Energy meridians of the human body: a detailed map and description. What are human energy centers, and what do they affect? Energy points

Survey

One of the most important teachings of Chinese medicine, the meridian serves to explain the physiological functions and pathological changes in the human body, and is also necessary to understand the relationship between internal organs.

According to the doctrine of the channels (or meridians), life energy passes through them. This teaching has a name Jing-Lo... In Chinese medicine, there are twelve main organs of the human body, into which energy is supplied through the twelve meridians. Both organs and meridians

are divided into Yang and Yin. But all meridians are connected to each other and are a single system.

Meridians come out of one another and intertwine with each other. In addition to the main twelve meridians, which are paired, there are also two unpaired, eight miraculous and fifteen secondary meridians. All internal organs are connected to each other and to the surface of the human body through these channels. In addition, the main internal organs have their own meridians (lung meridian, large intestine meridian, stomach meridian, spleen and pancreas meridian, heart meridian, small intestine meridian, bladder meridian, kidney meridian, pericardial meridian, gall bladder meridian , liver meridan, median meridian, anterior median meridian).

Characteristics of the main 12 meridians

1. LUNG MERIDIAN

one). The lung meridian controls the level of metabolism and respiration. A pathological change in the lungs affects the functional state of the skin, hair and sweat glands.

2). The meridian controls the larynx, tonsils, trachea and bronchi, the functions of which are closely interrelated. Deterioration of respiratory function in the lungs often leads to deterioration in nasal breathing.

Indications for the effect on the lung meridian- Fever, irregularities in the lungs, chest, throat, stagnation of energy and blood, difficulty urinating, urinating in small quantities. The impact on this meridian activates the circulation of energy and blood.

The course of the meridian. The meridian begins in the mid-trunk region (stomach region), descends to the large intestine, then turns back to the stomach (pylorus, cardia), crosses the diaphragm, heading for the lungs. From the lungs it continues the path to the larynx and throat, descends to the axillary fossa and goes to the front outer side of the arm (lateral to the meridians of the heart and pericardium), descends to the fossa of the elbow joint and along the front side of the forearm goes to the end of the radius (in the area of the pulse position "tkhon "), On the front-inner side of it, heading towards the corner of the nail bed (radial edge) of the first finger (Fig. 2).

Branches. At the point liet-khyuet (le-tsue, 7P), a branch is separated from the meridian, which descends along the back of the hand to the nail of the second finger, where it connects with the meridian of the large intestine.

Pathological symptoms associated topographically with areas where meridian 2 passes. 1. In case of violations in the meridian 3. Pain in the supraclavicular fossa (when the pain reaches special strength, the patient involuntarily crosses his arms over his chest, covering himself by the shoulders), darkening in the eyes, cardiac arrhythmia, pain on the inner side of the upper extremities.

2. In case of violations in "own" organ: chest tightness, asthmatic cough, shortness of breath, thirst, frequent urination in small portions, urine yellow color, causeless anxiety, fear, hot palms; in case of illness from the pathogenic factor "wind - cold" - fever, chills, sweating is possible

2. COLOR MERIDIAN

The main function is to remove waste to the outside. It forms a pair with the lung meridian and is closely associated with them. So, constipation is often accompanied by a feeling of tightness in the chest and discomfort. In addition, these two organs - the lungs and the large intestine - are directly connected with the external environment.

Indications for influencing the colon meridian: diseases of the colon and stomach, diseases of the mucous membranes and skin, diseases

lungs, hypertension, heart disease, torso pain syndromes, pain in the mouth (tongue, teeth, tonsils) and face (nose, ears).

The course of the meridian. It starts on the radial side of the index finger, from the outer corner of the nail bed, runs along the back

side (radial edge) of it through the gap between the I and II metacarpal bones - through the hop-kok point (he-gu, 4GI) - to the hole of the anatomical snuffbox between the tendons of the long and short extensors thumb, through the point zyong-khe (yang-si, 5G 1), then along the dorsal-radial side of the forearm to the outer fossa of the elbow joint [point khuk-chi (qui-chi, 11C1)] and along the antero-outer side of the shoulder comes to the front of the acromion - point kien-ngung (jian-yu, 15GI). Further, the meridian passes to the back surface of the shoulder joint and meets the meridian of the small intestine [at the point bin-phong (bin-feng, 121G)] and the posterior-median meridian - at the point dai-chuyi (da-chzhui, 14 VG), at the meeting point 6 Yang meridians. Then he returns to the supraclavicular fossa [point khyuet-bon (tsue-pen, 12E)], descends to the lungs and, passing the diaphragm, goes to the large intestine (Fig. 3).

Branches. In the area of the supraclavicular fossa, a branch departs from the meridian. Having passed the neck, it rises to the face, to the gums of the lower jaw, bends around the upper lip, where both meridians meet at the point thui-kau (ren-chzhong, 26VG). The right meridian ends near the left wing of the nose, the left one - at the right wing of the nose, where they connect with the Yang meridian of the stomach.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. For violations in the meridian: swelling of the neck, pain in the teeth of the lower jaw, pain in the shoulder joint, forearm. Difficulty moving the thumb and forefinger. With a significant development of the pathogenic energy in the meridian, swelling and pain are observed along it. With the weakening of the channel energy - chilliness in the areas where the meridian passes.

3. MERIDIAN STOMACH

The main function is food intake and processing. The stomach and spleen form a close bond. The stomach, as an organ, is the center of the human energy system, which receives energy from food and distributes it throughout the body. The vitality and health of other organs largely depend on his condition. In the meridian of the stomach, a protective energy is formed, which protects the human body from external influences.

Impact on the meridian largely depends on the location of the points on it. The points on the head normalize the blood circulation of the sensory organs and the oral mucosa. Treat neuralgia and facial muscle spasms. The points of the stomach meridian in the neck area act on the larynx and upper respiratory tract. Points in the chest area affect the lungs and bronchi.

The course of the meridian. Both branches of this paired meridian begin at the wings of the nose, on both sides of it. Under the nose, in the center of the gums of the upper jaw, they meet each other, then diverge to the sides and meet with the yang meridian of the bladder at the point tyn-min (qing-min, IV), descend along the outer line of the nose to the upper jaw, approach the corners of the mouth, bending around the upper lip, meet on the posterior-median meridian (at the point thyui-kau (ren-chzhong, 26VG)]., having rounded the lower lip, they come into contact with the antero-median meridian at the point thya-tyong (cheng-jian, 24 VC), then , having abruptly changed direction, return along the lower part of the lower jaw, go to the corners of the lower jaw [at the point dai-ngen (da-in, 5E)], turn to the area in front of the auricle and approach the Yang meridian of the gallbladder [at the point thuong- kuan (shang-guan, 3VB)], go to the temples, connect with the meridian of the gallbladder [at the points of hyuen-li (xuan-li, 6VB) and ham-iem (han-yang, 4VB)], rise to the corners of the forehead and , passing horizontally along the anterior border of the hairline, meet the posterior median canal [than -din (shen-ting, 24 VG)].

