How long does the school camp last? Report on the work of the day camp at the school. Thematic disco, dance battle or flash mob

Thrush

I want to add some ideas for summer camp. I really hope that some of them will seem fresh and relevant to you. If everything works out, the children will not only be busy, but have plenty of fun.

Each camp has its own traditions: excursions, special rituals for getting to know each other, verified numbers for opening and closing shifts, sport competitions and competition programs... If the action plan is not overloaded with events, feel free to take on the implementation of these ideas.

Fun activities at the children's summer camp

I have tried to describe ideas that do not require high costs. Of course, these ideas can only be realized by creative people who are very fond of their work. Fortunately, these are the majority among counselors. Good luck and a bright summer to everyone!

Feature Film

To begin with, write down all the stages of filming a short film in minutes and introduce the program of the movie day at the evening gathering of the detachment, otherwise it will take 5 hours only to come up with a plot. The help of the counselors is necessary, you also have a role - the director of the picture.

in the first half of the day:

  • choice of genre (detective, melodrama, western, action, drama, comedy, historical film, science fiction, adventure film, disaster film, fairy tale film)
  • script writing
  • preparation of costumes, props, decorations
  • learning roles, choosing "voice-overs"

after noon:

Shooting multiple takes, selection better option(we shoot everything in a row, it is very difficult to edit, although modern applications for smartphones allow us to do this). The film should not be longer than 3-5 minutes. Checked: in such a time, you can have time to show the plot, the climax and the epilogue.

in the evening:

  • red carpet for the arrival of film festival stars
  • general viewing of all films on a large monitor
  • the jury awards for the "best role", for " best scenario", per " best suits and makeup ", etc. Oscars are awarded to all the squads, of course. As a reward, we had a cylindrical package of chips, since then everyone got at least a couple of potato slices.

Comic Olympics

I will definitely someday describe such a holiday in detail, now I will sketch out a few ideas.

Let there be a "mix" of winter and summer games. In order to justify the name "comic", we came up with funny accessories for each stage of the competition. The photos turned out to be very funny, the children then gladly placed them in in social networks... These were funny noses, headbands, ears, wreaths, plastic ties, ear pendants, funny carnival glasses. In other words, the long jump with a red clown nose is no longer just an Olympiad ...

  • we come up with a comic opening of the Olympics with Greek goddesses in sheets, the transfer of the Olympic flame and the procession of teams with flags of fictitious countries
  • create a relatively long obstacle course in which elements of several sports are mixed. We drew arrows with chalk, indicating the direction of movement of athletes along the paths of the camp (only about 600 meters), but every 70-80 meters there was a "station" for passing the tests. We assign a number to each child (draw on the leg or arm) so that individual and team championship can be determined

Here are examples of stations (children run a segment of the distance, get an extra point for hitting, miss - zero points):

  • badminton (throw a shuttlecock with a racket into the basket from a distance of 3 meters)
  • basketball (hit the ring)
  • athletics (long jump, high jump - we estimate overcoming a certain mark)
  • weightlifting (hold a 1.5 liter plastic bottle on your outstretched arm for a while)
  • fencing (we force out the opponent from the circle of the opponent with swords from long sausage balls)
  • biathlon (we will not shoot, we just knock down a pyramid from disposable cups with balls with 250 ml of water)
  • you can add more tasks for accuracy, strength and dexterity, physical education teachers have a lot of ideas in stock, add them to the preparation

Mind games

It could be a Brain Ring or a What? Where? When?" If you create the right mood and surroundings, getting into the elite club of connoisseurs will be a matter of honor.

There are collections of questions on the Internet by the age of the participants, there will be no problems with this. For example, .

