Knitted slippers. Knitted footprints and slippers - bright, smart, beautiful. With a description. Many Where do knitted slippers come from

Breast cancer

We need about 200 gr. thin trinity wool of two colors, several different colors and shades for the picture (preferably merino), flax and silk fibers.

As well as tools: vibration grinder (hereinafter GSHM), rolling pin, massager, washing board (optional), scissors, pimpled film, oilcloth, a bottle from Ferry, filled with a weak solution of his own, vinyl and household gloves
.

So let's get started.

  1. Sample.

We circle the leg on the oilcloth, give an allowance for shrinkage of at least 40% on all sides. Cut it out and put it under the bump.

  1. Layout.

We will make slippers in size 39. Lay out the wool on them in 12 layers of three. 6 yellow and 6 blue.

We pull out thin straight strands from the tape and lay them with blunt ends (which are in the hand) to the outline of the template, without going beyond it. Horizontal row-vertical-horizontal. There are three layers in total.

We lay out the drawing. Carefully cover it with some bubble wrap, press and carefully hum the GShM.

Now is the time for the "get out of the twilight" pattern. We take it out and put it on our layout.

See how the wool went beyond the contours of the template, although we tried not to go beyond them.

We stretch the allowances on the template and carefully level them with our fingers.

Now a small but important digression. In the process of the subsequent layout, we should not "get lost" and confuse the top and bottom. After all, we have a drawing on the heel! We remember. If the slippers lie toes to each other, then they lie on the sole, if the socks are apart, they are "upside down". We only turn the slippers over, without changing places.

Let's go further. We spread three more layers. We wet, cover, crush, buzz. Turned over, bent the allowances. We hid the template. We will wrap it up further. We put three more layers on both sides in the same way. A total of six layers of yellow wool were obtained.

We begin to spread the blue one. Pay attention, the sneakers are toes apart. This means that we are now putting blue wool on the sole.

We did the usual manipulations, turned it over.
And this is where our flakiness begins! We cut out small gaskets from polyethylene that cover those areas that need to be delaminated.

Now we lay out the drawing on the toes, cover, crush, buzz the GSOM.

The layout is complete. It takes me about an hour to do this.

  1. First lapping.

In vinyl gloves, we carefully rub three of our slippers, we pass them with a massager, three and iron them. Can be slightly warmed up in the microwave.

Ride on a rolling pin in different directions. The goal is to achieve a slight shrinkage.

Look, I rolled one with a rolling pin, and the other has not yet been rolled. There is a difference.

It takes about 15 minutes.

  1. Neckline

With sharp scissors we make a technological incision and take out the template, which has become cramped. We also take out the gasket between the layers.

We continue to make the cut. It should certainly be less than what we want to get in the end.

I make the cutout in the yellow layer oval, and cut the blue a little further and cut off the corners.

  1. Second lapping.

We carefully overwrite our slices. This is the key to success. The cutout in the yellow layer must be stretched while lapping.

Now the sneakers are no longer flat and gain volume. We put them on one hand and stroke them carefully and three from all sides. Shape the heel with a ferri bottle.

During this lapping, you need to soak them in warm water in a basin and lather. They are already shrinking. Compare!

We turn it out and repeat all the same from the inside out.

At this stage, you can correct the cut with scissors and rub thoroughly.

The cut must be constantly attended to. He is one of the main indicators of quality.

  1. Dumping.

Again I repeat the slogan that I am ready to write on the banner -
"To seat does not mean to dump!".
We start to roll off the sneakers before the right size... There is no photo here, because I work with both hands and there is nothing to hold the camera with.

Our goal is to pile quality felt. This can be achieved in different ways. There are no rigid canons.

I prefer to roll away on the washboard. You can achieve the same result by rolling in a roll on a rolling pin in different directions. Or you can rub and massage thoroughly with your hands. Who is more convenient and interesting. The main thing is to dump.

I work on the board with household gloves on. But do not rub the surface with them, in order to avoid the appearance of pellets. I'm doing a couple of thermal shocks. Hot water is cold. But not boiling water and ice cold. Just very warm and cool water. You can leave the slippers in the sink or on the table. But not much. Otherwise they will loose their hair.

