took place in New York on March 8, 1857. The march was allegedly attended by women workers in the textile industry and they were on strike against low wages and terrible working conditions.

According to the version, after this march, the world community listened to the problems of women and created a special holiday for them.

In fact, there was no strike. Moreover, March 8, 1857 is Sunday. Agree, striking against working conditions on a day off is not a good idea.

Undoubtedly, women around the world really fought against injustice and wanted to achieve good wages and comfortable working conditions, but these strikes have nothing to do with March 8th.

Version 2. Representatives of the oldest profession (false)

According to this version, on March 8, 1857, there was a march, only it was not textile workers who were on strike, but women of easy virtue.

And they allegedly went on strike in order to pay the sailors their salaries, since they used their services, but could not pay them.

This march really took place, only it could not become the reason for the establishment of the holiday for obvious reasons.

Version 3. Clara Zetkin (partially true)

In 1910, at a women's forum in Copenhagen, the German communist Clara Zetkin called for the establishment of International Women's Day on March 8th. Only now she wanted to make it not a holiday, but a day when women from all over the world can go to rallies and loudly declare their problems.

Why is this version only partially true? Because Women's Day really began to be celebrated on March 8, but for completely different reasons.

Version 4. Political (true)

And so we got to the latest and real version.

March 8 is a political campaign designed to add popularity to the politicians of that time. V different countries the establishment of March 8 as a holiday fell on different years. As a rule, for those periods when the patience of women was coming to an end and they demanded better working conditions, greater rights and higher wages.

To appease the fair sex, the authorities went to such tricks as the establishment of a holiday.

By the way, contrary to the opinion of many, International Women's Day is not celebrated in all countries. In all of Western Europe, except for Portugal, such a holiday simply does not exist. It is also not observed in the countries of South and North America and most African countries.

THIS IS INTERESTING: China and Madagascar are the only countries where March 8 is a day off for women only.

Well, in conclusion, on behalf of myself and all men, I want to congratulate my beautiful readers on this holiday. Know, whatever the reason for the emergence of International Women's Day, we love and appreciate you always. Happy holiday, ladies!

For modern residents, the holiday of March 8 is associated with women, spring, kindness and beauty. On this day, everyone is in a hurry to congratulate not only mothers, grandmothers, daughters, ...

For modern residents, the holiday of March 8 is associated with women, spring, kindness and beauty. On this day, everyone is in a hurry to congratulate not only mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, but absolutely all the fair sex. Now, few people know that this tradition appeared more than a century ago, and the holiday was associated more with political actions, the participants of which were women, than with the admiration of ladies.

At first, only socialist countries celebrated March 8, but since 1977 this day has become a day off in many states. Women's Day is celebrated in countries former USSR, near and far abroad.

The history of March 8 as a women's holiday

There are two versions of the recognition of March 8 as Women's Day. In the first and second cases, this holiday is associated with the name of the famous communist and politician Clara Zetkin. Initially, it was given the name "Day of Solidarity of Working Women in the Struggle for Equality of Rights and Emancipation", and it was recorded as "International Day of Struggle for Women's Rights and International Peace".

Version #1

On March 8, 1908, a rally was held in New York, the main participants of which were women. Their main demand was the recognition of the equality of the representatives of the weaker sex with the strong half of humanity. Thousands of women took to the streets with slogans about the need to give them the opportunity to participate in elections, to receive remuneration for their work on an equal basis with men, and to reduce the working day.

The Socialist Party of America a year later announced the recognition of one day of the year as a national women's holiday. This holiday was celebrated for three years every last Sunday of February. The idea of celebrating Women's Day on March 8 belongs to Clara Zetkin, which she expressed at the Second International Women's Conference in 1910. It was difficult to call March 8 a holiday in those days. The main purpose of highlighting this day was to provide women with the opportunity to express their opinions during rallies and parades. Clara Zetkin insisted that women of all countries should do this on the same day, namely March 8th.