  • teams need to be formed a couple of days before the start of the series of games, we announce the names of the selected players over the speakerphone
  • Several teams can play simultaneously, the answers in this case are written on special forms, the presenter collects and voices all the options or only the correct one
  • prepare gaming tables: cover with bright disposable tablecloths, lay out notepads, pens
  • provide comfortable seats for spectators-fans of each team
  • let 2-3 responsible children mark one minute of discussion with a stopwatch. Give them whistles or horns to alert them with loud signals
  • organize 1 tea break per game (compote is also possible)
  • come up with a couple of questions using black boxes
  • spend 2-3 musical breaks, attracting artists from the camp
  • be sure to establish your own "crystal owl", even a stuffed toy
  • find the music "All Our Life is a Game" and short musical interruptions to draw the attention of spectators and players to the new stage of the game

Entertainment programs for birthday people

I can offer my ready-made interesting scenarios, from which it is easy to compose a fun program for congratulating summer birthday people. In the camp, they usually gather together all the guys who had a birthday during the last shift.

Gallery of portraits

Such beauty can be done not only on paper, but also on asphalt. We did it somehow on large sidewalk slabs (50x50), which themselves looked like separate canvases. With chalk, you can draw the face itself, but the hair and collar are from scrap materials. You can use fallen needles, pebbles, leaves, twigs, petals, blades of grass, expanded clay, pieces of bark, etc. Children will come up with, do not hesitate! I found something similar on the Internet:

Fashion show on Mars

Each squad needs to create a suit (if there is a desire, 2-3 suits) of an alien from outer space “out of nothing”. From newspaper and magazine pages plastic bottles, garbage bags, scraps, scotch tape and dry twigs, etc. You need to write a verbal description for the costume, let it be a defile of aliens according to all the rules.

Honestly, when we held such a competition, the winner was a team that drew and cut out many diagrams of galaxies with planets of different sizes from paper, then fastened these separate elements together. The result is a dress-Universe ...

The second place was given to the space bride's dress made of white towels. Then he had to be untied and returned to the camp in the laundry, but it was funny. A pair of toilet paper mummies are the hosts of the awards ceremony.

Thematic disco, dance battle or flash mob

Here, too, the whole point is in long-term preparation. We give a task for the first half of the day - choosing a musical composition, staging a mass dance. Usually, simple movements are learned for extras in the background, and several soloists take turns to come to the fore and show complex elements.

If you can find accessories (for example, decorate ordinary sunglasses paper stars or make funny ties), the numbers are even more spectacular.

In the evening - viewing and evaluating rooms.

It is more difficult to arrange a flash mob, since the dance should come as a surprise to all uninitiated people. Our guys once prepared a very good dance, chose the time well (boring waiting for lunch at the entrance to the dining room), but the music sounded too quiet, as the children were using a regular phone. When it became clear that the effect of such a flash mob was too dim, the music began to be played on serious equipment. For the sake of such a matter, the camp leadership will certainly help.

Or almost anyone can be on the summer playground of the school day. But more often than not, these are still students of pedagogical universities who want to earn extra money on vacation and gain experience. It is for them that this short article about what to do was written. Despite the fact that there are common programs, the guys often remain idle, which is fraught with various incidents. The organization of the free time of their wards is one of the main duties of a counselor.

So let's get started. in the camp?

1. Sports. Play volleyball, badminton, or soccer. Everyone knows these sports games. Those who do not want to take part, let them be fans or judges.

2. Creativity. It all depends on the age and gender of the children. Younger schoolchildren will be happy to sculpt, paint and make appliques. With older children, everything is more difficult. Girls will only like weaving, and guys can be interested in a complex constructor. But where can I get it in the camp?

3. Decorate the premises of your squad: draw posters, a wall newspaper, paste a photo of each child, writing something about him.

4. Hide the treasure, and spread the notes around the camp. Each of them should indicate the location of the next, and the last one should talk about where the "treasure" lies. This is a great way to keep your child busy during the holidays at the camp!

5. Excursion or hike. Before taking the children to the camp with this interesting, get permission from the teacher or director for this. They need to know when, where and what lineup you will be and how soon you will be back. You can go to see the dawn, to the nearest forest or to the banks of a river or sea. There must be several adults with children. Think of the purpose of the trip - to make a video, collect materials for crafts, hang bird feeders, etc.

6. Make a video about the camp or your squad. This can be done even on mobile phone... The main thing is then to mount it on a computer in one video sequence. Or maybe you can make an entire film by writing a script for it?

7. What makes a summer camp for children different from a day playground? Events that take place every evening! Prepare a dance, a scene or a funny song for the whole squad!

