We were invited to a party for children the other day. You had to come at least in a suit, but due to lack of preparation, there was no suit at all. The best and fastest option for me was to transform Max into a White Tiger using the remnants of striped fur. We had to leave in a few hours, so improvisation and ease of approach played a big role.

There was very little fur, so the costume consists of a tail, ears, bow tie and paws. Cut out rectangles of fabric.

Paws on the left, butterfly at the top, ears at the bottom. Plus a long tail stripe. We sew a rectangle for the butterfly, turn it inside out, gather it in the center with a thread and wrap it with ribbon. The structure is attached to the shirt using the same tape.

The tail is sewn together, turned inside out, and attached to the white pants by the belt loop using a pin.

We cut out the ears into circles, sew them together, turn them inside out and attach them with hot glue to a headband purchased at a stall for 30 rubles.

We collect the paws in the center, tighten them a little and attach a ribbon for tying. My future Tiger Cub categorically refused to put on his paws, which saved his mother another 15 minutes of time.

It was planned to paint the face: draw a mustache and a black nose; but due to the small age of the model, this idea failed, and mother’s nerves became weaker by another couple of hundred nerve cells. That’s why I drew a mustache in Photoshop for this master class :) Well, our Tiger Cub is ready.
