Esoteric practices on the day of the autumnal equinox. Ancient practices of meeting the autumnal equinox. Let rituals help you with this.

Oncology

So the red summer has flown by, the summer is beautiful.

And although the sun is still quite bright and hot, the air already touches us with its autumn coolness. The latest flowers fade, the riot of grasses is fading away, and there are more fallen leaves on the paths and parked cars every day.

Oh, and I don't want to let go of summer. But life does not stand still. Nature itself knows when to bloom and when to rest. And you can't argue with that. We just have to follow her wise call, leave the carefree summer and plunge into the beautiful autumn.

After all, autumn is truly fabulous,
magical, romantic time.

Some events only happen in the fall, and some things can only be done in the fall. And this applies to all areas of our life from preparations for the winter to spirituality.

Autumn Equinox Festival

One such exceptional event is Autumn equinox day... This is one of four significant magical days of the solar cycle, when the portal opens between the world of people and the world of the spiritual forces of the Universe.

Astrologers call these days cardinal points of the year... In fact, these are days-portals, when a person's sensibility increases and the purity of desires and intentions is most audible to the space.
The symbol of the autumnal equinox is a sword pointing downward, which means a peaceful state of life, justice, harmony of creative energies and the materialization of desires.

On this day, we are preparing for autumn, we invite peace and abundance into our lives. This one of the four mysteries of the year, which allows you to honor your feminine essence, to properly live an energetically important day and, thereby, to express love for yourself.

On this day, we thank and connect with our roots, ancestors, family, fill with the energy of the elements of the Earth, turn on the vibrations of the Mistress and Bereginia.

If I could, I would write in poetry, but I would write in prose. Can?

When I see that the training will be conducted by Oksana Spivakovskaya, I know for sure - it will be interesting. Interesting for me - this is vital, understandably, you can immediately apply it. And most importantly - I want to immediately apply! A soft voice, smooth speech - the feeling that this is a sincere conversation with a friend. Very wise, very kind and who will never show that she is much more experienced than me, knows much more. It is impossible to break away. My favorite coach is Oksana Spivakovskaya.

The article about the autumnal equinox will be the first (and not planned) article on the new blog of the USSR ("Create Your Own Reality"). Actually, the plans were to hold an online meeting on this topic. Due to the fact that most of the participants in our meetings will not be able to attend this event, I am writing this post for you. You can read it at any time, the main thing is to perform a simple but effective ritual on the day of balance.

September 22, 2016 autumn equinox. Our ancestors also knew that the autumn equinox is an effective time to put things in order in life, and in creating the future too. On this day they:

  • the whole village was greeted by the sunrise;
  • thanked the forces of nature;
  • harvested the grown crop,
  • arranged a celebration of the gods;
  • organized festivities;
  • have fun;
  • saw off the sun at sunset;
  • summed up the results of the past year;
  • planned their actions for the next year.

It's time for us to take stock and draw up or correct the plan for the new planetary year (write in the comments - do you have a plan?) To do this, write down important questions and answers to them in our workbooks. You can select one sheet for each question and return to writing answers at any time.

These are the questions to ask yourself and answer them:

  • What can you be proud of?
  • What did you manage to bring to life?
  • What is the harvest of your actions?
  • What ideas did not come true? Why?
  • What should be excluded from the plan and from life too? What to add there?
  • What to do to successfully complete the plan?

Ancient techniques on the day of the autumnal equinox

We live in different geographic areas, so sunrise times may vary. Focusing on Moscow time - sunrise 6-15, sunset 18-28. These techniques have been tested for centuries and borrowed from our ancestors.

  1. We wake up on September 22 before sunrise and just like our great, great, great ... grandmothers many years ago, we go out into the street (if you live in a big city, in a multi-storey building, then on the balcony), turn to the east and wait for the sun to appear. Note how you are feeling right now? Remember them). And now the first ray of the sun lit up the sky. With all your heart, welcome the beginning of a new joyful day, a new stage in your life.
  2. in the evening, during sunset, see the sun, turning to the west. And at this time, with great gratitude, let go of all unnecessary things from your life.

Autumn Equinox - Gratitude Technique

Those who know me will now smile knowingly. At every webinar, MC, seminar, I always talk about gratitude. The power of gratitude works wonders. Checked for yourself! And on this day, gratitude is indispensable.

  1. Make a long list of people who have been involved in your life. Open this list with your name.
  2. The second list of gratitude to all earthly and unearthly forces, remember all:
  • Guardian Angels;
  • Higher self;
  • spiritual mentors and teachers;
  • The Creator of all that is;
  • Mother Earth ………

In the first list, next to each name, write what you thank this person for. This is a very important exercise in showing you how much support and gratitude there is in your life.

  1. The following is a list of what you are letting go of your life. This could be:
  • some kind of behavior patterns;
  • laziness;
  • habits;
  • situations;
  • people;
  • things…

And thank them, too, sincerely and with warmth in your heart for everything they have helped you at a certain moment in your life. Remember what experience you gained thanks to them, what lesson did you work out? And then say goodbye to them and burn this sheet.

Now you are prepared (to a minimum!) And will definitely meet the Equinox Day correctly and with benefit for your spiritual development.

Dear ones, take advantage of this wonderful time!

Sincerely yours

Tatiana Makhmudova

[Presenter]: I greet all the listeners of Veda Radio in live... We begin our broadcast and our communication with Ivan Tyurin. Today is Wednesday and our wonderful broadcasts with Ivan continue, which bear a common name, two common names at once: "Peace to your home" and "Everyday psychology of Vastu", or "Everyday psychology of Vastu". This is all about the fact that we are all probably close, if you are now listening to this live broadcast, then for sure you are interested in it. And of course, thanks to the live broadcast, you can ask your questions closer to the end of the broadcast. Well, now we are contacting Ivan via Skype. Hello.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Hello Olesya, hello friends. Peace to your home.
[Presenter]: Peace to both your home and the home of Veda-radio. These are such electronic waves, this is our home at this time. And our today's broadcast will be associated with some calendar dates.
[Ivan]: You could say that. In fact, this is a very serious, very important astronomical event, an astronomical phenomenon that I could not miss, since there are only four of them a year. Of course, they are worth telling in more detail, many of us do not even know about the depth and importance of these events. And today we will analyze the relationship of such an astronomical event as the autumn equinox. Naturally the traditions and practices of various peoples and cultures associated with this day. And of course the Vastu rules that affect these important dates. So that we can more accurately, more deeply understand how to create a healthy, happy space for our home. Traditionally, I want to start with a little meditation.

