All that I needed to make such a decoration on the car with my own hands was tulle in two colors: white and pink, satin ribbon, artificial flowers, which are sold separately and have a bendable wire leg, bought at a sewing store, thick cardboard, elastic , as well as scissors and threads, and also take with you good mood and your fantasy.

The very first step of the work is that you need to know the length of your hood in order to calculate the amount of fabric that you need, to be sure, I took 2 meters of both for each car. The width of both white and pink tulle is 1.5 meters, adding their width together will make 3 meters, which is quite enough to pull it obliquely over the hood, as can be seen from the photo and make a small drapery.

We sew elastic bands to both ends of the tulle, but so that the tulle does not tear when stretched, it is necessary to sew a fabric to its edges, on which the elastic bands are sewn. We carry out the same thing with ribbons, we also sew elastic bands to its ends. And after all the rubber bands are sewn, we begin to collect both ribbons and tulle in an accordion bundle and fasten it.

Next comes the most interesting and fantasy work: decorating with flowers. Perhaps there are other ways to secure flowers with flexible legs, but I chose the simplest. To do this, I cut out the cardboard in the shape of a circle, and began to insert flowers into it. I secured them from the inside by simply wrapping them together.

By the way, it is necessary to wrap the sharp legs of the flowers with a cloth or adhesive tape so that later, when using the decoration, you do not scratch the hood of the car.