Since that time, March 8 has officially become officially recognized and approved as the day when women can call on the authorities to solve the accumulated problems through demonstrations. However, this idea was not accepted by all the countries participating in the conference. In 1914, for the first time, six countries, including Russia, celebrated March 8 as a holiday.

March 8 was recognized as a day off only in 1965. Since 1977, they have been celebrating “Women's” Day without a political connotation. Today, March 8 has become the day of women, spring and beauty.

Version #2

Another version of the choice of March 8 as Women's Day is associated with Jewish legend and the holiday of Purim. The heroine of the story is the wife of the Persian king Xerxes - Esther, who was able to charm him and save her people from extermination. Esther was Jewish by nationality, and it was this nation that Xerxes planned to destroy, who became the victim of a conspiracy. The woman took advantage of the fact that the king, under the influence of love for her, could obey her in everything. According to legend, the order to spare the Jews was issued on the 13th of Adar.

In the year of the women's conference (1910), this day fell exactly on March 8. In addition, there are mentions of a holiday dedicated to women in the history of ancient Rome. There are quite a lot of coincidences when such days, translated into our time, fall precisely on March 8.

Which version has become the real reason The choice of March 8 to celebrate Women's Day is not known. There is also no consensus among historians. However, from a political point of view, this holiday appeared thanks to the idea of Clara Zetkin, which arose against the backdrop of earlier events related to the upholding of women's rights and interests.

Favorite international women's day March 8 history of the holiday

International Women's Day - March 8 - the history of the holiday is very ambiguous. Every year, all women of the country accept congratulations from the stronger sex, relatives and colleagues. But why this date was chosen for the celebration, not everyone knows, so it will be interesting to get acquainted with the history of the famous international holiday and find out how it appeared and why on this day men are so eager to congratulate women. Today, almost all over the planet accept congratulations on International Women's Day.

When was March 8 first celebrated

Why does International Women's Day fall specifically on the eighth day of the third month of the year? The holiday itself originated in ancient Rome in ancient times. Then it was believed that the wife of Jupiter has all the privileges of power over a man and great opportunities, so many women and men worshiped and prayed to the goddess. They called the goddess in different ways: Juno-Calendar, Juno-Coin and so on. In her power was good weather, generous harvests of land, she gave her blessing to the needy, and also opened every month of the year. They worshiped Juno Lucius (“bright”), the patroness of the beautiful half, namely the Romans. Moreover, the goddess was especially honored before childbirth, so that the child was born healthy, and the mother endured the process as easily as possible. She was revered in every home, prayers and gifts to the goddess were traditional at every marriage and the birth of children.

Celebrations in honor of the goddess, which were called Matrons, were traditionally performed on the first day of spring. It was then that all of Rome shone with festive lights and colors, there was Classroom hour. Ladies, dressed in traditional clothes, made processions to the temple of Juno Lucius. There were prayers for the most intimate, requests for help were heard, statues of the deity were presented with flowers and gifts - this was supposed to give happiness and peace. Moreover, even slaves were allowed to pray, and their work was performed by the male sex. Husbands on the 1st gave presents to their beloved women, presented gifts and congratulations to the entire female sex in kinship and even servants, all beautiful ladies were allowed to celebrate.

Why is this number?

Today, this holiday is already celebrated on March 8. This happened due to a series of events in the 19th century, which coincided with the struggle of the fair sex for their rights. In 1857, a rally of women working as seamstresses in factories was held in New York. Their demands were: to organize a 10-hour working day, feasible work and the same salary as men. After all, before that, the women's working day lasted 16 hours, while the payment was a penny. After that, on March 8, women opened their trade unions, and also from 1985 they were allowed to vote.

But only in 1910 did the famous Clara Zetkin speak at the International Women's Socialist Meeting in Copenhagen with a proposal to celebrate the International Women's Day on March 8th. Thus, the political activist called on women from all over the planet to fight for independence and equality; and those joined the struggle for labor rights, for self-respect, equality with men and peace on earth. Although the holiday was first canceled in 1911, but already on March 19 of the following year, women began to receive congratulations in countries such as Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Then the manifesto was held by both men and women as a sign of the struggle for socialism. As for the post-Soviet space, the first holiday dedicated to the international women's day March 8, took place in 1913 in St. Petersburg. Its organizers celebrated the achievement of equal rights for women in the economic and political spheres.