00:02:01 [Meditation]
Today, like the broadcast theme, it will be slightly unusual. Try, as always, to take a comfortable body position, sit comfortably, relax. If possible, sit so that nothing gets in the way, straighten your back. If you can, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and exhalations. And as you exhale, let go of all your tensions, unnecessary thoughts, distance yourself from everything that is happening around you. Just breathe. Inhale and as you exhale, release everything that may disturb you. Now imagine how you are walking along the alley. There are beautiful maples, lindens and aspens around the alley. Colored leaves fall: yellow, red, brown, brown. They fall slowly, swaying in the wind.
Each season has a secret meaning and earthly beauty.
Together with us, nature rejoices and sad, looking up into the sky.
But all the more mystical secrets in the autumn magic time,
Her tears seem to be fatal, her ardor is icy fires.
Only suddenly, in her eccentric kingdom, you will find the long-awaited answer
And peace, and usually happiness, and someone's parting words in the trail.
Having scattered the heaps of gold, you will sigh with a relieved soul,
And into the stooped dawns naked, like the Magus, you will enter enlightened.
This time, the time of the beginning of autumn, is a certain transition. Both energetic and philosophical. And nature itself shows us that we must make a certain transition in our life. Let's become like the enlightened Magi from this poem by Tatyana Vorontsova. And we will bypass the coming equinox with the benefit of consciousness, with the benefit of material life. We need now to meet this day, the day of the autumnal equinox, and spend it correctly, in accordance with the way our ancestors did it, as the ancient sages did. Now try to get out of the state of meditation. I hope that you have presented this moment, the moment of the transition of nature from one state to another. Return now to our time and place.

00:05:36 [Vastu orientation value]
In fact, next week, September 23rd, actually this day occurs, the day of the autumnal equinox, when day and night conditionally last 12 hours. Let this astronomical start to autumn. And most of the cultures and peoples of the world throughout the history of mankind knew this day about this day, and treated it accordingly. For example, there are many applied and practical points regarding this day, especially in the science of Vastu. And the first key point is orientation. Yes, I have said this many times, this is one of the fundamental principles of designing and creating space from the point of view of Vastu science. This is an important aspect of design. Orientation, what is orientation? This is the act of locating a building, site or city in relation to the main directions, cardinal points, as we know them: north, south, west, east. And accordingly, if the building plan is correctly oriented in these directions, along the lines, say, certain lines of the earth's grid, this establishes a certain geometric and energetic correspondence or harmony with this grid of the Earth. If there are deviations, various deviations, then this makes certain adjustments or there may even be disharmony with the Earth's energy grid somewhere. Those. this is an important element of design technology in Vastu science. Therefore, you need to be able to find the correct orientation of the building. As far as possible, one can say the ideal orientation. Science Vastu attaches great importance to the main line, just the projection of the line of motion of the Sun onto the Earth. This is the very line east-west.

00:07:20 [Spring and winter solstices, autumn and spring equinoxes]
There are basic conditional points of the Sun's motion known to man from time immemorial. These are 2 days of the equinox and 2 days of the solstice. I will briefly tell you what it is, maybe not everyone knows what kind of astronomical phenomena they are. The sun is at its closest distance to the Earth's surface on the vernal equinox, March 21. And on this day, the flow of solar energy is maximum, and the day is equal to the night. That is why it is the equinox, that day is equal to night. Further, the Sun moves, as it were, upward in the west, in our western world, this is called the "northern path", i.e. The sun moves north. In Sanskrit it is called Uttaryana. It's like one half of the year in oriental calendar, on the Indian calendar. Then on September 23, the day of the autumnal equinox, the Sun begins its reverse movement, moving south. Those. this is the same "southern path". And in Sanskrit it is called Dakshinayana, the second half of the year. After the date of the autumnal equinox, the Sun just passes into the southern hemisphere and from the autumnal equinox, i.e. from this day, the daylight hours begin to decrease, and it seems to us that its decrease is very rapid, the night becomes more and more, we just notice it every day. The highest point of the northward movement of the sun is called [Katakarekha], and the lowest point is called makararekha. In our usual form, or as we used to call it, it is the summer and winter sun of standing. Those. the highest point when the Sun is at its highest position. This happens, as you know, on June 21st. And the lowest position, which is called makararekha. Rekha is like a mark, a line of movement of the Sun. They are also used by Vastu for orientation, and we know them in the same way as the summer and winter solstices. Winter is December 21st. Those. here are 4 such milestones that are very important and interesting for us. And naturally they were interesting and useful for our ancestors and ancient sages. And the days of the equinox in Vastu are called Phumadyarekha. Yes, Phuma, the Earth is often called Phuma.

00:10:10 [Definition of true east]
These days, or at these points, are just the most suitable for determining the most accurate orientation on the ground before building or organizing a site. Indeed, especially on the days of the equinox, the Sun is at right angles to the surface of the Earth, without deviations. That is why these days are used. The sun, as it were, its line of projection onto the Earth, it is perpendicular to the surface of the Earth. And these days, with the help of the so-called gnomon, a special device, literally this is a certain stick, which is very accurately and evenly vertically inserted into the ground, and by the shadow you can find a certain line, or the true east. In Sanskrit or Vastu it is called [Shudhabrachiya]. Shudha is pure, brachiya is east. Those. such an important line, from which there is only then a direction to the north, south, etc. Therefore, do not miss such an important day, if you are planning to perfectly orient your building or site, then next week Tuesday will suit you.

00:11:22 In fact, there are many ways to determine the orientation, not only the gnomon. O different ways x, at least 4 different ways, I tell students in training courses. I also decided to start the training course from this time of the autumn equinox. It will be already next week, starting on Thursday. And there is different ways definitions of orientation, but now I will not touch on them in detail, this is a deeper topic, practical, for people who are going to do this directly on the site, on their land or to orientate their home.

00:12:00 [Autumn equinox in life]
So, let's continue on this important day then. Imagine that the Earth is, in general, like us, we are all preparing for winter, birds gather in flocks, migratory birds, at this time their training flights begin, and they begin to fly south, autumn leaves fall just at this time , everything in nature suggests that a certain transition is taking place. The autumn equinox was for our ancestors a time of gratitude to the gods for the harvest, for prosperity, as well as honoring deceased ancestors and decoration, and going for graves, for burial places. At the end of September, the end of the harvest was celebrated and various thanksgiving feasts took place. But, of course, the matter was not limited to simple feasts, in philosophical terms this is the time for summing up. Ascensions again thanks for what we have and for what we have received this year. And, of course, summing up the results of this year. Because in fact, on this very day, although according to our Gregorian calendar the year has not yet ended, nevertheless, such a reference point is the autumn equinox. We are summing up the results for the most active period, which has already passed this year.