8. What else to keep the children busy with in the camp? Games! It can be board games such as lotto, chess and checkers, as well as mobile ones: Below we give a few examples of such activity:

Participants stand in a circle. All clockwise are assigned a number: from one to to ... After that, everyone begins to simultaneously clap their hands twice, two times on their knees, without stopping. The first player calls out his number twice when he touches his knees and the other child’s number when he claps his hands. Without losing the general rhythm of claps, the person whose number was named calls his own number and that of the other participant. The main thing in the game is not to break the rhythm and not stop.

Divide the squad into teams of 3-4 people and give a list of tasks. Establish by what date they should be done. The team that completes everything first wins a prize or is relieved of any responsibilities. The main thing here is to come up with funny and interesting tasks.

Hide and seek, bouncer, "The sea is worried once ...", "Broken phone" - all these games are also great options for keeping children busy in the camp! Go for it!

Hello everyone! My name is Evgeniya Klimkovich! I wish you good day and propose to discuss a topic that is relevant for these spring days. Let's talk about summer school camps. Have you heard about such? School summer playgrounds are an excellent solution for those parents who have to work in the summer and do not want to leave their children unattended. Therefore, I propose to consider them more closely from all sides in order to know what we are dealing with and where we are sending our blood.

I first learned about such a camp in the spring of 2013. My daughter was finishing first grade. And the teacher at the meeting made an announcement that, they say, children can be enrolled in the summer camp at the school. And since I was not threatened with vacation that summer, my Alexandra was enrolled in the camp. For one month - June.

To be honest, at that time I had no idea what a school camp was. I thought it would be something like this. Children who have slept and are happy come to school lazily. Well, they go to some class. There is a teacher with them. Then they will have breakfast and go for a walk. Then they will do something. They will have lunch, take a walk and go home. As it turned out, everything is much more serious.

Lesson plan:

Working hours

Camps opening in educational institutions, work in the daytime mode. This means that children come there in the morning and return home only in the evening. The day lasts approximately 9 hours (from 9.00 to 18.00) - this is the time when you are just at work and do not have the opportunity to look after your child. However, it should be borne in mind that not all camps work full day: many of them close after lunch, and the children, accordingly, remain on their own and can fully experience the taste of freedom. It is advisable to find out this point in advance.

In our school camp, every morning at 9 o'clock, a general assembly began, attendance at which was mandatory. At the line, the children sang the camp anthem in chorus and listened to the tasks for the day. They returned home at about 4 o'clock. If the camp is open until six, then for the smallest "inhabitants" it is imperative to arrange a quiet hour. For this, some classrooms will be converted into bedrooms.

And also to the question of the operating mode. Our camp was open from Monday to Friday. But there are also those where children are received 6 days a week.

Shifts

As I remember now, there were only two shifts. One in June, one in July. For a full month. The camp was closed in August. But I learned from my friends that shifts can be shorter for two weeks, and somewhere in three, so this is another question that needs to be clarified in advance.

How does it work there?

Friends, I wish you all the best. The kids finish successfully academic year... And, of course, have a fun summer vacation!

Always yours, Evgenia Klimkovich.

Thematic training sessions are offered to unite the guys in the squadron. Thematic means reflecting the idea of the camp program ("Rusichi", "Watercolor Country", "Pravoznayka", "Merry Tourist", "Mysterious Island"). This allows the children to be immersed in the game plot. Overcoming the challenges that the lead coach offers them, the guys for short term get to know each other, feel a sense of team unity.

Art therapy classes are designed for clinically healthy children, the main purpose of the classes is to organize work on their creative self-expression, relieve the neuro-psychic stress that they have accumulated during the academic year.

Training sessions in the units of the Pravoznayka summer camp

MBOU "Gymnasium" in Arzamas

Participants:

: 25-30 people.

Lesson time : about 45 minutes.

Target

Training lesson number 1 "Planet of people"

Exercise 1. "Inscription on a T-shirt"(round)

Target : acquaintance, development of creativity.

Imagine that the inhabitants of different planets gathered for the first time on our planet. To make it easier to communicate, everyone was handed a T-shirt and asked to write a name on it.

