How to make a description in the Masha program. Computer program MASHA. To purchase the program

Preparations

This is the name of the new software product, introduced already in 45 preschool educational institutions capital Cities. Znamenka spoke about the advantages of the program and its features with the head of the Minsk sanatorium kindergarten No. 360 Svetlana Narkevich.

In the age of modern technology, surely no one is surprised by the appearance of new computer programs that make our lives easier. And a person with a pencil in his hands, diligently counting calories, kilograms and amounts on a calculator, causes a smile.

When in 2010 the position of a dietitian became vacant in our kindergarten, we thought it would be nice automate the daily process of compiling menus- says Svetlana Narkevich. - Previously, it took a lot of time - half a day had to calculate, for example, how many kilograms of meat the storekeeper received, how many servings can be prepared from this product, while not forgetting the number of children that parents brought to the garden on a particular day. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Today thanks to program with a good name MASHA The menu is prepared in just half an hour. You no longer need to keep a huge amount of information in your head. It is enough to enter the necessary data, and the program itself will calculate how much the child's food costs per day, will not forget to take into account all natural norms, and will also recalculate if necessary.

The project was developed by the BelHardGroup company. MASHA is user-friendly and subject to change.

Our garden is a sanatorium, it is visited by children who tend to get sick often, - explains Svetlana Ivanovna. - Therefore, our approaches to the nutrition of children differ from other preschool institutions. There are rules for nursery groups. In addition, food for employees is a separate block, which is also included in the program. At the same time, the software relies on regulatory documents and strictly follows them.

Of course, technical innovations can be intimidating at first. But after working with the program, having understood it, it is already very difficult to refuse to use it.

As the head of the kindergarten, I have the opportunity to open the MASHA program on the computer at any time of the working day and see if all the necessary norms are met on a particular day of the week, what the ten-day menu looks like, what dishes were repeated during the month, - continues Svetlana Narkevich. - At the same time, the human factor is excluded: there are no mathematical errors or averaged data. Such modernization of the power process helps not only to reduce labor costs, but also to rationally use budget resources. I hope our experience will help other preschool institutions. The main thing is not to be afraid to apply new technologies.

By the way, last year at the annual competition of educational projects "The concept of using information technologies in the activities of institutions preschool education» for the development of the MASHA program, Kindergarten No. 360 was awarded a grant from the Minsk City Executive Committee.

And what do you, our readers, think about the state of automation in kindergartens and schools? What hinders the introduction of new technologies? We are waiting for your feedback.

"MASHA"

our help

Automated menu system.

With the help of a computer program

"MASHA "

every day in a preschool institution, a menu-requirement for a daily (daily) diet is compiled, which is approved by the head.

The manager, storekeeper, chef and medical worker participate in the preparation of the menu-requirements, within the limits of their competence.

In the age of modern technology, surely no one is surprised by the appearance of new computer programs that make our lives easier. And a person with a pencil in his hands, diligently counting calories, kilograms and amounts on a calculator, causes a smile.

The program allowed to automate the daily process of compiling the menu. Previously, this took a lot of time - half a day had to calculate, for example, how many kilograms of meat the storekeeper received, how many servings can be prepared from this product, while not forgetting the number of children that parents brought to the garden on a particular day. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Today, thanks to the program with the good name MASHA, the menu is compiled quickly. At the same time, you no longer need to keep a huge amount of information in your head. It is enough to enter the necessary data, and the program itself will calculate how much the child's food costs per day, will not forget to take into account all natural norms, and will also recalculate if necessary.

If earlier it was possible to spend a full day on calculating the menu of meals and keeping logs, now it can be done in 15 minutes. In fact, information is entered into the system once, further calculations are automated. This greatly improves the accuracy of calculations.

Key features

programs "MASHA" -

ensures the modularity of the entire application:

Module "Recipe"

FROM holds cards according to the "Collection of recipes for children of early and preschool age 2003". Allows you to add and edit your own recipes. It also allows you to take into account the percentage of waste, portioning losses, recalculation factors.

Module "Formation of a 10-day menu"

Designed to form an approximate 2-week menu, which is a template for creating the main menu.

Formation of a daily menu-requirements based on the guideline No. 11-14-1-2000 "Organization of rational nutrition for children in preschool institutions." It is also possible to create a separate me for children on a diet.

In addition to the direct preparation and calculation of the menu, the section allows you to upload information in the form of PDF files
- product bookmark control (replaces the bookmark control log)
- menu-requirement for submission to the Department of Education
- menu and special menu for parents, which is issued to each group

Module "Calculation of one day"

Displays the resulting form to confirm the calculation of one day. It also allows you to add or remove products upon receipt or absence of children. In addition, the system displays information on cash expenditures for the day in question, as well as the balance of funds for the current month. After verification, the calculation can be completed (close the day). After that, no changes in the menu and calculations are allowed.

Allows you to generate and print a daily billing sheet that reflects the cost of products for the day, as well as comparing these costs with the planned consumption based on the current price of the day.

Module "Fulfillment of natural norms"

Allows you to control the implementation of natural norms for a month, with the calculation of intermediate cuts for 10 and 20 days. And also allows you to print a cumulative table for 10 days

Another control parameter is the implementation of the 10-day menu. The system automatically generates and allows you to print a table of compliance with natural norms and norms for chemical composition for 10 and 20 days.

Module "Pantry"

This module helps to keep track of food products. Products are divided into groups for subsequent monitoring of the implementation of natural norms. Each product has an approved technological code. In addition, information about invoice numbers and the cost of imported products is entered into the system.

