Assembling a brooch from satin ribbons

Many needlewomen, creating their products, glue the details directly onto the base. But then there will no longer be an opportunity to correct or add something. I do it differently - after I have folded all the parts, I begin to carefully glue them to each other, creating a blank in the form I need.

Then there is an opportunity to immediately see what and where to move, add or remove.

When the glue in the workpiece is dry and all the elements stick together, you can add a base pin. It can be glued with matching felt or ribbons. It should be such as to firmly hold the hairpin and not peek out from under the composition itself.

Of course, the felt base is better, it is enough to cut 2 holes there,. But there is not always felt to match the composition. Then two pieces of tape are used and the pin is glued to the brooch.

Bend the petal located on the left side to the core and glue it with your own hands. Do similar actions with the other petal, on the right side. Do not forget to glue the stamens. It will probably seem to you that he is not too beautiful, but this is exclusively at first glance, then, you will give him a wonderful look with your own hands.

Now, following the scheme, we cut off the ribbon with a length of one and a half centimeters in scale and dissolve one of its side. Take this element and wrap the stamens in it.

Glue one blank, which consists of five petals, until a flower is formed.
Stamen bunches, anoint with glue and put them in the middle of the craft. Following these rules, create two more such flowers with your own hands.

Now, the next step is to invent foliage. You can use a template in this business, or you can try to recreate it by eye. We cut off two corners from a square workpiece. Burn the edges with a lighter and stretch a little. At the conclusion of such an event, wavy leaves are required to form. We smooth them in half and iron them with a warm iron. You will see how the veined foliage will turn out. You can create them all over the sheet. In order to make jewelry from satin ribbons, you will need five identical sheets.

Prepare an emerald ribbon, 1 inch wide. Fold it twice. The smooth side of the rep or satin ribbons is on the inside. Forming an angle of 45 degrees, cut off a small piece and pour over it with fire. A leaf is formed, which is shown in the photo. We turn this element inside out, and put it on the glue, into it a bud.

Use lace to decorate foliage. Cut out these halves and glue them to the foliage. There should be 3 of them. It remains only to connect the flowers with the buds.

The first stage begins with cutting the ribbons into square shapes. They will need such a number: three scarlet pieces and eight elements, measuring 5 by 5 and 2.5 by 2.5 cm, respectively, as well as eight light elements and 9 golden squares.

We make six circles, of which 2 are scarlet and 4 will be white.

Nineteen handicrafts of golden material are glued into the same number of large red petals. The same procedures are carried out with other workpieces.
The primary flower consists of 8 pointed blanks of a given color, as in the photo, and the rest are from those colors that are also presented.

Make a braid with your own hands, which will play the role of supporting the blanks on the neck. In this case, nylon or satin ribbons that are tied together will come in handy. Belt with roses

The next step in this lesson is aimed at inventing a different kanzashi flower for a belt. Prepare fourteen blanks, similar to squares, with a volume of 5 cm. Create a knot on the thread and insert it into the needle. The part is folded obliquely to form a triangle. Fold the edges, and then fold the fabric in half, so that the central part turns out in triangles, this process is shown in the photo. Pierce with a needle all the tiers that are not processed. After that, sew a stitch from the face and secure it with several seams. All other work that is required to decorate the belt is done in a similar manner.

Cut the petals below the seam, sew them, and then pull them together. The second flower is created in a similar way.

DIY satin ribbon brooch

Materials and tools: satin ribbons of two colors, scissors, candle, matches, tweezers, thread, needle.

A 10 cm long tape is cut off. The ends of the tape are melted by the candle fire. This will keep the fabric from shedding in the future.

The upper corner is folded down with tweezers. A bisector is drawn from the lower corner of the triangle with a needle (the triangle is divided into two equal ones) and the fabric is pulled together with a thread.

The same manipulation is performed on the left side of the tape. You will get a small graceful bud.

A new bud is made from a new piece of tape 10 cm long. The left and right corners are folded down. A simple seam is manually sewn along the bottom edge. The thread is pulled together and a new bud is obtained bigger size... The previous petal is inserted inside the new one.

All subsequent petals are simply bent into a charming shape that resembles the natural shape of a rose flower. In total, you need to bend 13 petals from satin ribbons for a brooch with your own hands.

At the end of the work, satin leaves are sewn to the base of the rose.

The third row of beads is located outside the very first row. Everything here is done in a familiar technique.

At this stage, the excess fabric on which the stone was glued and the beads were sewn is cut off.

Back side decoration. This requires blanks. Take the resulting brooch with your own hands and put it on the skin. With a pencil, an oval is traced over the skin. It is cut further with scissors.

The same oval is made of cardboard with an allowance of 5 mm.

A cardboard oval is glued to the brooch. There is a decorative pin on it. Next, holes are made in the leather oval for inserting the pins. And the leather oval is also glued.

After the glue has dried, it's time to decorate the brooch further. The edge is decorated with a familiar technique. This time, the needle pierces the very first row of beads and exits at the leather edge. This is how a new row of framing is made.

The resulting bead is braided with new small beads. Sew on one bead every two. And then - five beads of a different color around each, as in the picture.

It turned out to be a wonderful brooch!

In the same way, the master made a rosebud. Taking a small piece of tape, she bent it, as indicated above, then stitched the edge of the tape with threads. Then she pulled off the threads and formed a bud. It turned out the second flower - a rosebud.

In the same way, the master created a rosebud, but smaller than the previous and first.

Then the master made a support for the brooch. Cutting a circle out of the cardboard, she sealed the cardboard between the two circles with satin ribbons.
