First pattern.
We knit the pattern according to the following pattern.
We knit a chain of five loops and connect it into a ring.
We make 2 air loops (v.p.) for lifting. In the second row, we knit 15 double crochets into this ring (dc). We close the row with a connecting loop.
Again two v.p. rise. In the 3rd row we knit into every third stitch of the previous row a group of three dc, two chain stitches, three dc. This group of loops will be repeated further in each row. We close the row.
In the 4th row we make lifting loops, knit the already familiar groups of 3 dc, 2 ch, 3 dc in each arch formed by the chain loops of the previous row. Between these groups we knit 2 ch.
We knit the 5th row in the same way as the fourth, only we make 3 vp between groups.
In the sixth row between the groups we knit 4 vp, in the seventh row - 5 vp.
Now we try on knitting on a base - an egg shell. The egg continues to expand, which means the next row will be from groups of loops with 6 ch. between them. Add one chain stitch between the groups in each row until the egg expands. You may need to adjust the number of stitches in the row as eggs come in larger and smaller sizes.
At the point of narrowing, we will gradually reduce the number of air loops between the groups. In this case, we no longer remove the egg from knitting, we knit directly on it.
In the last row we make two dc in each arch of the group of loops of the previous row. We close the row, cut the thread and pull out the tip, completing the knitting.
The first type of openwork is ready.
Second pattern.
The tying follows the same principle as in the first pattern - first we add the number of loops, and when the egg narrows, we decrease it.
We knit the second pattern according to the pattern.
We connect a chain of five loops into a ring. In the 2nd row we knit 14 loops with a double crochet and one chain loop between them. At the beginning of each row, do not forget to make a lifting loop.
In the 3rd row in each column we make a column with three crochets and two air loops between them.
In the 4th row, we knit one dc into each loop of the previous row.
In the fifth row we knit 5 ch. and 1 single crochet in the third stitch of the previous row. We continue to knit like this until the end of the row - 5 ch. and 1 single crochet in every third stitch.
In the sixth row we knit five chain stitches, and make a single crochet in the middle of the arch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the row.
We repeat the steps in the seventh and eighth rows.
Let's try on the egg. Surely it has begun to narrow, so we continue to knit on the base. In the next row, in the middle of each arch we knit a dc and 3 ch. between them.
In the tenth row we knit dc in each loop of the previous row, in the eleventh row we knit stitches with three crochets in every third stitch of the previous row and three ch. between them. Number of v.p. between columns can be reduced if the egg has already narrowed greatly. Try to braid it tightly enough.
In the next row we knit a dc between the stitches of the previous row and 1-2 vp. between them. Number of v.p. vary depending on the size of the egg.
We finish knitting with a row of double crochets between the stitches of the previous row. We break the thread and pull it out.
Third pattern.
The pattern according to which we will knit the pattern.
We knit 5 chain stitches and connect them into a ring. We make lifting loops at the beginning of each row. In the 2nd row we knit 14 dc into this ring. In the 3rd row, in each column of the previous row we knit a dc, after 3 dc we make 2 vp. Alternate dc/dc with chain stitches until the end of the row.
4th row. In each column of the previous row we knit a dc, and after 3 dc we knit 3 vp. Alternate 3 dc and 3 vp. to the end of the row.
Fifth row. We knit double crochets into the columns of the previous row. *3 dc, 2 ch, 1 single crochet in the middle of the arch of the previous row, 2 ch. * Repeat the rapport until the end of the row.
In each row above the double crochets we will knit the same double crochets. And a pattern will form between them.
Seventh row. 3 dc, 3 ch, single crochet in the middle of the arch, 3 ch. And so on.
We knit the eighth row in exactly the same way as the previous one.
Let's try on the egg, most likely you need to start reducing the knitting width.
We continue to knit the pattern in a mirror image.
We knit the 10th row as 8, 11 as 7, 12 as 6. And so we continue to knit the pattern in a mirror until the entire egg is tied.
We have embodied three types of patterns, now we turn them into airy openwork accessories. To give rigidity to the knitting, starch it directly on the egg. For rigid fixation of the product, starch solution is prepared at the rate of: 2 tbsp. starch per 1 liter of water. Measure out the required amount of cold water. Dilute the required amount of starch with cold water until it becomes thick sour cream. Boil the remaining water, turn off the stove and pour the prepared starch into the water. We mix it thoroughly.
When the starch has cooled to a warm state, lower the eggs into it and let the threads get wet and soak well.
After this, take out the eggs, remove excess starch and leave them to dry.
When the threads are dry, remove the shell from the openwork. Carefully place a toothpick between the threads and the shell, separating them from each other. Now you can break the shell and pull out small pieces through the holes in the pattern.