Module "Products"

The system already contains a completed directory of products necessary for the formation of the menu according to the recipe book. The product directory allows you to edit various product properties, as well as add new products. For each product, you can specify its chemical and mineral composition. In addition, you can set the type (category) with your individual code. For example, the product "Juice" can be "apple", "orange", etc.

Module "Reports and statistics"

The module automatically generates and prints reports on the receipt and consumption of each product, as well as on the cost of products for each day and for the selected month as a whole.

Module "Children"

This module helps to mark children present and absent. Attendance sheet is generated automatically.

Menu in kindergarten compiled taking into account the requirements of SanPin and the seasonal availability of products. The menu in kindergarten for the day and for the week is compiled by the head of the preschool educational institution together with the head of the catering department. Children should receive a balanced and varied diet.

In preschool educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as preschool educational institutions), children are offered a full and varied diet. An approximate menu in kindergarten takes into account the age of the pupils, the time of year and the state of health of the children. The menu in the preschool educational institution has some features:

  • dishes are repeated no more than once every 20 days;
  • the daily diet of babies under the age of three years is 1540 kcal, children over three years old - 1900;
  • the diet includes a nutritious breakfast, fruit juices and fruits, a second breakfast, a hearty lunch and an afternoon snack;
  • for breakfast, pupils should receive a quarter of the daily ration, about 15% is taken by second breakfast and afternoon tea, and 45% of the ration children receive at lunch.

Menu in kindergarten for the day

The Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences has developed standards baby food in DOW. Ration is made for each age group children. The quality of the products is monitored by the SES, the head of the kindergarten and the catering department. In Russian kindergartens, the form of the menu in kindergarten for each day is filled in by a dietary nutritionist who is responsible for the diet of babies.

Before serving food, the nurse should fortify the third and first courses with vitamin C for children under one year old - 30 mg of the vitamin, 1-6 years old - 40 mg, and children over 6 years old - 50 years old.

SAVE THIS FOR YOURSELF SO YOU DON'T LOSE:

In the magazines "Handbook of the head preschool"and" Handbook of the senior teacher of a preschool institution "published important materials for the leaders of the preschool educational institution:

Every day, children in the garden eat four times: lunch, afternoon tea and two breakfasts are provided for them. In some cases, three meals a day are acceptable if the diet is compiled by a full-time nutritionist and does not provide for a deviation from the norm in terms of calories. The children's table includes fish and meat dishes, eggs, cereals, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, pastries, juices and hot drinks. Pupils can always ask for the addition of non-portioned dishes if the portion was not large enough for them.

The diet can also be developed for a child with a food allergy. To do this, parents should provide the results of allergen tests to the preschool educational institution, and then notify the educator or staff nutritionist so that kindergarten staff know which foods the child should not eat. When compiling a diet for pupils, a nutritionist will try to exclude allergens.

To prepare your child for kindergarten meals, parents should:

  1. Ask the teacher about the approximate menu in kindergarten with recipes in order to gradually accustom the baby to such food.
  2. Refuse products that are fundamentally different in taste and composition from food in preschool.
  3. Do not give your child exotic foods, smoked, salty, fatty and spicy dishes that are not on the approximate menu. It is important for mom to know that in kindergarten meals are prepared with a minimum of fat, butter and vegetable oils are often used for cooking.
  4. It is worth diversifying the home menu with simple dishes, completely eliminating carbonated drinks, mayonnaise, ketchup, crackers and chips.
  5. It is important to follow the principle of 5 meals a day at home, so it will be easier for the child to get used to the schedule of meals in preschool.
  6. Do not give your child double portions of food, thinking that he is malnourished in kindergarten. Portions should be age appropriate, otherwise obesity or problems with the gastrointestinal tract can be provoked.
  7. If the family does not adhere to the diet, gradually wean the child from snacking between meals.

Menu in kindergarten for a week

Preschool meals in kindergartens, the menu of which is compiled by a medical worker, are subject to mandatory approval by Rospotrebnadzor employees. The menu prescribes not only the size, but also the consistency of portions (pupils of nursery groups are given food in pureed form). It is important that the dishes are combined with each other. So, if children get borscht, vegetable soup or pickle for lunch, for the second they should have vegetables, vegetable salad or a side dish of pasta or croup. If cereal soup is served hot, vegetable stews and salads are recommended as a side dish. To boost their appetite, children are given fresh or salted vegetables before lunch.

Menu in kindergarten for a week nursery group

The nursery group of the kindergarten is children 1-2 and 2-3 years old. Babies need a complete balanced diet with calories from 1200 to 1500 kcal per day. Menu nursery group in kindergarten is compiled for 10 days medical worker, is certified by an employee of Rospotrebnadzor and confirmed by the head of the preschool educational institution. The diet depends on the season and can be summer-autumn and winter-spring.

According to SanPin standards:

  • who are in the garden for more than 8 hours should be four to five times a day.
  • Between breakfast and lunch, there should be an intermediate meal that includes fresh fruit and a drink.
  • If fresh vegetables are not available, they are replaced with juices or quick-frozen fruits and vegetables.
  • An afternoon snack can be light and compact if dinner is not provided.

A sample menu in a kindergarten for a nursery group for a week is compiled taking into account the availability of seasonal vegetables and fruits. Several times a week, eggs, cottage cheese and fish should be on the children's table; butter, meat, cereals and fresh vegetables are added to the daily menu. Under a strict ban for children, mushrooms, vinegar, horseradish, flask milk, semi-finished products, smoked meats, waterfowl meat, mayonnaise, canned food.
