Knitted volumetric letters. Schemes. Master Class. Detailed description of the process for beginners. Patterns for knitting a scarf

childbirth

A scarf is an essential wardrobe accessory, especially in the cold season. My opinion - The more variety of scarves you have - the better.
How to knit a scarf? It's very simple because no pattern is needed, no stitches need to be added and decreased, and nothing needs to be sewn after knitting. If you have just started to master knitting, then knit yourself a scarf - you will receive both valuable skills and a wonderful thing.

Knitted scarves usually have a width of 10 to 30 cm and a length of 80 cm to 2 meters. You can knit a scarf from yarn of any thickness. In addition, a scarf can be knitted from various yarn remnants, with a little imagination, you can make a wonderful original little thing from multi-colored and multi-textured yarn.

Pattern for a scarf, too, it is not difficult to choose. Best fit bilateral knitting, where both sides look the same, or such patterns where it is impossible to determine exactly which side is more beautiful.

The easiest option is where all the loops in all rows are knitted the same way - facial. a striped scarf option is perfect here, just knit two rows of each color repeating.

Also garter stitch can be done knitting needles of different thicknesses . For example, knit 8-10 rows with knitting needles No. 3, then another 10 rows with two needles of different thickness - one No. 3, and the other No. 10 or No. 9, you get interesting scarf, filled with a simple viscous.

A good option for a pattern for a scarf - various muddles And chess , where in each row the front and back loops alternate in a braided volume, then the alternation changes.

An example is a 3v3 checkerboard:
the number of loops is a multiple of 3 + 2 edge
1 row - 1 edge, * 3 persons, 3 out * 1 edge
2nd and 3rd row - according to the drawing (above facial - facial, over purl knit purl)
4 row - knit back to the pattern - we knit purl over the front loops, and vice versa.

One of the most popular knits for scarves are all kinds of rubber bands. A scarf knitted looks especially good English rubber band
The number of loops is a multiple of 2.

3rd row - repeat from 1st row.

More about knitting various rubber bands knitting needles, read below in the article "elastic bands".

Wool knitted scarf "Night visitor"

This scarf is knitted from pure wool "Semenovskaya" 170g per 100 meters. Two colors are used: black about 200 g and burgundy - about 50 g
Knitting density - 20 loops per 10 cm. Knitting needles No. 5.
The scarf is knitted in different knittings: garter, garter striped, 2x2 rib and transverse rib.
It is very simple to knit such a scarf: we collect 44 loops with black yarn and knit first with a garter stitch, then we alternate the above knitting patterns in random order, from time to time adding or switching to burgundy yarn.
At the end, we make a fringe along the edges.

How to make a fringe on a knitted scarf?

Such a spectacular detail of a scarf as a fringe is made very simply. First, we cut the threads of the desired length from the yarn: the length of the intended fringe, multiplied by 2, plus one cm per knot.
Using a crochet hook, we thread two to four (depending on the desired fluffiness of the fringe) threads along the edge of the scarf, usually through one loop or through each. Having threaded the threads, we tie a knot on each threaded portion of the threads.

Patterns knitted on the needles:rubber bands

In many knitted products, such as sweaters, mittens, socks, etc., all kinds of knitted elastic bands are used. Elastic bands are longitudinal and transverse, elastic and decorative, made using various knitting techniques. Simple rubber bands, consisting only of front and back loops, are indicated by numbers showing the number of loops alternating in the report. for example, 2x2 or 3x1 (the first number is the front loops, the second is the wrong ones). Shaped more complex rubber bands usually have their own name.

Scarf - Accordion. Scarf knitting:

How to tie baby scarf knitting needles:

Double-sided knitting pattern for a scarf:

You will need

  • - Two knitting needles
  • - Two woolen threads of the same thickness
  • - Notebook sheet in a cage
  • - felt-tip pen
  • Thimble for jacquard knitting
  • - Two plastic bag and ties (or special plastic containers for balls)
  • - Needle

Instruction

Pick up two woolen threads different color the same thickness. Put two balls in plastic bags and tie them up; you can also use special "eggs" for knitting multicolor jacquard patterns. To neatly tie inscription, it is necessary to exclude entanglement of multi-colored threads.

Knit several rows with one thread (for example, white yarn) with the front stitch. Having connected the last purl row, turn the knitting over - a thread of a different color always follows only from the “face” of the work.

Start knitting inscription, constantly referring to the drawn diagram. Work very carefully, as an error in even one loop will ruin the whole picture, and you will have to unravel the knitted fabric and do it all over again. On the front side of the work, the colors should clearly transition from one to another; non-working threads are pulled from the inside. It is important that they do not hang too loose, but they should not form very tight either. To inscription was clearly visible, “draw” the letters in columns three loops thick or more.

Use a different way to create a knit inscription. Knit the product with a simple front stitch and try to embroider letters on it with colored thread. Stick to the same pattern as with the technique. In this case, each cell painted with a felt-tip pen will be equal to one loop.