00:13:35 [Holidays associated with the day of the autumnal equinox]
So, on the autumn equinox there were many and many different holidays, I will mention only a few of them, the most striking. For example, the Celts celebrated such a well-known holiday called Mabon. Festival of harvest and ripening of apples. It is interesting that the traditions of the Mabon are alive from ancient times to the present day in many European countries. And at the end of September, various harvest festivals, commemorations of ancestors, etc. are traditionally held. Often, the harvest festival is held on the Sunday after the full moon close to the autumnal equinox. This full moon is often referred to as the harvest moon. This year, this full moon will be in early October. In the Middle Ages, however, the Roman church replaced these ancient September festivals on Michael's Day. It is now known as the day of Archangel Michael, celebrated on September 29th. In fact, the holiday itself and its traditions, this day of the Archangel Michael, are inherited from the ancient festivals of the autumn equinox.

00:14:48 In Russia, the day of the autumnal equinox was considered a holiday. Always celebrated with a feast and festivities. There was an interesting tradition on this day. They collected rowan brushes together with leaves and inserted them in the evening between the window frames, believing that from that day, when the Sun begins to wane, rowan trees will protect the house from the cold and the forces of darkness. A very interesting tradition, very beautiful in my opinion. If there is an opportunity to gratefully take a few rowan branches, put them on the window, for example, as a symbol of such a transitional period, it will be very great. On this day, the Slavs began the seventh month of the year, dedicated to the god Veles, he is Odin in the Scandinavian tradition, he is Shiva in the Hindu tradition. The month, by the way, was called Veresen, it corresponded to the name of God. The Slavs celebrated this great holiday for 2 weeks: a week before and a week after the day of the equinox and drank a drink, treated them all, a drink with the solar name Surya. This drink is famous both in Slavic culture and in Hindu culture. The Slavs naturally commemorated their ancestors in the same way, summed up the results of the year and prepared for winter.

00:16:06 [Presenter]: Here you, Ivan, said ... I beg your pardon, you said that the month was Veresen. In the Ukrainian language, this is still called September. [Veresen] in Ukrainian. And that's all left.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Yes, it is. In many Slavic cultures, in many Slavic countries, a lot of names have been preserved associated with the Old Slavic language, and with Sanskrit, respectively. Yes. Because they are very close in pronunciation, roots, etc. But here, just as with Mikhailov Day, there was also a slight change. In the Russian Orthodox Church, the Russian Orthodox Church, on September 21, the feast of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos is celebrated, which just at one time replaced this holiday Velesen.

00:17:02 [Autumnal equinox in Japan]
There is another interesting tradition in Japan. And the day of the autumnal equinox is considered official there public holiday... It has been celebrated since 1878, i.e. has long been very recognized as a state day. On this day, the Japanese perform various rites of the Buddhist holiday called [Higan], going into the distant depths of history. Families go to bow to the graves of their ancestors, order prayers, and provide the necessary ritual honors. In general, the Buddhist concept [Higan] is also very symbolic and very interesting for us. It translates as "that shore", i.e. the world where our ancestors went, and where their souls settled. Before the start of Higan, the Japanese thoroughly clean the house, especially the home altar, on which they often keep photographs of teachers, ancestors and various accessories related to these individuals. Various flowers, offerings are refreshed, ritual food is left. I must say that naturally ritual dishes in this case are prepared exclusively vegetarian, since the holiday is Buddhist, one might say Vedic, so the offerings are made of course not from barbecue, but from fruits, vegetables, cereals, flowers, etc. I think that many people already know about this.

00:18:38 [Equinox in Mexico, Kokulcan pyramid]
Another interesting holiday in Mexico, as on the day of the autumnal equinox, many try to visit the famous pyramid called [Kokulcan]. In the Mayan language, it is a feathered serpent. There is such an ancient city [Chichen Itza], one of the most famous in Mexico. This is one of the most famous pyramids that have survived to this day. The pyramid is very interestingly oriented. Those who are fond of such sacred structures, especially the pyramids, think they know about the secret of this pyramid. The pyramid, it is located with a deviation of 18 degrees relative to the cardinal points. And it is this deviation that gives an amazing effect, on the days of the autumn and spring equinox, the rays of the Sun seem to project shadows from the edges of the platform of the pyramid itself onto the central staircase. There, on all four sides, as in all those Indian Mayan pyramids, there are stairs. And so the projections from the edges of the pyramid onto this central staircase create such a play of light and shadow that resembles the contours of a snake. The most interesting thing is that during the day, while the Sun moves across the firmament, these shadows move along these stairs and resemble a snake crawling upward. A really interesting effect that happens 2 times a year. Symbolizes, again, that a snake crawling upwards. Many who have heard or are studying the science of yoga that the energy of consciousness, called Kundalini, is symbolized precisely by the snake rising from the bottom up, from the lower chakras to the upper ones. Therefore, such is ancient symbol on a distant continent, you can also see this information, a lot has been said about this on the Internet.

00:20:41 [Pitra, Duty to Parents]
From the point of view of Vedic culture, every person who is born in this world has three duties. Or as they are called in Sanskrit: Rna, duty. And each person must return them during his life. The first duty is called Pitra or Pitrna, duty to the parents, because Pitra or Pitri are the ancestors. Duty to parents, to father and mother, and of course to all, all ancestors. Parents give us life. For 9 months, the mother carries the child, suffers certain inconveniences or even suffering, and after birth, the mother and father devote themselves, their strength, time, sacrifice much in order to raise the child. Therefore, we have a large debt to our parents that must be repaid.

00:21:33 [Devarna, duty to nature]
The second duty is called Devarna. Deva are Gods, Deities or Divine nature. Duty to nature, her divine powers. Nature provides everything necessary for life, primary elements, water, light, food, warmth, everything that surrounds us is a divine gift of nature. For example, if we go to the hospital for a small oxygen cylinder, we have to pay money. But we can use air and pure oxygen, which the creator gives us for free. We also have to pay for a bottle of water somewhere in a kiosk or store. But nature already has clean water for our life, you just need to take it and thank the Creator for it. Receiving all these countless benefits from nature, man is called upon to repay this debt. Naturally.

00:22:28 [Gururna, duty to teacher]
The third duty is called Gururna. Those. duty to the teacher. We owe them knowledge. The knowledge that we received at school from teachers, professional knowledge, in higher educational institutions, knowledge gained from mentors and, of course, the most important knowledge that each of us and all of us receive from sages, from enlightened people. This is also a debt that is also subject to repayment, but how to repay these debts?