- Which inscription would you choose for yourself? What can you tell others about yourself? (for example, "Tanya. Let's live together!" or "Olya, I love to laugh")

- Without repeating, in a circle, list what you remember... If there is no answer, then close “in the house” (cross your arms over your chest).

- Raise your hands for those who would like to change their inscription to another... Which one and why?

Exercise 2. "Fixing a flying saucer"(round)

Target : increasing group cohesion, ability to cooperate and be a leader.

Not all aliens were able to fly to Earth for the celebration of Peace. There are 3 UFOs to be repaired. Pull a thread through each player and tie it into a circle. You can't talk, but you need to build from a thread: a triangle, a square, an oval.If the thread breaks, the UFO crashed ... (then you need to give the children another try with a new thread).

- Was the task easy to complete? Why?

- Which figure was easier to do?

Exercise 3. "Ideal world"(in a circle, without repeating)

Target : development of creativity and morality.

- Without repeating yourself, come up with what rights people might have in an ideal happy society.? Be creative, name whatever you like (the right to wear for everyone long hair, the right to dine sweet). With a pause of 10 seconds(the presenter counts them in silence, bending his fingers),the person goes to the center of the circle- “go to school”. Having come up with an answer, he has the right to name it at any time and stand in a common circle. Whoever could not do this, he chooses a "teacher" who will answer for him, then he will take care of his "student" all day long, invite him to play, remind him of lunch time, clean hands, etc.

- What rights do you think may not be very useful to a person(have dinner sweet)?

- Squad Leader, choose the 5 most important rightsfor the inhabitants of your planet from those listed by the guys. You can use the help of a deputy.

Exercise 4. "Birthday"(in space)

Target

The task is unusual. You need to ask when someone's birthday is, and, if possible, remember... Time will be given 1 minute, it is allowed to move freely around the hall, be polite.

Assignment to the commander and his deputy: the squad leader and his deputy write their forecast: In winter -… people. In the spring -… people. In the summer -… people. In autumn -… people.

Let's line up in a common circle.Let those who have a birthday in winter take a step forward... Did you think how many of you are in the squad?

- ... How many of you did you think?

- Let those who have a birthday in the summer take a step forward... How many of you did you think?

- Let those who have a birthday in spring take a step forward... How many of you did you think?

Conclusion : Who has the best intuition and the highest sociability in the squad? How well does management know their subordinates?

Exercise 5. "Blow off some steam"(round)

Target : increasing group cohesion, overcoming conflicts.

To quarrel less, you need to know what the other person does not like, and not to do it!Everyone says what bothers him, what he gets angry, offended, what he doesn't like(1-2 answers, you can repeat it).

- What answers were repeated?

- Squad leader, please draw a conclusion about what your squad does not like, which cannot be done in your squad.

- We repeat all together the promise: “I promise ..."(List 5 rules in a positive form. For example, instead of I do not like being deceived, say" I promise to tell the truth ").

- In your opinion, who is the ideal citizen in your group??

Exercise 6. "Diversity of Universes"(round)

Target : to show students the diversity of self-presentation, the uniqueness of the personality of each person.

There is an expression that each person is the whole Universe, that is, unique, inimitable, diverse. Now each of you will become someone else. You will need to transform into another, while maintaining your individuality. So, continue with my proposal so that you can fully express yourself..

  1. I am a glass of water ...
  2. I am a beautiful flower ...
  3. I am a piece of melting ice ...
  4. I'm like a fish ...
  5. I am a song ...
  6. I am like the letter "u" ...
  7. I am the path ...
  8. I am a wind...
  9. I am a rock ...
  10. I'm like an ant ...

  19. I am the ray ...
  20. I am an island ...
  21. I am the formula ...
  22. I am the car that ...
  23. I'm like autumn ...
  24. I am paint ...
  25. I am the picture that ...

Discussion.

- Raise your hand, who has been able to express themselves in the exercise?

- Who has failed to fully express how you feel?

- Whose answers do you remember? Why?

Presenter's conclusion: It is very important in life to be yourself! If this does not work out for some reason, we begin to feel discomfort.