From the area in front of the point dai-ngen (da-in, 5 E), the branches of the meridian descend to the neck and along the larynx approach the supraclavicular fossa [khyuet-bon (tsue-pen, 12E)], pass along the chest (along the nipple line) , go down to the stomach and on both sides of the antero-median meridian reach the inguinal canal fuk-tho (fu-tu, 32E), along the rectus muscle of the thigh descend to the knee [do-you (doo-bi, 35E)], along the outer surface more- the tibia descend to the tarsus and then along the back of the foot they approach the outer corner of the nail bed of the second toe (Fig. 4).

Branches. In the area of the supraclavicular fossa [khyuet-bon (tsue-pen, 12E)], a branch departs from the meridian, which crosses the diaphragm and approaches the stomach, due to which it communicates with the spleen.

In the area of the gatekeeper, a branch departs from the meridian into the lower abdomen, connecting again with the main meridian in the region of the inguinal canal.

From the point tuk-tam-li (tszu-san-li, 36 E), a branch departs distal to the main meridian, which descends to the nail of the third toe.

In the area of the back of the foot [at the point sung-zyong (chun-yang, 42 E)], a branch departs to the beginning of the big toe nail, where it connects with the yin leg meridian of the spleen.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. In case of violations in the meridian: bleeding from the nose, rashes on the lips, pain in the larynx, swelling of the neck, twisted mouth, pain in the chest, swelling, pain, numbness and coldness lower limbs... With the development of pathogenic factors in the meridian - high temperature, sweating, possibly a delusional state.

2. In case of violations in the hollow organs: if the stomach is in a state of "heat" - increased appetite, yellow urine, unaccountable confusion, fear, possibly a delusional state; if the stomach is in a state of "cold" - a feeling of fullness, poor appetite.

4. MERIDIAN OF THE Spleen - PANCREAS

The spleen meridian controls the movement and digestion of food in the intestines and stomach, as well as the absorption of nutrients. If these functions are impaired, then bloating, dyspepsia and edema occur.

Impact on the meridian indicated in the development of postoperative pulmonary edema, after surgery on the abdominal organs. The spleen, together with the liver, is responsible for the condition of the muscles.

The course of the meridian. It starts from the inner corner of the nail bed of 1 toe, follows the line of transition of the skin on the back of the foot to the skin of the sole, passes to the posterior end of the I metatarsal bone, rolls up, passing in front of the medial ankle, then along the lower leg, along the posterior edge of the tibia bones, crosses the liver meridian and, passing in front of this meridian, rises to the inner side of the knee joint, the anterior-inner surface of the thigh. Further, having passed into the abdominal cavity, it enters the spleen, establishing a connection with the stomach through it, passes the diaphragm and, passing the chest, comes to the point tu-vin (chou-jong, 20 RP), from there down to the point dai-bao ( da-bao, 21 RP), and up again, along the larynx, through the root of the tongue, located under the tongue (Fig. 5).

Branches. In the region of the stomach, a branch departs, which, bypassing the diaphragm, approaches the neurovascular bundle of the region of the heart, where it merges with the manual Yin meridian of the heart.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. In case of violations in the meridian: aches, a feeling of heaviness throughout the body, yellowing of the skin, hardening and pain in the tongue, swelling on the inner side of the legs, numbness of the muscles of the upper and lower extremities.

2. In case of violations in "their" organ: pain and a feeling of overcrowding in the epigastric region, indigestion, nausea, difficulty swallowing, acute pain in the epigastric region, diarrhea, difficulty urinating.

5. MERIDIAN OF THE HEART

The meridian of the heart determines the functional state of the heart, the circulatory system (vascular tone). Consciousness, mental activity, sensations and emotions are under the control of the meridian. A person is cheerful and cheerful as long as he has a healthy heart. Deterioration of his work leads to irritability, low activity, indecision, various fears, there is a state of anxiety and sadness.

Indications: emotional stress disorders, neuroses, fainting, dizziness, functional disorders of cardio-vascular system, anxiety, sadness. The impact on the meridian of the heart leads to calming the heart and improving the state of mind of a person.

The course of the meridian. The meridian begins from the heart, passes into the system of coronary vessels, passing the diaphragm, and approaches the small intestine. From the system of coronary vessels rises to the lungs, along the bottom of the axillary fossa and the antero-inner edge of the upper extremities follows medial to the hand meridians "great yin" and "end of yin" , then, along the antero-outer edge of the little finger of the hand, it extends to the end of it (from the side of the thumb), connecting, with the manual Yang meridian of the small intestine (Fig. 6).

Branches. In the area of the coronary vascular system, a branch departs, which follows along the larynx up to the eye, to the system of periocular vessels.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. In case of violations in the meridian: pain in the shoulder area, on the inner surface of the hands, hot or cold palms, dry mouth, thirst, pain in the eye area.

2. In case of violations in "their" organ: pain in the heart, hiccups, acute pain in the chest area, in the "fullness" of the disease - a delusional state, in "emptiness" - melancholy, fear.

6. MERIDIAN OF THE SMALL INTESTINE

Takes in food digested in the stomach and absorbs nutrients and fluids. Small intestine meridian and heart meridian form a pair

Yin Yang. During surgery on the small intestine, the effect on the meridian of the heart is effective. The close connection with the meridian of the heart also explains the effectiveness of the effect on the meridian of the small intestine in states of excitement associated with nervous system.

Local effect on the meridian is effective for headaches, pain in the posterolateral part of the neck, in the shoulder girdle and elbows, as well as for noise in

ears caused by a pathology of the inner ear.

The course of the meridian. The meridian originates from the corner of the nail bed of the little finger (on the elbow side), follows along the line of transition of the skin on the back of the hand to the skin of the palm, rises to the wrist, passes the styloid process of the ulna and, following along the ulna from the side of the little finger, comes to the process of the elbow joint and the medial epicondyle of the humerus. Then the path of the meridian runs along the inner edge of the back side of the shoulder, rises to the back of the shoulder joint and zigzags above and below the spine of the scapula, meets the foot Yang meridian [at the points fu-fan (fu-fen, 41 V) and dai-chy (da-chu, 11V)], the posterior-median meridian [at the point dai-chui (da-chzhuy, 14 VG)], passes into the supraclavicular fossa [at the point khuet-bon (tsue-pen, 12E)], descends into the heart and following along the esophagus, it penetrates the diaphragm, approaches the stomach and further - to the small intestine (Fig. 7).

Branches. At the point of khyuet-bon, a branch departs, which rises to the cheek, approaches the outer corner of the palpebral fissure and enters the ear.

In the cheek area, another branch departs, which follows to the lower edge of the orbital cavity, penetrates into the nasal cavity, goes to the inner corner of the palpebral fissure, where it connects with the leg Yang meridian of the bladder [at the point tyn-min (qing-min, 1 V)] and then goes down to the cheekbone.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. In case of disorders in the meridian: deafness, yellowing of the whites of the eyes, swelling in the "lower jaw, sore throat, in the shoulder joint and the inner edge of the back of the shoulder; spastic state of the muscles of the cervico-occipital region. 2. In case of violations in "their" organ: pain and bloating in the lower abdomen, pain irradiation in the lumbar region and in the ovarian region, liquid bowel movements or abdominal pain, constipation, difficulty in defecation.

