Curbstone BR 100.30.15 (two-layer)

The side stone is used for the improvement of roadways and footpaths. With its help, you can clearly delineate the zones, while simultaneously creating a solid foundation that will protect the road from destruction by water.

It is thanks to the use of side stones that it is possible to maintain a certain shape of the roadway or footpath, giving the area an aesthetic and attractive appearance.

Our company is engaged in the production of concrete curb stones of several varieties:

  • road;
  • trunk;
  • garden.

Depending on the purpose, the concrete curbstone may have different shape, sizes and even color. Several shades of products allow you to create an exceptional site design at a low cost. After all, we have presented products at the most reasonable price.

The main stone is thicker, which makes the road strong and resistant to any mechanical factors. Rain, snow, mudflows and much more - all these are the direct reasons for the deterioration of product quality during operation.

Garden stone is thinner and is used for the improvement of walking paths, flower beds and recreation areas.

Our production

Thanks to new technology vibrocompression of a semi-dry mixture, the side stone is strong and durable. This method is most widely used due to the high performance of the final product.

The second method for the production of boards is vibrocasting into a mold, but due to the increased moisture content in it, the performance characteristics of the concrete product deteriorate with each new freezing cycle.

Pressing the same mixture eliminates the possibility of moisture formation, thereby preventing the likelihood of its freezing, and, consequently, destruction every year. Concrete side stones made by vibrocompression have a long service life and always have an attractive appearance.

Frost resistance of our products is at least 200 cycles, which is about 12 years. High performance of concrete products is achieved through the use of a high-performance German line UF-051. The capacity of one such installation is up to 7 thousand units. per day.

Our assortment

Our side stone complies with GOST 6665-91. However, the board is not our only product. We also manufacture other types of materials. This and, and storm drains, and pedestals, and bricks and much more. In total, we have more than 35,000 types of products with a productivity per shift of more than 2,000 pieces.

You can always buy a curbstone in any quantity from us, besides, in our warehouse we always have a "stock" of finished products from 15 thousand units of each type. And the presence of our own large fleet of vehicles allows us to carry out prompt delivery in Moscow and the whole Moscow region. We can carry out loading, delivery and unloading of building materials in short time thus saving you time and money.

Curved side stone ( BK 100.30.21.5 ) - a heavy concrete stone designed to separate the carriageway inside urban areas, protect lawns and green spaces in rounded areas. The use of such curbs effectively prevents the erosion of the roadway, shoulders, and slopes. Often curvilinear borders BK 100-30.21.5 frame city flower beds and park landscape elements, as well as sidewalks made of concrete tiles. In order to better fit into the infrastructure of a metropolis, curb stones can be produced painted. Pigments are added to the concrete, which allow you to create a road fence of any color. Curved stone is used in combination with ordinary (BR) to create a full-fledged enclosing covering of any shape. Curb stones are distinguished by their strength and fracture density, since they must withstand significant loads. The norms and standards for the manufacture of curved curbstone are contained in GOST 6665-91. Production methods - vibratory casting and vibropress.

The curved curbstone has a rounded shape with bevels at the top, which allows it to fit perfectly into the curves of the roadway. As a rule, a curved stone BK 100-30-21.5 is not reinforced.

The curb is durable and frost-resistant - the most important characteristics for road elements. In order for the side stone to be frost-resistant, sand is specially added to the concrete, which gives the material both weight and strength at the same time. The frost resistance concrete grade for curbs BK 100-30-21-5 depends on the area of their application and varies from F100 to F300. The low water absorption of concrete guarantees that the curb does not wash out during a long service life.

Another important characteristic the border is a uniform color. So that the stones do not differ in shades and do not spoil the color composition of the entire border, they are evenly colored throughout the entire depth during the manufacturing process.

Product marking

The symbol of a stone consists of alphanumeric groups separated by a dash. Indicate the type of stone, length, height and width of the BK stone in centimeters

As an example of marking a side stone, consider (1000x 300x 210 mm), where:

  • БК - type of stone - side curved;
  • length and height in mm;
  • radius - 5000 mm.

The markings of the curb stones are applied to the end face of at least 10% of the stones from the batch.

Product quality control

There should be no cracks in the curved curbstone, except small amount barely noticeable surface cracks no more than one tenth of a millimeter wide.

Deviations in the geometric parameters of the curb stone in length can be no more than ± 6, in width ± 4, in height ± 5 mm. Straightness deviations BK 100.30.21.5 are possible no more than 6 mm.

On the acceptance tests are tested indicators:

  • compressive strength class of concrete;
  • transfer and tempering strength of concrete;
  • strength of welded joints;
  • accuracy of geometric parameters;
  • the presence and width of possible cracks;
  • concrete surface categories.

Party curved curb stones must accompany a document from the manufacturer (technical passport), which certifies the quality of the curb stones БК 100-30.21.5. V data sheet indicate:

  • batch number of curved stones, conventional designation, total quantity in pieces;
  • test results;
  • concrete grade in terms of strength and tempering strength of concrete;
  • concrete grade for frost resistance;
  • designation of GOST.

Transport and storage

The delivery of the road curb is most often carried out by open on-board vehicles with a carrying capacity of 1.5 to 30 tons, while the curb, tied with a stretch tape, must be stacked on pallets in advance to avoid damage. For the same reason, it is worth making sure that the unloading does not go in bulk or dumping.

The curbstone may not be packed in pallets, but simply tied with curb tape and placed in the body on wooden spacers. Unloading the curb is carried out both manually and by a loader or crane with a significant mass of reinforced concrete products.

