Volumetric applique "Chamomile": collecting a bouquet

To make an applique, you will need:

colored paper (plain and with an ornament)
scissors
PVA glue

STEP 1. From paper yellow color cut out the circles - these are the future hearts of your daisies.

STEP 2. Cut a sheet of white paper into strips and glue their ends together to create voluminous petals.

STEP 3. Glue the petals to the back of the yellow circle. The flower crown is ready!

STEP 4. Repeat the same action with the rest of the colors.

STEP 5. Spread the daisies over a colored sheet and glue them over a few petals. Let them look over the edge of the appliqué to make it more interesting. We used ornamented paper, but you can also customize the background yourself. Add green stems.

STEP 6. Cut curly leaves out of the same green paper and bend slightly in the middle. Glue them to the sheet by the base to add extra volume to the appliqué.

STEP 7. It remains to decorate the bouquet with an elegant ribbon. To do this, cut a bow out of paper.

Paper flowers are available even for babies. It is enough to cut out oval petals and a round center, stick it all on paper, a nice applique is ready. The scope for ideas is huge. After all, the petals, and leaves, and the middle can be made in different ways. Remember the names of flowers with your child, look at them in a photograph or in a book with bright illustrations. And then come up with your own unique bouquet.

For application you will need:

Yellow napkins;

White paper;

Colored cardboard for the base;

Green paper;

PVA glue, scissors, a simple pencil.

First, prepare all the necessary parts.

1. Take a yellow napkin and cut or simply tear small squares out of it. Roll them into balls. They come in handy for the middle of the flowers.

2. Cut the petals out of white paper. Run the sharp side of the scissors over the surface of each petal in two directions to create a wave. For each chamomile, make 16 to 20 petals.

3. Make green paper sheets in the same way. Cut out narrow stalk strips.

Execute the applique.

Using a simple pencil on cardboard, mark the location of each flower. First, glue the top layer of the petals, on top of them in a checkerboard pattern, glue the second layer. To get it beautifully, the child will need accuracy and patience. The petals should be in a circle at the same level. Finish off with a center of yellow balls.

You should get beautiful fluffy daisies. Their size will depend on the size of the prepared parts. With small children, it is better to take large petals. Older preschoolers who are already proficient in cutting and pasting will be able to make the flowers smaller. Consider the age, level of training and desires of the guys. Plant on chamomile.

This technique produces interesting asters, dahlias, calendula and other flowers with elongated petals. Stock up on double-sided colored paper and create vibrant flower arrangements. The craft can be turned into a postcard or painting. Daisies are perfect for festive decorations. Invent, create and develop.

Making applications on summer theme can be timed to the Family Day or Father's Day. A simple bright applique chamomile will be a great surprise for mom and dad, and it can be done in several versions, depending on the skill and age of the baby.

For any applique craft, you will need a standard stationery set:

Scissors.
Thick glue.
Colored paper different types: textured, corrugated, double-sided.
Cardboard or paper for the base.

This is the simplest option that even three to four-year-old crumbs can perform. Flowers (one large or large and small side by side) are arranged on a blue base. At the bottom, green paper grass is glued, and the sky is decorated with the sun or a cloud.

Ready-made cardboard is used for the background. blue shades or an image of a meadow is printed on a color printer. Another way to make a beautiful background is to paint a white sheet with watercolors and let it dry well.

Having prepared the base, you need to cut out the details of the daisies in accordance with the pre-prepared templates: circles for cores, drop-shaped leaves different sizes, stems, grass and, if necessary, a cloud with the sun.

Leaves on flowers can be glued in one layer from the wrong side of the core. More difficult option- place the first layer of leaves at a small distance from each other, and glue the second row of petals in the resulting gaps.

Green sheets, to give them volume, are slightly folded in the center and glued so that the edges of the paper look up.

The grass also needs to be glued only from the bottom, bending the upper tails slightly.

The smallest children can be invited to complete the application of a single flower with large round leaves. For ease of use, templates are chosen such that the core is glued over the leaves, which are combined with each other.

