Knitted champagne hat and scarf. Knitted and crocheted bottle cover. Knitted bottle cover

Oncology

There are a lot of ideas for creating knitted bottle covers. For the most part, it all depends on the knitting method you choose (knitting or crocheting), the type of yarn and, of course, the idea that you want to embody in this bottle knitted garment.

In addition, you can make knitted bottles themselves - a great way to combat drunkenness.

If you have chosen our original way of fighting alcoholism, namely creating a knitted bottle of beer or champagne, then in this case you will need to knit a case in the shape of the bottle and fill it with cotton wool or padding polyester. In this case, a glass bottle is not needed.

A knitted decoration for a bottle can serve as a kind of holiday gift. Giving, for example, a bottle of champagne for New Year is a banality, but giving the same champagne, but decorating the bottle in an original way- this is already a sign of attention, respect, reverence, because such a gift option claims to be, at least, a work of art and, at most, a masterpiece.

In addition to the “decorative” function, tied bottles can also serve a completely utilitarian purpose. For example, a knitted cover for a beer bottle is a way to warm your hands while drinking this drink. Men whose hobby is football will appreciate such a gift.

You can also crochet a bottle to create an original vase. Such a stylish handmade bottle vase can become not only an interior decoration, but also a wonderful gift for a friend for a birthday or other memorable date.

Knitted bottle cover

The easiest way to make a knitted cover for a bottle with knitting needles is to knit a rectangular fabric in any pattern you like, while the length of the fabric in length should correspond to the height of the bottle before tapering, and the length of the fabric in height should be equal to the circumference of the bottle. In this case, you won’t have to knit the bottom.

If you are new to knitting, then you can choose garter stitch. The best yarn to use is woolen threads medium thickness. You can take plain yarn, or you can use melange or sectional dyeing– then your knitted bottle case will be brighter.

When the knitted bottle cover is ready, wrap it around the bottle and sew the edges with a mattress stitch. You can also use buttons to join the edges of the case and secure the case to the bottle. In this case, you can use holes in the pattern as holes for buttons (if the buttons are small), or make hanging loops.

You can also knit a cover using stockinette stitch, but in this case you will have to take into account that the edges of the knitted fabric will curl. This property of stockinette knitted fabric can be used as a decorative element when creating a knitted cover. In this case, it is necessary to knit not in the transverse direction, that is, the length of the fabric along the line of casting on loops should correspond to the circumference of the bottle, and the length of the fabric in height should correspond to the length of the bottle before the narrowing begins. More experienced knitters can use arans as a pattern - all kinds of braids and plaits. You need to knit such a cover using circular or stocking needles - in this case the cover will be seamless. Knitting with arans involves knitting the cover not before the bottle begins to narrow, but up to the neck. You need to finish knitting the cover with an elastic band. It is not necessary to decrease the loops in order to knit the case strictly according to the shape of the bottle; instead, you can use a satin ribbon, which should be tied around the neck of the bottle and this secures it top part cover. It is not necessary for a cover knitted with aran to have a bottom, but you can do it if you wish.

You can also use knitting needles to make knitted toys for a bottle/ For example, make a scarf and knitted hat on a bottle or on a Christmas tree as a toy for this reason.

If you don’t have the time or desire to tie the entire bottle, then you can decorate the bottle easier -.

Provide such a knitted flower with a knitted braid, the length of which will correspond to the circumference of the bottle, and secure such a “garter” to the bottle.

Finally, by making a knitted bottle cover, you can make a miniature tabletop Christmas tree. This cover can be knitted or crocheted, the main thing is the choice of yarn. The yarn should be long pile (grass). If it is with lurex, you can make the Christmas tree even more elegant. Additionally decorate a knitted Christmas tree from a bottle with rain or small multi-colored ones and you will get a real forest beauty.

And finally - simple knitted clothes for bottles

The easiest way to tie a bottle with yarn is... wrapping the bottle with yarn.

To ensure that the yarn does not slip and it is easier for you to secure it at the base of the bottle, we recommend that you first cover the entire outer surface of the bottle with paper.