Exercise 7. "Festive fireworks"(in a circle)

Target : rallying, increasing the unity of the group.

Now you will become one big fireworks. In honor of friendship all over the world and the day of the birthday boy is planned holiday fireworks... Join hands and obey my commands.

Salute 1: arms forward, head to the right, back bent back, stronger.

Salute 2: arms back, body forward, head down, right leg back, half-sit down, stand up, sit down, stand up.

Salute 3: left leg forward, right leg back, gently shake hands back and forth, without losing the rhythm of the hands, change legs in the jump.

Salute 4: arms up, move your arms left-right, rotate your body left-right, stop, jump 3 times as high as possible 1-2-3.

Well done, the fireworks turned out to be great.

- Who liked which fireworks more?

Training session in detachment number 2 "Planet of people"

Exercise 1. "What's more important?"(round)

Target : moral education group members.

Imagine that we live on a perfect planet. What is more important on an ideal planet: to be fair, kind or well-mannered?Choose one answer.

- Who chose justice

- Who chose good breeding, take a step forward. Justify your choice.

- Who chose kindness, take a step forward. Justify your choice.

Leading conclusion : It's good that you have chosen all three answers! This means you can build a happy society, perfect friendships. In my opinion, the most important thing is to be kind, then educated, then fair. To be kind means to always remain human, to be able to forgive people. The main war is the choice between good and evil, where good must win. Justice - this is Themis with a blindfold and a sword - means "to judge impartially", but still to judge.

Exercise 2. "Good Mirror"(in pairs, according to the "carousel" principle)

Target : increasing group cohesion, ability to provide support.

Now we will find out who knows how to be kind and who does not. Let's count on the "mirror man". “Man” takes a step forward, forms an inner circle, turns around and stands in front of his pair - “mirror”. At the signal of the presenterThe “man” for 15 seconds talks about his shortcomings, criticizes himself in every possible way. At the signal for the next 15 seconds, the “good mirror” consoles, praises, justifies the first participant. The inner circle is stationary, and the outer circle moves 2 steps to the right. People and mirrors switch roles. The game is repeated 4-8 times. Then everyone stands up again in one common circle for discussion.

- Which was easier to criticize yourself or justify others(round)?

- Raise your hands those who have been poorly justified.Let's correct this mistake now, say something nice to the person.

- Raise your hands those who have come across a "good mirror"... Give the names of these guys, they know how to support in difficult times.

Exercise 3. The game "Lock eyes"(in a circle)

Target : increasing group cohesion, establishing contact.

There are elections on our ideal planet. Positions will be received only by those who can form a couple with someone. Game conditions:everyone stands motionless in a circle, at the command of the leader, each must silently find a pair with one eyes, interlocking... We play 3 rounds, and if you can form 25 pairs in 3 rounds, then the elections were successful, your state can be considered advanced, civilized. Pairs are counted after each round, the participants change places.

Presenter's conclusion: about whether the group has enough cohesion, whether its members are able to effectively interact with each other.

Exercise 4. "Choose a profession"(round)

Target : increasing group cohesion, establishing contact, developing creativity.

Imagine that on our ideal planet you can work with anyone you want! What do you want to become? (can be repeated) Why?

Discussion.

- What answers were repeated?

- Whose choice surprised or remembered you?

- Who wants to change their choice?

- The most useful, necessary profession of the named?

Presenter's conclusion: All professions are important, any work must be respected!

Exercise 5. "My responsibilities"(in a circle, in a circle)

Target : taking on responsibilities.

Describe your responsibilities on your ideal planet, beginning with "I will have to ..."(What to do? How to behave?). You cannot repeat the answers after others.

And now I will tell you a little secret: “When you don’t really want to do something, but you need to, you need to replace“ I must ”with“ I can, ”and then you will have the strength to cope with the necessary task!” Let's check. Now in chorus at my commandevery 10 times will say in an undertone "I can ... (his own answer)", and programs itself for success.

Exercise 6. "Resting place"(round)

Target : development of creativity, creation of a good psychological climate.

Now we will go on a journey. Where? Unknown. The first person comes up with a place (funny, unusual), and three people in turn say which items they will take with them there (what they need most there) with an explanation of the reason why this is... Etc. For example, I'm sending you to creepers in Africa.