7. MERIDIAN OF THE BLADDER

The bladder meridian acts as a regulator of kidney function and controls urination. The effect is effective in painful and spastic conditions (headache, lumbago, cramps of the calf muscles).

Indications: chronic skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis), disorders in the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord), sciatica, headache, cerebrovascular accident, pain in the neck, back, lower back and leg muscles. The impact on the points of "agreement" located on the meridian along the spine has a regulatory effect on the functions of any organ.

The course of the meridian. The meridian originates from the inner corner of the palpebral fissure, rises to the forehead and meets the posterior meridian on the head. In the parietal region, it penetrates into the brain (first branch), then goes to the back of the head, runs along the inner side of the scapula, goes down along the spine, close to it, goes deep into the sacral region, where it meets the kidneys and through them with the bladder ( fig. 8).

Branches. In the parietal region, a branch is separated from the meridian, which approaches the upper edge of the auricle. In the lumbar region, another branch branches off, which continues along both sides of the spine, passes the buttock, descends along the back of the thigh to the popliteal fossa. On both sides at the level of the scapula, another branch is separated, which, passing the shoulder, goes along the spine, on both sides of it (lateral to the main meridian), reaches the greater trochanter and, passing along the posterior-outer side of the thigh, comes out at the upper edge of the popliteal fossa, then continues the path through the area behind the ankle [through the con-lon point (kun-lun, 60 V)] and further along the outer edge of the back of the foot goes to the outer edge of the fifth toe, falling into the foot yang meridian of the kidneys.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. In case of violations in the meridian: pain in the eye area, lacrimation, nosebleeds, pain in the head, occiput, back, lower back, spine, sacrococcygeal region, back of the legs; increased body temperature.

2. In case of violations in the hollow organs: difficulty urinating, acute pain in the lower abdomen, bedwetting.

8. KIDNEY MERIDIAN

The kidney meridian is a store of "essential" energy, which determines the energy resources of the body. The kidney meridian contains nutrients that are the basis of activity internal organs and systems, and the energy of the kidneys themselves is the basis of growth, development and reproduction.

one). After long-term illnesses and serious operations, patients often complain of the appearance of irritability, unpleasant visual

sensations, insomnia, night sweats, etc. This is a consequence of the lack of energy in the kidneys.

2). The kidneys are the roots of life. They also control bone tissue, bone marrow function, bone growth, development, and repair.

Indications: congestion in the chest with bronchial asthma, conditions similar to angina pectoris; menstrual irregularities and pathology

urogenital area; hypertensive and hypotonic conditions; constipation, belching, indigestion, vomiting; dysfunction of the kidneys, uterus, its appendages, gallbladder and pharynx; violation of the genitourinary sphere, adrenal function and sexual dysfunctions.

The course of the meridian. The meridian begins on the lower surface of the V toe, goes to the sole, then, passing along the navicular bone along the inner surface of the foot [point nien-kok (zhan-gu, 2R)], passes behind the medial ankle, goes down to the heel and rises again to calf muscle. Then it rises along the inner surface of the lower leg to the popliteal, fossa, then along the posterior inner surface of the thigh it approaches the perineum and connects to the posterior median canal, goes along the spine to the kidneys, establishes a connection with the bladder (first branch). From the kidneys, the meridian rises to the liver, passes the diaphragm and approaches the lungs, then, passing along the laryngeal-pharyngeal region, ends at the root of the tongue (Fig. 9).

Branches. In the area of the lungs, the second branch departs, which connects the meridian with the heart and, located in the chest area, meets the Yin meridian of the hand.

Pathological signs associated with the meridian. 1. In case of disturbances in the meridian: a feeling of heat in the mouth, dry tongue, swelling of the throat and larynx, pain in the spine, pain or coldness on the inner surface of the lower extremities, hot soles.

2. In case of violations in "his" organ: swelling, difficulty urinating, hemoptysis, the patient tries to lie down, asthma, ripples in the eyes, palpitations, pale skin with a grayish tinge, diarrhea (usually in the morning).

9. MERIDIAN PERICARD

The main function is to protect the heart and provide it additional assistance... The physiological functions and pathology of the pericardium affect the heart.

one). The meridian is a representative of the functional circle, it is similar to the meridian of the heart.

2). But the pericardial meridian has a wider range of effects on blood circulation. It has a predominant effect on the nervous system.

3). This meridian is sometimes called the cardiovascular-sexual meridian. By influencing points 4-9 of this meridian, you can influence the psycho-emotional sphere.

The course of the meridian. The meridian originates inside the thoracic region, from the pericardium; penetrating the diaphragm, descends to meet with the upper, then the middle and lower parts and torso (Fig. 10).

Branches. In the chest area, a branch departs to the lateral side of the chest, 3 tsun below the axillary fold, bends around the axillary region and along the front surface passes between the Yin meridians of the lungs and heart, goes to the middle of the elbow joint, then descends to the forearm and between the tendons passes to the palm and further along the middle finger of the hand extends to the end of it.

The second branch departs from the meridian in the palm area, follows along the ring finger of the hand (from the side of the little finger) to its end, where it flows into the hand Yang meridian of the three parts of the body.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. P r and violations in the meridian: facial flushing, swelling in the armpit, the patient's arms are spasmodically bent in the elbow and shoulder joints, heat in the palms.

2. In case of violations in "own" organ: pain in the region of the heart, unaccountable anxiety, fear, tightness in the chest, palpitations, delirium, coma.

10. MERIDIAN THREE HEATERS

The meridian does not belong to any one organ. This is a whole functional system that includes three cavities, three functional units.

one). The upper cavity includes the trunk and chest up to the diaphragm (respiratory and circulatory systems).

2). The middle cavity - from the diaphragm to the navel, digestive organs, stomach, spleen.

3). Lower cavity - the space below the navel, kidneys, bladder, genitourinary organs.

The pericardial meridian has an effect on spastic and pain syndromes. Topographic features of the course of the meridian on the arms and in the area

of the shoulder girdle are effective for diseases of the limbs.

If the pericardial meridian significantly affects mental disorders and has a connection with internal secretion, then the meridian of three heaters

more affects the state of increased excitability, regulates the sympathetic nervous system. Vascular spasms, hyper- and hypotonic

conditions, some symptoms in vascular sclerosis, as well as states of strong excitement, excessive willpower and intellect can be

remove by acting on this meridian.

The course of the meridian. The meridian originates from the ring finger, passing along its back side, closer to the little finger, rises to the gap between the little finger and the ring finger, passes along the back surface of the hand (between the IV and V metacarpal bones), then follows to the wrist, rises higher between the radius and ulnar bones, bypasses the process of the elbow joint and along the posterior outer surface of the shoulder reaches the shoulder joint, crosses the Yang meridian of the gallbladder and, passing the shoulder [through the point of kien-tyn (jian-jing, 21 VB)], passes into the supraclavicular fossa [khyuet-bon (tsue-stump, 12 E)]. Then it descends between the mammary glands [dan-chung (tan-chzhun, 17 VC)], meets the pericardium, crosses the diaphragm, descends into the abdomen, to the upper, middle and lower parts of the body (Fig. 11).