Fasten the colored thread on the wrong side of the work and bring the needle and thread to the front side through the middle of the loop. Then proceed like this:
- bring the needle immediately under both half-loops of the upper row (of the same column) and pull the thread;
- bring the needle to the wrong side of the knitted fabric. It must exit from the same point from which it originally entered.
You will get a beautiful embroidered loop that will copy the knitted one. In the same way, continue the rest of the letters of the inscription.

Knitting can be useful for you to create applications and various decorations that make your things unique and original. In the crochet technique, it is very easy to knit letters alphabet - with such letters you can decorate a home holiday, and by tying small letters, you will make an unusual applique on your child's clothes.

Instruction

Try to study on any of the letters - for example, on the letter "F". For convenience, knit so that its finished size is about 20 cm in height. All are knitted with ordinary crochet or single crochet stitches, which are tied from air loops. Cast on a chain of 45 stitches and additionally cast on a lifting loop.

In order to give the letter the desired shape (for example, the outline letters“F”), on the 22nd loop from the top edge of the main strip, knit a chain of thirty air loops. From the upper edge of the main strip, count five or six loops, and fasten your chain on the selected loop with a connecting half-column, forming a semicircular shape of one side of your letters.

At the end of each row, knit a connecting air loop and begin to tie the chain around the outer edge. First work ten single crochets, then three single crochets, then one single crochet, two double crochets, one slingshot, three single crochets, and ten single crochets.

Then, similarly to the first semicircle, tie the second, on the opposite side of your base strip. Tie the letter around the outline with single crochets with contrasting thread.

Tip 3: Learning English letters: the letter Y (“yarn” means “thread”)

Letter crafts are an easy way to learn English letters - fun and playful. Today we will make a craft with the letter Y, which begins the word “yarn” (thread).

This craft can be done with second grade students who are starting English alphabet, and you can also with preschoolers who are starting to study English.

Here's what we'll need:

A sheet of thin light cardboard A5 for the background.

Trimmings of multi-colored threads. It will turn out very nice if threads of different textures, bright colors are used.

Glue stick

Simple pencil, eraser

Felt pen to sign the craft

Today we will make a craft with the letter Y. On the one hand, this letter is very simple, but on the other hand, it is complex: after learning it, it is often confused with the Russian letter U, which looks like it. Tell the child that the letter looks like the Russian U, but in fact it is her sister. Our new friend has a different name, and she looks different.

Run your finger over the letter with your child, say its name and tell the child that the word yarn begins with this letter, which means “threads”. We will make this letter - and we will have an unusual one, with threads.

Draw the outline of the letter with a pencil on cardboard - and if the child wants, let him do it himself. Now give the child scissors and invite him to cut the pieces of thread he likes into small pieces. Now there is very little left - grease the letter with glue, and sprinkle it with threads. Help your baby to carefully evenly place the threads on the letter.

Now sign the craft - write the name of the child (if the child can write the name himself in English letters - that's great). You can write the word “yarn” (threads) in large letters.

With all the variety of ready-made knitted things offered, there are still many fans of knitting with their own hands on knitting needles, for example. Good afternoon dear friends!

Once I was asked how to crochet a name. For this, first of all, knitted letters are required. To be honest, I can't imagine how they can be used. Well, maybe baby clothes. You can try to link volumetric letters Russian alphabet in order to teach children from them, such a funny demonstration material. True, this is a job for the daredevils, yet as many as 33 knitted letters will be required!

I have chosen for you simple circuits crocheted letters, on which you can knit letters with knitting needles. I tried to knit the letter "O" and, using its example, made a description of knitting.

Knitted three-dimensional letters crochet and knitting needles. Schemes and description

I came across patterns of crocheted letters on the site foromanualidades.facilisimo.com. And although these are English letters, many of them can be borrowed for the letters of the Russian alphabet, and the missing diagrams can be built by ourselves. I liked these schemes precisely for their simplicity and such a principle when you can modify them, make them larger or smaller, wider, narrower. They can be used to knit flat letters for applications and make letters voluminous, even knitted pillow letters, if their size is significantly increased.

Knitted letters of the Russian alphabet. Schemes

Try to build diagrams of the missing letters yourself.

To do this, select a suitable basis and, according to the same principle, draw a letter on paper in a box in accordance with the dimensions you need.

The inner body of the letter can be shaded with crosses - these will be single crochets.

To build a diagram of the letter "B", for example, take the letter "R" for the base. Turn it over and draw a crossbar on top.

Inverted "P" \u003d "b".

On its basis, make the letter "G".

Turn the letter "E" 90 degrees, get the letter "W".

And thus, having shown your artistic taste and ingenuity, build patterns for knitting the letters you need.

How to crochet letters

Since I didn’t think of why I would need knitted letters, I decided to knit the initial letter of my name for now in order to make a description of crocheting letters according to these patterns.

Only I knitted a little in my own way, not strictly observing the number of loops and rows, as in the scheme, I simply adhered to the knitting principle that I want to convey to you so that you can easily knit any letter on your own.