Discussion.

- What resting place seemed to you the funniest, most interesting?

- What items did you like?

Presenter's conclusion: about who was the most creative in the group.

Exercise 7. "Reincarnation"(round)

Target : emancipation, creation of a good psychological climate.

They tell everyone in their ear what kind of animal or bird they are, then at the command of the presenter, in 3 minutes everyone should find their family. It is not allowed to speak or make any sounds. We are looking in silence. All you can do is pantomime the animal or bird you specified.

Piglet

Horse

Crocodile

Hen

Sparrow

Snake

Discussion.

Find out where is which family. Who fell outside their family? Why? Who quickly found their family? Why?

Presenter's conclusion: who quickly found his family, he is liberated physically, not constrained. Others need to practice being more relaxed.

I wish your squadron to remain a big, friendly and strong family, to win in the camp fight!

Training sessions in the camp "Watercolor Country"

Developed by E.A. Kochkina, teacher-psychologist

MBOU "Gymnasium" in Arzamas

Participants: children of the school health camp of grades 1-6.

Number of participants in the group: 25-30 people.

Lesson time : about 45 minutes.

Target : rallying the group and providing conditions for the personal growth of each member of the group.

Lesson number 1 "Wake up the imagination"

Presenter's introduction: - From what word did the word "training" come from? (exercise) Today we will exercise our imaginations.

Exercise 1. "Imaginary drawing"(round)

Target : acquaintance of participants, development of imagination and memory.

You need to create a general drawing that is beautiful and interesting. But not with a brush and pencil, but with words.

"My name is ... I take a sheet and draw on it ..."

After 4-5 people say "Stop", and set the task"What are the names of the last 4-5 artists and remember what they painted."

Leading conclusion. Answers the question: what was the overall drawing? Which squad (funny, loving to travel, animals ...)?

- What shall we call the drawing?

Captain, choose any name from the squad's suggestions.

Exercise 2. "What kind of artist are you?"(in a circle, with the right to refuse the role of a driver)

Target : liberation of participants, awakening of leadership qualities.

Those who wish can paint any object in the air with an imaginary brush. The rest of the participants guess... If they guess quickly, then the artist is a very good one. Arms crossed on the chest are a sign of renunciation of the role of an artist. Selection of the best "artists".

Exercise 3: Color Command(mixed teams)

Target : training the ability to work in a team, creating a situation for the manifestation of leadership qualities.

We divide into two teams (approximately equal), 1- who has red in their clothes, 2- who have yellow in clothes. Let's have a competition. Stand in two circles, choose one person to stand in the center of the circle.

- Raise your hands, those who were born in the summer?(The person in the center of the circle counts the number of raised hands, reports to the presenter)

The winner is the team with the most of those born in the summer.

- Raise your hands if you have any pet at home.

- Raise your hands for those who really love the math lesson.

- Raise your hands for those who are wearing socks today.

Raise your hands for those who can swim.

Leading conclusion. With a score…. The team won ...

Let's divide again into teams - Green, White and Black (by count). Select again the main one in the center of the circle... And now each team in 1 minute comes up with 2 questions that would bring it victory, i.e. most of the raised hands on their team.

Questions from teams.

Leading conclusion. 1) With the score ... the team won ... I liked the work of all the teams. 2) In the first case, the team (Red or Yellow) lost unfairly, because was deliberately small in number. The second time there was preparation! Your squad will win only when everyone is active, prepared, when you are together, when there are many of you, you are strong. Be friendly!

Exercise 4. "Checking the commander and his deputy"

Target: studying the cohesion of the group and the correctness of the choice of the detachment asset.

- For the squad to win, you yourself need to be united and have a good commander.Let's check how the commander knows how to feel his squad. For thisthe commander and his deputy need to guess which color is the favorite in the detachment. They will write 2 answer options on sheets of paper (give two sheets of paper and two pens).

- Round-robin poll “My favorite color”.

Leading conclusion ... Let's compare the coincidences, the detachment's favorite colors were ... Did the commander and his deputy indicate them?

Additional training task in case of failure.