Branches. At the dang-chung point, a branch departs from the meridian, which rises to the supraclavicular fossa [khyuet-bon (tsue-pen, 12 E)] and further to the back of the head, then, passing along the back surface of the free edge of the auricle, reaches its upper edge and rolls down to the face, under the eye socket.

Another branch departs from the meridian in the behind-the-ear region, passes into the ear, goes into the pre-ear region, passes in front of the point [tyong-kuan (shang-guan, 3 VB)] and goes to the outer corner of the palpebral fissure, where it again merges with the main meridian of the gallbladder ...

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. In case of violations in the meridian: deafness, tinnitus, swelling and pain in the larynx and pharynx, pain in the eyes, swelling of the cheeks; pain in the behind-the-ear region, in the area of the shoulder joint, shoulder, outer surface of the elbow joint, impaired mobility of the ring finger.

2. In case of violations in "own" organ: bloating and tension throughout the abdomen, difficulty urinating, urinary incontinence, frequent urge to urinate, urine output in small portions, swelling.

11. GALL BLADDER MERIDIAN

The gallbladder meridian is in close connection with the liver meridian. Their functional states are interrelated. Meridian used

with various pain syndromes. A large number of points on the head makes it possible to act on a headache in the frontotemporal region.

Migraine, facial pain, some inflammatory diseases of the ear, eyes, are also treated by acting on the meridian of the gallbladder. Impact

indicated for other pain syndromes, such as intercostal neuralgia, lumbago, sciatica, arthritis, especially of the knee and hip joints,

as well as diseases of the gallbladder and bile ducts.

The course of the meridian. The meridian originates from the outer corner of the palpebral fissure, descends to the behind the ear region, bends around the head, approaches the forehead, returns to the back of the head, then along the neck (in front of the meridian of the three parts of the body) descends to the shoulder, passes behind the manual Yang meridian to the supraclavicular fossa and further down , into the axillary region, then goes along the chest [tiong-mon (zhang-men, 13 F)] to the greater trochanter and along the outer side of the thigh goes to the lower edge of the knee joint and further along the lower leg; passing along the outer side of the fibula and in front of the lateral ankle, it emerges on the dorsum of the foot and ends at the outer corner of the nail bed of the fourth toe (Fig. 12).

Branches. One of the branches departs from the main meridian in the behind-the-ear region and passes into the ear, exits in front of the auricle and approaches the outer corner of the palpebral fissure.

The second branch from the outer corner of the palpebral fissure descends to the point dai-ngen (da-in, 5 E), meets the manual Yang meridian, rises to the lower edge of the eye socket, turns down to the corner of the lower jaw, and further to the neck, meets with the main meridian above the collarbone [khuet-bon (tsue-pen, 12 E)], enters the chest, passes the diaphragm, connects with the liver and through it with the gallbladder, passes along the ribs, descends to the inguinal canal [khi-sung, ( qi-chun, 30 E)], goes around the pubic region and goes to the greater trochanter.

The third branch is separated in the back of the foot, passes between the 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones to the end of the 1st toe, then folds around the hair bundle of the 1st toe and meets the Yin leg meridian of the liver.

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. 1. In case of violations in the meridian: fever, deafness, headaches, pain in the jaw, eyes, swelling and pain in the supraclavicular fossa, swelling in the armpit, tuberculous lymphadenitis, pain in the hip joint and on the outer surface of the lower extremities, heat in the outer part of the feet, loss of mobility of the fourth toe.

2. In case of violations in "own" organ: pain in the chest on the lateral surface, bitterness in the mouth, nausea.

12. LIVER MERIDIAN

The liver has the property of enhancing body functions. It occupies a leading place in the provision of metabolism, being a "biochemical

laboratory "of the organism.

one). The correct exchange of substances promotes growth, constant self-renewal of the organism. The liver is a blood depot, performing the function

storage, regulation of the amount of blood. Regulates blood composition, produces biologically active substances.

2). The emotion of intense anger hurts the liver. At the same time, adrenaline is intensively released into the blood, which is accompanied by the release of blood from the blood depot. The result is a violation of the function of preserving blood in the liver, therefore, the effect on the points of the liver meridian is effective in uterine bleeding. 3). On the other hand, a state of angry irritability is characteristic of liver disease. A number of brain syndromes are associated with liver disease.

The course of the meridian. The meridian originates at the outer corner of the nail bed of the 1st toe, passes along the back of the foot, to the lateral ankle (at a distance of 1st tsun in front of it), rises up the lower leg, meets the Yin meridian of the spleen, crosses it over the medial ankle (at a distance of 8 Tsuni from it), approaches the inner edge of the popliteal fossa and along the inner surface of the thigh - to the pubis. Then it goes around the external genitals, rises to the lower abdomen, passing parallel to the stomach meridian, approaches the stomach, liver, gallbladder, passes the diaphragm, rises higher, follows along the ribs and, passing the area behind the trachea and larynx, rises to the soft palate ... Then it comes into contact with the system of periocular vessels, comes out in the forehead and merges at the crown of the head with the posterior meridian at the bat-khoi point (bai-khui, 20 VG) (Fig. 13).

Branches. In the area of the periocular vascular system, a branch departs from the main meridian, which descends to the cheek and folds to the lips. Another branch departs from the liver, which, having pierced the diaphragm, approaches the lungs, where it merges with the Yin meridian of the lungs.

Pathological symptoms associated with. meridian. 1. P r and violations in the meridian: headaches, ripples in the eyes, loss of clarity of vision, tinnitus, high body temperature; possible convulsions, bedwetting, difficulty urinating.

2. In case of violations in "own" organ: tightness in the chest, nausea, pain in the epigastric region, yellowing of the skin, liquid bowel movements, a feeling of obstruction in the throat, hernia, pain in the lower abdomen.

In addition to the main 12 organ meridians, there are also two unusual wonderful meridians. They differ from the twelve meridians, the organs are neither direct nor external relations with their other line. They have a special course of movement, therefore they are called unusual sensitive meridians. These two meridians can not only communicate with the main 12 meridians, but also circulate the vital energy (Chi) of the 12 main meridians.

REAR MERIDIAN - MOTHER-DOC (DU-MAY) (28 points)

The course of the meridian. It originates in the perineal region, passes through the point chuong-kyong (chan-qiang, 1 VG) and along the spine rises to the point fong-fu (feng-fu, 16 VG), enters the brain, passes to the crown and further through the forehead to the nose, roots of the teeth of the lower jaw (Fig. 14).

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. Limited mobility of the spine, with serious disorders - spasms of the spinal muscles of a tetanus character or a dull headache, accompanied by weakness in the back.

Indications for using the meridian. Stiffness of the spine and spasms of the spinal muscles of the character of tetanus as a result of disorders in the region of the brain, lesions in the internal organs located near the path of the meridian.

MIDDLE MERIDIAN - MOTHER-YUM (REN-MAY) (24 points)

The course of the meridian. It originates in the perineum [hoi-am (hui-yin, §1 VC)], passes the pubis, enters the abdomen and through the point kuan-nguyen (guan-yuan, 4 VC) rises to the junction of the pharynx and larynx and further through the chin extends to the face, ending in the eyes (Fig. 15).