Use PVA as glue as it does not leave marks. When the paper is glued, thickly lubricate the glued paper with PVA so that the paper is literally saturated with glue and, without waiting for the glue to dry, begin wrapping the bottle with yarn. You can use plain yarn, as well as section-dyed yarn - in this case, beautiful smooth transitions from one color to another will be created.

Or you can use yarn of several colors - in this case you will get a striped bottle. Instead of yarn, twine (hemp rope) can be used as a material for wrapping a bottle using the same technology.

A spectacular champagne case will delight your guests and will also make a great gift. The bottle turns into an elegant Christmas tree. Bottle cover, crocheted. The main knitting is “crocodile skin”. The knitting is voluminous, takes a lot of yarn, but looks very impressive.

Materials: green yarn “YarnArt Baby” (50 g = 150 m) – a little more than 1 skein.

The cover is crocheted 2.5 mm.

Master Class:

Legend:

VP - air loop

С1Н – double crochet

RLS - single crochet

Decrease – knit 2 stitches of the previous row together

Crocodile skin knitting. Every 2 rows of the pattern give 1 row in height, since the base mesh (1st row) is knitted first, along which the 2nd row of “scales” is then knitted. As a result, “scales” are located on the outside, and a mesh is visible on the reverse side of the work.

For the sample we collect a chain of 13 VPs.

1 row: 3 VP lifting (replace 1 C1H), 1 C1H in the fourth loop of the hook, * 2 VP, 2 C1H in the third loop*

The result is a grid (2 columns - a gap - 2 columns - a gap, etc.)

2nd row:

we knit 5 C1H, inserting the hook into the hole between the last two columns of the previous row as if we were tying the last column on the side of the mesh (see photo No. 1 and photo No. 2).

- 1 VP (this will be the middle of the “scale”)

- we knit 5 C1H, tying the penultimate column (see photo No. 3 and photo No. 4).

In this way we tie a couple of posts almost in a circle (as if from 3 sides). One “scale” is ready.

Skip the next 2 double crochets.

And we tie the next 2 columns in the same way as the first pair of columns (there is no need to knit any lifting loops).

“Crocodile skin” is knitted using this principle.

2. Case: you need to dial the number of VP (circumference of the bottle). I scored 64 VP. We close the chain into a ring, then knit in a circle.

We knit 13 rows of “scales” (26 rows in total).

Tip: You can experiment with melange yarn. The color transitions will look very impressive.

1st row: *5 VP, 1 RLS (between two grid posts of the previous row)*

2nd row: 4 sc along the arch (to its middle), *4 VP, 1 sc in the middle of the arch*

3rd – 5th row: 2 sc along the arch (to its middle), *4 VP, 1 sc in the middle of the arch*

Rows 6-9: 2 sc along the arch (to its middle), *3 VP, 1 sc in the middle of the arch*

Row 10: 2 sc along the arch (to its middle), *2 VP, 1 sc in the middle of the arch*

Rows 11 – 16: 1 sc along the arch (to its middle), *2 VP, 1 sc in the middle of the arch*

You can try knitting the mesh with silver yarn, so the cover will look like a bottle of champagne in color. This is what the case looks like from above. This is what the inside of the cover looks like (the base is visible - the mesh).

Please others with a beautiful and original gift!

There is very little left until the New Year, but those who know how to crochet will still have time knit a beautiful case for champagne with the help of Olga's master class. He could be great.

Decorating the house for the New Year! Christmas tree, garlands, toys and, of course,! In this master class, I propose to dress a bottle of sparkling drink in an elegant fur coat. So, knitting a case for champagne.

New Year's case for champagne (crochet)

For work, prepare:

  • acrylic yarn in red and white colors,
  • white "grass"
  • metallic gold threads,
  • crochet hook No. 2,
  • golden lace,
  • golden colored beads,
  • the same beads
  • and an empty champagne bottle for trying on.

Let's start knitting the bottom of our cover.

We knit an even circle with red threads, along the diameter of the bottom of a champagne bottle (about 9 cm). We knit in single crochets in a circle, separating the beginning of the row with a paper clip or thread of a different color. We make a ring of 3 air loops, tie it with 7 single crochets, then in each next row we evenly add 7 stitches. There should be a total of 13 rows and 94 columns in the last one. Try not to knit a heptagon; each row make increases in different places.