Today, March 8, is International Women's Day, when they celebrate the beginning of spring, and also glorify women and show respect for them as wives, mothers and girlfriends.

Who laid the foundation for the celebration of March 8: a biblical activist or working women?

Some, of course, are more accustomed to considering the founder of March 8 to be a member of the German and international communist movement Clara Zetkin. But historians have proven that the holiday began since the time of the legend of Esther. A few centuries ago, a biblical figure saved the entire Jewish people. It is with her achievements that the famous Jewish holiday called Purim is associated. It is customary to celebrate it a little earlier than International Women's Day, namely on March 4, at the very beginning of spring.

Back in 480 BC. all Jews captured by the Babylonians were released and allowed to safely return to their native Jerusalem. Although, as it turned out, not everyone who was accustomed to life in Susa wanted to leave Babylon. Some of them treated the Persians as practically equal citizens. Most of them adapted well and led a sufficient ordinary life.

As time passed, the Jews finally managed to take root in Babylon. As a result, even the indigenous people sometimes confused which of the peoples was the conqueror and which was the conquered. Then one of the ministers, Aman, came up with the idea to inspire King Xerxes with the idea of filling the state with Jews. Xerxes reacted to such a statement with a decree on the extermination of all the local representatives of the Jewish people.

The terrible plan of the king was not to the liking of his wife Esther, who all her life tried in every possible way to hide her ethnic roots from her husband (the queen was a representative of the Jewish people). Wise Esther came up with the idea to act on Xerxes not with prayers, but with love for herself. Under the influence of the charm of his beloved wife, the King changed his mind to the extermination of the enemies of the Jewish people.

And on Adar 13 (according to the Jewish calendar, the time of the end of this February - the beginning of March), the decree of the king was distributed throughout the empire of the Persian people with new conditions. Now the queen and her brother Mordecai were in charge.

Minister Haman, who came up with the idea to turn Xerxes against the Jewish people and execute all of its representatives, was executed along with all members of his family. And the struggle of the Jewish people with ill-wishers ended with the extermination of 75 thousand Persians. There is practically nothing left of the Persian Empire as such, so Jews from all over the world are still celebrating significant events past victories of the people in Babylon.

Some of the greatest sages claim that no matter how many centuries pass, even after the disappearance of the books about Esther, the Purim holiday will not be forgotten and will be revered by the Jews for a very long time.

Of course, many believe in the veracity of the legend of the salvation of the Jewish people by the beautiful and wise Esther. And in honor of her brave and righteous deeds, a holiday so revered by the Jews is celebrated, which may have become the beginning of the celebration of the international women's holiday, on the afternoon of March 8th.

Which of all the events listed above became fundamental in acquiring the world of such a holiday as Women's Day is still not known for certain. The opinions of all scientists were divided. But the fact that many women are grateful to the creator of this truly great holiday remains unchanged. They gladly accept congratulations and strive to celebrate it.

Representatives of the weaker sex are anxiously awaiting the most unusual day of the year - March 8th. But why March 8 is Women's Day? After all, anyone else could very likely become one. With the history of the emergence of this wonderful holiday, there are several important events. Everyone has the right to decide for himself which of the reasons is more significant or to take into account all of them. Perhaps life tried repeatedly to point out the special aura of this particular number, so that it would finally be noticed and properly celebrated.

Some versions have their roots in the distant past, while others took place relatively recently - only about a century ago.

Why exactly the eighth day of the first spring month?

There are 3 popular versions of the appearance of the international women's holiday:

1. Women's patience burst

Performances of dissatisfied women fell repeatedly on this date. In New York in 1958, on the 8th day of the first month of spring, there was a mass strike of women who worked hard in factories producing clothes and textiles. They decided to seek better working conditions and higher wages. After all, working 16 hours a day for little pay, while giving birth and raising children, doing housework has become simply impossible.

