With the advent of small children in the family, many needlewomen begin to knit more and more little things for their kids - blouses, skirts, dresses ... Not the last place on this list is occupied by children's toys made by themselves. In today's master class, we will take a closer look at the example of how to crochet dog toys, so even if you have recently mastered the hook, do not be afraid to try!

For work we will need:

  • yarn beige colour for the body, head and paws, lilac for the ears, tail and nose, the remnants of black and white color for decoration;
  • hook;
  • holofiber;
  • some felt;
  • needle;
  • scissors.

Work description

We will knit in a spiral with single crochets (hereinafter s. without n.) for both half-loops.

Important! We knit the first 2-3 rows counterclockwise, after which we turn the knitting and continue to work clockwise, leaving the tail of the thread inside.

Head

We crochet with beige thread.

We tighten the thread and cut it, leaving a long segment for sewing the tail to the body of the dog.

Collar

With lilac yarn, we crochet a chain of 30 c. p. and we knit all the loops with double crochets.

Assembly

We sew the head of the dog to the body, wrap the collar around the neck and sew it. After that, you need to sew the ears to the head of the dog, and the legs and tail to the body of the toy. If desired, you can embroider fingers on the paws with a contrasting thread and sew circles of felt, which will serve as pads on the hind legs. Knitting toys is over!

We hope our lesson will be useful for you. Happy knitting!

Crochet puppy: video master class

Selection of schemes

We all have our favorite cartoons! And, of course, my favorite characters. Perhaps it is difficult to find a person who would be indifferent to the cute puppy Sharik from the cartoon "Kitten named Woof". Today we will crochet Sharik!

To tie such a puppy we need:

  • Yarn "Children's novelty" white, black and pink;
  • Filler for toys;
  • Hook 1, 75 mm;
  • Scissors;
  • 2 black beads (small);
  • Needle.

We will start knitting from the head and smoothly move on to the body without breaking the thread. Since we will knit using the method, we start with a ring of 6 stbn.
Then you will need to complete 3 rows with increments. First we will knit 2 sts in each of the loops.
In the next row, you need to double only every 2nd loop of the row. So at the end of the row, the part will have 18 loops.
Next, you need to complete the last row with an increase. 2 stbn need to be knitted into the 3rd loop. As a result, the amigurumi circle will increase to 24 loops. It's enough.
The next 3 rows in a row do not need to be added.
Photo 1

Then you need to knit with decreases. There will be only 2 rows of decreasing ones, since there is no need to close the part. Together we will knit the 3rd and 4th loops in a circle.
At this point, you can fill the part with synthetic winterizer or other filler for soft products.
In the new row, we knit the 2nd and 3rd loops together. As a result, at the end of the row, the part will consist of only 12 loops.
Here you need to supplement the detail with a filler.
In the next 2 rows, do not subtract.
Photo 2

Then you need to knit again with increments. Increases knit through 1 loop. And in the new row after 2 loops. We again have a part of 24 loops.
Now you need to complete 3 rows of 24 columns each.
Photo 3

Fill the part with padding polyester tightly. In the following rows, you need to knit with decreases through the loop until the part is closed.
Photo 4

The body can be put aside. Now we will knit the front paws.
Again a ring of 6 stbn. Next, you need to add through the loop. Then we knit 2 rows of 9 stbn. And decrease through the loop so that there are 6 loops again.
4 rows must be knitted without increments.
Photo 5

We knit the hind legs in the same way, only after the increase you need to do not 2, but 3 rows of 9 stbn. And after the decrease, not 4, but only 2 rows.
Photo 6

To tie the muzzle, you need to dial 5 air. loops. We knit in 3 loops 3 stbn, in the 4th loop 3 stbn in a row. On the next side, 1 stbn. V last loop 3. Next, perform 2 rows without increments.
Photo 7

We knit a spot on the head. We take a black thread. First you need to dial 6 loops. Knit 4 sts, in the 5th loop 3 sts in a row. On the other side, you also need to knit 1 stb, in the extreme loop 3 stb.
In the 2nd row, we will perform 1 stb in each loop, except for 3 loops on the rounding. They need to knit 2 stbn. On the other side the same.
Photo 8

The spot on the back is a ring of 12 loops. That is, you need to make an initial ring of 6 stbn and knit 1 row, adding to all loops.
Photo 9

Now you need to tie the ear.
To do this, we will do 8 air. loops. And 3 more to go. We perform 2 stsn in the 8th loop from the beginning. Then you need to knit 1 dc in the next loop. In the next 2 loops we will knit 1 stsn. Then in 2 new loops 2 stbn. We finish knitting 2 connections. Art. 1 per loop.
Photo 10

Then you need to tie a white ear in the same way. Sew a patch on the head. We will sew ears like this: we sew white on black spot, and sew a black ear on a white head.
Embroider the eyebrows with black thread.
Photo 11

Then you need to sew on the muzzle and embroider the nose.
Photo 12

Attach black beads in place of the eyes.
Now we make 3 loops from pink yarn, then we knit 2 stbn, 1 in a loop. This is a tongue. We sew it on.
Raise the black ear, since Sharik usually has it higher than the white one.
Now it remains to sew the paws in place.
This is how the puppy Sharik turned out:

MASTER CLASS ON MANUFACTURING:

The direction of knitting the ball (according to the scheme) is from bottom to top. Each cell in the diagram corresponds to 1 loop.

We collect 12 loops on the knitting needles and knit the first row with facial loops, distributing 3 loops on each knitting needle. We close in a circle.

We continue knitting (14 rows in a circle) and according to the scheme, adding loops in the right places indicated on the diagram.

To make it easier to navigate when knitting jacquard, we attach markers (you can attach pieces of thread in a contrasting color).

During work, we try not to tighten the thread from the inside out so that the knitted fabric does not deform.

The middle of the ball (13 rows according to the scheme) is knitted without decreases and additions, after which we begin to decrease the loops to the top of the ball and knit 14 rows, decreasing the loops (according to the scheme).

Without tying the ball to the end, at a height of 32 to 35 rows, we insert a plastic ball inside the knitted fabric and continue knitting to the end with a plastic base inside. It is possible at the same stage of knitting to simply fill the ball with padding polyester and then knit the ball to the end according to the pattern.

Then, with a needle, we collect open loops on the top of the ball and carefully tighten the upper hole, inserting it into it and securing the crocheted fastening loop.

I knitted my ball on 2 knitting needles and, inserting a plastic ball inside, carefully sewed it up with a vertical knitted seam. Then I ironed the finished ball through a damp cloth.

FASTENING:

We crochet a chain from air loops gray-blue acrylic yarn and knit the desired length of attachment. Fold it in half and fasten the end with a needle - the loop is ready.

We crochet a chain of air loops with white acrylic yarn. We knit an arbitrary length and form a snowflake flower at the top. We attach the petals with a needle and thread.

From below, with a needle, we attach to the ball a long brush made of yarn of all three colors of acrylic thread.