Pathological symptoms associated with the meridian. In men: hernia. In women: leucorrhoea, tumors in the uterus.

Indications for the use of the meridian. Disorders in the genitourinary organs, stomach, chest, throat and larynx; It is also used when it is necessary to strengthen yang energy or to replenish energy in general.

Likewise, the flow of earthly energy enters the first chakra, passes through the central, right and left energy channels, and exits through the seventh chakra.

The right energy channel is called solar, it personifies masculinity... The left energy channel is called lunar, it personifies the feminine principle.

The detrimental effect of society on the development of personality lies in the fact that as a result of targeted exposure, the left and right channels are clogged with unnecessary information. Due to the deformation in these channels, the passage in the central channel is correspondingly blocked. With such a deformation of the channels, the work of the chakras is disrupted and the passage of energy is difficult.

The energy of desire comes through the lunar channel. While this channel is working, a person retains the desire to live, create, love, etc. The left channel is characterized by yin qualities (softness, compassion, comprehension, intuition, etc.) and it determines the human psyche.

If there is a lack of feminine energy, then the person expresses longing for the past, falls into depression. All conscious activity is concentrated in the lunar channel in the right hemisphere. This place stores the memory of the past, which predetermines the possibility of manifestation of various properties and qualities of a person in this incarnation, and also determines the choice of behavior in various situations created by karmic laws. It is through this channel that the connection to the general EIT of the Universe takes place.

The right-sided energy system corresponds on the physical plane to the sympathetic nervous system. This side creates, plans the future using the physical body and intellect. Yang qualities (inclination to analysis, rivalry, aggressiveness, etc.) are inherent in the right channel. The right channel is based on the future and the left channel is based on the past. In the left hemisphere, the right channel forms the ego region. This is logic, awareness of oneself as I. In the right hemisphere, the left channel forms the Superego area. This is intuition, sensuality.

The central channel corresponds to the parasympathetic nervous system, is the channel of the spiritual evolution of mankind. Spiritual growth involves ascending the central channel through all energy centers. As a result, a person joins the general EIP of the Universe. Each achievement of an individual person is recorded in the general EIP and becomes the achievement of all mankind.

The cosmic energy-information flow passing through the spinal cord is twisted into a spiral in a triangular extension of the coccyx. The energy accumulated in this way by oriental traditions called Kundalini. This energy is informative in nature and is able to "rise up" as a person grows spiritually. This energy not only grows and changes in the process of a person's spiritual growth, but also records all the stages of his life. In the normal state, the awakening of the Kundalini is random. With the correct implementation by a person of the implementation program, this process becomes controllable. If a person feels unity with his soul, with the entire Universe, then this means that he has found his place in this world. The goal of Kundalini awakening is to restore health and rise to a new level. However, it must be remembered that using an outside force to raise the Kundalini is dangerous and can turn a person into a "zombie". This procedure can be carried out only in the presence of the Teacher. Raising energy helps to cleanse energy channels and restore the work of energy centers.

The human body is directly related to the movement of energy of the surrounding nature, which is described by the EIT system. The development and growth of the organism occurs through twelve organs: the liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys, pericardium, gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, three heaters and the bladder. These organs correspond to 12 energy meridians.

If all energy channels are open, breathing is free, then the entire organism is open and all channels of its communication with the outside world are clean. Energy (prana) continuously performs its cycle of movement in the body, and internal organs, and flesh, and bones - everything becomes healthy. If, in any place, there is a dissipation or retention of energy, then the vital force is extinguished.

Everything in the Universe has certain regularities of motion that are common to all things, which, as mentioned earlier, can be described as extinction, growth, filling, emptying, motion and rest.

In the human body, the effect of the nutritional and protective functions of the EIP begins at the Yin hour, from the super-yin lung meridian on the hand. During the day and night, the Yin energy makes 25 cycles of movement; Yang energy - also 25 cycles. Thus, by the hour of Yin of the next day, in total, 50 cycles of movement of energy and blood in the human body are completed, and by this time it again returns to the super-yin meridian of the lungs on the hand.

With the usual imperfect human interaction with the Outside world, there is a "loss of energy", which leads to disease, decrepitude and aging. The goal of spiritual growth is to train the technique of contacting the body with the world, and the highest goal is to achieve the ideal state of the body, in which no energy loss occurs during any contact with the world.

Matter is constantly moving and the world is constantly evolving. All many things in the Universe are constantly being born, every moment develops and transforms. Each period of development has its own laws, its own rhythm. At the level of the four seasons of the year, it is birth, development, harvesting and conservation. However, this is only a contextual implementation associated with some material processes for ease of perception and practical use. Everything that can be called a process in this world goes through certain stages, which are the same for millions of years and for microseconds; only the contextual implementations of the names differ. Everything in this world is constantly being born and constantly dying, everything has its own laws; there are no abstractions, no imagination, there are only different levels of description of reality.

According to the content of the oldest and more modern sources, a person carries seven centers of consciousness (chakras). They manifest themselves as energy sources (centers) of a person and are capable, under certain conditions, not only of providing the necessary energy to the person himself, but to the environment around him, turning their owner into a kind of Sun in the spiritual sense of the word. Chakras have two main functions. The first function is the implementation of EIE with the outside world according to the frequencies of the Universe. The second function is the reception and accumulation of the information received. Through the system of energy channels, there is a connection between the chakras. Each of the chakras, with the exception of the first and seventh, has front and back projections.

The lowest energy node (Muladhara, as the followers of Buddhism call it) is located in the perineum, just below the body. When unfolded, it looks like a star with many rays. (According to Buddhist sources: this is the lunar chakra, it has a red color, the musical note is do, the element is earth, the resonant sound is Lam, the planet Saturn. Its projection for meditation is between the genitals and the anus, two or three fingers deep into the body) ...

The opening of this knot makes it possible for a person to establish a connection with the physical and subtle world, with the lowest, spiritually and mentally, its regions; what in our physical world is usually called dirt and evil, in Theosophy - chaos and disorder. Opening this center with the rest closed will give a person the features of a dull, stubborn, evil creature. Everything that causes pain and suffering to those around him will be present. The meaning of the opening of the first center is as follows. The person himself can open the energy of the center. In other words, we can say that the center opens up worthy of it: in one case - to suppress the danger from the spirituality developing in a person, on the other - when the person himself turns into a battlefield of good and evil. Teachings like Buddhism say that opening it requires the presence of a teacher who can conquer the dark manifestations of passions that have escaped from control.

The second energy center is located approximately halfway between the perineum and the umbilical cord (Chakra - Svadhisthana. Note - D. Color - orange. Element - water. Planet - Jupiter. Resonant sound - to you). He has two projections for meditation. One is four to five fingers below the navel, the other is deep below the penis (clitoris, respectively).

It represents the lowest vital manifestations: greed, anger, ambition, envy. Certain patterns are already beginning to be traced here. So, for example, these properties can be logically justified and even give, on closer examination, some reminders of humanity.

The main purpose of the second energy center is to strive with all its might to prolong the existence of a person as a physically manifested being.