The side stones BK 100-30-21.5 are stored in stacks no higher than 2 meters, on wooden pads, sorted by brands and sizes.

To achieve the goal - that is, the reliable separation of roadways from sidewalks and lawns with the help of a curbstone, it must be placed on a specially prepared base - crushed stone, concrete or sand. In this case, with correct installation, the road entrance curb will perform its direct function and will serve for a long time.

GOST 6665-91 acts on side reinforced concrete and concrete stones, made of heavy and light fine-grained concrete, which are used to separate roads and roadways from lawns, sidewalks, etc. The standard regulates the brand, shape, and class of concrete stones in terms of compressive strength (control is carried out in accordance with GOST 18105). GOST 6665-91 is valid from 01.01.92.

New technologies and materials appear in road construction every year. Achievement recent years became semi-dry vibrocompression. Curbs made by semi-dry vibrocompression have high quality characteristics. Concrete grade, compressive strength, frost resistance are the main quality indicators of curb stones.

The main types of vibropressed curb are main curb, road curb and garden curb. They all have different sizes, characteristics and places of use. Their main functions:

  • separate the pedestrian zone from the non-pedestrian zone;
  • to separate the carriageway from the rest of the territory;
  • to strengthen the structure of paving slabs;
  • protect the roadbed and paving slabs from erosion by running water;
  • to give a complete architectural look to flower beds and garden areas.

Trunk Curb

The main curbstone, GOST 6665-91, is the largest curbstone from the entire line. The main curb can be of several sizes and, accordingly, different weights:

BR 100.30.18 size LxHxW 1000 x 300 x 180 mm weight 120 kg
BR 100.45.15 size LxHxW 1000 x 450 x 150 mm weight 140 kg
BR 100.45.18 size LxHxW 1000 x 450 x 180 mm weight 190 kg

The main curb is installed on highways between cities, on highways, on bridges and road junctions. Due to the increased strength characteristics, the main curb is more resistant to external factors and tends to resist wear under certain conditions. Prices for the main curb range from 250 rubles per item to 700 rubles per item.

Specifications

Road curb

Vibro-pressed road curb, GOST 6665-91. 90% of all city roads and courtyards are landscaped with this very curb. The lifespan of such a curb is approximately 15-20 years, depending on the location. Today it is an irreplaceable material for road construction in the ratio price- quality. Road curb dimensions:

BR 100.30.15 size LxHxW 1000 x 300 x 150 mm weight 96 kg

A road curb is installed on city roads, in courtyards, parking areas. The lifespan of a road curb is approximately 15-20 years. Although the technology calculates a different figure, about 40 years. With the frost resistance of the curb stone in 200 cycles, the period should be exactly that, but this does not take into account external factors, for example, such as hitting the curb. You can buy a road curb in Moscow and the Moscow region at prices ranging from 190 rubles to 300 rubles apiece.

Specifications

Garden curb

Garden curbstone GOST 6665-91. Unlike other curbs, it is in demand in private construction. Visually, a vibropressed garden curb can be easily distinguished from a vibrated one, the first one is 3 cm thicker and rougher in structure. Vibro-compressed curb is many times stronger and more stable, as well as a service life of about 15-20 years, in contrast to the same name of the vibrocast method 3-5 years.

BR 100.20.8 size LxHxW 1000 x 200 x 80 mm weight 36 kg
BR 500.20.8 size LxHxW 500 x 200 x 80 mm weight 18 kg

The garden curb, due to its size, is ideal for private landscaping. A half-meter curb is convenient to use in cases where you need to install a curb not along straight lines, for example, flower beds that go in a circle or winding alleys, sidewalk paths. Garden curb, also has a decorative function, using a variety of flowers. Prices for a 0.5 m garden curb during the construction season vary in the range of 50-75 rubles apiece, for a meter-long garden curb in the range of 100-130 rubles apiece.

Side stone

Road side stone, garden border GOST 6665-91.

Curb stone - for the construction and improvement of roads, parking lots, lawns, pedestrian zones, park areas, private household farms, etc.

The side stone is a multifunctional element of landscaping. The curbstone strengthens the roadway, separates the roadway from the pedestrian zone (lawns), is used for drainage, directing storm water from the roadway to special spillways, performs a decorative function, plays a huge role in organizing security road traffic... Depending on the field of application and on the functional load, curb stones are divided into two main types: for road construction (road, mainline) and for landscaping (garden curb, sidewalk, lawn curb). In road construction, high-strength side stones are used with a length of 1 to 3 meters, a height of 30 to 45 cm, a thickness of 15-18 cm. (BR 100.30.15, BR 100.30.18, BR 100.45. eighteen). When landscaping areas, a garden curb stone of various colors and sizes is used, it is thinner than a road one, since it is not designed to withstand serious loads and, mainly, has a decorative function. The use of curb stones of various colors can significantly reduce operating costs, completely eliminates the costs associated with the systematic coloring of curbs to give them an aesthetic appearance.

Due to the high demand, the production of curb stones has been mastered at many enterprises of concrete goods. In production, the most widespread method is the method of semi-dry vibrocompression (based on sand-cement concrete), which makes it possible to produce curb stones of various colors, in a large number, with ideal geometry, with high strength and frost resistance. Curb stones are mass-produced, for ease of transportation and prevention of damage, products are packed and stacked on wooden pallets.

The cost of the curbstone is very low due to the low cost of raw materials, high production technology (German equipment - vibropress) and huge competition between manufacturers.

The products are produced by vibrocompression and shipped on returnable pallets.
Delivery is carried out by road transport with a carrying capacity of 18-20 tons.