00:22:57 [How to repay debts]
The debt to the teacher must be returned by serving other people, serving society, serving God. We must pass on to the next generations the knowledge we have received from our teachers, from our parents, from our mentors and from the experience that we have already received in this life. The debt to nature, to the divine nature, can be returned by conducting and participating in various ceremonies. In Vedic culture, they are called puja, yagi. Such, fiery, for example, sacrifices. And we should offer some of our energy to the divine forces of nature in gratitude. And in exchange to already receive their support and blessing. If we honor nature in a timely manner and respect it, we contribute to the preservation and strengthening of such life-giving natural energies... And then in a difficult hour, in some moments of danger, in moments of necessity, nature itself and divine forces come to our aid, provide support, maybe minimize some negative moments. And naturally, natural support extends to our family members, helping to find happiness and prosperity in our home. This is very important, we should not separate our home, outside of which we feel safe, and what is outside of it. This is nature, this environment... Therefore, here it is very strongly interconnected. There remains a duty to our parents, and the Vedic scriptures say that while our parents are alive, it is our duty to listen to our parents, support them, help them. Just as they cared for us in childhood, in the same way we should take care of them in their old age. After they leave this world, it is our duty to remember this, remember them. And at least once a year, on the day of death, according to the Vedic tradition, and according to the tradition of most cultures in the world, various ceremonies are held. Such ceremonies of remembrance and gratitude to parents. In Vedic culture in Sanskrit, this ceremony is called sradha, or pitropuja, or it is also called tarpana. These are slightly different ceremonies, but the essence is the same. For example, sraddha can be translated as "that which we offer with the greatest respect." The name itself already contains the essence, and the actual task of this ceremony. We must show and show our respect and gratitude to our ancestors.

00:25:49 [Shradha or Pitropuja ceremony]
Naturally, for all ceremonies, especially Vedic ceremonies, there are certain canons, but each of us can conduct these ceremonies independently to a certain extent. I will tell you a little about this, because this is a really valuable important ceremony that each of us can hold and thereby find benefits for our family, for ourselves and naturally certain benefits for our ancestors, because this interaction involves such a two-way communication and two-way benefits. Usually this ceremony, Shradha or Pitropuja, is the responsibility of the elder family member. But in general, each of the family members can conduct this ceremony. As a pinda, this is the name of a special offering to ancestors, balls of rice are usually offered. How do you prepare them? To do this, rice is simply cooked, for example in milk, then mixed with yogurt or with what we call yogurt, i.e. homemade yogurt, not what is sold in stores. Then an interesting detail is added - black sesame, or some other black seeds. Why? Because they represent the energy of the planet Saturn. If someone heard on our previous ethers, especially ethers associated with the planet Saturn, you know that it is very strongly connected with our ancestors, with the energy of departed people, the afterlife, the other world. Therefore, the black color is a symbol of Saturn, and all black products and seeds will personify and support his energy. Thus, connecting us with this subtle world of ancestors. You can also add honey, ghee to this food. From all this, such balls are made, 3 - 6 pieces. It is believed that such food, the preparation of which is naturally accompanied by a certain state of consciousness, purity, all this must be done in calmness, in silence, maybe some kind of pleasant music, mantras, you can read mantras or some kind of prayers. Those. to be in the correct state of consciousness, in absolute purity of both mind and body. Naturally, before this you need to go through a full ablution, and it is advisable to be alone at this moment in the kitchen. In this state of deep meditation, prepare all this. And in the process of preparation, to establish communication, to establish contact with those who have left, just with the energy of ancestors, if, for example, you do not remember how they look, maybe even someone does not know them, you can just tune in to the ancestors. And it is this process that connects us with the very world and helps to establish a connection, to establish a certain contact in order to fix some difficult situations, some unpleasant ties in the past with our parents or with our ancestors and receive their blessing. After the ceremony, it is clear that there are a lot of details, each of you can also find a description on the Internet, these balls are usually left to feed the crows. Those. carried out somewhere on the street, put somewhere on a high place, where no cats, dogs and mice can desirably reach. It is desirable that birds eat it, and it is very desirable that it be crows, since they are also a symbol of Saturn, a kind of guide. Always, in almost most cultures, they were a symbol of the other world, the world of ancestors. They personify precisely the souls of the departed. This is an ancient tradition, it has been observed for thousands of years in Vedic culture, and in most cultures of the peoples of the world. They are described in the Vedas, and in Slavic texts, and in many cultures of Europe in the same way. It is interesting that it is [Ashvinya], there is such a month, or [Bhadrapada] it is also called in southern India, ie these are Indian names, September-October, this ceremony is held. Usually this period, this time, is called Pitrupaksha. Pitru is precisely the ancestors, Paksha is such a segment, such a time. Held 15 days before the start of the Navaratri holiday, also someone, I think, knows. This year it will fall on the period from September 9 to 24, i.e. exactly on this transition in autumn. Therefore, in many, many cultures, it is clearly designated precisely with reference to the day of the autumnal equinox.

00:30:45 [Webinar "Housewarming by Vastu or 7 keys to a new house"]
It is necessary to sum up such a small summary, as usual, under all that has been said a small line, and remember how to meet and how to spend the days of this autumnal equinox. By tradition, my wife, Ekaterina, and I prepared such a special post for our listeners in our Architecture for Life groups, both on VKontakte and on Facebook. You can see these posts, they contain short excerpts from today's broadcast, something else has been added there, and they can be used as a guide to action, if you have already understood that this important period must not be missed. So, I will list what you need to do next week on September 23, or, respectively, on the days that are as close as possible to this period. The first, if someone had such happiness this year to build themselves new house, then this is the time to determine the exact orientation to the cardinal points of the future building or site, this is one of the most auspicious days a year. And the accuracy of calculations this day will be the highest. Well, now speaking about the new house, I would like to say that many listeners, my students and clients are asking how to choose the right new apartments, new houses, new plots. This is now not entirely in line with our seminar, our topic, so we have prepared a special free webinar called "Housewarming for Vastu or 7 keys to a new house". I just want to tell you about it now so that you don't miss it. We specifically started talking about it today, because we decided to hold this seminar on the day of the autumnal equinox, September 23, next Tuesday. It will be held over the Internet, like such an open webinar at 20-00 Moscow time. You can find all the details in the VKontakte group "Architecture for Life", and on Facebook, of course. Therefore, I invite you, many, many, many questions during the entire time of our work on the radio, on the Internet there were about the selection of new housing. This is a very relevant topic for most people, even if they have not yet bought a new apartment for themselves or even do not even think about it. Anyway, sooner or later, such a moment comes both for you and for your loved ones. Of course, it is important to know how to do it correctly, including during what period. Therefore, next week, on Tuesday, there will be such an open webinar. Therefore, find a link in the groups on VKontakte and Facebook and we will meet there next Tuesday.