The third energy center is located approximately between the lungs and the stomach (Chakra - Manipura. Notes - mi. Color - yellow. Element - fire. Planet - Mars. Resonant sound - Ram). Meditation projections - the first is two to three fingers below the navel, and the second is four fingers above the navel.

Responsible for the life manifestations of the middle level. In general terms, they can be designated as power, ambition, opposition, resilience. As a rule, it is the power of this center that pushes a person both to exploits and to senseless confrontations in evil and good directions, depending on one of the types of their application.

The fourth energy center is located in the area of the physical solar plexus and is one of the most important centers of life support (Chakra - Anahata. Note - fa. Color - green. Element - air. Planet - Venus. Resonant sound - Yam (Pam)). The projection for meditation is in the front in the center of the chest, at the level of the heart. Energy strikes belonging to the category of "curses" fall precisely here, if they are not aimed at concrete repayment of any other functions. The heart and other vital organs are controlled directly from here. This center gives human life a peculiar sensibility and moral and ethical coloring.

The fifth energy center governs the mental faculties as applied to their mental or sensory expression. Located in the area of the exit of the larynx from the chest. (Throat chakra - Vishuddha. Note - salt. Color - blue. Element - ether. Planet - Mercury. Resonant sound - Hamm). The projection for meditation is almost the same as the thyroid gland. The normal functioning of the fifth chakra is manifested in sociability, high creativity, inspiration. In case of imbalance, a tendency to obsessive ideas, stereotyped behavior is manifested.

The last two energy centers are informational - these are the chakras of the subtle body.

The sixth energy center is responsible for the mind and the change or dynamics of mental activity and will - the "third eye". Its position in height in different teachings varies from eye level to forehead level. (Chakra - Ajna. Note - la. Color - blue. Planet - Moon. Sound - OM). The projection for meditation is at a point between the eyes, about two fingers above the eyebrows and two fingers deep, so that the eyes and ajna form an isosceles right triangle. At the level of this chakra, all three main energy channels merge. This is the center of wisdom. Determines the parapsychological abilities of a person, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, Serves to create visual images and for reading thought forms. An imbalance in work can lead to ossification of thinking, schizophrenia, and increased self-esteem. Can accumulate negative energies.

The seventh energy center in terms of the completeness of manifestation is more complex and mysterious than all the previous ones. Located at the top of the head where the "fontanelle" is. Works on subtle energies. Through the opening of the seventh center, a person, in his physical embodiment, has the opportunity to communicate with the higher worlds, thereby acquiring the knowledge of the supermind. ("Thousand-petaled Lotus", chakra - Sahasrara. Note - si, Color - violet. It has no sound analogue. Sometimes the mantra OM is associated with it. The element is ether, it is controlled by divine consciousness). The projection for meditation is two or three fingers above the head, above the crown). During normal work, there is a connection with the higher Reason, the accumulation of universal energy. When work is disrupted, depression, egocentrism, mania, and permissiveness are manifested. This is the chakra of knowledge, pure intuition, helps to receive knowledge from the EIP of the Universe.

There are many minor energy centers and channels, which are located, as a rule, in the places of vital organs. Interested persons can get acquainted with them from the available literature.

The normal functioning of the energy centers is easily restored. To do this, you can use minor key music, the appropriate color, smell and mantras. There is specially selected chakra music for the development of all chakras, and for each separately taken.

Energy points

Energy point acupuncture in the palm of your hand, called Thieu fu“Small meeting room”, it belongs to the energy meridian of the heart (C8). Energy point located between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones in the place indicated by the tip of the little finger on the hand clenched into a fist.

feeling of heat in the palms, pruritus, urinary incontinence, women- all types of breast diseases, prolapse of the uterus, vaginal discharge. And also with hand spasms, when the fingers do not obey you, yawning, a constant desire to take a deep breath, curved fingers to the palm with contracture, lack of energy.

Impact on the psyche:
energy point used in cases of sadness, in cases of emptiness of KHI (energy) coming from the heart, in different types fear, especially when the patient is afraid of other people. Energy point very useful when there is mental anxiety and also helps in eliminating the urge to smoke. Acupressure this energy point for a minimum period of 30, with small clockwise rotations, applying medium pressure. Perform three times a day.

Energy points

Other energy point on the hand called

Liet khuet"Aligned cavities", belongs to the energy meridian of the lungs (P7).

The use of the energy point is applicable in the following cases:

when the control of breathing is lost, and the regulation of air flows and KHI energy in the body is disturbed due to cold. Dot regulates the work of pores (controls the protective properties of the skin). Dot also has a close relationship with the colon meridian, and can be effectively used for constipation or other bowel-related disorders.

Energy point is connected with the upper part of the large intestine and thus, by acting on it, it is possible to cause a freer work of the diaphragm, which is closely related to the respiratory process in the body. In turn, the diaphragm acts on the large and small intestines, etc. aids in digestion.

Dot effective when the voice is weakened, breathing becomes shallow, shallow and fast, with nasal congestion, diseases of the sinuses, coughs, allergies.

Impact on the psyche:
Energy point will help get rid of sadness and grief caused by oppression of lung function. Acupressure massage of this point for a minimum period of 30, with a slight clockwise rotation, applying medium pressure on the point. perform 5-6 times a day.

Body Organs and Energy Meridians

An invisible line on the human body is called a meridian. Along the meridian there are many biologically active points, subject to certain laws. These points have been actively used in acupuncture since ancient times. Meridians are also called vessels or channels - these names reflect the function they perform in the human body.

It is believed that energy circulates along the meridians: impulses, blood, juices, nutrients, etc. Due to the presence of meridians, a complete exchange of information in the human body is possible. All internal organs are connected to each other and to the surface of the body through these channels. In addition, the main internal organs have their own meridians: lungs, large intestine, stomach, spleen and pancreas, heart, small intestine, bladder, kidneys, pericardium, three heaters, gallbladder, liver, posterior and anterior median. In traditional Chinese medicine, no internal organ can be considered separate from its meridian, since they form a single whole.

Just as the internal organs are united into organ systems, the human meridians are united into the meridian system. Thanks to her, the body works as a whole. Imagine an organism (energy system) of a person, literally penetrated by a network of channels through which life-giving energy, nutrients and everything that is necessary for life are rapidly moving. These streams, now slowing down, now accelerating, now penetrating deep into, now emerging to the surface, bring life, balance, proportion - inner balance and harmony with the outside world.

From the point of view of ancient oriental medicine, the structural features of the meridian system are the pathways for the spread of the disease inside the body. Thus, a malfunction of the liver can cause vision problems - both the liver and the eyes are connected by one meridian. The same meridians also become ways of "removing" the disease from the body: by acting on the points, seemingly unrelated to the affected organ, one can achieve a serious therapeutic effect. Such treatment is the task of traditional Chinese medicine, including acupressure.

Traditional Chinese medicine divides internal organs into two broad categories - "storage" (passive) and "working" (active). In the terminology of the concept of yin-yang, "accumulative" organs are called yin-organs, and "workers" are called yang-organs. The Chinese call the yin organs zhang, and the yang organs fu.