Flowers with narrow leaves look more refined and neat. You can "revive" such a chamomile by bending the petals with scissors, a pencil or a brush inward.

A single flower looks good on a plain background made of paper in light shades: blue, pink, yellow, purple.

Bouquet in a vase

Volumetric chamomile appliques are made from white paper strips... Such flowers are "placed" in a vase, cut according to a figured pattern or in the shape of a semicircle:

First, a base of plain cardboard is prepared, a vase and thin stems are glued to it.
To create the chamomile itself, you need to cut a circle out of yellow cardboard and glue to it with back side petals. A thin white sheet should be cut into strips about 8 cm long and 5-7 mm wide. Each strip is folded into a loop and glued to the core.
Then the flowers are glued to the stems. The bouquet is ready.

Origami elements

Older children will be able to create an unusual chamomile with petals from paper folded in a certain way. Such a picture will look original and will not require additional details. You can stick several small flowers on a horizontal colored base, decorating them with green leaves without stems.

How to form petals:

Cut 8 squares 5 * 5 cm.
Fold the square in half diagonally.
Fold in half again.
Fold both corners at the base of the resulting triangle towards the middle.
Turn over and bend the protruding corners to form triangles.
Turn over again and stick to the background.
Form the core from a soft napkin, glue on top.

The base is decorated with wide stripes around the perimeter different colors, which form a kind of frame. You can cut out these elements with curly scissors, or instead of stripes, stick small flowers made with a curly stapler.

Paper mosaic

Application with mosaic petals, two-layer grass and a butterfly is aerobatics for older children.

It is better to arrange such an image on colored cardboard of dark calm shades, for example, gray or graphite.

Cut out the grass, leaves, flower petals and a butterfly using the templates prepared in advance. Please note that the image will be two layers. Prepare two pieces of grass and two green leaves. The second blank for the butterfly needs to be made slightly smaller than the first.
Glue the grass parts first - light on the bottom, dark on the top.
Slightly above the center of the base, glue the core of the flower, petals around it.
Make a curved stem, attach the leaves to it - first dark, then light.
Use thin white paper for the manufacture of mosaic elements: cut the petals at random into small pieces, glue them so that the cardboard petals are visible between them.
Decorate the flower with a bright yellow core.
First glue the fragments of the butterfly together. Don't forget to craft the antennae and body. To do this, you can take paper cords, wire, plastic beads, or other suitable decorative elements. Then "plant" the finished butterfly on one of the petals.

The picture turned out to be extraordinary!

2. Outline the templates on colored cardboard. We should have 9 white and yellow petals each, and the yellow petals must be cut out in size slightly larger than the white ones (by about 2 mm).

3. We cut out the grass and leaves from cardboard of two shades of green, and a butterfly - from cardboard of any two colors (in our case, it is silver and blue). One of the butterfly blanks must be cut along the edges so that it becomes a couple of millimeters smaller than the other blank.
We also need to cut out 2 circles with a diameter of 3.5 cm (white and yellow).

4. All the blanks are there, you can start assembling. Choose a background for the applique, glue the grass of a light shade, stepping back from the bottom edge about 1 cm.

5. On the bottom edge we glue the grass of a dark shade.

6. Slightly above the middle of the sheet, glue a white circle. We lay out around it at the same distance, and then glue the yellow petals.

7. Now we cut out the stem in any shape, glue it. Add one dark leaf on each side.

8. Give volume to our leaves - glue light leaves on dark ones, slightly shifting them to the side.

9. Now we take the petal white, we cut it into arbitrary parts.

10. Glue the resulting mosaic to the yellow petal, leaving a small distance between the parts.

11. Do the same with the remaining 8 chamomile petals.

12. Glue the yellow circle on top - the chamomile is ready!

13. It remains for us to make a butterfly. To do this, put two blanks of the butterfly on top of each other (the smaller one on top), insert the stamens between them, glue the two layers together.

14. Glue the body of the butterfly (half-bead), raise the wings up.

15. Glue the butterfly on the postcard. Ready!