Commander and deputy, bring 5 people to the center of the circle who called yellow their favorite. 5 fixes allowed.

Host output options: 1. You have an excellent commander and deputy! 2. You have a good commander and deputy, but you have to help them, to be more organized yourself. 3. It is difficult for the commander and his deputy, because you are all different, try to be obedient and friendly, do not quarrel with each other.

Exercise 5. "Captain"(sitting on the floor)

Target : awareness of the resources for leadership, increasing self-confidence, responsibility for one's life.

Presenter's instruction.Relax. Breathe evenly, deeply, slowly ... Imagine a room: long, empty and light ... You enter the room and feel its enormous size ... It is so big, long, high ... And you seem small to yourself in it ... You notice a staircase in the corner, which goes up steeply ... You climb it, your legs feel the hardness of the steps, their steepness ... You feel that it is difficult for you to climb these stairs ... But you persistently climb up and you see a hole in the ceiling through which bright sunlight pours ... When you rise, you see a vast blue sea in front of you ... a lot of light and sun. A fresh sea breeze is blowing ... A beautiful white ship is standing right in front of you ... You see fresh varnish on its wooden parts ... You step on the deck of this ship ... you feel it swaying on the waves ... you notice two or three masts ... Look at them ... you see the sails filled with wind ... The ship is clean and beautiful ... You like everything here ... You think: Who is driving this ship? And you see the wheelhouse, where the captain is standing in a white cap ... He is at the helm ... You come up to him ... And something amazing happens: you see that he takes off his cap, puts it on the deck, goes to the side and. .. jumps into the water, waves his hand to you, and you hear his voice: "The ship is yours ... I leave it to you ..." This is your ship ... You can choose what to do ... You can go down and indulge in sweet laziness ... You can let go of the steering wheel ... Or you can take the steering wheel in your hands ... You take the captain's cap, put it on your head ... take the steering wheel ... You have become the captain of this ship. .. You lead him to his goal through storm and storm towards the sun and people ... Take responsibility for your course! Drive your ship with confidence! The name of your ship is life ... You are calm, beautiful, confident ... You are free ... You are the master of your life.

Discussion.

Who was driving how?

Exercise 6. "Carousel"

Target : organization of constructive interaction in a pair, development of communication skills.

Training lesson No. 2 "Light my mirror, tell me"

Developed by a gymnasium psychologist

Arzamas, Kochkina E.A.

Introduction

In fairy tales, good triumphs over evil. Today we will conquer evil. But only not around himself, but in himself.

Exercise 1. "Good Mirror"(round)

Target: the ability to find good in people.

A) Everyone will become a kind mirror and show his neighbor his best qualities. It is necessary to say about the neighbor on the left: “... (name of the neighbor), I like about you ... (what?)».

The presenter sets an example, praises something in his appearance. Usually, the children repeat after him, so after a while the presenter draws attention to the person's character.

Discussion.

- Raise your hands, who found it easy to say good things about someone else?

- Who found it difficult to say good things, why? What was in the way?

- Who do you think needs attention now? To that we will now say collectively pleasant words.

B) Let's continue the game.We will ask the neighbor on the right who we are, and he will praise us... For example, am I handsome? And the neighbor must answer positively. If the answer does not suit you, then say "More" to the mirror. If you did, then say "Thank you." Questions can be repeated.

Discussion.

- What questions were repeated? (this is what people care about the most)

- Raise your hands, those who took the mirror's answers as flattery, as a lie? Why do you think? (1) not all people know how to accept compliments: they find fault with themselves, therefore they find fault with compliments, 2) not everyone knows how to say good to people, because bad is easier to say ...)

There is a Chinese temple at the top of the hill. In the middle of each of its four walls is a door. Each door features a golden dragon. Push one of the doors and enter the temple. It's dark inside. Take a look around. A column of light falls through the skylight into the middle of the temple. Illuminated by the light, the old sage stands. Ask him your question. Listen to what he will answer you. Thank you. Exit the temple. On the count of three, open your eyes: 1, 2, 3.

- Those who have seen the temple, raise your hands. What did he look like?

- Who heard the answer of the sage?