Table 1

The ratio of the main organs and their meridians with five primary elements

Among fu organs, the so-called triple heater stands out, associated with the regulation of the interconnection of systems and organs of the human body. It acts as the main source of energy for the body.

According to traditional medicine, the individual organs of the body are closely interconnected functionally. According to the modern interpretation, these organs are connected by a single autonomic nervous system. As far as the energy of the physical body is concerned, these organs are like links in a chain; so, the liver is associated with the lungs, the lungs with the large intestine, the large intestine with the stomach, the stomach with the spleen, the spleen with the heart, the heart with the small intestine, the small intestine with the bladder, the bladder with the kidneys, the kidneys with blood vessels, vessels with a triple heater, a heater with a gallbladder, and a gallbladder with a liver; thus the cycle ends.

According to this system, the organs of yin and yang form pairs: the liver and lungs belong to yin, the large intestine and stomach to yang, the spleen and heart to yin, the small intestine and bladder to yang, kidneys and blood circulation to yin, triple heater and the gallbladder to yang. Let us now see how this principle corresponds to the actual state of affairs.

Conventional medical science has found that since it is a tonic and calming effect on vital functions, the most effective methods treatments are those that not only affect the meridian and points corresponding to a particular organ, but which also (if necessary to increase activity) stimulate the previous organ and (if necessary to decrease activity) affect the organ following it in this chain. To make this position more clear, let us explain the relationship between organs and meridians.

There are functional connections between certain meridians and organs. Taking this fact into account, the meridians have been named. The meridians that affect the function of the arms and legs diverge either in a centrifugal direction, that is, from the organ of concern to the limbs, or converge in a centripetal direction, from the limbs to the problematic organs.

The meridians running along the inner side of the arms and legs are called yin meridians, and those located on the outside are called yang meridians. Thus, on the inside of each arm and leg there are three meridians corresponding to the six yin organs, and on the outside of each arm and leg there are three meridians corresponding to the six yang organs. Further, these groups are subdivided into the yin and yang meridians with strong, medium and weak energy.

Meridians yin on the inside of the arms: lung meridian; meridian of the heart regulator; meridian of the heart.

Meridians yang on the outside of the arms: small intestine meridian; triple heater meridian; large intestine meridian.

Meridians yin on the inside of the legs: spleen meridian; kidney meridian; liver meridian.

Meridians yang on the outside of the legs: bladder meridian; meridian of the gallbladder; stomach meridian.

With this arrangement, the meridian of any organ consists of all those points on the body, with the help of which, first of all, it is possible to influence the problem organ. However, individual organs must be viewed in the context of the whole organism. So, for example, points of the stomach meridian include those that affect the mouth, esophagus, etc. The meridian of the lungs consists of points that affect the nose, windpipe, bronchi, alveoli, etc.

Not all meridian points are the same in terms of the effect achieved when exposed to them. Both in classical Chinese treatises and in the works of European authors, a gradation of these points is given according to the degree of their importance.

The Zhang and Fu channels are interconnected. "Energy" (qi) circulates through them. The concept of this substance has a very ancient origin. Qi originally meant "air" or "breath." Later, qi was introduced as the original material substance or primary energy, which follows the law of nature behind all phenomena. This energy circulates throughout the body, it regulates blood circulation, digestion and the body's defenses. It also flows along the meridians. If there are obstacles or obstructions to its circulation as a result of any external or internal reasons, then there is an excess or lack of energy not only in the organ, which is associated with the corresponding meridian: the harmony of the whole organism is disturbed and a condition characteristic of the disease arises.

If the functioning of an organ is insufficient, then it should be strengthened - to tone the organ. However, in the case of organ hyperfunction, the excess energy should be removed - to calm the organ down. Thus, the tonic and calming effects are designed to maintain harmony. Toning is strong, sustained stimulation, while sedation is a mild sedative effect that returns the enhanced organ function to normal.

There are several types of acupuncture points:

- points mu - located near the diseased areas, but lie on the meridian, which does not correspond to this very organ (they are also called signal points);

- points jing- located at the beginning and at the end of the meridians;

- points of toning and sedation for each meridian are prescribed individually;

- points lo, which stabilize the energy between the meridians connected according to the principle Yin Yang, - for example, between the meridians of the lungs and the large intestine;

- points yui(also considered conciliatory or dots-accomplices) are located on the meridian of the bladder, which runs on both sides along the spinal column; they are associated with segments of the spinal cord and nerves emerging from these segments;

- special points found on all meridians, corresponding to the five primary elements and located along the meridians associated with yin- bodies;

- special points that are used in the case of specific diseases, such as circulatory disorders or to stimulate or calm the vagus nerve.

Let's take a closer look at each of these groups.

Points mu , or signal, located on the front of the body, but not on the limbs. Irritation of dots mu gives an instant effect. Points mu are located on every meridian, except for the meridian of blood circulation.

Start and end points each meridian is responsible for the harmonization of the whole organism.

Points of toning and sedation, perhaps the most important of all. In the traditional art of healing, these points are ordered according to the degree of achievement of the effect when exposed to them and in accordance with the five primary elements. In accordance with the rule designated as "mother-son", a disease caused by excessive functioning of an organ, that is, its hyperfunction, was treated by sedating this organ and at the same time had a sedative effect on the next organ in the chain of the energy cycle; thus, treatment was carried out both in relation to the diseased organ ("mother") and the neighboring one ("son"). For example, in the case of hyperfunction of the pulmonary tract, the "son", as well as the points of the lung meridian, had to be sedated. Since the lungs belong to a group of organs yin-element metal and it is followed by the element water, dot ho, associated with an element water, must also be sedated (fig. 1).

Rice. one. The ratio of the main organs and their meridians with five primary elements

If the disruption of the functioning of the pulmonary tract occurs as a result of hypofunction, then it is necessary to stimulate not only the activity of the pulmonary tract, which belongs to the element metal, but also "mother." In order in the opposite direction, it corresponds to the point of the element land. The designation of points by their elements is of secondary importance and in fact serves only for easier assimilation of the method.

Points lo, or checkpoints, suggest the achievement of harmony. There is an organ for each of them yin and organ yang. For instance:

- fire element: yin= heart yang= small intestine;

- element earth: yin= spleen yang= stomach;

- metal element: yin= lungs yang= large intestine;

- element water: yin= kidneys yang= bladder;

- element tree: yin= liver yang= gallbladder.

This division also includes heart regulator and triple warmer functional cycles. They both belong to the element the fire. The regulator is yin, triple heater - yang. It was observed that couples Yin Yang, related to the same element are often interrelated. If one organ is hyperfunctional, it means that the functioning of its "paired" organ is weakened. To achieve harmony, it is necessary to influence the point lo, which fulfills the task of the harmonious functioning of the two organs. If, for example, the functioning of the gallbladder is weakened, and the functioning of the liver is excessive, then the point lo the liver must be irritated in order to bring the organs into line. If the situation is the opposite, you should irritate the point lo gallbladder.

Points yu belong to the category of sedatives and, when irritated, have a leveling and harmonizing effect. They are located on the gallbladder meridian on either side of the spinal column, between the first thoracic and last lumbar vertebrae. Points yu, as well as meridians, twelve.