We knit the next 10 rows without increases. Our product should take the shape of a bowl and fit perfectly onto the bottom of the bottle. We knit the next row with single crochets. This is necessary so that when decorating it is convenient to stretch the golden cord through them. Continue knitting another 37 rows with single crochets.

We reached the bottle's narrowing point.

I knit tightly, so the cover looks starched, and with the help of a bottle I give it the desired shape.

In order for the knitting to fit the bottle, we knit the next 10 rows with a mesh. Making the climb 2 air loops, 2 more air loops and a single crochet stitch through 2 stitches of the previous row, again 2 air loops, a single crochet stitch and so on.

Using white “grass” threads, we tie the edge of the knitting with single crochets.

We knit a chain with white acrylic yarn, approximately 50 cm long. We use the same yarn to make two pom-poms.

We stretch the lace from the top at the level of the 4th row and sew pompoms to it.

Let's start decorating the product. I found 3 white ones. You can also link them by selecting patterns on the Internet. There are a huge variety of them, from the most primitive to multi-layered, for example. We sew snowflakes on different sides and decorate them with beads and golden beads.

We stretch the golden lace in the row where we knitted with double crochets. Using metallic thread we embroider small stars-snowflakes in random places. You can also sew pearl or golden colored beads.

The champagne coat is ready.

A little advice from me: Before drinking, wrap the chilled champagne in foil and put it on festive outfit per bottle. This way, its temperature will be maintained for a long time, and condensation on the surface will not ruin the fur coat.

Happy holidays!

Friends, knitting creative work to the competition - HURRAY! New Year's clothes for the bottle from Nadezhda Maksimova. Further from the author's words:

“These are the festive New Year’s clothes for the bottle - the fur coats of Father Frost and the Snow Maiden I got the other day.

It was the first time I knitted such a product.

A friend saw the photo on the Internet and was inspired to buy one for herself. And since she doesn’t know how to knit herself, she asked her to knit me.

And so the experiment began. And how the New Year's clothes for the bottle were knitted, I described as best I could. I tried to be more detailed and understandable.

Materials

  • Pekhorka yarn “Children’s whim” (white and red colors for Santa Claus and white and blue for Snow Maiden),
  • hook number 2.

New Year's clothes for a bottle - how to knit

1st row - we knit with white yarn: from 53 air loops, we close it in a ring, i.e. We knit a connecting stitch into the first loop of the chain.

Option #1

Option No. 2
4th row - knit in half-columns
5th row - with hinged loop
6th row - half columns
7th row - with hinged loop
8 row - half columns
Next, change the color to red (Santa Claus) or blue (Snegurochka) and knit from rows 9 to 28 with regular stitches.
Row 29 - decrease 3 loops in a row and also three more rows i.e. Rows 30,31,32. In row 33 there should be 41 loops left
Change to White color and knit the 33rd row with half-columns
Row 34 - with hinged loop
Row 35 - decrease 3 stitches in half-columns in this row
Row 36 - with hinged loop
Row 37 - half-columns, decrease 2 more loops
Row 38 - with hinged loop
Row 39 - half columns
Row 40 - knit with another thread (red or blue).

I knitted the white strip for the fur coats separately on 7 loops using the same principle as the fur for the collar and hem. The body is ready!

cap

We collect 23 air loops from white yarn onto the hat and close them into a ring.
1st row - half columns
2nd row - with hinged loop
3rd row - half columns
4th row - with hinged loop
Next, change the color (to blue or red) and knit another 5.6 row
7, 8 rows we decrease loops every other i.e. close the cap...
During the knitting process, we try on the cap on the bottle because knitting is different for everyone. If desired, the finished fur coat can be decorated with sequins or beads. For the Snow Maiden, separately weave braids from white yarn and sew them to the hat,
and for Santa Claus you can tie a beard...

Well, of course, he wasn’t the only one with this set of New Year’s clothes for bottles; there was another one who wanted to buy such fur coats.

And another set of New Year's coats for bottles was created!!!

And since soon New Year, I think this set of New Year's clothes for champagne will not be the last this year!