And so they were rolled down to the right size. Rinse out, squeeze out.

Now we need to shape them.

We put it on a leg or on a blank and tap it with a mallet. Remove and set to dry.

I started working on these slippers at 8:00 am, finished at 11:30 the same morning. In total, 3 hours 30 minutes for everything about everything, with photography and a smoke break.

I make coffee and admire my handsome men.

Both are good this time! Not like in the past MK about good and bad. By the way, they still live with me as a sweet couple and are periodically shown to students.

Hope this photo tutorial will be helpfulJ... But many subtleties and techniques cannot be reflected in the photo and told in words. This should be shown.

But I tried to make it clear and visualJ.

How to roll a pattern onto your slippers. MK Simple magic things. Maria

Hello, friends!

The process of making slippers with a pattern is divided into several stages.

First, I roll the slippers about 2 cm more than necessary and dry them at room temperature.
From this moment, preparation for drawing a picture begins.
A sketch appears first. It could be a simple pencil sketch,

maybe a picture from the Internet or some kind of magazine.

Then I select the wool and roving to use.

When felting dry, I like to use Latvian carding, it lies flat and easily falls.

We also put a large sponge closer (I take it for the body, with small bubbles) and needles for felting (I have medium "stars")

After preparing the sketch, a drawing must be applied to the blanks of the slippers. To prevent the workpiece from falling through, I put a sponge in it. The drawing can be applied by different means: disappearing pencil, chalk, marker. I chose a soft, simple pencil. All lines drawn by him will wash off when felting and will not color the drawing and the base.

I want to make the body of the fish from several shades of yellow and orange. I mix colors for a smoother transition in my hands.

And I begin to drive in the drawing with a needle from one of the edges. Gradually add the right amount of wool and smooth the surface.
At this stage, I am not trying to make the surface uniform, because this layer of wool is the backing for the following.

I begin to stuff the feathers on the tail. My fish is bright and cheerful, so I use several shades of thick roving. When working, I fold the roving in half and work out the line gradually so that the wool fibers are not stretched, but freely enter the base.
At the same time, I first make those feathers that are below, and only then apply shorter ones on top.

Here our fish has acquired a luxurious bright tail. Now is the time to make the scales.
I choose the primary colors for the curl scales

For felting scales, I fix the middle of the future curl (with the first color) and immediately begin to outline it with the second color. So I gradually get better from the very "bottom" scales, gradually applying new layers to them so that the drawing is more natural. I try to do the rolling thoroughly, not leaving unhappy places. It is at this stage that it is necessary to work out the surface carefully, unless, of course, you want the tips and scales torn apart later.

Then we fill the fins and eyes in the same way. For the eyes, I recommend taking a few close shades (I have blue and cyan) to show the volume. Be sure to make the pupil. We roll on the lips with a "bow".

It remains only to add algae to the fish. To do this, I mix several shades of wool again.

Here's our drawing and finished! Now it remains to thoroughly wash it and add the slippers to size.
Here's what happened in the end:

Now the fish can swim away to the hostess!

Materials:

felting wool, carding, roving, star needle, sponge, pencil

A striking example of a motive model of house slippers, crocheted... They are quite elegant, conservative and homelike. The sole is made of semi-woolen yarn in two strands. This, of course, is not the most durable option, but such a seal will significantly increase the service life.

Cool slippers-socks in the shape of sheep are comfortable indoor shoes for adults and children. They will give comfort and warmth to the feet after the coolness of the street and will cheer up the hostess with their unusual appearance.

I knit them according to the original description, probably only with the exception of the heel. I like the heel to be round, without right angles.

Monstrous long description, but in fact there are 2 stages:

  • knit rapport * 4 rows with fans *
  • knit the sole by attaching to the side loops

Slippers "classic" - in a pimple, lazy jacquard. And you can knit plain, striped or whatever. But I will consider the classic version, especially if you have never knitted with "pimples".