00:33:37 [What should be done on the day of the autumnal equinox?]
So, I will then continue the list of what actions need to be taken next week on Tuesday, the very day that our seminar will be held. What else can you do? Naturally, like the Japanese, to carry out general cleaning in the home, on the site, in the house. It is very important to clean up your home altar. Do not forget about this very sacred place in the house, and this is the time to do this kind of cleaning, tidy up photos, renew flowers, renew some food, incense, water, everything that should be there. What else? Naturally, the commemoration of ancestors, departed relatives, the holding of special ceremonies, which I spoke about. Again, they are called Shradha, Pitrupuja, for example Tarpana. By these names you can find more detailed description, you can conduct them yourself, as I said, read in more detail how this is done, or invite a more experienced person. What's happening? Food is being prepared, as I have already described above. Organization of celebrations dedicated to ancestors, parents, teachers, inviting and treating relatives and friends. You may well devote this day to your friends and family, invite to your place, feed everyone. This is very auspicious to do, especially on this day. It is necessary to make gifts, offerings to parents, teachers and friends. Those. You will receive a huge benefit, but certainly incomparable with what your friends will receive, if you do it sincerely. Especially teachers who should be given great attention.

00:35:25 What else? Because the weather outside is so beautiful now. In my opinion, that very Indian summer has come, so you can spend or participate in various thanksgiving ceremonies to the divine forces of nature. To offer them a particle of our energy in gratitude for what we have, for the harvest, if someone harvested it this year, and even if not, we all depend on what kind of harvest our farmers have harvested this year. Therefore, it is imperative to honor nature and pay tribute, incl. people who are engaged in agriculture, to thank them for the fact that we have food on our table. After all, not each of us grows food for himself. And one of the most important and most key points that need to be done on this day is summing up, summing up the year and, to some extent, you can take stock of life, days lived. Naturally, the ascension of gratitude for what we have, and some kind of completion of the main work begun this year. Because, as I said, the year is not over yet, but most of it, let's say the active part, has already passed. Therefore, we can summarize. What can you do? This is really a hands-on exercise - taking stock. You can sit down in a calm state of mind at your desk and write a list of important and unfinished tasks that have been started, make such an analysis, see what you have done, what you wanted to do and what needs to be done to complete them. It is very important. You can't leave things unfinished, especially during this period. Therefore, I wish you that your benevolent plans were realized this year, use this list, hang it up for yourself and go ahead to action. I am ready to answer your questions, if any.

00:37:35 [Answers to questions. How to repay Debts throughout life?]
[Presenter]: Thank you, I hope everyone managed to make such notes to themselves on this list and on the recommendations that you gave. If not, you can listen to our broadcast as always. Here we have the first question that came: "Is it possible to listen to the broadcast in the recording?" Of course! All broadcasts are recorded and posted on our website vedaradio.fm in the "Live Broadcasts" section. You just need to remember the name and surname of the lecturer. Today we have Ivan Tyurin, here by the last name you find a section that is completely devoted to all the broadcasts in which Ivan took part in one way or another. And then we look at what questions we have come from today’s conversation. And our philosophical question came from Julia: "You are talking about debts that we have to repay throughout life. Tell me how to find out what they are specifically? And do you give them or not? Each soul needs something for the Cosmos or just goes working out an individual program? And then what is the meaning of the Vedas? " These are the profound questions they ask you right away, Ivan.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Harsh. Julia dug into the very essence. In my opinion, this is exactly what you should think about at this time, these days. I must say that you need to think about this at any time, determine the purpose of your stay and understand whether this is some kind of working out of the program, or is it really a task, and we are carrying out a certain mission. It is difficult to say how this actually happens, because for every person at a certain period there are tasks in life, everyone must implement them in a certain way. There is no need to think that everything here is random and happens according to some boring and incomprehensible program for us. Each of us has a specific task, a specific mission. And that's okay. To find out what we owe and to whom we owe, in fact, in some situations it is not so important to find out who exactly and what exactly we owe. It is important to understand that, in principle, we have certain obligations. Maybe the word "debt" for us, for most of us, is just a little unpleasant. There is a problem with this, we believe that we should not owe anyone. This is a definite delusion modern world... "I don't owe anyone anything" is our favorite expression throughout our lives. And it is not true a priori. How can this be? If, again, take the simplest example, our parents. We believe that now we are independent, we are adults, we do not owe anything to anyone. But remember the years that they sacrificed to us. And it is very difficult, and it will be very presumptuous to believe that we do not owe them. I personally, by my example, as a parent who has Small child, which requires a lot of attention, strength and certain sacrifices, I understand, right now and only now, that I really owe my parents. Naturally, this is a certain experience, without which this moment of duty to parents is not fully understood. Without the fact that you yourself become a parent, it is very difficult to survive this story of debt to the end. Why do you owe your parents? Why do you owe your parents? Many people like to say: "Yes, it would be better if they had me, they could not give birth." There is such interesting story... But it so happened that we were already born. And it's a sin to complain that we exist. You just need to look, at every moment of time you can feel who and what we owe. This is not some kind of painful emotion, of this duty. Ideally, this is a sense of duty, it should bring joy. Because his fulfillment, this duty, is the essence of our mission. First of all, let's be honest, this is a duty to our soul, the so-called Atma, our inner nature, which is given to us so that we can realize it. This is what we need to do, to study how we should fulfill our duty to our inner core, to our soul. Therefore, Julia looks right at the root, I think that you just need to continue to study this issue. But first of all, do not try to pass all the information of the world through yourself about this, but try to feel simply what is happening inside. At every moment of time, there is a certain voice within. It is precisely the voice of Atma, the voice of Paramatma, the voice of the Supersoul. You need to listen to him, this is what we are talking about.