Points yuan, or key, are located below the toning and sedation points and enhance the effect of the impact on them. A similar effect can be achieved using the so-called points ho, or merge points. Points ho connect the twelve main meridians with other meridians.

"Special points" are especially important in the treatment of functional disorders. These points are not associated with individual organs, but affect the synergistic interaction of all organs. Their irritation, thus, affects the activity of the adrenal glands, connective tissues, hematopoiesis, balanced work of the sympathetic nervous system.

In case of hypofunction (condition yin) should act on the following points:

- the point of stimulation of the meridian related to this organ;

- dot yuan, or the focal point of a given organ;

- the starting point of the meridian related to this organ.

In case of hyperfunction (state yang) the following points should be affected:

- sedative point of the meridian related to this organ;

- dot yuan, or focal point of an organ;

- the starting point of the meridian related to this organ.

To achieve the desired results in both cases, the mother-son rule is applied (Fig. 2).

Let's define what we know about energy meridians and acupressure points.

Why do we tap certain places on the body when performing an EFT session?

These are the points of influence on a particular energy meridian.

The human energy system.

Life energy is constantly circulating in our body. Official science has not found convincing confirmation of the existence of energy channels in the human body. But Ancient Chinese medicine more than 500 years ago described the paths along which the vital energy Qi moves. Using this knowledge, the Chinese have been treating people with acupuncture for hundreds of years - acupuncture, activating the movement of energy.

Presumptive trajectory of Chi energy- these are energy channels or meridians, as they were called in the West. Meridians are like river beds in the human body. Energy always moves along certain routes, regardless of the race of a person (Chinese, Negro, white), or of age (adult or infant). Each meridian supplies energy to the corresponding internal organ. Therefore, the name of this organ gives the name to the meridian as a whole.

So, there are 12 main energy channels:

1 lung canal
2 colon canal
3 stomach channel
4 channel of the spleen and pancreas
5 channel of the heart
6 channel of the small intestine
7 channel of the bladder
8 kidney canal
9 pericardial canal
10 channel triple heater
11 channel of the gallbladder
12 liver channel

Acupuncture meridian system much closer to the subtle level than to the physical, therefore it mentions two organs that are not considered organs in classical Western medicine - the pericardium and the triple warmer.

Pericardium- This is the outer sheath of connective tissue, which includes the heart, aorta, pulmonary trunk, the mouth of the hollow and pulmonary veins.

Triple heater- a conditional organ that takes part in all the main functions of the body. These are three heaters that supply energy. A kind of hidden, but powerful cauldron that provides energy recharge for all the main functions of the body - maintaining homeostasis, nutrition, reproduction ...
The triple warmer is sometimes equated with the immune, endocrine, or parasympathetic systems.

There are many more channel branches, but we will not dwell on them.

How violations occur

The vital energy Qi, like water along a river, flows along the energy meridians. Violation of this flow creates problems in the organ - a lack of energy or its excess. This leads to disease. In order for a person to know in advance about a violation of the movement of energy, about the emergence of a threat to his health or life, nature has invented such a way of communication as emotions. A harmonious flow of energy - a person is calm and joyful. Violation of the movement of vitality - a change in emotion. Anger, fear, guilt, resentment are all signals of a disturbance in the energy system.

V Ancient China believed that the system of meridians determines the quality of our life: if energy circulates freely, the body works in optimal mode. If the flow of energy is disturbed, negative changes occur both in the body and in the emotional state.

Under the unfavorable effects of stress, poor ecology, negative information, electromagnetic waves or overwork, the balance of the body is disturbed. The balance of all structures and systems of a person is out of control, especially the harmonious distribution of energy in the energy system is disturbed.

This can be compared to the interference that a cell phone creates on a TV picture. If it rings next to the TV mobile phone, the TV responds with distortion. The short-term influence of "interference" on a person allows you to quickly restore balance and does not cause serious damage. The constant or frequent presence of a person in the zone of adverse impact makes these violations stable.

The result is deteriorating health, falling mood, difficulty managing emotions, chronic fatigue, and a host of other unpleasant problems.

Acupuncture points

Acupuncture points are the places of the closest approach of energy channels to the surface of the body. The points can be stimulated by needles or physical pressure to release or redistribute energy.

Both acupuncture (using needles) and acupressure (touching with fingers) use the same points.

For example, tapping or massaging points located on the kidney canal:
helps to fill up with energy if you are sleepy;
focus your attention if it is difficult to concentrate.

Impact on the points of the spleen meridian will allow:
raise the energy level;
balance the chemical composition of the blood;
strengthen the immune system.

Since you and I are not wise ancient Chinese and do not know which energy channel is broken, in the EFT session we activate all 12 main channels in order to align the energy balance of the whole organism.

12 points are responsible for the balance of energy in the body:

1 point, beginning of the eyebrow - bladder canal
2 point, outer corner of the eye - gallbladder canal
3 point, under the eye - the canal of the stomach
4 point, between upper lip and nose - the governing meridian (regulates the work of other meridians and is associated with the physiology of the brain, spine and genitals.)
5 point, below the lower lip, above the chin - the central meridian
6 point, depression at the clavicle - kidney canal
7 point, on the lateral surface of the body, at hand - the canal of the heart
8 point, under the breast - the channel of the liver and spleen
9 point, base of the thumbnail - lung canal
10 point, also the index finger - the colon canal
11 point, middle finger - blood circulation
12 point, ring finger from the pinky side - triple heater

The impact on acupuncture points improves the condition of internal organs by balancing the Chi energy, while restoring the balance of the entire energy system and aligning emotions.

Energy flow recovery

During the EFT session, we focus our attention on an emotional event - for example, a quarrel. In this case, the indicators of the body are also violated - breathing, heart rate changes. The vascular tone, body temperature, mood correspond to the moment of the quarrel. We artificially create a stressful situation that has led to a disruption in the energy flow.

By tapping on the acupuncture points, we align the flow of energy in each of the 12 channels. Blocks dissolve, lack of energy is replenished. The energy system comes into balance. The nourishment of the internal organs is enhanced, they become healthy. Emotion, as a signal of trouble, is no longer needed. The person stops responding to the problem emotionally. What seemed to us to be a problem in real life (quarrel, conflict, phobia) ceases to provoke us, since the body with a harmonious flow of energy itself copes with external influences.

If the emotion has not gone away, it means that the balance of the energy system is not fully restored. You need to repeat the EFT session, or do several cycles.

Our world is filled with all sorts of harmful factors - computers, telephones, televisions, harmful ecology, artificial products, information and high-speed overloads, urbanization, unbalanced surroundings. This affects the imbalance of all body systems through a violation of the harmonious flow of vital energy. The stronger the energy system, the more efficiently the body resists external adverse influences. The more we accumulate disruptions in the movement of energy, the weaker our energy becomes, the more we are exposed to harmful factors again. That is why the number of diseases, both physical and mental, is growing.

I think it's worth making a conscious effort to be emotionally and physically healthy.
Regularly practicing the Emotional Freedom Technique will help you not only take control of your emotions, but also turn on healing powers that will allow you to restore the work of your internal organs and more confidently withstand adverse stress factors.