Tie for the first time without looking back and trying on: whether they are small or large, you will definitely give them with delight, and you will knit another one for yourself at lightning speed. It is enough to link once to understand the principle.

So:
1. Cast on 49 stitches.
2. Knit 3-5 rows of garter stitch (knit stitches and knit stitches)
3. (you can knit 2 sneakers at once)

It was the introduction, the entrance for the leg, the ankle girth, we move on to the track.

1 row(enter the yellow thread) : edging, remove 1 loop as front, knit the next one with the front, remove the 4th as front, knit the next 5th. When we remove the loop - thread at work.

We knit up to the 25th loop, medium. We knit 9 loops from it: front, yarn, front ... remove the 26th, 27 - knit and so on to the end.

2nd row: We remove the pink loops without knitting the thread before work. Knit yellow stitches, including all 9 loops in the center.

3-4 row: pink thread is back at work, we knit everything with front loops.

The next step is to repeat the first 4 rows four more times.

Again we remove the front ones and knit through one, and from the central, but no longer the 25th, but the 29th we knit 9 loops. Purl row: remove and knit through one. And 2 rows "pink", the main color - all facial.

In order not to count the center loop every time, I do this: when I get closer to the fan of the previous row, I carefully look at which loop it has in the middle, and I knit it out of it. Here in the photo I took it off the knitting needle on purpose.

Using socks for a husband as an example:
7 rapports in height, 7 fans = 25 cm (roughly, measured in a ready-made state) - size 40-42. They turned out to be back to back, but after washing and wearing they will stretch a little and will be fine.
6 rapports, 1 smaller fan = 23 cm, my size 39-40. The height turned out to be about 7.5-8 cm. In pink sleds, I knitted 6 rapports, measured 20 cm. The threads are thinner, I knit tighter. Therefore, I will knit in pink 7 fans.

Take a look at your footprint and estimate how many stitches you want to set aside for the outsole. In my husband's I have 9 cm, in pink ones - 8. It turned out 19 (17 for my husband) loops. And even if you have an even number, remove 1 loop, please, the sole must be odd. And the number of loops on the sidewalls, respectively, is even.

In the center with arrows - there will be a sole. On the sides - sidewalls.
And what can we do here. Break the thread, find start loop soles, join and knit, but the footsteps are lazy and I don't.
I knit the beginning of the front row, the loops of the first side. I knit the loops of the soles and ... I turn the knitting over. We will knit further only 19 loops, in each row, both front and back, knitting last loop soles, 19th and first side loop together. Turned over: 18 loops, edge and side loop - two together. This is the principle. With each row, one of our sides decreases by 1 loop.

How easy to count the middle of the sole, look again at the picture. In addition, I knit to the end of the fan, carefully looking at where these 9 loops end, then: one, two, three, four ... 5 + 6 two together, turned. I knit 18 loops, 19 + 20 two together. They turned.

How I do the heel:

I love smooth lines and roundness, so my heel is like this. I spread the knit in front of me and see how many loops I want to leave directly for the heel. Out of 19 loops I selected 11. And I begin to touch the loops with my fingers, like "I click abacus". :) These final 11 stitches will remain open in the last row and will connect to the open side stitches. This means 5 loops on one side, and 5 on the other (you can leave 6 each, that is, either 1 loop more or less).
I look further. So I need to subtract 4 loops from the sole on each side. I will decrease by knitting not 2 loops together, but 3: 1 from the side, 2 from the sole. I snap off 4 more loops from the sides with my fingers.

Solitaire has come together to go to the heel, I need 9 loops on the sides.

I make reductions: Knit 4 and purl 4 rows 3 stitches together.
What is left - look at the photo: 11 loops in the middle and 5 on the sides.

Crochet the loop from the side, then the loop from the sole and pull it through the first loop. We pick up the loop from the side again and pull it through the loop on the hook. Crochet the loops of the first side and the loops of the half of the heel.

As a result, 1 loop remains, a tail sticks out next to it. We pass the tail into a loop and sew along the edge heel.