00:43:13 [Answers to questions. What to do with an unfinished house?]
[Presenter]: Thank you for your answer, Ivan. Today I will have at least one more question, and communication via Skype is obligatory. By the way, our Skype is also at your service. Anyone can call in the next few minutes and ask Ivan their question. And the first one to call today was Galina. Hello.
[Galina]: Hello.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Hello, Galina.
[Galina]: Ivan, thank you for the very interesting lectures and comments on the questions. With deep gratitude. My question is of this nature: I am summing up the results and, for example, I have very important unfinished business. What needs to be done so that they are, as it were, completed in the future, as the very process of relatively unfinished business, very important. Let's say the house was mortgaged five years ago, there is a blockhouse, we cannot finish it in any way. Did not happen.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Good. I understand your question. A very common situation, many clients in consultations turn to me with such a question that the idea of building your own house, it always seems good, it seems very important, necessary. But there are a lot of problems, delays, delays along the way. And here, firstly, very often you can see some kind of external reasons by which one can judge what is in the way. And, probably, one of the most important principles that you need to adhere to is the assessment of your own motivation. This is the first place to start. Then all the other details and nuances. Motivation, what do I mean? Why, for what and for whom are you building this house? And what hinders the implementation of this process? These can be completely different things, each one can be different. Someone now, this house, does not need it at all. For example, he turned out to be beyond his means. The man wanted to jump above his head. And there is no point in continuing to drag out this process. Often it will be a blessing to simply complete the process, such as literally selling the site. Because he simply sucks out the last juices from the family, and does not bring the expected happiness to anyone. In other situations, when the question is not about means, the question is for some reason in delays, you need to understand what exactly holds? You need to understand what is holding you back. Because any external reasons, some delays with the builders, organizational issues are only finite phenomena. First of all, any delays occur in your mind. Why don't you want to finish building this house? What do you dislike about the construction process or what you see next? More often than not, this is the wrong motivation. And the usual motivation is: "I just want to close myself in four walls, supposedly in nature, so that no one touches me, no one bothers me, I will just enjoy." Usually, with this and only such motivation, nothing happens further. Construction is taking place very long. Let's call this, in any case, all desires are a kind of selfishness. But there is a positive egoism that contributes to our path, the solution of some issues. And there is egoism, which does not affect anything at all, except for your own pleasure. If we are only talking about him, then naturally any process at a certain moment, it will simply stop. Therefore, you need to analyze your own motivation from this side. What do you think, Galina, about this?
[Galina]: I absolutely agree with you.
[Presenter]: It looks like mobile phone there, too, I agree, squeaked very strongly on the air.
[Galina]: My granddaughter is calling, by the way. You are absolutely right. I analyzed and thought about it before. Only, how can we now move this from a dead point?
[Ivan Tyurin]: Right off the bat, you need ... Okay, you've analyzed it. In order to understand whether you need to start further or not? You need to see if there is any positive motivation for this? Those. to build it for your children, for your parents, so that friends come there, so that you have more life, more freedom from living in nature. For what? To just live there and enjoy nature? Plus, what else? In order to be able to calmly, or, say, more fully engage in, for example, what, self-development, helping other people, etc. Those. in this vein, I propose to think. You can get off the ground only when your motivation is alive, you know. If you think about it and there is no inner urge to continue all this, let's say inspiration. And inspiration is not something that “well, it’s time to finally finish this already”, no, it’s not that motivation, but another one that I mentioned above. So try to meditate in this direction. But this must be done in a calm state. Imagine a house, imagine what you will be doing there, and understand if this is a benefit for you, for the environment, in general for the development of yours and everything that happens around you. Or just you want to finally finish building a summer cottage, where you come to fry zucchini on a spit and that's all.
[Galina]: Yes, I understand you. I remembered that in many lectures it was said that the house should be your temple. Not your home, but a temple for God. In principle, you are talking about this. Thank you.

00:49:08 [Answers to questions. How should we change our lifestyle after the equinox?]
[Presenter]: It's very good that everyone understood each other. Hopefully everyone else in the audience drew conclusions as well. Thank you. We continue our broadcast for a few more minutes. And we have one more call. Yes, it seems that the listener called us some time ago, and now I call her back. Larisa is her name, it seems ... At least Skype is talking about it. And she's already in touch with us. Hello.
[Larisa]: Hello. Hello Ivan. Thank you very much for the lecture, for your knowledge that you give us. I have such a question: “How should, say, the pace of life, lifestyle, daily routine of a person change, maybe nutrition until the next equinox for these six months? And is it good for those who practice yoga to change the complex? dynamic exercises, for example, to static ones, or vice versa? " I wanted to know about it.
[Ivan Tyurin]: I get it. Here, see, I will not go into the details of yoga and nutrition. Oleg Gennadievich, many teachers of Veda-radio, and many teachers of Ayurveda speaks about this a lot. Naturally, they consider the daily routine, diet. Here you said very correctly. At the beginning of the broadcast, when I was talking about the periods of the year, I said that there are two important segments in the year: Utarayana and Dakshinayana. Two different, completely different in energy and temperature, generally throughout the entire period of the year. And so Dakshinayana begins just on September 23, and, as you say correctly, the regime of the day changes, because the Sun rises later, i.e. it is possible somewhere, in some moments to adjust the time of eating, the time of awakening, the time of falling asleep, going to bed, etc. The complexes naturally change, because the temperature changes, for example, it starts to get colder. And at some points, for example, the complexes, if we talk about yoga, should become more dynamic than in the summer. Because it's hot in summer. Naturally now in winter it should be at some moments, depending on what kind of yoga we are talking about, for example, I am a supporter of always calm yoga and static exercises. Because everything else is physical education. What else? Diet - certainly. It is for dakshinayana and for each of the months or each season in Ayurveda there are certain dietary regimes. Now is the most favorable time, from this day, from September 23, for Ayurvedic cleansing, the so-called pancha-karma. Because at this time the body is maximally saturated with health, strength, vitamins, and it is able to endure normally various cleansing, various cleansing procedures. That is why literate people, understanding people, are engaged in cleansing procedures in September-October. These are fasts, these are various cleansing, these are exercises, and the intake of certain drugs of some kind, drugs or aids. It was during this period. Those. You have raised such a correct topic. This is worth studying, because the diet is really changing now, you need to understand this. If you continue to eat the same way as you did, for example, in the summer, you can get unpleasant consequences. And vice versa, when spring comes, on March 21, after it some foods must be excluded, heavy ones that were able to digest in winter, and are already very hard to digest in summer. The story is the same here. Those. now it is favorable to deal with cleansing the liver, but gently, calmly. Food should be selected that is not heavy on the liver, etc. Study this question, very good question, I think a lot of listeners should pay attention to this. I am also planning to change my diet a little now, I need to prepare for the winter. First of all, the liver, because it will warm us, provide us with the right element of fire for long winter evenings and it is normal to digest heavy food, which is necessary in winter. Therefore these transition periods favorable for various kinds of cleansing of the liver and pancreas. Well, it's the same in all other areas of life and activity, too. You need to understand that the activity is changing now, the Sun is changing and you need to adapt to it. This is, in fact, everything Vastu says. All applied Vedic scriptures speak about this, that everything in nature is astrologically, astronomically connected with our activities. Everything changes in accordance with what is happening around us. Nature dictates its own rules, and it would be foolish not to listen to them and not look closely at them.
[Larisa]: Yes. Many thanks.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Please. Please, Larissa.