A meeting with the participation of more than fifteen thousand women took place on March 8, 1908, again in New York. The main requirements remained the same: a reduction in the length of the working day, an increase in wages. But this time the protesters began to seek the right to vote in the elections.

Clara Zetkin is the founder of the Women's Day. A year later, the American Socialist Party approved a holiday, it was celebrated on the last Sunday of February. A little later, in 1910, K. Zetkin, an active fighter for women's rights, proposed at the second International Conference of Socialist Women to establish an international women's day.

2. Connection with the Jewish holiday of Purim

There are also some Jewish echoes in the celebration. The girl Esther, of Jewish origin, became the wife of the Persian king Assuir. At that time, the Jews lived on the territory of the Persian kingdom, and they occupied not the last position in society. An approximate ruler reported that the people feel too at ease and plan to seize power. Then the king decided to exterminate the Jews.

Having learned about her husband's plans, Queen Esther used all her charms and managed to prevent the death of her people. Since then, the Purim holiday has been celebrated on the border of winter and spring, the date of it changes depending on the date of Easter. Sometimes this day falls on March 8, perhaps this happened in the year when K. Zetkin proposed the celebration. After all, there is a version about the Jewish origin of the famous communist, who decided to perpetuate female wisdom in this way.

3. As a memory of the beginning of the revolution in Russia in 1917

Just a coincidence? In Russia, on February 23 (or March 8, according to another style), 1917, mass riots broke out, which served as the beginning of the February Revolution. The very first to declare a strike was a textile factory worker in Petrograd. So the women had time to prove themselves here.

Date mess:

The first celebration in 1911 took place on March 19. This date in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark was chosen in honor of the March Revolution of 1948 in Prussia.

On the next year Women's Day was celebrated on the 12th.

In 1913, it turned out that women organized rallies in Russia and France on March 2, and all other countries on the ninth.

The popularity of the "red calendar date"

It is believed that the women's holiday came to the countries of the former USSR from the West. But, oddly enough, this “red date” is massively celebrated in the world only in the first ten years since its foundation.

On the territory of the post-Soviet space, March 8 is still celebrated. But acquired a slightly different color. Instead of political significance, this day has become a date of veneration for all the fair sex, regardless of age. A wonderful tradition has been preserved - to congratulate all women, to give them flowers and gifts.

Connection with the Orthodox Church

It turns out that in the Orthodox calendar there is a day on which women are honored. It is celebrated two weeks after Easter, that is, the Sunday after it. It is referred to as the Sunday of the holy myrrh-bearing women. On this day, both men and women are remembered. Or rather, all those who were related to the burial of Christ.

Ladies bloom and smell like the first spring flowers, when the surrounding males give them love and attention. Modern society has become so deformed that the weaker sex has become completely different. Women now excel in everything. But still, they really want to be cute and weak creatures that can hide behind a strong male back. If you give a lady flowers more often, shower her with compliments, then she will be infinitely happy. Let March 8 be every day!

It is interesting:

Clara Zetkin did not expect that on the territory of the former USSR the holiday on March 8 would acquire such a massive celebration with feasts, congratulations, flowers and gifts. After all, initially this day was supposed to be used as the date on which women would celebrate public events. Thus, to attract public attention to their problems with a view to their subsequent solution.

It is believed that the February Revolution began on March 8th. On this day, the royal family was arrested.

In Russia, or rather in the USSR, March 8 became the "red day of the calendar" - a holiday and a day off in 1966.

The day that falls on the modern date of March 8 in Babylon was considered the day of the Babylonian harlot.

Women's Day is also celebrated in many modern countries: Angola, China, Cambodia, North Korea, Congo, Nepal, as well as many republics former Soviets: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan.

Since 1975, the United Nations has recognized March 8 as International Women's Day. A little later, the organization invited all countries to choose to establish such a day. Moreover, it was possible to use any date, depending on the characteristics of customs and religion.

If children ask questions like: “why is the moon visible during the dayif its time is night?” or “why is thursday a fish day?”, then before answering, it is better to take some time to prepare. Or read our articles.