00:55:00 [Answers to questions. Is running in the morning good for you?]
[Presenter]: Thank you, Larisa, for communicating with us on this live broadcast. We have one more question from Rafael from Tashkent: "In many speeches of lecturers who cover Vedic knowledge, I have come across conflicting information. I heard such information that a person's life is counted by the number of breaths. Based on this information, is it useful or not morning 5- mile run? Or by doing this I will shorten my life? " Well, today, Ivan, you are simply being asked various questions from various spheres. But here's what comes, I read to you. You can send this person to another person, I don’t know what to say?
[Ivan Tyurin]: Naturally, as a particularly gifted person, I have my own opinion on everything. This is such a minus to my ... It was now the cry of my ego. Nevertheless, I just also go through different stages, once I was involved in both running and different kinds sports, but in the end, thanks to my own experience and experience, recommendations of wise and authoritative people for me, to the fact that some dynamic physical activity is not only not useful, but cause serious harm to our health, our body, in some moments even psyche. Maybe at the age of 20, 5 kilometers in the morning over rough terrain, some negative, some kind of negative effect on the body will not be noticeable, only the arrival of energy, strength, etc., the build-up of muscle mass will be felt. Because at the age of 20 it is very difficult to notice how cartilaginous discs are erased, how ligaments and tendons are overstrained, how overstrained the cardiovascular system in this moment. If you are not in the army and no one forces you to do these morning marches at gunpoint, then my personal opinion is that running does not contribute to health at all. Escaping from a heart attack is unlikely to work, as they like to say. The best load for a person ... Understand a simple principle here, which I also now try to use in yoga, in sports, and in any stress - what a person does in his life naturally leads him to health, what he does more than what is natural for him - he does not help and does not make him healthy. We walk - this is our natural way of movement and way of life. And so walking, healing walking, it is auspicious. You can walk these 5 kilometers at a calm pace, most importantly with correct breathing. That will be much more useful than running, while straining all the other systems. It's the same with yoga. I am a supporter of calm and deep static exercises that do not lead to a huge number of injuries and sprains, microtraumas of muscles and ligaments, which is happening now all the time. Those. you need to understand that a person in his normal life, he doesn't do things like intermittent stretching and twisting. This is not normal for the body, for the body. Therefore, look for a more natural approach in this sense. The amount of life often, especially in the East and in Chinese culture, was canceled not by inhalation, but by exhalation. Therefore, in some yogic directions, qigong directions, techniques are worked out when a person inhales but does not exhale. To increase health and longevity.
[Presenter]: I wonder how. In general, today there was a lot of interesting things, Ivan. We were introduced from different sides, with different sides of life, so to speak, we couldn't do without poetry. As at the beginning I was glad that you conducted such a verse meditation. Well, of course not only that. Autumn is the time of the year for poets, I wish everyone a pleasant immersion in this autumn peace. But with Ivan we will hear again somewhere, probably in a month. We will write the exact date on our website vedaradio.fm, in the news. Well, from next week we will start live broadcasts from the "Blagost" festival and all our listeners will witness how this festival is going. For now, our live broadcasts will be interrupted for some time, but there will be live broadcasts. Ivan, thank you for today's communication. And we will hear already on the new air, probably in the new month already.
[Ivan Tyurin]: Thank you very much, Olesya. I wish you every success at the Blagost festival. I highly recommend everyone to get there, we will listen to you from afar. All the best, I will be glad to hear from you in about a month while I have a training course. Well, I invite everyone to the "Goodness" festival and the Vastu course. See you on new broadcasts. Peace to your home!

Many who now live in Unity consider their basic rhythm, i.e. when the year begins in spring - on the day of the vernal equinox.

This rhythm is now deliberately distorted and you are forced to live in a different rhythm. Moreover, this rhythm has entered you so strongly that even when you tell many of you that there is a different rhythm, natural, correct, original - in response you hear, at best, bewilderment, at worst - accusations of unscientificness and an attempt to return to the prehistoric "dark" century.

But rhythm matters a lot. A year is one life in miniature. If your life begins with death, then what kind of life awaits you? How can she be good and happy? A year is a small life. Spring is birth, winter is death. From year to year, from childhood, you are forced to think that the year begins in winter, i.e. in the period of approaching death. Everything is put in reverse. This is contradicted by both Nature itself and the cosmos, since the vernal equinox is a cosmic phenomenon. And Nature itself blooms in spring and everything is born in spring - animals, birds, etc. This is the beginning of a new year, a new life. But you are persistently forced to celebrate the beginning of life - at the time of death. Therefore, your life is like that.

When I came up with the country of Unity and introduced a new year in it on the day of the vernal equinox, many have already noticed that their lives are changing for the better. But only not everyone, in full consciousness, has switched to this rhythm. The external society presses with its rhythm, and we are forced to interact with it. But if possible, you need to reduce its influence completely.

So, about the Autumnal Equinox Day. This is a very important day. Because he divides the year in two. And the year, as I said, is life in miniature. He sets the rhythm of our entire basic life. And this rhythm is based on important stages: the spring equinox in March, the summer solstice in June, the autumn equinox in September and the winter solstice in December. All of them correspond to the periods of life: birth, youth, maturity, old age (death). But like any life can be divided in half: the first part is education, the receipt of information, emotions, impressions, sensations, experience, and the second part is the comprehension of all this, this is the receipt of wisdom, knowledge, as well as power over matter, control over it , this is exactly the state of which the Sages say that we are Gods. And the Autumnal Equinox Day is this feature, this middle of life. Golden mean. If you do not realize that you are entering a new part of life, then you are missing everything. You continue your life up to this point, i.e. what is inherent in youth is to have fun, to get pleasure, impressions, information. But don't go further - transform all this to a higher level. Therefore, you see that those who are interested in seeing you as a walking biomass deliberately distort your annual correct rhythm so that you continue to want to jump and jump, as in your youth, even when you can no longer do it, and if you cannot, then plunge into thoughts in those years when they could, or even drowning in alcohol suffering from the impossibility of experiencing these sensations again. Of course, there is only one information everywhere - dance, have fun, enjoy. And that means - WORK for this. They need you to work, and the pleasures, which, by the way, are available to animals (who do not even know what work is) are the price for work. Therefore, we see an unthinkable number of elderly alcoholics, and even worse, suicides.

And all because birth is put in the place of death. It's literally a death rhythm. You are forced to build your life with this rhythm so as to destroy it yourself. With your own hands. You unconsciously, without realizing it yourself, bring more and more destructive factors into your life. And not only to yourself, but also to your loved ones with whom you live together. This is society. But society is not to blame, but those who stand behind it and lead the process.

I told you more than once - change the rhythm. Everything that concerns and is more than enough.

Spend this day in meditation. Thinking about who you are, why are you here. Realize that six months have passed, that you have accumulated some baggage of experiences, experience, information, etc., and now, in order not to lose all this, you must transform it into something more. This should be done every year. This is a very important practice. And after this day you continue your transformation. This is a great time to meditate. I have already said this more than once, the autumn-winter time is the best time for deep and fruitful meditation. Everything, absolutely everything helps you with this. The meditations are just great. The result from them is multiplied many times. Their experience is very deep and vivid. Nature itself plunges into itself, as if falling asleep. And it’s so easy to go inside with her, into self-knowledge. No fancy, everything happens by itself with the great mother and father - Nature and Cosmos. They keep teaching us. We just need to be obedient children. Everything is near, everything develops us right now.

Q: Which post is better?
A: Complete. Fasting itself means that nothing is consumed. Even water. And then see for yourself - as best you can. But fasting involves more than just eating or not eating. Those. food is only part of the fast. Fasting also means abstaining from almost everything. Sights, sex, pleasures, bad thoughts, foul language, etc. Also now is the period of just a sea of all kinds of fruits, you can make juices that are overflowing with health. You can generally start liquid food on this day, for example, for a week. Those. drink only juices for a whole week.

Q: After September 23rd, is it the time of death?
A: Let's just say - it's closeness to the invisible world. This is more and more an approach to the Highest. I can also divide the year into chakras. For example, the beginning of spring is the mooladhara chakra. It is an explosion of energy, an awakening to life. Next comes the spring itself - this is the sexual chakra, svadhisthana. I think you understand why. Everything multiplies and multiplies. Then manipura chakra - when that which was born is strengthened. This is material strength. Everything is filled with strength, gets on its feet. And then the chakra anahata - the day of the autumnal equinox. This is exactly the middle. This is the middle of the year and the middle in the chakra system. Then everything moves to the higher chakras - to the sahasrara. There is no death - there is liberation. You transform the lower energies - leading them to the higher regions, where they acquire higher vibrations. And with regard to the year - everything is the same. You move in time more and more, and your consciousness, as a part of the consciousness of Nature, Cosmos, is also transformed to a higher one. And this should happen naturally. But people are resisting. They want to constantly stay on the lower chakras - sex, eating, sleeping, having fun. Therefore, there are so many tragedies. You just need to trust Nature. There is no need to resist naturalness.

V: ...
A: This day is somewhat similar to a period in the life of a caterpillar - it becomes a butterfly. She gets a second birth. From an environment where she could only crawl - she suddenly soars into the sky and flies. Moreover, she is beautiful, she is charmingly beautiful. In India there is even such a term - twice-born. That is what the brahmanas are called. Those. a certain person just lived like everyone else. He would have died like everyone else. But then he meets the Guru. And his life is changing. He becomes different, transforms. He seems to see clearly. From everything begins to understand, to see everything differently. He himself understands that before that, he seemed to have not lived. And that now he seemed to be born a second time. This is twice-born.

Q: Would it be useful to go to the forest, make a fire, as you say in another practice?
Oh yes of course. Nature is our real home. These boxes are not our home. We were told that this is our home, but this has nothing to do with the truth.

V: ...
A: You must have noticed that the pantheon of Gods also has a hierarchy by months. The first months are young. Then there are mature men. And the winter ones are long-bearded old men. Each year period is ruled by a God (usually God and Goddess, always together). Therefore, it is very important to live in accordance with the correct year (natural), and not with the one that is imposed on us. After all, it's not for nothing that autumn is harvesting. We have accumulated some experience in the first half of the year - and now we are reaping a harvest of reflection on this. You have to live with this rhythm. It will bring a lot of useful things. I must also say that even the months are now official - they have a wrong rhythm. For example, immediately after the Autumn Solstice, the month Veresen began, i.e. month under the control of Veles. Those. the months don't have to go the way they are now. In Russia, in ancient times, everything was correct. Now everything is destroyed. This is what the enemies who attacked any country do - at first they destroy the culture of the population. Then they replace their holidays with their own holidays. Look at any holiday - our Slavic holiday is always under it. There was "Kolyada" - it was Christmas, there was "Ivan Kupala" - it was "The Day of John the Baptist", and "Red Hill" - turned into Easter. The main part of culture is based on the holidays. Whoever you celebrate is where your energy goes. Therefore, you see that you are dying out, and those gods who favor other people, to whom you give your energy, lead them to prosperity (at your expense).

V: ...
A: On this day, it is also not bad to comprehend your past. Those. view your past life... Analyze it. Was she good. Draw conclusions. And do not forget what I wrote in practice: every year there is a new and new rehearsal of our whole life. We come and we go, we come and we go. You must learn to do this. You yourself know when something is well rehearsed - when the main show starts - everything goes well. The problem with people is that they skip these rehearsals. These rehearsals are taking place, but they don't seem to participate in them, because are not aware of them.

V: ...
A: There are very good pagan customs of ours - burning on the Autumn Solstice. Usually these are some kind of stuffed straw. Those. the symbol of the past is burned. In this way, the trait is more clearly perceived that - yesterday it was one thing, and today something else has come. And what was yesterday - burned, completely removed and there is no return. You can also do something like this for example. For example, take a small piece of paper and write on it, something like this: "The past." And burn it. At the same time, thinking that everything that was in the past - let it remain there, and a bright and new future awaits you. What it will be is not known, but what you can know for sure is that if you do everything right, then the future will inevitably be good. This is how the cosmic law works - do everything right and everything will be fine.

A: The Slavs never divided the year according to some events. He divided only according to cosmic laws. And the four fundamental divisions were, as I said in the practice on the site - two equinoxes and two solstices. It was these very cosmic events that were holidays. And not the holidays - they became events. Do you understand? Cosmic laws are divine, they were created by God. There is no point in worshiping what is created by humans, but there is a lot of meaning in direct worship of the Divine. The Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice were among our ancestors' greatest holidays. The God of our Sun had four names: first it is the baby Kolyada, after the Day Spring equinox- the young man Yarilo, after the Day of the Summer Solstice, the man Kupala, after the Autumn Equinox, the old sage Dazhdbog or Svetovit. Then the Sun-sage Dazhdbog died before the Night of the Winter Solstice. Therefore, you understand that the whole world has gone crazy, celebrating New Year on the day of Death. This is madness. And so the whole world is doing crazy things now.
